I just gotta reminisce about 2021 boo Bering like. Fuck man. Ranboo streams were such a source of comfort when I was in literally the worst time of my life and helped get me out of them, just this funky little man digging a straight line for like 2 hours. the stream of him and tubbo watching tgwdlm is still a video I watch occasionally it’s just like. Man. What a fucking era amirite

oh same definitely i know it’s typical to look back and cringe at old obsessions and phases but with that era its so near and dear to my heart especially i mean the pandemic was a crazy time and those streams were a huge source of comfort for so many people. i literally was in a car crash and the only thing i found comfort in was ranboos streams so i enjoy reminiscing on everything and just remembering it fondly. it was a chaotic time to be alive!!! whenever i look through all stuff ive saved it feels like dusting up and looking through an old photo album 😭 so much has changed since then

Stutter (AVPS) - Scar, Ren, Martyn, and Pearl in Double life. Roles are interchangeable 

Kick it up a notch (Starship) - Dream convincing Eret to betray L’Manburg, with Punz, George, and Sapnap as the mosquitos

Kick it up a notch (Reprise) (Starship) - Eret actually betraying L’Manburg

Rogues are we (HMB) Some of the villains of Dream SMP, with Wilbur as Riddler, Quackity as Penguin, Techno as Scarecrow, Philza as Catwoman, Niki as Poison Ivy, and Jack as Mr Freeze

The American Way (HMB) - The HC s9 king arc, with Soup Group as Superman, Grian as Batman, and Ren as Sweet Tooth

Sidekick (AVPSY) Tubbo after Ranboo’s death, though could take place like at any point

Everything ends (AVPSY) This one is just, Tommy surrounded by everyone of the SMP. Could be changed to Dream. I’m not Sure yet.

Dream a little harder (Twisted) King Ren, the rest of HC as the backing score. Impulse as Robert’s role tho, and Gem as the main lady

When the world’s at stake (TTO) I can’t even explain how many people this could fit. Any character that has like, some familial role to anyone, boom the song fits. Personally I’d say my top picks are either Dadschlatt, or Older brother Grian with Jimmy

₊˚ʚ note | this is my first mcyt imagine on tumblr, so please be tender with me lol. the musical they go and watch is called black friday, and it's connected to tgwdlm (the musical that ranboo and tubbo watched on stream a while ago). you don't need to have seen black friday OR the musical VOD to understand it though, don't worry. also the timeline is wrong, since ranboo and toby didn't even know each other when black friday came out but shhh

wilbur pretends to be too cool for the rest of them, literally vibrating from excitement. they're all jumping on the spot slightly, waiting for the doors to open. he acts like tubbo and ranboo dragged him along, but he probably would have gone anyway. just to see you. 

when ranboo and tubbo watched your last musical on stream, he'd tuned in. of course he did, he tried to watch as many of his friend's streams as possible, even just as background noise. background noise turned into making the window full screen, turned into watching all your other stuff, turned into subscribing to your twitch. 

the doors open and they start ushering people inside letting them take their seats. tommys tugging on his sleeve, dragging him to the front row where their tickets say, sitting right in the aisle seat. 

as the musical starts, you and a few of your costars make your say down through the audience to make your entrance and right before you step up onstage, your fingers brush his shoulder. you don't pause your singing though, to give him an in-character wink. tommy jabs him in the wrist as you continue to sing, glancing over your shoulder as you exit discreetly, ready to make your first quick change. some of the cast stays on, singing vibrantly about.... something fucking creepy. he wasn't paying attention, if he was honest. but not for lack of trying, he swears! 

the next characters are two he recognises from the last musical, and he cheers along with the audience, not even knowing the two were connected. he's eventually swept up in the show. 

he bops his head to the songs - they're catchy as fuck - and when tommy laughs uncomfortably loud at a dick joke, he's not even looking to see if it made you break character.  you change the dialogue once, and it's so subtle - such a small change - that no one notices. no one would have if they hadn't seen the show before.

you're supposed to make a fortnite joke, but you know your directors won't care if you change just the one word. 

"they're all into minecraft, dude!" you say, eyes flicking ever so slightly to his little group. the crowd laughs, the joke still lands, and tommy lets out an inappropriately loud cheer. wilbur tells him to shut up, but he does so with a smile on his face. 

the last song of the show gives him chills, and they're not the only ones who stand up to give their applause. tubbo and ranboo are chattering excitedly ("no, i swear it was her! she had the same jumper and everything!"), while tommy raves about the main character, also coincidentally named tom. 

wilbur just nods as they stand out in the foyer of the theatre, waiting for the cast to make their appearances. the other three go up to everyone they can, tommy making an absolute idiot of himself in front of tom's actor, who is 100% into it. he lays back, waiting. you're the last one out, and he practically attacks you. you beam at him. 

"wilby!" no one around you hears, and you launch yourself into his arms. he chuckles, eyeing his friends. they haven't noticed. "did you enjoy the show?" 

"i did, love," he said earnestly. "you were incredible. except for that bit where you had to kiss that guy. twice. it's like they don't know you have a boyfriend," he teased you, bumping you with his elbow.

 "to be fair, i didn't have a boyfriend when they cast me," you pointed out. he smiled at you and leant down to press a kiss to your temple. "can i meet your friends now?" he nods down at you, and you race off, stealing their attention from your costar. 

you introduce yourself, and they follow, if not somewhat confused. their faces all brighten simultaneously when you tack on "wil's girlfriend." 

tommy fake gags, and he knows what his little brother is thinking, exactly what tommy's thinking. "she's not out of my league, tom," he says.

 tommy looks scandalised. "yes she is,"

 he looks over at you talking animatedly with tubbo and ranboo. "yes she is," he agrees.

This reminds me of when everyone in the starkid flipped out over Ranboo and Tubbo watching tgwdlm and getting their fans into starkid, you guys overreacted. I've seen someone before claim that that they're fans infecting this fandom changed it for the worse and it's like. Where? The starkid tagged trended for a day or two and then most their fans kinda just left this fandom, not many remain. The fandom went back to being how it was before it has barely changed, I feel like the fans who joined because of npmd have had a bigger impact than the fans who joined because of Ranboo and Tubbo.

i hate ranboo after they played one of my favorite games and infested the fandom with their cringe-filled "quirky" fans. gtfo of my fandom, no one cares that you like arson and whenever you type like- this- i-. i want to turn you inside out with my bare hands.

Ok I've gotta preface this by saying I was there for the beeduo stream where they watched The Guy Who Didn't like Musicals, and that stream got me into Starkid and all of their other shows, and I was listening to some of the songs last night.

Anyway, it was a Tubbo stream where he was reacting to tiktoks (? I think??? That or Black Friday, which is a sorta AU to TGWDLM made by the same people) And he, completely out of the blue, just started talking about Ranboo again. Like normally he avoids conversation about it, but he just started talking about how his favorite part of the DSMP was being married to Ranboo and getting to spend his time doing late mining streams and building snowchestser

and the entire chat looses their fucking mind. every single person was just screaming and jumping up and down and just absolutely shocked that he would even talk about it

then he pulls up one of those shitty compilations of c!beeduo interactions and starts watching through them and making like full commentary about each clip. like just talking about the hours ranboo and him would talk and how much he enjoyed it.

then I woke up :(

I had another beeduo interaction dream and I think at this point that makes me fully delusional.
