If Spear & Scamper could have kids would they get to play with Boldbrash, Pawtracker, Wail, or Vulture (if they were all in the same non-canon Fury Family Verse)?

Boldbrash and Pawtracker would be Scamper's parent's age by the time his offspring were born, so they wouldn't have played with each other as kids. Wail and Vulture wouldn't live in the same flock as they would live with the night fury flock that travels around. So sadly, no. They wouldn't get to play with the others. :(

A horse trotting

My attempt at animating trot using pencil, black calligraphy ink, and a bit of white gouache. The horse is moving away from the viewer at a bit of an angle so it was more difficult than my other attempts. I'm still very new to this so please don't judge it too harshly.

long answer

I thought its be interesting to have Oz, while being a fairy land on 'Earth', being disconnected from the rest of the non-magical world both in space and in time. So the land of Oz is relatively timeless though time passes just oddly and inconsistently (but thats mainly me being a horrid writer when it comes to timelines)

So, the other characters who aren't from Oz such as the Wizard, who came from the 70s (he was about 12-14 when he showed up I'll explain it more if anyones intrested), but when he tries to leave with Dorothy, he ends up back in the 1910s, rather than where he left or would've been if he had stayed. also I think it'd be incredibly funny for someone to give Dorothy pop rocks (that someone is betsy im rewriting her heavily she bored me a lot and was missed potential)

the shaggy man is from around the 1930s along with his brother, the braided man the 1920s shortly after the great depression, Zeb is obviously from around the same time as Dorothy, but about 4 years after the events of the first book, Button Bright is from the late 1940s but is around the same age as Trot. I'm only to rinkatink in Oz and I dont know if there's any new non ozians introduced after Trot and Captain Bill, but I'll Update when anything changes.

Hendrix has been with you for as long as you can remember, he’s been with you through your ups and downs, he is your one and only home, your solace. Now that his father had unexpectedly passed, he was driven by guilt to the point that he started blaming himself. What if’s repeatedly going through his head. ‘What if I had been with him that night?’, ‘If I was with him, would he still be alive now?’. Those words were like venom in his perception. He was sitting in the room where his father’s coffin was. He was lost in his thoughts, his thoughts that may be harmful enough for his mental health. He worked hard answering all the questions that were interviewed to him. He’s been like this even when you were kids.

Tonight you were desperately trying to find him. You looked everywhere, except for that certain room. You stood in front of the room where his father’s coffin was, hesitating if you should go in, will he accept your help? Does he want to get out of this abyss?  Even with those thoughts, you decided to push the door slightly open only to see him staring into the air, lost in his thoughts, muttering things that you cannot hear because of the distance between you two. It broke you, seeing how vulnerable he is. He has never been this vulnerable and weak before, you’ve always seen him with a smile and bright aura surrounding him, but now he looked fragile than ever, one touch and he might break into pieces.

You took a few steps closer to him, you were about to cry just by looking at him. “Hendrix….”  You called out, voice shaking as you pulled him into a hug which cut off his thoughts. You were warm, it was just the warmth that he needed. He hesitantly wrapped his arms around your body and buried his face on your neck, breath shaky as he wrapped his arms tightly around you as if he’s scared that you might leave him too. You tried your best to comfort him, whispering sweet nothings into his ear as you remained in contact.

“Shh…I won't leave you. Not ever, I will always be by your side just like how you’ve been by mine. I won't let you leave me, I won’t ever leave you, Hendrix, I love you. You’re my home, my solace.”

“I will gladly release you from this abyss even if it’ll take years, Hendrix.”
