I think before trying to publicise and defend your headcanons about Stanley Pines you should maybe do some research about what being broke and homeless is really like. And also keep in mind that he was poor, not stupid.

Details that make me think Spencer Reid could be the Gold Star unsub for Criminal Minds: Evolution
An agent was listed as one of the primary options for where Gold Star got their start;
Gold Star has been trained to think of everything - much like the youngest BAU agent was trained to think of everything to catch the killers while training under both Gideon and Rossi;
“Trained killer, national security threat, but not an assassin” - all three labels fit Spencer;
Social Contagion - sounds like a theory Spencer could have gotten so wrapped up in he lost sight of what he likely started researching it for;
Conspiracy theorist is a bit harder since we’re only two episodes in, but I could see Spencer thinking he’s uncovering something massive and getting trapped in a web of lies and conspiracy. We’ve seen it before in Bones with Zach Addy and Gormogon - even geniuses can be wrong;
The BAU being assigned to investigate a National Security Threat is strange - maybe it’s because they’ll have the best chance at tracking down one of their own even if they don’t realize it yet;
Clearly something massive set Luke off and caused him to scream “That’s not true” - what would be more damaging than Voit telling him that Gold Star is one of their own?
The sheer amount of trauma they put Spencer through throughout the show is frankly the perfect setup for an agent snapping and turning into an unsub;
The absences Spencer had were excused away, but it could have been a cover for him going through specialized training and then on missions;

Wait I thought gangstalking was just a common delusion for people having psychosis, you mean there are actually real groups of people who team up to do this? Why are the targets chosen? That's so scary.
totally they wait until someone sends me an anonymous ask and by that point it's pretty much over for them

{Starter for @corazcnes for the Crossed Universes au}
Raymona had returned home. The grafting surgery was a success. She is still recovering, but it has been going smoothly. Tily was allowed to come home with them and has been getting settled in very nicely. She does whatever she can to help out her parents; Be it making sure Rayman gets plenty of rest and his meals, to bringing them items they need to help take care of Raymona's surgery site.
They would get a formal letter from the Fairy Council announcing the date of Barranco's trial. Raymona and Rayman both being called as witnesses to his crimes. When the trial day arrived, they would send Tily back to the wild one village to be watched over by the Elder, and they would return for her once everything had finished. Globox was needed as a witness, so he couldn't watch her this time.
Raymona was seated beside her boyfriend, who was seated next to his twin. The nymphs, Grand Minimus and Teensette, as well as a face the Rayman from Eden had not seen were seated in the higher ups table. The fabled Magician, Rayman's father. He had come all the way from another continent to attend this trial as one of the higher ups. An unusual sight indeed.
Murfy was seen getting his papers in order. He didn't seem worried in the slightest. Neither did many others that were seated to witness this trial. It wouldn't be a long wait before Barranco was brought out to face trial. The Rabbid was subdued in chains, giving a low growl as he was being escorted to the stand.

i feel like someone Has to ask abt halamshiral, so if no one else has, i will <3
ask meme - inquisition locations
god thank you bc Halamshiral is so interesting (and contradictory) from a Solas perspective.
Halamshiral itself is not a place of good memories, for either the elves or Solas personally, and the latter, at least, is his own damn fault.
First, the most important part of its history is elven, yes, but as far as we know, it’s all after the fall of Elvhenan. The Ancient Age timeline is iffy at best, but the Long Walk is well after Solas put up the Veil.
Second, Halamshiral ties directly into one of Solas’ shittiest moves in the lore (which is impressive, given his long list of shitty moves). Because of Celene’s massacre of the elves, and Briala’s uprising, Felassan sees that the Dragon Age’s elves are just as real and worthy of living as the ancient elves. Felassan’s choice to allow Briala to keep control of the eluvians and tell Solas to, respectfully, fuck off, gets Felassan killed. Just because he dared to say that these are their people, too.
So Solas not only lost one of, if not the, last remaining allies he had, he “lost” Felassan because his pride and anger got the better of him. This is the Solas who didn’t blink over destroying the Conclave and the world at the start of Inquisition. He didn’t really gain a semblance of humanity beyond Make Thedas Elvhenan Again until he was stuck with the Inquisition for a while.
And yet for all this historical and personal shitshow, and how truly awful it must be to walk in its memories in the Fade, when we bring Solas to the Winter Palace he is having a fucking ball. He is vibing. Not only is he drunk off his ass, which I love, but it’s like he’s really living for the first time in a while. This is the most we really see him as himself, or at least, the slightly more carefree self he must’ve been once. The Orlesian Game is stupid, but boy does he seem to enjoy it.
It’s understandable why - his rebellion wasn’t just battles. That great lore piece with Fen’harel and the noble (“kill the other daughter”) reads far more as a rebellion of subterfuge rather than an actual fight. If Fen’harel could “walk in both worlds”, he was probably doing Lelianna-level intrigue at a bunch of evanuris and adjacent functions before the Dread Wolf rebellion overtly took off.
Solas at the Winter Palace is like he finally got a shot of adrenaline he didn’t realize he’d been missing. Like, say, an extrovert finally extroverting after being in lockdown during COVID lol. He forgot how damn fun this could be.
The Trespasser Winter Palace experience is entirely different, and I think a lot of that owes to how changed he is after he gets his power back. Whether it's the power itself, the regret over Mythal, or that he now has more regrets over his impending 'my world-ending explosion is gonna make Anders look like a saint' (or all of the above). Trespasser Solas is back to being the Dread Wolf, and he doesn't seem like he's had any fun in the intervening two years so. Not drunk this time.

