I'm happy that they have a new place where it's not confined to the god child's room anymore. But they still went to the trouble of putting up a picture of their last home.

Megatron

• Rumbling out a laugh, he affectionately taps a servo under your chin and smiles when you lay a soft hand on him. “You’re quiet today,” he says, the contact with you soothing him. “Everything alright?” And you wrinkle your little nose at him. Know you think he’s worrying over nothing, but he can’t help it. You and the spark he’d created with you are everything to him. A second chance. A family he’d never dreamed possible. A gift that he’s not sure he can ever be truly worthy of after all he’s done.

• “Just a little off today.” There’s a faint feeling of disorientation, but it’s nothing major. Servos ghosting over your cheek, he’s frowning and you know he’s going to hover and worry unless you distract him. “Can I have some water?” Optics brightening slightly, he turns away and watching him, you still can’t believe he’s yours. That you’re here. Sometimes it all seems like a vivid dream. Heart aching as you watch him, that disorientation sharpens. Hooks into your middle to steal your breath and you recognize the pain. Remember it. Don’t even have time to cry out.

• Staggering, his hand catches the counter as sharp pain flares through the bond, almost crippling him as the tiny container of water slips from his servos. Turning, he stares at his berth. At where you should be and aren’t. Can’t sense you at all. You or his sparkling. Just gone. Legs giving out from under him as his knees hit the floor. Servos shaking uncontrollably as he roars out in pain.

Scavengers

• “Hey, move it you two, we don’t have time for-” Trailing off as Spinister just looks up at him, your blanket clutched in his servos, and Krok’s spark constricts. Knowing something is wrong, seeing it in the pain in Spinister’s optics as the big mech curls forward, rotor blades flaring as he hangs onto your favorite blanket. “Where’s Tiny? Spinister, what happened.”

• “Gone,” he manages, keeps turning the blanket over, twisting it like you should still be tangled in it and he’s just missing you somehow. You’d been in his hands, talking to him and your expression had gone strange. All you’d said was that you suddenly didn’t feel well. He’d had you. Safe. He’d been holding you and you’d just disappeared out of his servos. “Gone.” Looking helplessly up at Krok, because he always knows what to do. He can fix this. He has to fix this. Holding out your blanket in his shaking servos. Pleading for help.

Swerve

• Laughing, you push an empty glass across the bar top to him before jogging for the next one. Head turning when Nautica takes a seat, Swerve hears a clatter, a stool hitting the floor and he looks at Trailbreaker. The big mech pointing. And there’s nothing there. Overenergized already? “What is it, boy? Timmy down a well? Use your words,” he jokes, smile faltering when you don’t laugh. You always laugh. Trailbreaker is backing away from the bar gaping. Spark constricting when he can’t find you. You were right there. “Hey, that’s not funny.” Reaching to move glasses to see if you’re hiding behind one. You can’t have gotten down without help. ‘They just disappeared,’ Trailbreaker whispers. No. He’s had too much. He’s wrong. You’re not gone without a trace. You can’t be. He never got to tell you that he loved you. The moment had never felt right. You’re not gone.

Rodimus

• Entering his quarters, he sets down an energon cube and one of Ratchet’s nutrient bars for you. “You wouldn’t believe what Mags said to me,” he mutters, turning. And you’re not on his berth where he’d left you. Freezing, he shifts your blankets to check that you’re not buried under your nest of them. And immediately drops to his knees to look under the berth. Servos warming as his ability begins to flare. Terrified you’d fallen, but there’s no trace of you. It’s like you disappeared. Opening his door, he steps out into the hall and sees Chromedome looking lost. ‘I think the humans are all gone,’ the other bot says reaching for Rewind as the smaller bot grabs onto him. He’s wrong. He must be. His armor plating is popping, heating up. They’re wrong.

