megan thee stallion is the perfect example of unbothered energy. nicki has repeatedly vagueposted about her, gone on unhinged rants about her, gone so far as to mention her dead mother (such a classless low blow), threatened her on live, and has now released the tackiest diss track in history. and what has megan done? literally nothing. she straight up ignored her, aside from that one ig story where she posted herself laughing (which was perfect btw). she is the epitome of “i will not dignify that w a response.” i love it.

prioritise sleep and rest 💌 omg this is so important ~ it's proven that 7-9 hours of sleep every night along with frequent naps during the day is one of the best cures for period cramps and it works like magic ✨

hot drinks �� aa hot drinks are my holy grail 🙏‼️ anything from warm water to hot chocolate is a miracle when you're on your period and it helps with cramps 🎀

movies / books 🎞️ mood swings are the worst so when you're feeling overwhelmed or not in control of your emotions you should always have a pocketful of your favourite books and movies with you ♡ personally i love little women and the shatter me series but anything that you love works ~ 🤍

self care 🧴 girllll take care of yourself !! have a warm bath, do your skincare, eat your favourite foods and listen to music 🎧🫧 this calms me down sm especially with mood swings and cravings 😋