⚔️ // "your knowledge about music is truly impressive," byleth was saying. the two of them had found themselves in the archives once more , only this time their eyes and hands scoured the pages of the compositions carefully stored on the stacks of the fourth floor .
"back home , my mentor was equally skilled in the craft . but i can't entirely say with confidence that i've mastered it myself."

whats fun about barry as a protagonist vs other Morally Complicated Guy Shows is that he seriously has no ambition lol, his wildest dreams arent like becoming super rich or relishing in holding power over people, like all he wants is simple happiness, maybe career success, normal life stuff, his wildest dreams are like…. being able to have a wedding. having a kid or two. and theres something reasonable about that, it makes him relatable for a while until the show is very clearly like No dude, that is a fucking serial killer, you should not gaf! and you’re like oh right lol. it’s crazy to make such a simple desire seem so malicious but still human
#like the true success of the show is that he feels just as entitled as walter white even though what he wants is so much smaller#L + serial killer + you’re a war criminal + you’re abusive + kys#barry#but i think it threads the line a little where by s5 of brba i had 0 care for walt i did not feel any emotional attachment#and tbh by the end i didnt even find the whole corruption arc interesting because he was just so painfully malignant and annoying#but barry wants sooooo little. and he’s sooooo stupid. and hes soooo arrested development 15 year old boy#that it still manages to be compelling and he still manages to feel like a human being#not a knock on brba which is incredible television obviously just doing different stuff#idk. something about how it’s tragic but also held at an appropriate distance so as to be laughed at too#like: the irremovable mark doing violence leaves on you.. the inescapability of it… IS sad! it’s sad#and most often IS the result of social conditioning and masculinity constructs and your dads friend grooming you etc#but it’s not the prime sadness. which would be of course the victims of that violence#like. duh#walter my reaction is just. Well i wouldnt do that. I would never choose to do that so who cares#but with barry. all he wants is to not be defined by the hurt he has caused. which is something everybody wants!#but the extents of that hurt are so extreme and are teased apart so well in the show. like theres 0 apologia just exploration#anyway if im doing brba comparisons barry is literally todd

The familiar weight of the Punisher on his back as he moves through the desert heat is an odd comfort. If it weren't for the dried patches of shrubbery and the singular sun he could even pretend he was back on that dry, dying planet.
He cuts the engine of his motorcycle and hops off. With his weapon, there really is no question as to why he's here in the first place. Righteous fury and vengeance and whatnot.
Wolfwood didn't tell anyone where he was going. Hopefully this guy can keep his trap shut. Or his mind. He and Vash have that freaky telepathy shit going on, don't they?
The Ark is a looming, foreboding presence. He never comes out this way, all his trips to Umber have been to visit the younger Stampede and the undertaker. On this island he only has one memory of the Ark, and it isn't pleasant.
As if any of his other memories of the Ark back home are any better.
Tumblr media
When the door opens, Wolfwood peers at Knives over his sunglasses. He puffs out smoke from the corner of his mouth, and without preamble he says:
"Where is he?"

The Red Thread: Chapter 153
The Library of Pastaxandria has recorded for its shelves: Chapter 153 of The Red Thread.
Ship: Matt Murdock x F!Reader
Chapter Summary:
“Then explain it again to me,” he whispered hotly, his nose brushing against your temple. “Before I track Eli down and break his jaw for putting his head between your legs.”
“The explanation is our ladder sucks donkey balls.”
Or: in which you and the Devil have a discussion, Matt has a realization, and every last criminal decides that tonight's really not the night to test the Devil's patience and maybe they should just take a vacation.
Wordcount: 7.7k
Warnings for this chapter: a heavy makeout session, some filthy language from Matt over what he wants to do to you the second you’re head’s no longer concussed, scent marking.
Read me on AO3 because that’s where penguins hang out

@neveraftcr liked this for a starter / based on this

His tongue swipes across his bottom lip, and a copper, metallic taste tickles the top of his mouth. An all-encompassing ache begins to blossom in Seonho's bruised and battered body, but he pushes forward anyway to ensure that the other remains unharmed, gentle hands searching over their form. "I'm glad you're okay," he breathes out in relief after inspecting them and confirming that they hadn't sustained the same level of injuries that he had. That's all that matters to him. That they are alright. A smile blooms across his split lips, his shoulders shaking with the remnants of adrenaline and shock.
