Don't give these to the owl guy at the museum. He would rather have normal bread like a crazy person.

if you'd like to see wips, get full quality & PSD files with process steps, on top of the monthly TTRPG portrait designs you can freely use for your video/tabletop games, you can support my art and my silly little ways by joining my patreon for only 1€! it makes a huge difference and allows me to continue being unhinged
there's also a 10€ tier with the only additional perk being a free stock image of a bread of loaf monthly. it's a joke. don't join that unless you really love free stock images of bread. thank u ₍•͈ᴗ•͈₎

What songs do YOU think are Aziracrow-coded (with minimal brainrot auditory syndrome)?
Oh EXCELLENT question! There’s i’d do anything for love by meat loaf because of this top tier amv by @thesherrinfordfacility . There’s bitch by meredith brooks because of the amv i’ve been planning in my head. Also the butthole song because of the amv i did make. Hozier eden & take me to church of course. It’s a sin in the years & years + elton john version well ok i made a mini amv of that one too. Half the queen catalogue, naturally. And a lot of florence + the machine as well: big god, all this and heaven too, cosmic love. Blossom dearie you fascinate me so because of this fanart. Say yes to heaven by lana del rey for extremely obvious reasons. Jesus etc by wilco because of my fic. Tether by ezra furman (she has so many angel centric songs too) because of this fic by @gingiekittycat. I’ll be good by jaymes young. Zero brainrot detected thankfully

Satoru’s Birthday Surprise! || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: in which you and your students surprise Satoru with a painting!
part 1: https://www.tumblr.com/daquila/717999046671925248/happy-birthday-toru-gojo-x-reader
Satoru is not the person that you really know.
He is independent, cocky, and loud around anyone— especially the higher-ups! But with you? He completely melts as he steps into your shared home.
But he’s also unpredictable.
The smell of freshly-cooked pasta lures him into the kitchen, only to be greeted by an eager Y/N that’s ready to knead some dough. You were attempting to bake a loaf of garlic bread since it would go well with your tomato-basil pasta. It was a recipe from the cookbook that Nanami gave you on your 25th birthday.
Normally, you wouldn’t really cook pasta so early in the morning; however, Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji are visiting later that afternoon. It was because of your husband’s birthday.
“ The kids are about to come inside— they’re just picking up some extra ice cream at the grocery store nearby, “ Satoru said as he hugs you from behind, pressing soft kisses on your shoulders and neck.
“ ‘Toru, please change out of those pajamas, “ you scolded, staring at his spider-man suit. The sorcerer proceeded to pout as he quickly took it off and replaced it with a button up shirt and pants.
“ Why! Did you want to gatekeep spidertoru! It’s MY birthday, “ he proceeded to complain as you scoffed and placed the dough in a pan.
The sorcerer heard giggles coming from the front door, assuming it were the three, he quickly ran to greet them.
Nobara and Yuji were carrying heaps of snacks, because they didn’t want Megumi holding anything. Apparently, they lost a silly bet while training with Inumaki and Panda. Megumi sure is receiving top-tier princess treatment!
“ Ah— ‘Toru, please hand them some drinks! I made some orange juice earlier, “ quickly shoving the dough in the oven, you started to clean the messy kitchen.
The students began greeting their teacher a happy birthday, and your husband delightfully greeted the treats into his mouth. They all gathered in the living room to play board games.
Megumi, who clearly just woke up from the car ride, helped you clean up. His head was still in the clouds, clinging onto that thread of sleepiness.
“ Shoo! Shoo! I don’t need your help, Megumi. Go have fun with your friends— I’ll be right here if you need me, “ breaking the silence, he just looks at you and nods. You just smile in reply— it’s his habit of staying silent when he’s still sleepy.
You proceeded to walk into the living room, carrying assortments of different types of pastas, croissants, and treats. The oven suddenly chimes as you settle the last tray of food.
“ Y/N’s bread tastes amazing while it’s still piping hot— my wife is such a chef, “ Satoru smirks, stuffing his mouth with a croissant.
“ Stop talking while eating, Gojo-sensei, “ Nobara scoffed, disgusted as she watched her teacher choke on his food. Megumi stands up and walks to your bedroom, finding the still-life that you and the students painted last time.
