I desperately need to see a scene at camp where they are accusing Clarisse of being the thief. THE TENSION!! THE DRAMA!!! wanted to share, my favorite kind of fuck or die (that i need to buckle down and write sometime soon as well) is when it's paired with unrequited requited pining. When both are so convinced the other doesn't like them romantically, and suddenly they're in a situation where they have to couple like that, and trying not to take advantage of it because they love the other person, but it's a dream come true, but also a nightmare because of how it happens. Just the sheer smutty angst (and then usually comfort after when everyone's back in their own minds)
You understand me. That's all I want out of fuck or die -- so much pining and fulfillment that cannot be real, it's so good. and the guilt that trails after them in the days after as they regret how much they liked it and want more, but they can't because wanting that makes them horrible people. etc etc.

I spent so long thinking I hated Goku growing up but I only hated Toei's Goku. Toriyama's Goku is GREAT.#like look if an antagonist is just a hero with the wrong perspective a hero is just a villain with the right one#and the fact that Goku has all of the qualities of a villain with none of the malice or intention makes him SO POWERFUL as a character#Goku doesn't like bystanders getting hurt.
