#kinda thought i was making it up how bad it was cuz of my own disappointment with it but no the songs are just not good or like. they are #just soooo generic #its genuinely sad to me how like. how much i didnt like this album i've been losing so much interest in taylor this year in general which #suckssss its sad. but i cant force myself to like the album so.#so high school stays slaying though. also guilty as sin is so gay but it doesnt save it #most of the anthology songs i havent heard many times so i cant say for sure that those all suck too. maybe i'll relisten to the whole #anthology at some point soonish. idk #at least my loss of interest makes it wayyyy way easier to deal with her being in vancouver rn and me not having tickets like i still feel #sad abt that bc i've never seen her live and never got to during the peak of my interest but yeah for the most part i dont really care abt #not going to her shows here

but also im kinda sorta worried about him because a lot of the things he said (not only this specific time, but also like. all this time they've been fighting) really sound like the way i operated when I was having Really Bad depression and being sort of a fucking asshole about it

#and my roommates argument about that is that he's faking being apathetic and irritable and frustrated and just like. off #and that he's just selfish and wanting the bachelor's life back and yadda yadda yadda #but he doesnt strike me as the dishonest type and it's all just a tad Too similar to how i felt and acted when i was Nearly Killing Myself #and like even if he's actually doing awful it's still not her responsability really. they didnt even date for that long #and her model of relationship is much more like a We Make Each Other Feel Good than a We Love Each Other Unconditionally type yk #she's always been clear about this #and she was super willing to work with him through whatever this is and thats why she invited him to Talk #so like. she did what she could. ultimately it's not her duty to help #but i just worry a little #its like regina spektor's bleeding heart yk #you see their pain as they look away and you want to help but theres just no way cuz you won the war so its not your turn #....but everything inside still burns #<- song lyrics #and it doesn't look good if i reach out to him now yk #and also we are Not that close #but anyway. i worry #but ultimately i dont even know if i could really help #when it was me it took me a Lot of time and the influence of many different factors #and he lives in a different city and already does therapy so what else can i really do yk