Satoru’s eyes melt into a softer expression once his student (and son) hands him the painting.
“ Is this for me? “ he says, hands clutching his chest.
Nobara then proudly boasts about her contribution to the painting as Yuji urges their teacher to open it.
But then something unexpected happens…
Your husband breaks out in an uncontrollable wail.
Chest heavy, nose running with yellow snot, he dramatically says, “ T-t-th-tha-thank….. y-yew…. “
He is the literal embodiment of a tall child.
You grab a box of tissues and wipe off the drama on his face. Nobara quickly takes out her phone and steals a picture of the sobbing sorcerer. I mean— who wouldn't! Megumi takes a mental note to remind himself to post that photo of Gojo crying.
For the next few hours, you and your students spend the time by absolutely destroying their teacher in a game of Monopoly. Satoru, however, would spend these next few hours thinking about how grateful he is to have you by his side.

Doctor Who, but Chronologically 31
Fun fact! The timelines have intersected, almost - if we were watching this show in the normal order, this episode is actually only one out from where we would be. It's 1930! And we all know what that means - it's time for some terrible stereotypical New York accents as we watch Daleks in Manhattan.
Martha's back! Very exciting, Martha put herself into God Tier in the companion rankings with her last episode, and frankly she is very solid in this one as well. She and Tennant arrive in New York, discover it's 1930, and immediately launch themselves into the mystery of working class people going missing during the Great Depression as they live in a Central Park slum in sight of the Empire State Building being built, a tale that is so richly anti-capitalist the only thing they don't do is turn to the camera to break the fourth wall and say "The real monster here, children, is capitalism."
(Also, side note, if you watch in this order, you do feel the devastation of the First World War).
Plot-wise, this is a two-parter! Our second one that is actually intentional. In fact, the plot is fairly basic and simple, meaning the emotional stories and anti-capitalist morals can take centre stage, which is nice - homeless people are vanishing from the slum. They are being turned into pig slaves, by which I mean, humans in fetching brown boiler suits with pig heads who squeal a lot. This is being done by a sort of wannabe mobster who wears stylish spats in the Empire State Building, who insists his workers risk their lives to attach Dalek bumps to the top - because, as the title made clear and the episode wisely chose not to hide from us, the real bosses behind it all are Jeff Bezos inhuman monstrous perversions with no morals or emotions other than hate or racial purity aka Daleks.
Which is exciting! Because you see, while we have SEEN Daleks before, next to the big cube in the second episode, and we got that brief cameo from Rusty... this is actually the first time we get to meet them properly! First Dalek episode, to show us why they're scary!
Except it turns out there are only four of them and they're a cult.
Also the Doctor is proper freaked out by them. We get SO MANY PLOT THREADS HERE
"How are they still alive?" he asks the showgirl who has followed him into a sewer (she is played by Her From Spooks). "How do they always live, while I lose everything?"
Later, Martha, having been kidnapped for experimentation by Daleks and literally shaking with fear, steps up to the Daleks and stares them down.
"I demand to know what's going on," she proclaims (god she's so fucking cool.) "Report."
"Our planet and species were lost in a war," a Dalek says (HOW MANY FUCKING WARS -) "We're the Cult of Skaro. Dalek Sec is hybridising with a human so we can evolve to live outside the shell."
(The other Daleks do not approve. Racial purists. I foresee a mutiny.)
And the merge is complete! The final cliffhanger is that the wannabe mobster now has a single eye and a beard made of penises.
Far be it from me to agree with Daleks, but I also think that's a bad design, actually.
Anyway, other little stories in this episode include Rick Griffin from Holby City playing a man called Solomon, the sort of leader of the slum, who in his first scene resolves a conflict by splitting a loaf of bread in half I-see-what-they-did-there; Her From Spooks playing a showgirl whose boyfriend gets turned into an incomplete pig slave, so he just has the snout and that's it (on being reunited she is very good about it, good for her); and ACTUAL LITERAL SPIDER-MAN IS HERE. That is. Andrew Garfield. Like, THE Andrew Garfield. His name is Frank and he's from Tennessee and he is also about to be experimented on with Martha. And he's played by Andrew Garfield.