Tarn

• Servos sliding idly along your spine as you laze on top of him, he softly sings for you. Relaxed and focused on the steady beat of your heart. Tucking his chin to see you watching him. Humming along even though you don’t know the words, your voice twining with his to make warmth spread through him. And you sit up suddenly with a shaky gasp. Hooking a servo around you as you look up at him, brow creasing. “What is it?” You look afraid suddenly, doubling over and he cups his palm around you. And you’re just gone like you’d never been. And his servos tremble as he stares at where you’d been. Where you should be.

Cyclonus and Tailgate

• Another panic attack? Feeling the fear and pain spark through his bond, Cylconus growls and staggers. Nearly crippled with it. Crossing the room as Tailgate bounces off a wall, backpedaling and yelling incoherently, he catches the smaller bot and drops to his knees. Trying to calm him before he hurts himself. Or you. Where are you? Usually you two are about inseparable. Feels Tailgate clutch at him, and there’s a ragged, aching wrongness that’s tearing at him. All jagged edges through his bonds with you and Tailgate. And Tailgate’s hysteria takes on a new meaning.

• Venting raggedly, he’s howling trying to get Cyclonus to understand and can’t calm down enough to tell him. So he’s screaming, panicking. One minute everything was fine, stretched out beside you as your mouth brushed his neck, lazily tangling in you. Snaring you with his spark to check on the fragile twin sparks you’re carrying and then you’d just been torn away. Lost you and the sparks. Just gone. And he can’t calm down, grieving and terrified and confused. Screaming.

So I know this has been done many times, but I wanted to do it anyways. I wanna draw Sun and Moon as part of an Animatronic Circus. It’s called the Neo-Matronic Circus! Get it? Cuz Neo, meaning new and the Neo-m sounds a little like Neon… so yeah. But I was thinking what if the other Animatronics (Freddy and the gang) were the main act and Sun and Moon are like the clown act (they are actually supposed to do the grunt work with the cleaning/security bots when not performing). The ring leader is Springtrap and he likes to keep his circus running like clockwork (you DO NOT mess with his Operations). Also, no humans are part of the circus, but every 4 years, Springtrap hosts a raffle where 5 (haven’t actually thought of a good number, but definitely no more than 6) humans get selected to have a VIP tour of the Circus before and after hours! And wouldn’t ya know it, Y/N won the raffle! Except… what happened to the people that won 20 years ago (the last time the circus was in town)? And why are you the only one who seems to notice that they were never seen again? Hmmm…..🤔

Fortress Maximus was trying his best.

He never had parents or anything really similar to parents, just good friends he gained later in life.

Parenthood never crossed his processor until Tim came along.

But there was so much a bot could do when a little boy gets bored doing and seeing the same things every day.

Tim wanted a change to his normal.

This caused more arguments between the two.

Red Alert walks into the main room to find Fort Max sitting in the seat sighing and putting his servos in his helm. He walks over to the taller mech and places a servo on his arm. Red Alert: “It happened again didn’t it?” Fort Max nods. Fort Max: “I don’t know what else to do Red… he hates me…” Red Alert grabs a spare chair and sits down. Red Alert: “Max, the boy doesn’t hate you. He just wants to see some things that are a bit hard to see with his condition. He wants more friends Max.” Fort Max: “You didn’t see the way his face went red. He hates me…” Red Alert: “Do I need to get Rung—Wait Rung!” Fort Max looks at him confused. Fort Max: “Rung? What does he have to do with this?” Red Alert: “Maybe he can help us out or even better help Tim too!” Fort Max: “That doesn’t sound like a bad idea…”

This works a bit and Tim gains a new friend.

He loves hearing stories about the wacky adventures the Lost Light gets into.

Tim wants to meet the orange mech in personally with everyone else… and he is going to make it possible.

Cerebros was getting a special crate of cameras ready to be teleported to the Lost Light.

Swerve had requested them after an incident in the bar that involved a pint of Nightmare Fuel, a dozen curly straws and roller blades.

Cerebros refused to ask further questions.

Tim puts his plan into action.

