so I was rereading @earlgreytea68’s amazing story swan song (AGAIN,, sue me) and I realized I’d never done album art for swan’s sophomore album (THIS IS A CRIME) so obviously I had to fix this. anyway, here is charm offensive!!!
#look I had two ideas for this one it was either this or middle finger w charm bracelet. which I realized would be much easier about halfway#through drawing this one#sorry that it’s kinda graphic#idk what I was thinking#toby speaks#toby’s art#swan song#please ignore the heavily edited color blending on the side I had a horrible erase mark I couldn’t get rid of#anyway uhh it was like. charm bracelet because charm offensive duh. and i thought doing the instruments + swan on it would be#very cool however I didn’t consider the offensive part until later so I just was like OK WELL. SYMBOLISM.#the charms- the people that make the band- are destroying the hand. the hand represents the whole band I guess collectively as a whole#in the story Matt mentions them all being on thin ice during the charm offensive tour so. EMOTIONAL TENSION YAAAY#anyway i really hope you at least like this a little bit egt!!!!!! :))