The Doctor jokes at one point that he'll let Frank kiss him if he wants, and all I can think about is Andrew "I want to play bisexual Peter Parker" Garfield's eyes lighting up at the line.
But, a nice moment for us watching: the showgirl bonds with Martha (of course) and offers to let her watch the show from the wings.
"Have you ever been on stage?" she asks
"Oh, yeah, a bit," Martha says. "Shakespeare."
WE UNDERSTAND THAT REFERENCE!!!!!
Anyway! New plot threads again!
“She” (an unknown person) is returning (perhaps River returned as Missy. Maybe Me? Maybe Clara???!)
There is something on Donna’s back
An entire planet, Pyrovilia, just… disappeared, somehow. (Maybe because the TARDIS is exploding??? Saturnine was also lost, and that WAS because of the TARDIS exploding. The lion man’s planet was also lost but he was a bit of a knob about it if I’m honest.)
Amy is maybe dead (she’s not)
The Doctor has been cubed (he’s out, but how?)
River is possibly blown up  (unless she’s Missy)
The TARDIS has blown up  (It’s fine now. Except it’s sort of melting now because it’s corrupted, but it’s fine again)
The universe appears to have ended  (the universe is back again)
The Doctor has employed(?) Nardole
(And Nardole was “reassembled???” Nardole had glass nipples and invisible hair?? WHAT THE FUCK IS HE)
There’s a vault in the TARDIS and it contains Missy but we don’t know why (sometimes she knocks for the bants)
What has happened to all these companions and where are the new ones coming from?
There’s an immortal Viking girl now. Her name is Me and she’s now looking after the people the Doctor abandons
What’s With The Silence?
Why was Rory entirely unconcerned by the entire world suddenly going silent when that is Not Normal and should have been, at the very least, extremely disconcerting?
What did the Doctor do to Queen Lizzie One?
Who is Captain Jack Harkness? (Is he the one who gave the companions a warning about the lone cyberman?)
Why is Amy seeing a one-eyed woman in a vanishing window?
What’s with the Doctor’s future involving getting shot by an astronaut?
Is Amy pregnant and why is it inconclusive?
Who is Sarah-Jane Smith?
How is the Doctor Bill’s teacher and why/where does he have an office?
What is going on with the Cyber War and the Cyberium???
Who did the Doctor lose to Cyber Conversion?
What happened with the Other Cyber War?
What happened with the Third War that deleted the void?
Why does Rose seem particularly important?
What’s with the Weeping Angel statues, and why can’t you blink at them?
What order do these Doctors go in? (Eccleston, Tennant, uncertain, Smith, Capaldi, Whittaker)
Which companion just… forgot the Doctor, and how?
Yaz and Vinder are about to die as Mori/Mwri/Muuri
There is a Lupari shield around Earth.
What’s a Time War?
What’s the Rift?
What’s Bad Wolf?
What happened with Amy’s pregnancy?
In which war did the Doctor become a war criminal, and how?
Who is the Master?
Why has Amy forgotten Rory?
Is Rory plastic or not?
Why is the Doctor sulking on a cloud?
How exactly does the Doctor have a cloud?
What exactly happened with Strax to, uh, tame him?
Which friend killed Strax?
Which friend brought Strax back?
Where did this lesbian lizard and human couple come from?
What happened with Clara as Souffle Girl and the Daleks?
How does Clara actually join?
Why so many Claras?
Why is Missy apparently in robo-heaven?
Why is probably!Missy pushing Clara and the Doctor together?
What is Trensilor and what happened there?
Who is Handles?
The Doctor is about to be dissolved by a beautiful geode man
The universe is being crushed by the Flux
Will the Doctor open the fobwatch?
Sontarans are invading Earth again
Who is Kate?
Who is Osgood? Another name of Clara’s again?
The fuck is the deal with the Grand Serpent
Does Martha get to go to an ice cream planet with 12-fingered massage aliens?
How did the Doctor forget Clara?
Who is Bill’s puddle girlfriend Heather?
How did Nardole die?
When does Bill get Cyberman-ed and die?
When does the Doctor shrink and enter a Dalek called Rusty?
