I know it’s frowned upon to share “tips and tricks” but I’ve lost 37 pounds in 20 months (BMI:19.44), and I obviously can’t talk about how I did it with people in my life, but I really want someone to talk about it with. Does anyone care to know how I did it?

low key freaking out bc when I weighed myself this morning, the number didn’t seem right so I stepped on it again and it gave me a whole different number. Thinking about buying a new scale bc if I can’t trust my scale, what can I trust???
