Every February 6th for the last 8 years I've texted [redacted] happy birthday but I haven't seen her in 4 years and ever since 2020 every attempt at communicating through more than text runs into some sort of excuse. She's more than capable of texting me "honey I love you more than you know, you're the most important person to me" but can't make a phone call? Can't drive 15 minutes to meet me for lunch? Can't tell me she married a man she doesn't even like? She texts me about possibly working at my job and against my better instincts I get her the hiring info and she never responds. A few weeks later she's in another country and saying we need to get my passport. We? Yeah sure happy birthday I guess
#as if i'd ever travel with her poptart ass husband#WHO SHE HATES!!! BTW#the last time we saw each other she wrapped me in this hug and was like#'this is the only place i ever want to be' and i haven't seen her since lmfao#i'm not in love with her anymore thank god but the imprint of that experience will never leave me#this woman is in her late 50s btw#anyway she texted me a couple of weeks ago asking if she should finish killing eve#thanked me and asked me how work is going and then I hear nothing else lmao like am i joke to you#honestly and truly#i think back to pre-covid days when we spent so much time together#and even then I knew it could never last but I never expected something like this#the only reason i haven't blocked her number is because some part of me still hopes that we can actually have a conversation#i don't want a relationship or anything resembling that especially not now but like what the fuck happened#she's so concerned with seeming 'normal' that she'll die living a life she never wanted to please people who don't care about her#and she /knows/ this that's what gets me#i was sooooooo so fucking close to getting her to go to therapy but then 2020 happened and now she never will#anyway it's her birthday lol

Hi, may I request Hugh Jackman x fem!reader were she's an interviewer and while she is interviewing Hugh and Ryan, Ryan notices how Hugh looks at the reader then says something about so Hugh ends up asking her out during the interview. (P.s- can there be a snippet after the fic or a part 2 were the reader and Hugh are getting married and Ryan is invited so during the reception he tells the story of how he played "matchmaker"?)
I love this!!!
I am so excited to write anyway thank you for requesting!!💗
Hugh Jackman x interviewer!reader
Warnings: Fluff Fluff Fluff!!!💗💗💗 reader is in her 30's in this fic and I decided to change Hugh's age a little as well and make him 50 (btw please tell me if there are any actual warnings because I'm delulu)
Hugh groaned as he opened his eyes to the blaring alarm in his ears. He reluctantly sat up to turn off his alarm. After he did so he yawned and stretched his muscles trying to get his sleep fogged brain to remember why he had to get up so early.
Then after a few minutes of struggling he realized he had interview with Ryan today about his new movie Deadpool & Wolverine.
He finally got up and started to get ready he took a shower, got dressed into nice clothes, and brushed his teeth and hair and when he was finally done he grabbed some breakfast (ngl I nearly put the australian term Brekkie) for the road.
As he got in the car he decide to call Ryan and talk on the drive there since it was an hour drive. As he was talking to Ryan he asked, "Hey do you know what we will be doing in today's interview?"
He honestly could never remember if it was a normal interview or something more like playing a game or something other than questions. Ryan replied, "It's supposed to be like a normal interview the interviewer is a woman this time Y/n l/n is her name or so i have been told."
that is a beautiful name he thought as he drove. Once he got there crew members were getting the shot ready. So he meet up with Ryan in the mean time who was talking the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.
Ryan looked up from his conversation with you and saw Hugh and eagerly waved him over. Hugh started walking as you turned to look at him you gave him a beaming smile that made your stunning e/c sparkle.
As he made his way over he couldn't help but be awe struck. Once he reached you both you stuck your hand out excitedly and introduced yourself "Hi I'm Y/n it is such an honer to meet you!"
He shook your hand with such gentleness it made your heart flutter you blushed at what he responded with "The honer is all mine, darling."
Ryan saw a look in Hugh's eyes as he stared at you and his smile turned mischievous "Y/n here was just telling me a bit about herself." Ryan told Hugh with a smirk.
"Really like what?" He asked you "He was just asking about my age and where I'm from stuff like that." you replied with a gentle voice Ryan added saying " she said that she is in her late 30's and is from (where ever you were raised)."
you smiled at them both as Hugh was about to respond one of the crew members came up to tell you it was time to start the interview. They get set up and soon the cameras start rolling.
"Hi welcome I'm Y/n l/n and today I will be interviewing Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds about their new movie Deadpool and Wolverine." You said with a enthusiastic voice. "Alright let's get started!" You continued before asking your first question.
"Okay so my first question is for Ryan what made you become a fan of Deadpool?" Ryan started laughing quietly "This is a funny story actually I found a Deadpool comic once and inside he described himself as looking like 'Ryan Reynolds crossed with Shar-Pei'."
Hugh added on "Oh yeah i remember you telling me that!" he chuckled "That is such a funny fact but I can defienitly see the Shar-Pei in him" you giggled a little and Hugh couldn't help but stare at you with love eyes.
Ryan noticed this and needed to say something before the interview was over as the interview continued with all sorts of fun such as jokes, laughter, and maybe a little flirting along with Hugh looking at you with a love sick face
“You know you two would be a really cute couple.” Ryan said randomly after one of the questions about his relationship with Blake “Really.” You say shocked. “Yea I mean you have good chemistry and man oh man you both look like lost puppy’s in love with the looks you are giving each other.”
Hugh laughed nervously but gained the confidence to ask you out "I have to agree with him on the last you are the most beautiful woman I have ever met and I would love to get to know you would you like to go to dinner with me tonight?" He said with so much hope in his eyes that this beautiful woman in front of him would say yes
"I would love to." You replied with an excited laugh "Finally, I thought I was gonna explode with how much sexual tension is happening here." Ryan added with a mischievous smile and glint in his eyes as he looked at the two people in front of him as they both turned into a blushing mess.
When the interview ended Hugh pulled you aside "Is dinner at 8:00 tonight good?" he asked with a gentle smile that made you week in the knees “It's perfect." you said with a giggle "Great I'll pick you up then." he winked at you as he left.
