after many aspiration failure my sim is finally able to open her farmers market! (gardening is so fucking hard in ts2 i hate it!!)

I wanna cry!!! my @katatty BACC is starting to feel like a small, cozy town! for those who don't know what BACC is, it's a challenge where you start with 8 sims stranded in an empty hood in a camp. There's always sims woohooing in the tent or getting into fights i'm sick of them!!! but i love them <33

In every classical BACC rules, community lots is LOCKED until your sims taxes accumulated to pay for the lot/until a sim open a business and build the community lots. i don't like that bc it makes gameplay boring, so my sims can go to ANY community lot. the first sims to get engaged was Rafi and Ruby. Rafi is the chief of the local police that i built and Ruby works in the town hall as the shadow government who helps crime lords do their shady business. the coupling in my bacc is unplanned & develop naturally through sims flirting on their own & i'm so hooked in their story.

the first wedding was at the wedding barn. you can see how CHAOTIC my sims are like pls everyone is cheating and getting into fights

Hi, I want to ask something: How do you make your sims look so good in outdoor lighting in TS3? My sims always look great in CAS and indoors but terrible when they go outside 😅

1. Cas lighting mod matters when you’re making a sim. When i was using another lighting mod, sometimes i don’t realize that there are clippings on my sim’s face that looks horrible in game. So I recommend this lighting mod because this lighting mod is very honest & your sim would look exactly in game like you made them in CAS but it’s a lil dark. There are other cas lighting mod by rollo-rolls or nectar-cellar but i haven’t check it out. Maybe they’re brighter? Use whichever ones you prefer (just not ones that will hide unpleasant clippings!)

2. Download a lighting mod. I usually use uranesia. But if it’s too harsh & brighten your sims too much, use rollo-rolls lighting mod. Personally I switch back to uranesia because i need something brighter in combination with my reshade.

2. Download buhudain invisible lights. When you take screenies outside, use testingcheatsenabled true cheat & enter buy/build mode. The buhudain set comes with many different light shapes, so it’s rlly up to you to decide which light makes your sims looks more beautiful. You can read this tutorial by nectar-cellar for a start. Just set all the lighting color to white when your sims is outside.

3. But what if my sims are not in a park lot & i can’t enter buybuild mode? Find a reshade that works for sims 3. I use this one by san33 & edit the fx myself. You can also download the S3DT mod and try to move the light from nearest lot to your sims (but i haven’t tried this method!)

4. What if my my sims are still dark in my screenshots? If you have photoshop, you can use the select object tool and edit their brightness & color balance. I also download some photoshop action by squea & intramoon. This step is a lil extra and i rarely use this, but it’s necessary for extreme lighting issues.

5. This is already entering art territory but if you’re really interested in editing your pictures, simminginstars made a tutorial to make a dreamy edit of your sims 3 pictures. I aspire to be a simblr like them.