Whittaker is falling to her death rn
Was that ring relevant?
Does anyone know the Doctor’s name?
When did Yaz talk to Dan about fancying the Doctor?
When did Dan talk to the Doctor about fancying Yaz?
Who was the Doctor’s wife?
What's happening with the bees?
What happened with Donna's ex and a giant spider?
What war wiped out the Daleks, and is it one of the ones already mentioned?
What did the Doctor mean when he said "The (Daleks) always live, while I lose everything?"

Wait, you haven't read Worm? I had no idea 😅😂 There's only one possible character ask: Scion.
(Or anyone from the Cauldron inner circle... I feel that might be funny.)
A slight exaggeration for comedic effect - I have read up to Arc 10, but that was like 7 years ago. Since then I only really re-read the Miss Militia interlude and seethe [I love her so much but the worldbuilding makes no sense!].
Anyway, with that disclaimer aside - I think I'll go with Contessa for the character ask!
Tumblr media
I have only experienced Contessa via maroon_sweater and @cpericardium fanfic but I think she's so much fun and want to know more about her (and the internal dynamics of Cauldron, to boot) - what do they get up to? How do they work? What are their office parties like? Is Contrandria canon? If it is not canon, then how can it be made canon? And so forth, etcetera.
I also absolutely believe (based on no evidence) that Contessa was completely justified in everything she did, as was Cauldron as a whole #girlboss. (or, another way: Scion is such cataclysmically bad news that a consequentialist position suggests pretty much anything that could stop him ought to be done).
From what I hear about Ward (which I have also not read) and unplanned beach holidays, I think she definitely needs to be rescued from Wildbow.
Given I never read anything about her in canon, I'm not sure if 'others' takes made them more interesting' entirely applies, but I'll check the box either way. maroon_sweater's depiction of her, particularly in Loaf, is layered, complex, and compelling [although my personal favourite has to be No Filter for sheer hilarity]. Meanwhile, Pericardium's Life Bends Down is both very good [I ranted about it a while back], unfairly funny, and does some really interesting things with Contessa in an unpowered setting ref: her blindspots about human interaction.
In brief - never read her (in canon) but like her a lot! Also, she has an excellent dress sense. Top tier costume decisions.

9 People You Want to Know Better Tag
Tagged by @ankhegs-in-my-salad <3 I'll pop everything below the cut in case I get long and rambly because I know myself far too well to trust any answers will stay short~
Three ships:
Abdirak x He Who Was, my beloved Agenda, the pair so perfect they never leave my mind or my heart. I have read every work with the tag and will continue to devour any more that arise~
Raphael x Haarlep, the two fiends who also share no screen time but I'm utterly obsessed with their dynamics~ I will be getting back to longfics once I've recovered from life some more.
Gortash x Durge, there's just so much tasty lore in here and so many wonderful Durge OCs~
First ship: I am a basic bitch and BG3 fandom began for me with Astarion x f!Tav~ I still love the pair, I truly do, and their story will be finished someday in ATG but the rare pairs hold my soul hostage more often~
Last Song: Beautiful Crime by Tamer https://open.spotify.com/track/4NZKQIAbpUPd0jn0CzvRpS?si=0251195fca38430d
Last Movie: Ahh I don't remember... But I will be seeing the new Deadpool film later this week (and will bite anyone who decides to spoil a single detail about it, I've managed to avoid every single promo and trailer so I can go in knowing nothing which is how I enjoy films~) Currently Reading: Just finished a wonderful fic that I'm going to very highly recommend - https://archiveofourown.org/works/55999948 Mind the tags but it really is wonderful~
Currently Watching: Not a lot, I often lack the patience and focus to watch anything at all. But the Tav & Jav streams of BG3 have been quite a delight on Twitch, one of the few things I will force my mind to be still and enjoy for a few hours. They're finishing their first playthrough hopefully in the next one, which is both exciting and a little sad to see it end~
Currently Eating: Ah, thanks for the reminder! I have a small snack size banana loaf right beside me~ and I have a 0% alcohol cider, Kopparberg Strawberry and Lime to be precise, which is refreshing on a warm night such as this~
Currently Craving: Honestly? Creative drive and peace of mind. Struggling a little at present, but as with all dark clouds it will pass in time, it will just be unpleasant until it does. I miss writing like the world will end if words don't hit the page, but when a break is needed a break must be taken~
Favourite colour: Traditional goth answer, but my wardrobe backs me up that Black is top tier~
Favourite flavour: Hmmm this is tough. For savoury, I'm very partial to cheese, and with sweet I like chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon to a close to equal degree~
Current obsession: BG3, with a sprinkling of Hades/Hades2
Last thing I googled: Gortash. Single word, and I shall not be elaborating further at this time~
Favourite season: Autumn, for the most part~ Still warm, but a slight biting chill in the wind that makes it perfect for hot drinks and comforting foods~
Skill I’d like to learn: I'd quite like to master any one of the skills I already have. I'm quite a jack of all trades, master of none, so perhaps something such as mastering one of the several instruments I can play a little of might be good?