3 months later
you and Hugh have been thing ever since your wonderful dinner date after the interview and life couldn't be better except for Ryan’s constant bragging about bringing you together but you really couldn’t be more thankful for him for if he didn’t give you that little push who knows if you would have ever went on that date. You both have already fallen for each other fast and hard and you can't wait for the beautiful memories ahead.
I know its not great I'm still getting used to writing fanfics but I hope it lives up to your expectations
there will be a part two I loved this Idea so much please tell me if you would like to see there date and I will make that a bonus one 😉
thank you for requesting
much love,
Natt❤️

Umpteenth (and blocked) Gay Anon
You just couldn't help yourself. Again. Just had to do it yesterday: what the heck, let's try and see if it sticks. Again.
Uh, oh. To no avail. Again.
But because I had no fucking idea of what you were talking about, I took my Hazmat suit and went for a stroll on Data Lounge.
And yeah, surely enough, it took me just about 15 seconds to hit the crap-pot:
You're that transparent. Same grammar mistakes as my particularly challenged Anon I am regularly torturing in here. LOL?
But God forbid you'd notice the common sense fact that Tovey posed with just about everybody in attendance the same way he posed with S:
And God forbid you'd notice also that, when snapped unaware, the pic tells a different story: a relaxed conversation between two pals, one of which has buried his hands in his pockets (S) and the other is blocking with the wine glass (R).
And FYI, your best frenemy, *urv, didn't go anywhere. She was just baiting her inane mob, throwing in a (plaintive violins, please - no drums) pathetic medical narrative, for sympathy:
Best part? "I was never into Sam". 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😵🙄
Hell just froze. Sure enough, she was never into S. Not as *urv, anyways, but as Scilla - her avatar in the Twilight fandom. Puffy lived enough to tell that tale:
You'd profitably also read this post from Puffy, btw: https://justmakeitadouble.wordpress.com/2018/09/27/stalking-101-the-manip/
*urv still uses even today the same sharpie blackout technique on the pics she is posting (now using Tipp-Ex white, who the hell does this woman think she's fooling?). But gave up the inserting 'erself in the pics part: at 50+, it's a bit late for this particular kind of shit game.
Also, this:
Sounds familiar? It should, she does this every single time a 'new crush' hits the billboard.
Thought it would be a pity to lose all this historical info. But cue in 'you're Puffy' Anons in 4, 3, 2...
ROFLMAO. The true story is always more interesting than this rubbish.

So I was browsing through some of your old posts and one of them mentioned that Namor was r*ped? When did that happen? Would you ever consider writing something that deals with the fallout of that? Hope you're doing well btw
Thank you, I am doing fine, and I hope you are too! CW for Heavy/Dark Themes, Rape, Sexual Assault.
(During the 90s Reed Richards was written out of Fantastic Four comics, and presumed dead by literally everyone in the comic world except for Susan who believed he was still alive. In real world time Reed was gone for years, and this was really unheard of for one of Marvel's important characters because the Fantastic Four were Marvel's big team. So it really looked like Reed wasn't going to come back. I say this to let you know why Reed wasn't around in these comics, and to mention that Susan never cheated on Reed.)
So I was browsing through some of your old posts and one of them mentioned that Namor was r*ped? When did that happen?
Yes, Namor was canonically raped in Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) #49-50; Empress Llyra (the shapeshifting half Human/Lemurian woman who poisoned Namora, killed Lady Dorma, and helped Tiger Shark kill Namor's father, and tried killing Namor) shapeshifted into Susan (The Invisible Woman) and raped Namor. The next day Namor finds out that Susan never slept with him and that it was Llyra, he snaps and tries to kill her but is stopped by Susan, and the text is very explicit in saying "There's a word for what she did to me, Susan. Had it been committed against you, would you not feel justified?", and this was confirmed by the writer Glenn Herdling in an interview by Twomorrows Back Issue #91.
Back Issue #91: Namor #50 (May 1994) deals with a touchy subject, as Herdling points out. "My friend Chris Cooper, a former Marvel editor and author of Songs of the Metamythos, recently reminded me that Namor was raped in an issue I wrote. In her attempt to spawn an heir to the throne of Atlantis, Namor's nemesis Llyra seduced him by disguising herself as Sue Richards. Chris asked me if I regretted writing that scene. I told him that I thought it was a powerful story, and if I had to tell it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. People don't think a strong, virile hero like Namor - who represents the essence of masculinity - could ever be a victim of rape. Namor is a attractive, stalwart individual with a magnetic personality who has always been portrayed as having an insatiable appetite for the fairer sex. When a female adversary takes sexual advantage of such a man, a common reaction is, 'So what?' Sue Richards illustrates this double standard when she demands to know why Namor was in a homicidal rage. Namor retorts, 'If the act had been committed upon you, Susan Richards, it would be called something else.' At the time if I had proposed such a story and the victim had been female, it would have never seen the light of day."
Would you ever consider writing something that deals with the fallout of that?
I have written many scenes that deal with the fallout of Llyra's actions towards Namor, and a have planned a big portion of my fic, Sub-Mariner: Ascension around the 90s and all that happens. Is any of it published on my Ao3 yet? No, but it will be sometime in the future.
Unfortunately I don't have a set date for when I update fics, it depends on my schedule, and my ability/energy to write. I've been struggling a lot with writing lately so I am working on trying to finish my other works before devoting myself back to my Sub-Mariner: Ascension fic as that's really my long time pet project, it's a fic that is more of a novel, or several novels, that chronical Namor's life through the comics but with a more in depth look at his adventures and his character, it's darker at some points than the comics ever go, and deal with a lot of heavy subjects like the above mentioned incident, as well as Namor's time growing up, his time in the war, with each team he's been on, and each loss he's endured. It's supposed to flesh out and connect a lot of threads that the comics never pick up on while including new original elements. I did commission a fanart of for this too, and I hope over time to commission more arts for this story, as well as finish writing it.
I have toyed with several ideas of a stand alone fics that covers what happened to Namor, this time and other instances*, but I was never sure if anyone would be interested in dark fics that has heavy angst/whump as well as dealing with this topic for Namor.
