Made myself sit down and put a fork in it today#I like Jackson Crawford's translation of the Poetic Edda a bit more but Terry's is good#If you didn't know: Sigurd eats the heart of a dragon (Fafnir) and gets some cool powers from it#Sigurd is the same guy as Siegfried in the German stories (which don't seem to focus on the dragon stuff as much..?)#I haven't read as many of the German stories though. The Norse stuff's more my domain
