I will push this ship until the day I die, even if I have to do it alone. If you've ever wondered, here's my headcanon dynamic for them. Blaster, being loyal to the Autobots and having a strong sense of justice, sees Soundwave as nothing more than an enemy, even after the war may end. He has a hard time interacting with him without feeling angry, though deep down inside he can't deny some interest in the other deckmech. Shockwave doesn't trust Soundwave, considering he knows nothing about him, where he came from, or how he gained Megatron's trust so quickly. He tries to find a pattern and logic to Soundwave's actions, and can't help but feel frustrated when he doesn't find any. It's a problem he can't solve, and that's unacceptable. Soundwave finds the other two's feelings towards him amusing. He himself doesn't harbor any hostility towards them, on the contrary, he finds them curious enough to spend his time on them. Given his telepathy, he knows that their hostility is just a matter of the situation, and can be changed in other circumstances. Blaster and Shockwave would never pay attention to each other. But if you remember this post, you understand that they have met. So Blaster decides to make the best of the situation, while Shockwave continues to wonder and speculate.