*This also isn't the first time Namor was raped, or sexually assaulted, however it's always played off, never spoken of again, or turned into "well he wanted it".
The first time a shapeshifter seduced and tricked Namor into sexual relations was in The Defenders (1972) #93; The dead Lady Dorma seemingly comes back to life and places a spell/mind control on Namor to do her bidding and attack the surface world. The Defenders figure out something is wrong with Namor and "Dorma" reveals herself as Nebulon, The Celestial Man. He was recurring enemy of The Defenders, and when Namor finds out that "Lady Dorma" was Nebulon he fights him and says, "You have violated my very consciousness, Nebulon -- defiled the memory of the fairest creature I have ever known! You have used me scum -- and The Sub-Mariner is not lightly used!" -- "When I think that I... held you in my arms -- let my lips brush yours... I am sickened."
(So while Herdling thinks he's written this happening to Namor for the first time, it's not, however Herdling does point out in no uncertain terms what it is. Which is a far better writing than what Johnny Storm (The Human Torch) got stuck with. It's actually so interesting that both Namor & Johnny got a story arc about a green skinned shape-shifter Llyra & Lyja who takes on the shape of other women to trick the men into sleeping with or marrying them only for the truth to come out. In fact Namor in these issues even thinks it's Lyja who raped him before figuring out it's Llyra.
While Namor got to say what happened to him was rape, Johnny doesn't. Johnny gets made fun of for Lyja. More about this subject in this post by @/ Traincat) )
Marvel Comics Presents (1988) #58 - Just an issue ago Namor was thinking suicidal thoughts over losing his wife, Marrina, and gets roped into helping some humans. Sandra touches and kisses Namor thinking that him being annoyed by her is just a front for unresolved sexual tension between them, but Namor rebuffs her and tells her that his affections are not so easily won. Later a mysterious old man tells Namor he needs to relax and to appreciate the pleasures life offers him.
Basically the comic dismisses Namor being uncomfortable with a strange woman who came onto him, and tells him he needs to enjoy himself. Nothing romantic happens between Namor & Sandra in later comics.
Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) Annual 3 - Namor is visiting a friend in Tokyo, and the friend's (wife? girlfriend? text just says woman) woman comes to Namor in the middle of the night seeking to sleep with him. He tells her this is improper, and she leaves, she returns more dressed, and seduces Namor again, against his protests, touching, kissing him, before a panel shows Namor giving in. It's later revealed the woman is a cyborg assassin.
The framing of this pretty much shows how uncomfortable Namor is with the whole situation.
Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) #36 - The Neried seek to seduce Namor by shifting their forms to look like Lady Dorma & Marrina, his dead wives, but he rejects him, and just like in The Defenders, he is enraged someone would take on the forms of women he loved so deeply and dearly.
The Invaders (1975) Annual 1 - The Shark, knocks Namor out, ties him up, changes his clothing to steal his speedos. While it's played for comedic effect, this isn't the first or last time a villain has tied Namor up, but I make special mention of this because of the fact that at one point while unconscious Namor was stripped naked against his will.
Villains often admire Namor's body, and remark on it. Honestly the amount of times Namor's been tied up, abused, experimented on, etc. happens so many times that it'd need it's own post.
One more I'd like to mention because of the implications is Dark X-Men: The Beginning #1 - Norman wants Namor on his side, and has a talk with Namor while he's in the shower (full comic) and while Namor definitely has the strength to defend himself, this is more of a psychological play by Norman, talking to a person while they are naked is a very vulnerable moment, the hand touch, etc. Norman knows he can't control Namor through brute strength so he positions himself in a way that gives him power over Namor while also offering Namor things he wants, a mention of how he can give Namor a place to belong, with Emma, a home on his team.
As many Namor fans know, Namor does not like to be touched without consent, even if its a tap on the shoulder, and while the comics have often implied it's because Namor is royal, he's arrogant, he doesn't want peasant hands to touch him, etc. honestly I personally just headcanon that after years of people touching him when he doesn't want to be touched he's just put up a wall of arrogance to defend himself from further molestation. It wouldn't be too far fetched to think so because even as a kid he was (physically & verbally abused) by his grandfather (Namor: The First Mutant (2010) #4), beat up by other Atlantean kids, etc. so why would he want people he doesn't trust touching him. He's unclothed a lot, and people think that means it's ok to touch when it's not. Even when it's just a person he knows, he doesn't like it.
Defenders (2001) #7
I know this is a long reply, but it's just a subject that I don't think gets discussed enough tbh. Also to make one final point is bringing this back to what Herdling said in his interview: When a female adversary takes sexual advantage of such a man, a common reaction is, 'So what?'
While I'm not a fan of Herdling's writing, his run on Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) had so many issues with plot, etc. I do think he makes an interesting point in this interview (that took place in 2016? I think) about the double standard male characters face when it comes to Rape, Sexual Assault, and on another note Domestic Abuse, or any time of crime that we typically associate with men doing to women, how there's a general lack of care. It's turned into a joke when a woman abuses a man, or how the man is treated as something less if he doesn't perform masculinity to societies standards. Namor + Masculinity is a topic that could be discussed further, because he is one of the characters that many people think has toxic masculinity but they just haven't read his comics. While Namor definitely has some bad qualities, he's also very confident in himself and his masculinity, so by Herdling not shying away from the subject that "yes, Namor was raped, no I don't regret writing it", it's so interesting. A lot of creators often just shy away from confirming anything or try to defend their choice to have a male character raped/sexually assaulted, or excuse it, or ignore it, or make fun of it, or blame the male character. ESPICALLY when a character is, like Namor, a lover, a flirt, probably promiscuous, they are blamed for what women do to them. One example that drives me so insane is Gambit. I'll put the rest under a cut since it's more graphic than what I've shared so far, and further down I analyze Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) #49-50 in more depth.
I think the only male character who's depiction of rape (twice) is actually done differently and not brushed off or treated as a joke is Captain Britain. (Of course there's probably other stories out there with other characters but I'm just going off what I know in the big 2, Marvel & DC comics). You can read this post that goes more into Brian's experiences by @/ Thisiswhatwereupagainst.