Slinging a bag with most of his medicines, he sneaks into the crate and gets teleported to the ship.

The crate gets open by a surprised Swerve and Bluestreaker. Tim is sitting in the box. Swerve: “…” Bluestreaker: “…” Tim: “…” Swerve: “…” Bluestreaker: “…” Tim: “… Hi—” Swerve and Bluestreaker: “AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!” Meanwhile in Ultra Magnus’s office… Magnus looks over at Rodimus with squinted optics. Magnus: “Did you do something?” Rodimus: “Huh?” Also in the medbay… Ratchet looks up from his reports. Ratchet: “Something just happened.” Drift: “Maybe we should head back to the habsuite and take a nap then?” Ratchet: “No.”

After the momentary freak out and brief explanation, Rung gets a very bizarre call from the bar.

Something about a human in the bar asking for him?

But he didn’t know any human except—

…

Rung had accidentally stepped on several mechs pedes trying to move into the bar.

There was a small crowd forming near the bar counter.

Everyone wanted to see the adorable little stowaway.

Tim’s smile went wide seeing the frazzled orange mech trying to squeeze in between mechs.

Ratchet, Mangus and the Co-Captains soon followed through.

Tim happily climbed onto Rung’s servos and started hugging his digits while telling him how much he missed him.

Rung: “While this is a pleasant surprise Tim, what about Fortress Maximus?” Tim waved his hand. Tim: “I left a note.” Whirl: “What about Fort Max?” Tim: “He’s, my dad!” Tailgate: “Cyclonus what’s a dad?” Cyclonus: “I don’t know Tailgate. I believe it is an Earth word.” Magnus: “It is a term for a parental figure.” Rodimus: “Wait did he… and a human…” Ratchet hits the back of his helm. Ratchet: “Of course not! Tim is his adopted son!” Tim blinks confused before shrugging off. Adults can be confusing.

There was an immediate rush to get in contact with Luna 1.

Too bad the ship was going through a communication dead zone.

It would take time for any calls to be made.

In the meantime, Tim was given the tour around the ship.

The little boy’s infectious joy and wonder started rubbing off the bots around him.

He had a blast on the ship.

From watching movies with the minibots.

Laughing and yelling inside the speedsters alt modes while racing down the halls.

Getting free rides on bots shoulders while they asked questions about Luna 1.

To falling asleep to Megatron reading some soft poems to him.

But there was one thing most of the bots noticed whenever it was their turn with the boy.

That Ratchet and Rung were never too far away.

Moreover, after a certain amount of time passed by, Tim had to consume something with water or Ratchet would take him away for a bit before returning.

Finally, after a bit of questioning, Ratchet told the that Tim was prone to getting sick a lot.

Much more than the average person and needed certain medications to help combat certain illnesses.

This is what most of the bots understood.

Human that’s sick = Death.

Tim is very confused why suddenly every bot on board what’s to wrap him in a blanket burrito and calls/ runs to the medbay if he sneezes.

Meanwhile, in Luna 1…

Fortress Maximus was in the middle of having his 15th mental breakdon since he went to go give Tim in his medicine and found a note instead.

It was so tiny he accidentally ripped it.

His yelling alerted Cerebros and Red Alert.

Everyone started searching around the base.

Fort Max took on the higher places and outside the base.

Red Alert was currently going through the cameras for any sign of the little boy.

Cerebros was looking in the cabinets and under tables.

Everyone was worried about where the boy had gone and their anxiety only grew as the alarms for his medicines went off.

Finally, Maximus had enough and started making calls.

Fort Max on a call. Fort Max: “C’mon… c’mon…” The call gets picked up. Prowl: “This is Prowl. Speak.” Fort Max: “We need your help on Luna 1.” Prowl: “what have you three managed to do this time? Don’t tell me you screwed with the monitors again? Or is it the spacebridge?” Fort Max: “Prowl I wouldn’t be calling you if it was about monitors and the spacebridge.” Prowl: “Then what could you possibly—” Fort Max: “Tim is missing you callous rust bucket!” Prowl: “… What?” Fort Max: “Tim has been missing since this morning and we’ve been looking around for hours! Now if you want to help—” Prowl from behind him: “Where?” Fort Max jumps at the sudden appearance of the Praxian. Fort Max: “GAH! Where did you come from!?” Prowl: “Not important, where was the last place you saw him?”

