Today I woke up from a criminal investigation dream?

It started with a class. We were split into groups of 4 from a class of 8.

the teacher had set us on a project to “find out who’s the killer”. Idea was one killer, 2 citizens, and a cop. This project/game was not the first time we had done it.

My “character” as probably assigned citizen. But as main character I had to figure out who was the killer in the assignment before the end- obviously 🙄.

Thing is, as it is in many of my dreams is also a character of interest. Like a love interest or enemy.

So as the dream goes, I work with the one teammate closely bc they are friendly with me right-

they were the 2nd main character. and like, I see they work at a car shop?

Then the dream moves on from that.

I didn’t finish before I woke up. But I think the problem was he was a killer outside of the class? Like he was a killer taking our investigator class-

but like he was justified? So it’s still ememies to loves but- weird logic- idk 🤷‍♀️

“i” made friends with them in class.

The dream decided to amp itself and if we didn’t solve the fake case given to us we would fail. So we took the project to his place, did a call with the other 2 in the project and took the extra night to solve it before the last 2 classes it’s due.

I think the vibe was they had a crush on

me in class, they would drive me home. We would be in class going through the investigation and get a bit closer to the truth.

Anyway- the dream moves on from the class idea- But then they start trying to kill me? 🤨 Basically it ended with me in fear at the car gas station shop of facing them?

Ngl sounds like a dope show. classmates to enemies to lovers?. 10/10 would dream again.

Today's dream

Everything is a bit blurry, but I remember I was planning a small party with some of my classmates. And for some reason before I left my house my mom handed me a letter from B (I hate saying ex, so I will name him "B"). I don't remember what the letter said but the next thing I was doing was meeting him in some kind of garden. We were face to face and he said the usual stuff I guess, "I miss you", "Everything will be different", etc. And I placed my head on his chest. It felt so warm even though it was just a dream. That was one of my favorite things to do in real life. I loved his smell and how he was very tall and big. I guess doing that made me feel protected. The next thing I did was say to him "How can I be sure that you won't hurt me again" and then I woke up. It hurts so much dreaming about that, so much that I'm crying while writing this. This makes me very angry at the same time. Why the hell am I still dreaming about a person that made me suffer so much?