CW for Heavy/Dark Themes, Rape, Sexual Assault, Incestuous implications.
If you haven't read X-Men (1991) #171-173, then I'd warn you about how bad the writing is; a student, Foxx, propositions Gambit, comes onto him while he's in the shower, he rejects her. He's blamed for taking advantage of a student (why do characters think the worst of Remy, he's not a bad guy!), then he finds out Foxx is actually Mystique who claims to want to sleep with Remy for the sake of her daughter. He rejects her again, but doesn't tell anyone about it, and when it gets out that it's Mystique then Rogue is mad at Remy for keeping it a secret. The sexual assault isn't ever brought up again and is ignored, but again it was framed as "Remy is a sexual dude, he would be ok with it, besides who cares?" Just because a character is promiscuous doesn't mean they want/deserve something like this to happen to them.
Both Namor and Remy are seen as charming, they get the girls, "so what if they are subject to unwanted attention? They should enjoy it..."
It doesn't help that both Remy & Namor have had moments of queer writing, with Remy & Namor nearly being made Bisexual/Gay, (Namor's was in an AU) but they were barred from being canon lgbtq characters in Marvel by the bosses, even though there are times throughout their 616 comics where you can interpret them as not just cis straight men.
--- At the time if I had proposed such a story and the victim had been female, it would have never seen the light of day."
Nightwing (1996) #93 - Nightwing is raped while in an emotionally compromised state, but if he had been a woman would that issue have seen the light of day?
Wonder Woman (1987) #214 - The Flash (Wally West) is beaten and sexually assaulted by Cheetah.
He's a married man, but Cheetah calls him lover as she beats him, and is about to rape him before she's stopped. If it was reversed would this have been allowed to see the light of day?
Flash brushes off this experience.
I'm not saying that women in comics haven't been raped or assaulted but I'm just pointing to a few examples of how differently male vs female characters are treated, "because it's not acceptable for it to have happened to a woman but it's ok for a man" Herdling basically says.
A more in depth look at Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) #48-49.
First off the cover is just Bad. Like really bad, like "What on earth possessed you to make THAT cover?!" The theme of one man with a haram of sexy ladies isn't unheard of, that's not why it's bad though I do side eye it anyways, but the reason it's bad is because of who the women are.
Andromeda - Namor's friend, a proud a fierce Atlantean warrior, the daughter of Attuma, who has Namor's trust and confidence. Namor appointed her as Peacelord, she's basically become the captain of Namor's guard. While Andromeda has/had a crush Namor, nothing ever came of it and Namor never viewed her in a romantic light, only as a friend.
Marrina - Namor's second wife, they were happily married for a short time before Marrina turned into a sea monster, she breifely turns back into herself only to beg Namor to promise to end her life so that she no longer harms anyone else, and Namor honors her wish after she turns back into a sea monster, killing her with a magic sword. It makes sense for her to be on the cover.
Princess Fen - Namor's mother. Yes. His mother. Do I need to say more? Like why the fuck would you put Namor's MOM in a sexy lady Haram group shot with a title card that reads "Haunted by memories of lost love!" we know the writer intended romantic love, not platonic or familial love. Namor & his mom have never had an incestuous relationship ever.
Lady Dorma - Namor's first wife, who was murdered by Empress Llyra. He loved her very much. (I know people will always point out that Dorma was Namor's "cousin" but honestly the comics never state they are blood/close cousins, only a loose term of "cousins", Dorma was a Lady of the Altantean Court, a noble family.) They grew up as friends in court, and she was one of the only people who treated Namor kindly, and he doesn't even realize his true feelings for her until they are both adults. It makes sense for her to be on the cover.
Namorita - Namor's younger cousin. While I know there's people who will point out that Nita had a crush on Namor when she first knew who he was, I will also point out that Nita was like 16 years old, a stupid horny teenager who was raised alone (and probably abused) in the court of Empress Llyra after Llyra poisoned her mother, and Namor was the first person to defend her when she needed it, AND I will also point out her "crush" lasted barely a comic before she found a cute human sailor boy her age to crush on instead. Namor's only ever treated her like a little sister and again not in an incestuous manner. So again, why do we have her in a sexual position here?
Susan Richards - a married woman who long ago told Namor she doesn't love him several times, the Namor/Sue ship was dead in the water, and Namor had moved on from his infatuation, and was married twice. He never had his feelings reciprocated. I understand why she's on the cover but I just don't like it. lol.
The comic promises to dive into Namor's lost romances of the past, but out of all the women featured here the only 2 who loved Namor & he returned their love were Marrina & Dorma. For Andromeda it was a one sided crush on her end, and for Susan it was a unhealthy obsessive infatuation on Namor's end. It really feels like they just wanted to have sexy ladies on the cover and that's why its framed this way. Furthermore Namor is chained to the bed, while his arm is around Lady Dorma, he is staring blankly past everyone.
Namor is haunted by nightmares of losing his mother, of the Witch-Queen Artys-Gran, and of his dead wives.
He awakens and learns he's in a decompression chamber to stablize him. Susan and Namor talk about their lost spouses, and rekindle their friendship. However nothing romantic has happened between them. Later in the comic Namor is in bed, reading a book, at Oracle Inc. the company that he owns and runs, he has personal rooms, and a private pool, because he was living there most of the time, when a mysterious shrouded female figure enters in a short robe.
The comic ends in a cliff hanger, and the next comic it's revealed that it was Susan (Storm) Richards. Or is it?
The cover shows Namor kissing Susan while Johnny, Ben, and Lyja look on in shock and horror. The tagline on the inner splash page reads "Someone's been sleeping in my bed".
Namor and Susan get dressed for the day while discussing what happened last night. Namor feels uneasy but doesn't know why.
Namor goes off to his company for a meeting before going to Hydrobase to speak with Andromeda, and the off to see Nita who gives him some advice about dating, a tux, and flowers. Namor's happy but nervous, however when he gets to Fantastic Four and gives the flowers to Susan, Susan is confused and angrily snaps at Namor for touching her.
