It's been a while, but I had another thought for a Hawks x reader

What if Hawks had more of a quiet, not very talkative s/o that always gas more of an aloof look on her face. (Kinda like Muichiro.) And who just has a difficult time expressing their emotions.

But she expresses her love for him by action. Like when she's wrapped up in her big fluffy blanket and Hawks wants to cuddle. She'll open the blanket for him, and they'll just sit in their blanket cave together, just cuddling.

Or when Hawks is stressed, he doesn't show it, but his s/o can just tell. She'll give him sweets and other things he likes, probably would present him with an Endeavor pen.

I really need to figure out my shit so I can write again, like fuccing, helping me 😭 So many ideas but no motivation to write.

(recovering from a tiring trip) does asahi feel extreme anxiety while travelling? how does noya take care of him? will they be in the airport 3 hours early and noya will keep his mind occupied post-security check by talking to him about things he's seen and whatever he's working on(because let's be honest noya is probably working on something constantly) and asking asahi about stuff he's working on even though he already knows and asks in greater detail?

(maybe they kiss often when there's nobody around. maybe sneak into the bathroom to make out a lil, just to keep asahi's brain focused on something! and they do cute lil stretches while waiting so noya can burn some energy well)

Probably, because there’s only so much that thoughts can differentiate from one another indefinitely, ya know

But as I was laying in bed yesterday evening, thinking about the good old soulmate trope (and fabricating a bedtime story for me to fall asleep to)

I was thinking… what if people had multiple soulmarks. And the area that they’re at meant different relationship types.

Like generally, the arms were for friendship/platonic relationships, and the higher up or closer to the shoulder they are, the more meaningful or „deep“ that soulmate bond is

And soulmarks on the chest are for romantic love and the closer they are to the heart, the more meaningful or „deep“ they are

And maybe you get a certain feeling when you’re close to an unknown soulmate, like the continuous feeling that something is about to happen.

And when you’re around a known soulmate, you get a calm and peaceful feeling

How s3 could start, as someone who hasn't read the books yet..

Louis will call lestat via phone and ask him "saw your tour promo... get me a backstage vip ticket for your show in [insert city]? Daniel won't stop mindchatting nagging me about wanting another interview for a sequel book ugh"

And lestat would be all "of course mon cher, see you soon"

And then Louis shows up in lestats dressing room backstage and sees Daniel standing in the room while lestat is getting ready (getting hair and makeup done) and louis is rolling his eyes "are you serious lestat."

"You said he wanted another book. It's only fair that I get to add my point of view to the story, dont you think. Memories fade with time, best chance to paint a whole picture is with multiple colors. Where were we again fledgling?"

And daniel, no fucks given, curious about lestat, lights a cigarette and starts a new adventure interviewing vampires, again. "You said that instead of getting your version of the events in my first book, I will instead be getting a book about you. Each chapter being paired with a song (and some music videos) from your new album you're touring, talking about a chapter in your life...."

LCB Characters: Age theory

I don't know if we'll get anything to confirm these like we did for Ruina, but a friend and I were discussing the possible ages for the Limbus characters, referencing source material if possible

Yi Sang: 23-ish, a nod to the author he's named for, and his official dossier describes him as the "youngest" chief researcher

Faust: Mid 20s, no real evidence one way or another for her

Don: Either 21-22, or 28, she's very youthful, but given her source material she could be older than she looks

Ryoshu: 24-ish, about middle of the road, no real evidence to suggest her age one way or another

Meursault: Same as Don, either 22 or 28. The Stranger references M. Meursault to be a "young man" so he could be younger than we interpret him to be

Hong Lu: Around 21-23, given his everything he's probably at least among the younger half of the Sinners

Heathcliff: Late 20s if not 30, hard to pinpoint but in Wuthering Heights we know he's not a young man by the time we meet him, but this version of him isn't the terrible father yet.

Ishmael: Mid 20s close to 27, not much evidence for her, but we know she's been at sea for half her life so she can't be terribly old

Rodion: 26-28, no real evidence, she just strikes to be of the older half of the Sinners

Sinclair: 20, but barely, we know he's the youngest, but PM lore confirms Fixers have to be at least 20 to even apply. Unless he's lying about his age somehow

Outis: Mid to late 30s, we know she's up there in age, and was probably in the Smoke War which was 11 years prior to LCB's start, definitely the oldest

Gregor: Early to mid 30s, again the Smoke War puts a better idea to his age, also NPCs have described him as "old"

Okay I *know* I owe you guys more Pitch Perfect ideas, which will come when they come, but I basically just spent a three day weekend leveling up my Summoner in FFXIV, and now I'm like... what if in the cwsg world, the superfriends found out that they were making a VR version of the mmo? (They're not irl, sadface).

And what if, someone sabotages the launch so that the users all get stuck there a la SAO?

So, like. They already know all their skills, bc they've been raiding for a while now, but they kind of have to relearn everything with the new UI and get used to the feel of things. Especially Lena-- as a black mage, relearning all the timing windows and such is going to be a bitch.

But I imagine Kara would find a lot of joy in giving Lena opportunity to practice on live mobs. She just tanks a room or field and does just enough to keep aggro while Lena concentrates on maintaining fire phase.

I think Brainy would eventually become an omnicrafter. I forget what I initially assigned him for the raid group (scholar? maybe?) but I think he'd be most happy tinkering around a workshop. Meanwhile, Nia would become a master gatherer to support him when she's not out doing her red mage thing.

Also, Kelly would 100% be a summoner. I headcanon she's the most casual of the group (may or may not raid, havent decided), so the decent damage numbers from an easy rotation would be the most her speed.

Forest Book Thoughts cause I’m finally having some

the forest around the city is a big dead tangle (all needs names still ugh)

Gonna redesign Geb again (basing him off of an actual bird, I’m thinking secretary bird)

Making the forest more dangerous need to make a bunch of creatures and *shudders* name things

Heln as more of an outlier - late bloomer maybe? Just change it completely? I think I like that more than him having no real magic tbh

NAMES gotta name everything the hardest part

Work on magic system more

Maybe cut out the school or just have it be for general education and kids are taught by their parents or it’s a master apprentice situation

I like that and Bel is at the age where she’s either doing what her dad does or following a different path

I think I’ll take some things in a different direction

Elyonas still exists cause I hatelove them lol but I have new ideas for them

If Mikhail had to hide his powers, openly using them in front of people and such, do you think he still used them on the farm in small ways?

Like he practiced a little by changing small stuff to help out the farm and maybe even doing things for Piotr i.e. creating things so Piotr had stuff to play with or entertainment on long winter days/nights?

I think asahi took fashion not only because of its fluidity and because it'll be easier for him to figure things out! I think if he didn't have noya and still chose fashion, he'd have been anxious still and he'd stumble across noya in one of those parties that he is too anxious for but has to attend because it's his company and he must network! and gets supremely enamored by noya but he's a thousand times more anxious than usual and it's difficult to respond with something normal and gets super tired around noya but wants him around anyway ;;
