i’m not going to say much more about tua right now (maybe) but it’s just another one of those situations where it’s so infuriating because you can tell the writers or producers or whatever were SO CLOSE to making something really good and then their time was cut short or they left a bunch of plot holes or they made a really weird ship canon and it sucks more because you can see the potential for what could’ve been RIGHT THERE!!!!! i bet someone out there will write an amazing “fix-it” fic filling in the time between 3x10 and the ending and make it soooo much more in-character and thought-out than the real show. like one good thing that comes from a trashy ending season of a show with a big fanbase is that there will be amazing people who take the little bit of good plot points and amazing characters/dynamics and unsolved plot holes we’re left with, and if they’re not too mad at the show or done with it altogether, they’ll make something awesome out of what we were given in canon. we have the opportunity, as a fandom, to be creative and explore the fanon possibilities of how this season could’ve gone (if we want to, of course)