Ben punches Namor, everyone thinks Namor is trying to make a sleazy move on Susan for some reason, and while Namor's trying to explain and say it's between him and Susan, still believing that she was with him last night, all four of them battle, in the end Lyja shapeshifts into a monster to join the fight, and Namor seeing her change her form realizes that it wasn't Susan who slept with him last night. Mistakenly he believes that Lyja was the woman who came to him last night and attacks her. However he realizes it's not her, but that it was another shapeshifter. He leaves the Fantastic Four, and they follow.
Phoebe Marrs, an employee who took over running Oracle, and a recurring character from the series (earlier on in the series it was implied that her son's father was her twin brother Desmond, and Desmond died by suicide, however she's been seeing his "ghost") Namor figures out that the "ghost" is real, and it was a shapeshifter, his theory is right and it's revealed that Llyra has been around for ages posing as both Desmond and Phoebe on occasion. Also Llyra (as Phoebe) slept with both Jim Hammond (earlier in the series Jim thought he was sleeping with Phoebe who came onto him, so he was shocked to learn that it was Llyra, so she had raped him as she had Namor), and Leon McKenzie (*sigh* a secret son of Leonard McKenzie/his second wife, who then had a son named Leon, who would be Namor's nephew and works at Oracle, no one cares or remembers him).
At this reveal and the realization that he slept with his most hated enemy, again the woman who has poisoned his cousin Namora, who killed Lady Dorma, and helped kill his father, a woman he despises. A woman who since day 1 has wanted Namor romantically even though he never wanted her in that way. A woman Namor has vowed to kill in revenge for Dorma's death. Llyra raped him because he would have never slept with her if he knew. He snapped, and tries to kill her, and demands to know "why?", and Llyra spits on him as an answer. Namor tries to kill her, but is stopped by Susan. His hurt, his pain, his abuse, his rape is met with a "so what?" "no matter what she did to you, you can't kill her". Namor can't kill his rapist because Susan says he can't. Llyra then says he can't because she is pregnant with his child (She's not, it's Leon's child) and Namor is shocked, he lets her go, calls her a sick woman, Namor chooses not to press charges against Llyra and let's her go.
Then Namor loses it, like he starts laughing manically, and it makes the Fantastic Four uncomfortable so they just leave. Namor doesn't tell the rest of the Fantastic Four that he is sterile (this has since been retconned), and he can't have children, so he doesn't believe Llyra is pregnant with his child.
Later Susan shows up to check up on Namor, and he tells her he wanted to be alone with his shame, and they discuss how they could never be.
Then for some stupid reason Herdling has Susan and Namor kiss. It makes no sense, but Herdling liked the idea of Namor/Sue, but though the writer wanted, he knew he couldn't go further than a kiss. (Back Issue interview) I suppose people could look at it as a "a comfort/pity kiss" but honestly I hate the Namor/Sue ship too much to see it as anything but a writer's ship preference. People point to it to say Susan cheated on Reed by kissing Namor (this is the ONE time this happens) but at this point in the comics Reed is "dead". I hate when people try to say Susan is a cheating slut so it feels so disingenuous to say this was a kiss made of love or lust or whatever, instead of acknowledging that the writer really wanted to get a Namor/Sue kiss in.
Personally I think the issue of what happened to Namor is very overlooked by fans and creators, that Namor is a victim of rape, and how although it is acknowledged in it's moment, people still don't give it the gravitas it deserved, especially for a character like Namor. True this comic didn't brush off or ignore what Llyra did to Namor, but by the end of it, the Namor/Sue kiss, it really does feel like "ok, Namor is a little sad but he's ok once Susan REALLY gave him a kiss" so it does feel like the writer brushed off the effects of his abuse.
What's more, why? why would Namor ever feel comfortable kissing Susan when her likeness was used to hurt him? Why would be ok with any physical touch or sex or kissing when just a day before he was raped? Again, comics do not handle the fall out of rape well at all.
Now with Aaron writing Namor, and underwater politics, and a war for the Atlantean throne, I suppose we'll see if Llyra will ever return to make a play for the throne that she wants so badly, but I won't be surprised if Aaron doesn't ever use Llyra, because then he'd have to actually write about Namor confronting his rapist after Namor left Llyra to die in Fantastic Four Unlimited (1993) #11 (she survived somehow of course, but she hasn't interacted with Namor since.)
Anyways like Namor's canon PTSD, we won't get much depth into heavy subject matter and deeper characterization unless a good writer really wants to write it. And that's the full story of Namor's rape in Namor, the Sub-Mariner (1990) #49-50.

Time for some general info about each Manager!
