I just realized Captain Ornithicera's sketch book pages you get a glimpse of in the Blue Song Lore video it actually says that he's being transformed into a Transcended one against his will, and David is pretty obviously telling us that the Great Elder Ones have plans for him. So in canon it's probably the Great Elder Ones' will that the poor Captain is going through this.

Then my ass is over here going 'Okay, but I think it would be better if the Great Elder Ones don't actually care at all or have any plans for poor Ornithicera. The Fell did this to give themselves more power (another Transcended One means another conduit for more magical power) and because they think it's funny.'

And since it's also Tails' birthday I decided to put him in Fortnite.

I mostly do 2D stuff, but @/Schollidazed on Twitter provided Sonic Rush rigs for the public a bit ago and I thought they'd be perfect for this.