Best Advice: "You can't edit a blank page." As a writer this has been a solid piece of advice - your first draft doesn't have to be perfect, it simply has to exist, because you can edit something messy into something wonderful but if there are no words there's nothing to polish. Sometimes you just have to write a whole mess and worry about it making sense later~
No pressure tags for @miradelletarot @morb-untamed @eldathsgrove @dmagedgoods @ineadhyn @hydropyro @theemptyislost @thecampjuicebox @taskignored

'Zuko Alone'
Ah, this iconic episode. Again, this has been analyzed to death and thousands of metas written about it, I'm not going to get into it that deeply. I'm just putting down my gut reactions as I watch and award Jerk Points where necessary.
I suppose this is the episode that really drills in the idea that Zuko is now on his redemption arc. I'm not sure Zuko should deserve applause for not robbing a man and his pregnant wife, but baby steps I guess. (I really have to wonder how Zuko was not freaking out about his 'honor' when he stole Song's chocobo). Also, Zuko reveals having a sudden sense of dry humor? Maybe a chicken flew over? Boy's got hidden talents.
The meat of the chapter is obviously the flashbacks. The turtleduck pond scene between Zuko and Ursa is sweet. Is this where the Azula throws rocks at turtleducks myth comes from? But Zuko actually throws a whole loaf at the ducks and says that Azula FEEDS the ducks like that. He wouldn't say 'feed' if Azula threw rocks at them. Is it unthinkable that Azula would throw rocks at the ducks? No, it's not. But this isn't evidence for it.
aww cute little dangerous ladies :) they are so sweet. obviously, Azula is a rather mean spirited child, but we know and love her anyway. I love her scheming even at this young age. It's just fascinating the way her mind works, being aware of Mai's crush on Zuko, and creating an opportunity for a bit of a mean prank. I don't believe that Mai was in any danger here, Azula's firebending is too precise, and Mai shows absolutely no fear. She only freaks out when Zuko charges at her. Also, I love Ty Lee just finding the whole thing hilarious.
Ah, good old warmonger Iroh, cheerfully laughing about burning down Ba Sing Se. Let's see, 30 hypocrite points to Iroh. Extra 20 points for sending Azula that stupid doll, and another 10 points for enabling the whole stupid doll discourse. Azula wanting her dad to become the next Fire Lord is completely valid, what's wrong with Ursa for not supporting her husband and Zuko for not supporting his father? Don't you guys know how getting to the top in hereditary monarchy works? Read a history book.
I don't really have too much to say about Zuko's time with Lee and his family. Learning that doing the right thing can be difficult and thankless is an important step on Zuko's journey.
Azula and Zuko's reaction to Iroh abandoning the siege of Ba Sing Se was very interesting. Okay, 9 year old Azula is completely insensitive - big whoop she's 9 - but she's also completely right, and Iroh will be seen as a disgrace and a quitter in the eyes of the whole nation. I imagine that Azula's disrespect for Azulon comes from her being subjected to Ozai's fantasies about how he should be the Fire Lord. So when Ursa berates her and then asks 'what is wrong with that child?' my reaction is - SHE IS YOUR CHILD, you goddamn stupid cow, maybe you should find out? 150 Jerk Points to Ursa.