Here’s an important note going in: in this world cogs are born either the natural way (which surprises toons because they didn’t realize that toon and cog reproduction wasn’t all that different) or are commissioned to be built using their parents genetic material/coding
William Boar
Late 30’s-early 40’s, bi trans man, white boy, autistic, shares a dad with Desmond but different moms since Will’s mom passed away before his dad remarried to Desmond’s mom, dating/eventually marries Rain and has what’s (to their knowledge at the time) the first documented cog/toon hybrid post main story, daughter is named Olive and she's more cog than toon
Buck Ruffler
Mid-late 30’s bi man, Chilean, AuDHD and (family inherited that manifested after the stress caused by his failed toon up) Schizophrenia, mom is still alive but dad passed away, married to Dave and has one daughter with him whom they commissioned to be built named Gliss (short for the piano term Glissandro)
Brian (Monarch but shhh he doesn’t put that last name in his records bc of their secret shady dealings)
Early to mid 40’s, bi man, white boy, Autistic (I plan to potentially add more considering what he does in the story so I wanna see if more than just autism explains his behavior besides psychopathy) mother is alive but dad “mysteriously “ died, has a lot of siblings and he’s one of the youngest, married to Ben and they commissioned a daughter together whom they name Chime
Misty Monsoon
Mid 30’s, bi demigirl, Afro-Hispanic, AuDHD OCD and Bipolar, mom is a single mom, marries Mary and Holly and I plan to give them at least two bubbies (kids)
Mary Anna
Mid to late 30’s, Filipino, AMAB intersex bigender bisexual individual who uses he/she, has a mom and dad and a few siblings, married Misty at first and eventually maybe Holly too if the two develop feelings for each other lol, has a kid with Misty
Holly Grayelle
Mid to late 30’s, British with a medieval inflection, bisexual woman, Autistic, has a mom and dad and younger brother, marries Misty first then maybe later Mary too, has a kid with Misty
Alton Crow
Early 40’s, Texan white boy, bi man, AuDHD (which means autistic and ADHD btw), comes from a big family, is married to a buff and tall cow based cog lady and has a son and daughter with her
Prester Virgil
Late 50’s to early 60’s, cishet, white boy, Depression and PTSD, comes from a big family, is a struggling divorced dad to his one daughter whom he eventually gives custody of to Chip and his partner after situations that cause Prester to realize he’s not mentally well enough to be a father
Winston Charme
Early 80’s, cishet, white boy (subject to change may make him and Dana black), possibly AuDHD with a form of Dementia and PTSD, only living relative is his great niece Dana whom he ends up in the care of after a legal case between the ye olde toontown elders and the lawbots
Benjamin Biggs
Early 40’s, bi man, British, OCD in the forms of obsessive love and organization and possible either sociopathy or psychopathy (still working out that one), mom and deceased dad, married to and has a kid with Brian
Cathal Bravecog
Mid 20’s, pan demiboy, white (subject to change though I’m tempted to make him half asian from his mom’s side) might also make him autistic but idk, divorced mom and dad, honestly haven’t put much thought into him yet but I wanna maybe give him a partner
Dave Brubot
Mid 30’s, bi man, Haitian/Brazilian/Italian, AuDHD, has a mom and dad and four younger siblings, married to and has a kid with Buck
Belle Dama
Early 70’s, cishet, white (possibly subject to change but I also kinda want her to be an ally white grandma who doesn’t like any form of discrimination and will give you hugs and cookies if you need it), possibly autistic but idk, comes from a big family, widower with several children and grandchildren, eventually dates Cosmo
Cosmo Kupier
Early 70’s, cishet, Italian, comes from a big family, widower whom can’t have kids so his mob is going to his henchmen when he dies, eventually dates Belle
Flint Bonpyre
Mid 30’s, bi demiboy, Afro-Venezualan, Autistic and General Anxiety Disorder, two moms, married to and eventually has a kid or several with Graham
Chip Revvington-Campbell
Early to mid 40’s, bi man, white boy, Autistic and PTSD, adopted by Spruce’s family when he was very young but has since regained contact and is friendly with his bio mom, dating/married to and eventually has several kids with his assistant Bubblegum Pop along with their adopted child from Prester named Nixie
Spruce Campbell
Mid to late 40’s, pan man, white boy (Scottish mostly), comes from a big family, thinking of giving him a partner eventually
Tawney C. Esta
Mid 60’s, genderfluid heteroasexual, tempted to make them either Mexican or Hispanic or from another Spanish speaking country bc of how their name is a pun for siesta, comes from a big family, wife but no kids
Graham Ness Payser
Mid 30’s, bi (male leaning) man, mixed (mom is white dad is black, his older sister looks more black than he does and it’s a running joke that she took all the melanin leaving Graham looking white) ADHD and Narcissistic, has a mom and dad and an older sister, married to and eventually has one or several kids with Flint
Desmond Kerosene-Boar
Early 30’s, bi man, white boy, half brothers with Will, in a poly relationship with Buck Wilde and Dana and whom I may eventually give three kids
Buck Crow Wilde
Early 30’s, bi man, Texan white boy, Alton’s cousin, in a poly relationship with Desmond and Dana and whom I may eventually give three kids
Dana S Charme
Early 30’s, pan genderfluid, white (subject to change), Winston’s great niece, in a poly relationship with Desmond and Buck Wilde and whom I may eventually give three kids

Now that Kelli has been gone for a bit, I feel like I can get this off my chest: Wolf Productions done fucked up.
Not for the first time, and not right from square one. But gosh, what a waste.
Kelli Giddish's Rollins was the only female character with the depth and acting chops behind her on the show since Cabot was a regular. She showed up and was able to go toe to toe with Mariska in carrying episodes - both personally related to her character, or to cases - not to mention had electric chemistry with Benson (sexual or not, take your pick).
With all the flack that SVU had taken over the years for not having a more diverse cast in regards to sexuality, Amanda was the earliest and best opportunity they had to develop a complex, interesting storyline of an adult woman coming to her sexuality late in life. I am not even necessarily the most ravenous Rolivia Shipper out there, but I'm heartbroken that they took Amanda's character over the years into the most boring, obvious, dissatisfying of directions.
I adored Amanda's wild/problematic side. Her episodes with her fighting with Amaro, dealing with her gambling addiction, shooting her sister's ex, or going rogue undercover are my favorite episodes of basically the last 10 yrs of the show. It was so good to finally have someone in the squad who was easier to relate to in a real-world sense. Someone who went to a Big Girl job in the day, but in the off hours was a mess with a rebellious streak.
It was always my hope that they would turn around the storylines where she seemed to chase men that were purposely bad for her, into a realization that it was because she was more emotionally into women. It fits so perfectly with her childhood, her background, and had ready-made holes in existing canon where they could have written it in with ease. (Pretending to be Liv's gf at the sperm bank, the remarks she makes in the episode Plastic, questioning her second pregnancy, etc.)
Instead, they had Carisi mope after her for years, all through the seasons where she showed no interest in him. I lost 50% of my respect for Carisi when he had that sulking tantrum after she fucked the bartender in Intent (a sexist double-standard btw, which would have never flown with fans if it had been Rollins pouting bc Carisi turned her down), and the other 50% after Carisi became ADA, with the writers seeming to then write him as rather victim-blaming.