Thankfully the Lost Light was able to get out of the dead zone and start contacting the base.

Tim was starting to get worried about his dad.

He had never been away from him, Red Alert or Cerebros for this long.

Hearing that he would be home soon was welcoming news for the boy.

No one was expecting Prowl and Fort Max to answer the call together.

Tim looks at the screen to see his Uncle and Father. He waves exciteably. Tim: “Dad! Uncle Prowl!” Prowl and Fort Max: “Tim!” Several bots hearing and watching the call freeze. Rodimus: “Uncle Prowl?” Chromedome places a digit on Tim’s forehead. Chromedome: “Are you okay Timmy?” Tim playfully swats the bots digit. Tim: “Yup!” Rewind crosses his arms while looking at Prowl. Rewind: “Uncle Prowl, really? Timmy are you sure you’re not confusing him for another bot?” Prowl glared at the minibot. Prowl: “I’m—” Fort Max slightly moved Prowl to get a better look at the video. Fort Max: “Tim! Are you okay!? Are you feeling okay!?” Rung moves into the camera. Rung: “There’s no need to worry Fortress Maximus. Tim has been taking his medications on time and is safe.” The larger mech sighs in relief. Prowl: “We will be waiting for the teleportation device to work on your end.” He looks over at Tim and softens his optics a bit and waves a bit. Tim waves back happily. Tim: “Bye Dad! Bye Uncle Prowl!” The call ended. Tim hummed happily thinking about going home. Rodimus: “Are we not going to talk about ‘Uncle Prowl’?!”

When Tim gets home, Fort Max tries to scold him for sneaking out…

But the tears coming out of the corner of his optics and desperate hugs tell a different story.

He doesn’t have to worry though, Red Alert and Cerebros make sure that Tim gets his scolding and grounding.

…Right after another tearful reunion.

Prowl has a private talk with Tim about the importance of telling the adults (or him) where he goes if he wants to go outside the base again.

Tim promises to tell someone when he wants to go outside or visit someone again.

Prowl is almost satisfied with the day… until he hears Tim excitably talking to ‘Uncle Chromedome’ and ‘Uncle Rewind’.

At the last minute a small set of new EarthSpark toys were revealed.

Smash Changers!

Smash Changers originally appeared in RotB, with some awkward bleed over into Buzzworthy and Cyberverse.

So I guess there was enough gas in the tank to try it again with EarthSpark.

Perhaps the most surprising thing is in Terran rep…

They remembered Thrash!

With how much exposure Twitch usually gets, it’s kinda refreshing to see her often over looked brother, even if I’m not personally that fond of him.

The other thing that sticks out is the rather basic looking packaging.

It’s a little concerning we go from these…

To this…

It feels like an awkward hybrid of the Not Rescue Bots and Evergreen packaging:

But somehow devoid of personality.

It makes me concerned if the remainder of EarthSpark and the upcoming CyberWorld will go for this Evergreen packaging style, making all TF brands indistinguishable to parents trying to buy little Timmy and little Chloe an Autobot and Decepticon they liked but not getting the correct ones…

Age of the Primes packaging seems to lean in this more minimalist direction also.

The main difference is it has a color pallet unique to it to better set it apart.

Perhaps the most interesting thing I’m seeing is again the sheer apathy settling in once more. Lots of people are expressing genuine frustration the line persists and are begging Hasbro to just cancel it altogether.

