✨S E P T E M B E R✨ is no doubt going to fly by just as fast as the last 8 months. It will have highs and lows, good days and bad days. But you know; I dreamt about my dad last night, for the first time since he died 6 months ago, this morning I woke up feeling like everything was going to be ok. The grief lifted slightly and I actually found some focus. So this month? I’m working on myself, my well-being and I’m going to try to let go of some of that crippling guilt that still eats me up everyday. I couldn’t save him.