The biggest irony, in my opinion, is that Dick Wolf complains that giving the fans EO will make the show too 'soap opera-y,' when what he/they did with Rollisi and Kelli's exit was far and away the most soap opera-esque thing they ever wrote! Fuck off with that obvious shit! Oh, the once-troubled blonde who is now straight as an arrow, rides off into the sunset with the Catholic altar boy and trades her powerful feminist position for a 9-5 (don't come for me, there's nothing wrong w being a professor, that's not the point here) and her two kids. Eat all of my ass, Mr. Cis-het, White, Only-Primetime-Billionaire Wolf. 🙄***
To make matters worse, they specifically brought in a POC actress to play a bisexual character, only to write her out as fast as possible for absolutely no discernable reason!?! The utter waste of what they did with Kat Tamin is an equal travesty. Give me Kat waking up in Amanda's bed. Give me Amanda making pancakes for breakfast and Kat carrying the kids to the table. Give me anything but the bullshit, Caucasian tripe that they sold us with Rollisi!!!
*takes deep breath*
And if - IF - the powers that be couldn't think beyond the end of an average-length cock when it came to Rollins, then for the love of all that is holy: her chemistry with Sergeant Khaldun was 1) vastly more believable 2) hotter 3) more diverse as an overall cast option and 4) less cringeworthily obvious.
I have loved SVU since I was 16 yrs old, and even though I gave up watching it around The People v. Richard Wheatley (for reasons unrelated to this specific rant), I still lurk in the background and keep myself vaguely caught up. But it's getting impossible to defend a lot of the choices they have made in the last three or four years. Good talent is so hard to hang onto these days in H'wood, and Dick Wolf seems just as, if not more, determined to fuck up his show as Chris Carter was in the 90s with TXF.
Thanks for coming to my TED Rant. 😮💨✌🏻

“And he’s cornering me in like a hunter does to an animal. This is not a sappy Casanova we’re taking about. Not a suitor you’re allowed to say ‘no’ to. He sees something and takes it. He’s not sighing dreamily at me, he wants to take me against my will. Or rather force me to give my whole self up to him! Do you even understand the foulness of his scheme?”
Literally obsessed with my limbus self insert! (And uh, my feelings for a certain character)
To anyone Polish that might be in the audience, this is my reimagining of Izabela. Yeah, Izabela Łęcka. With all those teens (largely teenage boys but that might be a skewed perception because of the friends I have) literally calling her a whore, I think the system failed us with this book. I get that the narrator is a self made businessman sigma, who can fight and help the community and all that. But my gosh, he was in his late 40s to early 50s, she was 25 at the oldest. And okay, some people make age gaps work. But not a creep like him
We are taught that she was cruel for ‘using him for money’ and all her sins are made out to be unforgivable. We cheer and write essays about the righteous end where she loses her father, house and is sent off to a nunnery because she “missed out on such a great guy”. Guys, are you okay? Let’s get a few facts straight
Iza’s canon stance on love
She didn’t want to marry. While used to being objectified and feeling like that kind of attention is a signifier of her worth, she didn’t want a husband. Nor love. The closest you see her to liking someone is when she’s giggling and kicking her feet at actors from her fav plays and cool musicians she likes or literally fawning over a fictionalised version of a Greek/Roman God (of whom she literally has ‘merch’). The only reason she’s even giving marriage the time of day is her father. A man who got them in such financial trouble that she would have to marry to give them any semblance of security. She showed her lack of interest in the main character several times and made it clear she wants nothing more than a husband who can give her family safety. It’s easier to understand the lack of loyalty if we remember that this marriage was never her choice. This wasn’t her happy ending, only a means to an end. So her fantasies of her fictional (well, the God isn’t but for the sake of my rant imagine this as more of a PJO version of Apollo) fave coming and sweeping her off her feet aren’t evil. We hate her because she was cynical and materialistic, but I don’t think any of those traits are a hatable offence?? Not to the degree we make it out to be
On their “romance”
Stasiek (Polish nickname from the name Stanislaw, bear with me) literally tried to make her father so dependent on him that it would ensure that her father (caring very little for her wellbeing to begin with) would basically sell her for a roof above his own head. Stanislaw’s plan was to get her no matter what and he tried to use their financial position to ensure she has to say yes. I know that’s ’so sigma of him to buy her all that stuff and help out the family’. But bro! He never bought her anything. He tried to buy her. That’s a bit different. She said she was unnerved, felt like a trapped animal as he stalked and watched her, trying to find any way to make her give in
“Oh, Kas, but she deserved it, she was a bitch!”
Where??? Was she proud? Yeah, no more than any other young girl who was made to believe that being the sole saviour of her family is a privilege. She was treated as a means to an end, a pretty object. With a price written above her head, she held that head high and used what she could to her advantage. She got shit from the author (btw that guy got rejected by a woman and then he wrote the book, you can see the picture, yeah?) for her escapism and being unrealistic, for that statue of Apollo and daydreaming. For seeing the world as a place made of wonders and magic. But my guy, what else did she have as a means of escapism from her bleak reality? She was constantly seen as nothing more than a lamb for slaughter, a puppet and a trophy. Due to being “poor” (at least for the society’s standards, she was well off so at least there I don’t have lots of sympathy, in terms of pitying her living conditions) people dismissed her unless they found her hot. She was talented. Passionate about languages and art. But this is a book about the new age sigmas who did local politics and dabbled in inventions (a world she wasn’t a part of due to actively being known for avoiding the stigma that came with women in those spaces; she was taught that she was a different kind of creature and to survive it was easier to avoid certain things in case they tarnish what worth she has left as a trophy meat). So we’re taught to believe she was dumber. That she was shallow for trying to make the most of the world she was thrust into and playing by the rules. She was cold and bitter upon closer inspection, mad at the mistreatment. The image she had of herself and the world forever warped by the way she was raised
And what about all the good the main character did for the community?
She doesn’t have to like him. Not even because he’s finding people jobs. If he was a good guy, he wouldn’t feel entitled to justify the way he treated her with his other good deeds. If a guy helps out at a homeless shelter I shouldn’t be a bitch for not liking him. And he didn’t do anything strictly for her. Only to ensure he was the highest bidder
Why was that wrong if she wasynt marrying for love?