Even some fans onboard with EarthSpark seem perplexed why it still has toys trickling out when it has everything stacked against it, and reports have said the line has underperformed badly. The most likely reason is these were already in the can and were coming out either way, but still. It is a concerning situation as I was just at my local Walmart after Christmas as of typing and it’s still loaded with unsold EarthSpark and TFONE toys that were still in the same spots I left them the last time I visited. There’s pry no guarantee most of us see these toys in person anyway as I haven’t seen Aftermath, Off-road Truck Hashtag, Spitfire, Prowl or the other Fairly Oddparents Super Bike like Cyber Combiners in my area.

One other thing that still bothers me about the toy line is the lack of push for the other Terrans. The series revolves entirely around the Terrans: all EIGHT of them, and yet Hasbro can’t be bothered to go beyond Twitch most of the time.

Twitch and Thrash occupy most of the marketing, Twitch has most of the toy presence, with Jawbreaker, Hashtag, and Nightshade barely getting anything.

Terratronus doesn’t have squat, and the Chaos Terrans just barely squeaked by themselves. It’s shooting yourself in the foot to not better advertise the new characters, and it’s so frustrating. It’s like if the Armada anime was made today, but the toy line neglected to include the Mini-Cons!

Why do the Cyber Combiners include Bumblebee anyway? He’s not compatible with the Terrans anyway. That slot should have been given to Thrash.

Also, why not diversify the Cyber Combiners to BE the Terrans and Chaos Terrans, make the Energon Powerlinx fusion unique to THEM.

Where’s the Jawbreaker and Nightshade toy that combines into an Owl Bear called Nightbreaker?

That would at least be something!

Hopefully CyberWorld is a bit more focused in that department…

Not to start a war (and feel free to not post this if it's too much) but anyone who thinks Timothee is sincere and is not preformative, blah, blah, blah has not been paying close enough attention, especially in the last year. Only the most blind of stans cannot see that the personality he portrayed for years was created for him and now he is who is truly has always been: super calculated, manipulative and fake as they come. (He's dating a KarJenner, for goodness sake - wake up!) There is a reason his fandom is dying and he needs to be boosted by paid bots, paid articles etc... and, unlike his [and his girlfriend's] PR wants to pretend, it's not just because of who he is now dating. LMAO

I couldn't have said it better myself.

I like Timothée as an actor, but anyone who can't see that he is very calculated and not being real is kind of blind. If those rumors about how he has behaved on sets (and the way he was in college) are actually true, then to me, he's not a genuinely kind person imo.

I can like someone as an actor, but know when someone's whole image has been curated for them, and see that his team is trying to make him into the "next Leo" in Hollywood. 🙄

People who kiss his ass blindly make me laugh lol 😂

There are plenty of signs that Timothée is not who you think he is:

Joking about Hamas in a skit on SNL during the height of the Palestine/Israel events

Being a supposed diva on his film sets

Complaining Joking about being nominated over the years, but never winning any prestigious awards

His recent acceptance speech at the SAG Awards

Cultural appropriation

The signs are all there, but his fans just keep on ignoring them.

Like I said, I don't mind Timothée as an actor, but the signs are all there. So, it's just funny how someone can actually try and come on here and try and insult Austin, but yet will praise Timmy?? After his track record??

Hey hun, I trust all is well!!

I think I have unusual questions re: Timmy & Kylie Jenner currently. I was actually wondering about her mother, who in-part was orchestrating (as much as she could) this PR deal. As I'm aware, Timmy's team is also involved.

As things are winding down,

- Is Kris disappointed in Kylie in not being able to genuinely lure Timmy into a real relationship?

-What does Kris think about Timmy as a person currently (especially as he's been mostly stubborn about meeting the terms all the way)?

-Lastly, as I kind of think I may know some of this answer - on her side financially, seems like she spent quite a bit on all kinds of publicity (bots, false headlines, article mentions, etc.). Was this deal more of a headache or did it work enough?

I really dislike that woman's energy. I felt sick when I tuned in on her.

