Decided to go ahead and publish my newest zine (name your price, aka for free).

This is a work of horror fiction and attempts to make sense of heavy themes. Please mind the content warnings, reader discretion is advised!

Including the artist's statement, this story is a little over 2,200 words long. Accompanying the text is collage and hand drawn illustrations. The tone of this story is deeply bitter, and the experience of reading it is uncomfortably voyeuristic. Although I hope this work of art is engaging to anyone who's interested in this sort of content, I wouldn't describe it as a particularly "fun" read.

Regardless, as you'll learn if you read far enough to get to the artist's statement, this is a deeply personal work of art for me that grapples with a lot of thoughts and emotions I struggle to put into words. So I hope someone else out there gets something from this too.

#''voyeuristic'' is how my wife described this story and I loved that use of the word so much thats why I use it both here and on itch #anyway I'm done thinking about this incredibly triggering subject matter for now & I'm never gonna write about teens ever again. vomits #zine #original fiction #horror fiction #horror zine #art zine #val art #btw if u approach this piece in bad faith or with an overly fandom-y lens or something #I will not be happy with you. to say the least.
