🇨🇿 Dnešní ráno bylo těžký. Nemohla jsem najít jediný důvod proč vstát z postele. Spíš naopak, našla jsem milión důvodů proč nevstát. V posteli jsem v bezpečí, doma jsem v bezpečí... Nakonec jsem vstala, ale jenom proto, že jsem si řekla, že prostě MUSÍM, což není tak úplně důvod, že jo?! Na cestě do práce jsem bojovala s šílenou úzkostí. Klepaly se mi ruce a nemohla jsem dýchat - tak většinou poznám, že je to hodně špatný. Ale víte co? Zlepšilo se to. 🙏 V práci jsem měla co dělat, vedoucí měl dobrou náladu, nemusela jsem řešit žádné problémy, žádné telefonáty... Prostě jsem dělala svou práci, P. mě několikrát rozesmál. Počasí bylo taky fajn, slunce svítilo, ale nebylo moc velký horko, takže jsme mohla mít džíny a mikinu a nemít velkou úzkost z toho, jak vypadám. 👌 Teď už jsem doma, flákám se a sleduji stand-up speciál Rickyho Gervaise Out of England 2. Vážně toho chlapa zbožňuju ❤️ spolu s Kevinem Hartem rozhodně moji oblíbení komici 🔝🔝 🇬🇧 Morning was really tough today, I literally could not find a single reason to get up from the bed. Quite the opposite, I found a million reasons not to. I am safe in my bed, I am safe at home... Eventually I did get up, but only because I told myself I just HAD TO which is not really a reason, is it?! On my way to work I was soooo anxious. My hands were shaking and I couldn't breathe properly - that's how I know it's really bad. But you know what? It got better. Somehow... 🙏 I was busy at work, my boss was in a good mood, I didn't have to deal with any problems, no phone calls... I was just doing my job, had a few laughs with P. The weather was alright, sun was out but it wasn't too hot so I could wear jeans and sweathirt and didn't have to feel anxious about my body 👌 I am already at home, chilling and watching Ricky Gervais' Out of England 2 stand-up special.