She was confident with all the power she has and all the bribes she makes that he would actually fall for her daughter. She's disappointed and mad that he made such a fuss of honoring the terms because this was what he wanted. She thinks he's a mess, overrated and stupid by being so stubborn. She hates it when she can't control all the things. She thinks he humiliated Kylie a lot and didn't have any respect for the family. She thinks he's a fool, a workaholic, and that he doesn't know how to play the pr game.

In her opinion this wasn't fully worth it, there were/are many conflicts. She does want to milk it though even when I think Kylie herself is not so keen on it anymore.

it's been a few days, but i did actually see the sonic 3 movie in theaters on my local theaters opening night. just didn't feel like writing my thoughts out about it until now i suppose

i have never seen the previous two sonic movies, but i have seen the knuckles tv show. tbh the knuckles tv show is pretty great, using its limitations and genre in an effective manner.

sonic 3 feels very in keeping with the experience i had with the knuckles tv show. it knows its limitations and genre, and works within them in an effective manner that sells... not the most mindblowing story evar or anything but definitely a good story that touches on its source material in the right way.

incidentally, i was watching it with friends who had seen the previous two sonic movies and in the aftermath i noted how the dialogue and writing often felt a bit too on the nose at times [which is perfectly acceptable mind you, this is the kind of movie lil timmy is going to see], and they assured me that the previous two movies were even worse in that regard. so well its anecdotal, there has been a stark improvement in writing quality. so that suggests the teams behind this insane project are getting something right

a lot of shot for shot references, more then i thought their might be tbh. the entire opening act is littered with shadow the hedgehog the game references, and as i said in a near shot for shot manner, but the entire movie is pretty rife with them. so if your at all knowledgeable on the sonic franchise you'll probably get a kick out of that. some of the line references though are incredibly awkwardly placed, like sonics good ol "talk about low budget flights" just being awkwardly crammed into the opening act. even if i did giggle a bit hearing it like a child with dangly car keys.

one of the things i worried about, was whether or not the movie would underplay GUN's kinda... fucked up ness as an organization. these are the people who in the games commissioned a giant space colony to serve as a weapons development site for such completely necessary weapons as A GIANT ORBITAL DEATH LASER and EVIL DEATH BLOBS, only to shut the project down by extrajudicially murdering/imprisoning/executing everyone involved with the project. thankfully well it is understated, that kinda fucked up ness is very much still there with most of the changes being as far as i can tell logistical ones to better fit in the incidents with the setting of the movies.

jim carrey mugging with himself was delightful. as was the dumbass dance scene.

-Detroit Sector - Sari Sumdac (number unknown). A time traveler from the year 2050 who came to the 2000s for an unknown reason to be discovered. She helps the Japanese and Witwicky kids a lot.

-Las Vegas Sector_USA Jasper Nevada - Jack Darby (TND number 32 and about to leave the team soon), Miko Nakadai (TND number 11), and Rafael "Raf" Esquivel (37 and soon to become a TND). A small team assigned to help Team Prime as their guides and partners to help them disguise themselves with the humans of Earth. Fowler, a former ex Kid Next Door member helps them with the task.

-America_Crown City Secot - Russel Clay ( 21 once in Sector HHH but moved to a new team), Buth (25), and Hank (24). A new team formed by rockies that was made to test the new Sector until Bumblebee crashed on Earth with a tone of Predacons so the mission has changed...

-Griffin Rock Sector - Cody Burns (28), Francine ¨Frankie¨ Elma Greene (29), Celine ¨CeCe¨ Greene (83), Priscilla Pynch (30), Kyle Frazier (TND 39), Billy Frazier (70), Nancy Morrison (TND number 42), George Tracker (40), Jimmy Tracker (68), Timmy Smith (41), Rosita Neederlander (38), Elsie Rubio (71), Corey Perkins (35), Charlene Pruitt (82) etc etc... All the kids on Griffin Rock are Kids Next Door and is probably one of the most chaotic teams in all the world. Their mission, guide and make the Rescue Bots feel at home so other Cybertronians can also be comfortable on Earth.
