I've recently started playing Fire Emblem: Awakening thanks to a friend.

So uh- Anyways, Ricken is Trans!fem in my eyes and since the game won't let me give Maribelle to Lissa, making Ricken and Maribelle lesbians will have to do~

I would like transphobes to take a look at canonical trans characters whom are Kyza and Limstella that both uses they/them as pronouns, proof that trans characters can exist without going "but it's a medieval era, those don't exist because it's not realistic" and yet not mentioning that fire emblem is a game that has dragons as gods/magic that can bring back the dead/literal time travel. While some support conversations where transgenderism is treated as an everyday thing (example with Ricken and Sully's B support.)

Could this be how they were introduced to lumen? Going there for fertility tech and were screened somehow as being severance compatible or had some desirable attribute?

Or somehow got involved at the orphanage?

I just this rewatch noticed that when Dylan’s kid is counting for hide and go seek so milcheck can be weird in the closet that the cartoon his son is watching is a brain shaped cloud being sawed in two and rain pouring out to drench the cat in the tree, cute

And let’s talk about Dylan’s closet. If Dylan has a wife, where is she at pj time? I can see working another job, it would be a lot to make Dylan trans, although that’s not a bad name to do it with and he is pretty focused on being masculine as an innie, so it would be a thing to explore. And it would make sense thematically, like instead of asking him to step into the garage or something, a bedroom closet seems like a place with a lot of personal stuff to confuse the severance, to have him sitting in front of the two half’s of his own brain. I would love to see him wear those shoes haha. The boy does call him daddy though, this is a dumb alley.

I still can’t believe they named her Alexa, she has to be fishy too right?! Like, I love what’s his name, but Mark as a character there is nothing he has said or done on these dates that would make a self respecting doula throw herself at him like she does. He’s a hot mess!

I have an AU called RE:Awakening, where I rewrite FE13 to try my best to make it more engaging.

CHROM -Falchion changes appearance based on it’s wielder. Think the wand from SVTFOE.  -Chrom’s promotion is a mounted unit. Like the exalted prince from FEH.

ROBIN -Robin, and a few other heros have their skin tone changed to actually match their heritage. (Robin is plegian, yet has light skin. Unlike all other plegians.) -Robin wields Grima’s truth as his main tome. LISSA -Introducing, weapon staffs! I’m borrowing a lot of ideas from FEH. Lissa is one of the healers to wield staffs such as “Assault”, “Gravity”, and others. -Lissa’s backstory has been changed, so that she is now the older sibling. Lissa wanted Falchion, but was deemed unworthy.

FREDERICK -Frederick is now a General! He drops the horse for this incarnation. SULLY -Sully now uses axes, and has no interest in men.

VIRION -Virion has a new skill! Entitled “Rose’s Elegance”, Virion can gain stat boosts when around certain units.

STAHL -Did I hear trans boy? I think I did. -Stahl is now a lance user. VAIKE -Vaike is more of a Helbindi approach. A lot more rowdy, but when it comes to people he cares about, he’s happier and more serious. MIRIEL -Miriel is AroAce. -Miriel uses wind magic over fire magic. SUMIA -Sumia was never interested in Chrom here. She’s a bigger fan of Cordelia or Phila. -Sumia? with an axe? KELLAM -I have his supports planned, where he actually CARES about being invisible.

DONNEL -Donnel tries his best to be prim and proper, so he feels like he fits in. -His accent does slip out from time to time.

LON’QU -Lon’qu’s reason for having gynophobia has been altered, but not completely written over. RICKEN -Ricken, and several other characters are younger than the rest of the cast. Their marriage pools are now considerably smaller.

MARIBELLE -Maribelle uses her parasol as a healing staff. PANNE -The Laguz race has been written over the Taugel race, to better fit existing FE lore. CORDELIA -Cordelia now uses a sword. GREGOR -Gregor’s backstory has been altered heavily. Now to more heavily involve Nowi. NOWI -Nowi’s design has been redone. The other characters have slight alternations, but nothing too heavy. LIBRA -Libra is genderfluid! THARJA -Tharja’s backstory has been altered to include a reason for her stalking of Robin, and a general reason for her more, dark hobbies. PHILA -I don’t know if you’ve watched Ghast’s Randomized Awakening playthrough, but Phila (or her randomized replacement, Validar) was playable. So it’s been integrated. ANNA -Anna uses her design and weapon from FEW. OLIVIA -Olivia’s outfit is taken from her Heroes PA!Design. CHERCHE -Cherche’s Wyvern, Minerva, has a bit of a backstory to her. HENRY -A backstory? Involving cult rituals? more likely then youd think. SAY’RI -Say’ri is not only a rebel commander, but a holy woman. She also has a crush on a dragon lady named Tiki. TIKI -Tiki has Myrrh style dragon wings. This is part one since it’s 1:52 AM.
