Topper anon, I worded that poorly. Expensive toppers are the only toppers available - either I get a one inch egg shell flimsy thing for 60 bucks, or I spend 200-400 on a topper which seems too expensive when I may just need a new mattress and that money could go towards one :/

I swear 10 years ago memory foam toppers were 150 max. I saw some for 350 today, and none of the mattress stores carry toppers, only home stores. I didn’t realize toppers would be so hard to find and expensive

B. Whether you can resell a topper if it doesn’t help to recoup some cost or possibly find a lightly used one yourself?

C. Just replacing the mattress and selling the existing bed to recoup some cost on the new one.
