It didn't take long for the other children to arrive home. And they immediately noticed that the atmosphere in the house was completely different. “What's going on here, has someone won something?"/ ”Oh kids, you won't believe what's happened. Our call for help has finally arrived"/ ‘what?’.

Judy was very excited, but she continued to speak calmly. “do You remember the email your father sent to his former colleague a few months ago?…"/ ‘Yes, did.. Did she reply?’/ ‘Yes, and she's going to send us help’. Lisa's eyes widened “No way… Finally!”/ “And you're sure the email wasn't a fake?”/ “No, Ethan, it definitely wasn't.”/ “hh, o.k…. That's really amazing”.

All of Ethan's mental tension was also released. He went to his mother and hugged her. “And I thought we were going to perish miserably here at some point”/ “Oh no, my darling. She wrote to us that she would come here as soon as possible. She was on assignment and your father's e-mail ended up in the wrong folder, my goodness, such stress, hnhn…”.

“Do the others already know?"/ ”Well… no. Your father had the macabre idea of keeping them in the dark until the help arrives"/ ‘That's a joke, isn't it?’ asked Ethan, almost a little shocked. Whereas his sister was a little amused. “Daddy, haha, you can't do that"/ ‘Why not?’, said Jack in a completely serious voice. “How long did Nick Alto put us off before he finally opened his mouth? Either just in a close circle, or with a few friends. There was a big tree in the corner of the living room. There were lots of colorful presents… “Now we don't need anything but each other”.

Later. Mother and daughter have consulted about dinner. Judy decided on a hot meal, while Lisa prepared a salad. “I'm amazed that the vegetables are still so fresh, even though we harvested them weeks ago"/ ”Oh, don't underestimate a good head of lettuce. It will keep for a very long time if stored properly”.

“That reminds me, I found an old cookbook from my mother. She wrote it herself back then"/ ”Really? Grandma wrote a cookbook?"/ ”hnhn, well, for herself and the family, nothing public. If you want, I'll give it to you, the recipes are all very simple…"/ ‘mhm, okay’.

After she had prepa enred the salad, Lisa turned to her mother again. “Have you checked what I can take for VJ? Surely we still have some canned vegetables, right?"/ ‘hmm, I haven't counted yet, but there should be enough left, yes.’/ ‘OK, I'll put it in my backpack then’.

Judy prepared a hearty, spicy pie. And while it was still hot, they wanted to make the most of the time together. “I hope he likes it. You said he hasn't been eating much lately. Tell him… If he doesn't have enough to eat or can't cope with… the cold, he's welcome to come to us"/ ”really? OK, I'll tell him, but he's still skeptical about you"/ ‘he's done a lot of dumb things… but I've seen recently that people can change.’.

“it's nice that you've finally realized that, mom,” Lisa said in a funny ironic tone. ”hnhn, you cheeky mouse. Now go on, or the pie will be a lump of ice when you get to him. And don't get up to any mischief"/ ‘We're not,’ Lisa winked at her. Judy then noticed the somewhat disgusted look on her husband's face. “Is everything all right, Jack?"/ ‘I think I'd better have some of the pie, the salad is definitely too green for me’/ ‘hnhn’.

Lisa had packed everything important in the backpack together with her mother. She had not only packed the food for the evening, but also a few little things to make VJ happy. Even though she knew he wasn't a fan of frills. With a few thoughts about the weekend ahead, she made her way to him.

18th Century Chemise & Breeches

A set of historically-accurate garments for your Male Sims!

Hi all! After what seems to be the longest time away from The Sims 4 (all thanks to Fallout 4, Baldur's Gate, and Dragon's Dogma 2), I'm back to playing my historical save and creating some Sims content. I made these pieces of cc literally years ago as a quick little personal creation, but I've decided that I actually like them and thought I'd share with you all!

You Get 4 Package Files:

The "un-tucked" version (the original mesh I created) is what would've been worn as the only layer of underwear in the 18th century, so men would be fully commando under their shirt. With this in mind, I designed the chemise to be worn without any bottoms, leaving your Sim's lower half nude.

If you're using any unmentionable adult mods in your game (cough cough 👀), you WILL see all parts underneath...no promises that there won't be some clipping should your sim hunks be a bit more...ahem...well-endowed...

You should be able to pair this un-tucked version with any pants you'd like in-game, however there will likely be clipping if not paired with the breeches I've made for them. The "tucked" version should work with pretty much everything though!

These are a mesh edit of @historicalsimslife 's port of "Bardly Shirt" from TS3 - you do not need their mesh for mine to work, but what are you even doing if you don't have it already in game?

In the 18th Century, breeches were the next layer worn after your chemise (without any "underwear" beneath as we would wear today). Gentlemen would simply tuck the length of their chemise directly into the breeches. I tried to add a bit of accuracy and realism to them with a buttoned flap on the front for easy bathroom access and ties at the knees and back of the waist to keep things snug!

I had originally only created these in the same 3 linen swatches to match the shirts, but ultimately decided I liked them enough to pair with other options as well. So I ended up providing you many swatches for these!

Everything but the TM Jacket has custom thumbnails because the EA ones looked good enough. It is also split into two files for swatches like the original post.

You should probably use accessory underwear for the Busratr Sugar Skirt because it isn't solidified underneath and is short even though I actually lengthened it a bit.

umm... Are those boxers a wip?🥵👉👈😳 ...Asking for a friend (if they are, I am impressed that you managed to decimate BANK's meshes to a reasonable polycount without loosing much quality lol)

HEHEHEHE they were a wip, they're ready to go now :) the high poly part of the mesh for those boxers were the thick juicy muscular legs which i replaced with the regular TS3 legs so the poly count ended up less than 4k !!

i'm not sure if i'll attempt another bank underwear because the leg positioning was really hard to adapt to TS3 :/ we'll see...

Realistic CAS Recategorizer - Reorganizes CAS recategorization to be realistic as in real life by David Manaia

"NOTE: Currently, the base game recategorizer is not done yet, it is under construction, you have to wait until I release an update to add the base game recategorizer.

Why realistic? I wanted my Sims to be able to, for example, wear underwear in the outerwear category, wear a top in the formal category, and wear socks in the swimwear category, this mod makes it so that your Sims can wear these types of clothes just like in TS4.

What is this type of mod? Enables recategorizations for more types of clothing to allow you to wear more types of clothing in CAS, and also fixes some of EA's recategorization errors.

What does this mod change? Randomization - Sims will randomize tops, pants, shoes and all accessories, except for some accessories such as gloves, glasses and others. Also, some hat accessories are not randomized, as apparently no one (someone) in real life wears these hat accessories. Age Type - Applies to all age types: Baby, Toodler, Child, Teen, Young Adult, Adult and Elder. Unisex - Unisex clothing is enabled for: Baby, Toodler and Child. All accessories are unisex-enabled for all ages. Maternity - All shoes, accessories and hair accessories are enabled for all age groups. Career - All CASPs are enabled for career, except for ages under Child. Compatibility - This mod was made with patch 1.67, but may also work on 1.69, patches prior to 1.66 may not work correctly.

okay so i was over at my best friends house when i was 8 playing ts2 (like a cool kid 😎) and we were in cas making a sims outfits. We were on her sleepwear and she was in just her underwear and my friends dad walked in and yelled "DANG PUT SOME CLOTHES ON HER SHE MUST BE COLD" but yeah, she's the one that introduced me to sims her older sister got it and then we would play it during the summer when it was raining or at night and then we moved onto ts3 good times