Ozai showcasing Azula's firebending talent to Azulon and being so proud of her and then frowning when Zuko attempts to impress his grandfather, yeah, top tier parenting is in full force. Just for this, 100 Jerk Points to Ozai. Also, Ursa telling Zuko how proud she is with him for trying, but not saying a word about Azula's flawless performance? Yeah, she's playing favorites too. 50 more Jerk Points.
I think I get why the fandom loves Azulon so much, it's because he acts so outraged about Ozai's suggestion to betray Iroh, and the fandom loves Iroh, so... Azulon is clearly a great guy, right? The great guy then decides that as punishment Ozai should also lose his firstborn son. (300 Jerk Points) Also, sure Azula is very mean spirited, but she IS warning Zuko about Azulon's intentions and telling the truth. She is probably even going against Ozai's wishes on this. But yeah, Azula ALWAYS lies, sure.
Ursa leaving is obviously a very traumatic and defining moment in Zuko's life, as he loses his greatest ally and supporter at the court. I like how for Zuko all the events of what happened behind the scenes still remain shrouded in mystery. Obviously, Azula is being a horrible mean gremlin to Zuko, but come on - it's a sibling rivalry, and Zuko has just lost his great defender. Of course Azula is enjoying what she thinks is her victory lap.
Obviously, this is one of the most lauded episodes in the entire show, and I can easily see why. I am somewhat surprised that Ozai earned fewer Jerk Points than I expected - but he is barely a character in this, he's more of a threatening, looming presence.
Also, this episode just made me realize how much I needed a similar look at the fire sibling childhood at the royal court, only from Azula's perspective. I think we would have gotten something like that if Book 4 had happened...
Jerk Points for Book 2:
Azulon - 300 Iroh - 210 Ursa, General Fong  - 200 Zuko - 120 Ozai - 100 Aang, Bumi, Lao Beifong - 50 Sokka - 40 Pakku - 30

Andy Sandford EPK
Tumblr media
Bio: Andy Sandford is a comedian who got funny in Atlanta, GA. He then moved to New York City, where he established himself as one of NY’s top tier comics. In 2021, Andy moved back to Atlanta to tape his latest special, Basket Case, which is currently streaming on 800 Pound Gorilla’s YouTube Channel. Sandford has performed his jokes on Conan and The Late Late Show with James Corden, and is a staple on XM/Sirius radio. His debut album, Me the Whole Time; was one of Vulture’s “9 Best Standup Albums of The Year.“ His first hour special, “Shameful Information (2018),” was ranked one of the “Top 50 Standup Specials on Amazon Prime.” Andy has even played an animated version of himself on Adult Swim’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The Village Voice called him, “one of New York’s comedic gems;” a nice gesture, but not enough to keep him in New York, for Andy now calls Atlanta home base (sorry NY).
Tumblr media
-“It’s a testament to Sandford’s deep well of material that midway through his album, he’s telling stories that most comics would save for their closers” - The Spit Take
-“It’s been said that the best comedy comes from pain. If that’s really the case, then somebody must have kicked the shit out of Andy Sandford…Sandford is a skillful linguist who carefully plays with pitch, tone and timing to spice up his jokes” - Creative Loafing Magazine

In terms of memories of the trip:
* the insane drag show we watched on the final night featuring all 3 of 1) a seasoned and very funny shady host who was also a musical theatre live singer, 2) a splits and tricks style dancer & 3) a looks queen who was able to deliver really top tier emotive lipsync performances to classic standards like River Deep Mountain High & ABBA
* flying down the motorway singing at the top of our lungs some classics including Wide Open Spaces, Shania Twain, Fleetwood Mac & Alison Krauss
* my accent reverting back to match my hometown
* 'sunset lesbian' which became a running joke throughout the trip based on a funny label on a flag we saw
* the fact essentially I ended up travelling about 300 miles for a loaf of bread
* our totally polar opposite approaches to retail vs culture on a holiday situation!
* the amazing chinese food that's just like how I remember it and is never quite right here
* the posh cafes that I never expected the likes of to be there
* the way that all the food in the supermarkets and even the chain cafes was slightly to completely different
* the fact I didn't realise how much I remembered about the past until by talking someone through it it all came rushing back to me. Aren't our brains complex computers?!