Well, first of all he creeped her out. Yeah, yeah, we can go on and on about how she was an idiot for being uncomfortable with his scarred hands, but like, other than the authors bitterness seeping into the pages all I see is a young girl being very uncomfortable with the way his hands look because like???? My guy was fighting in an uprising and dealing with repercussions when she was, AT OLDEST, 10. Sure, I’m not shitting at all age gaps, but like, I think it wasn’t so terrible that she was put off by being reminded that this man was so much older. Also, a bigger thing, she was marrying to secure her family. In her ideal world, she’d be single (probably still objectified bc I don’t think she would heal and see herself as something more in that society), free to crush on her fictional fave and travel, talking to people and seeing new things. But she had to marry good. And in that context their relationship doesn’t make sense either! He came into money. Quick and with security that anyone would doubt. Yeah, we know he’s great at money and he’s the main character so it will all work out! Does she? Hell no! It’s not a matter of ‘he doesn’t come from a rich family so he’s not worth my time’. But girlie knew how easy it is to lose money, she was in her right to look for someone who, while she wouldn’t love, wouldn’t be a creep with doubtful financial security at best. If she wanted a good life for her family, she had to look for someone who wouldn’t be screwed if he was unable to work. Marrying into a rich family was never a fantasy, but a move she had to make to make sure she’s connected to people who will never leave her in a situation similar to the current state of things (I’m not fond of rich people and like fuck classism, but you have to be realistic about her motives, man)
What does she get in the end?
Her father gets sick and dies, not efore she gets shit for, for once, not being feminine enough to care for him in a good womanly fashion. Her whole life she was taught that the most gross, unattractive thing she can be is at work (bc of course sexism). Not that she hates it. That she will be seen as even more worthless if people see her working (I kinda see that like shaving? Idk I like it, but ik a lot of ppl who feel like they should do it bc the alternative makes th gross to others). You can uh, sort of imagine where that would leave her mentally in a situation like this. So, good for the man for showing she shouldn’t have kept denying him! Now she learns her lesson! (/sarcasm) Ah, and then her cousin takes over her estate. She’s seen talking with another man too much (that I might not remember but wasn’t that ALSO HER COUSIN???) so her last suitor drops her. The main character is heartbroken because he “got over the bitch” by hearing what she spoke about him in a language she hoped he wouldn’t understand, one he was learning for her. So he doesn’t want her either. The cousin sents her off to a nunnery and the readers cheer that that young, bratty girl got what she deserved for saying ‘no’ repeatedly. Like yeah, she gave in at one point, but Stasiek was so pushy I think a rock would give up, let alone a financially desperate girl. And yeah, it’s rude to talk behind his back but what about how no one took her complaints seriously? How she wanted to speak her mind in private to her cousin without the man she was stuck with listening. And honestly, if you want to hate her for her flaws, go ahead. But please, please be mad, furious even at him as well. Because if she is bad, then no good deeds should outshine his evils. Not my kind of approach, but at least that will be a bit more fair to both
Now that my rant is over, what did I do to put her into Limbus?
I wanna play around with a few ideas here. Mainly, her familiar relationships. In canon her father isn’t all that great but she’s loyal to him. For my own reasons I’ll throw in some mother-related trauma because this is my self insert, so I can. Many people falsely say that the book’s title ‘the doll’ is about her. It’s a common misconception, though completely untrue. However, I will definitely be playing around with that, as it might get on well with the themes that are already present. Those would be the loss of bodily autonomy and being dehumanised. She’s a Pavlov’s dog reimagined, a canine in a lab, who’s most desired when hooked up to machinery and obedient. With men gathered around, she performs all the steps of the routine she was trained for and any silly, feminine escapism is something she is mocked for by the older men observing. I will play it up for Limbus (because that setting kinda requires it) but I won’t have to do much. I wanna play around with her city being canonically vile and her desperately trying not to get to the financial point of having to interact with it, only to then fail. The gloves she wears are a meme in Poland at this point, so I’m keeping them. But, in the fashion in which the author treated her, I will do only one thing he might have approved of, which is adding to her misery. After she lost her home I believe her hands, still made of flesh (which is not the case for a chunk of her body as you can see) would also get scarred, a remained of a man she once tried to escape. With her parent being happy to do anything, even if it impaired her autonomy, to keep his canon gambling habit alive, I think her being made into a doll falls in line with canon. Not only is the world portrayed in Limbus intense, but even in canon she lives surrounded by inventors and great scientists, looking for opportunities to test their theories and improve everything. The last thing is that statue and her fascination with it that I want to underline. I have to make those selfship parallels work and an image of an attractive person that serves as a reminder of her humanity and dreams/goals is too canon to pass it up
This is not the last time I’m ranting about her but this is all for now 🐶🌸

is sophie not like, technically a bakery girl? what's up w/her
what is lion's whole... situation.
what is up w/him & evie.
why is evie a cryptid.
could evie be popular? like, if she tried? i feel like yes
norie & nora my beloveds!!!!!!! BESTIES OF ALL TIME. idea: if there was like a younger girl version of donovan, would norie go for her? feel like she would

ANYWAYS THEY'rE AMAMZING
I LOVE THEM SO MUCH
THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH AWESOME ANSWERS
<3
!!!! HI THANKS !!!! SO MUCH !!!! i literally love talking about these girls this is making my evening <3333
sooooo
marigold gets into like a really weird passive aggressive Thing with willow because they both have a complex and they both need to be the weirdest smartest most adorable girl in the room and honestly there's a non zero chance they have some kind of xander/cordy makeout about it where it's so clear this is not what should be happening and yet it is for sure what's happening. she's tight with giles. this makes it worse
evie gets along really, really, really well with spike and drusilla, specifically because spike has a lot of experience dealing with women who communicate unconventionally and need a little extra support to function, and evie is incredibly forthright and sweet (and, crucially, unafraid of them both). i don't know if there's a romantic aspect to it but i know for certain that evie takes tea with drusilla and the two communicate with a lot of warmth and mutual respect.
roslin has an uncharacteristically shy crush on oz. i don't really think this helps marigold's standing with willow At All. she also really enjoys bothering giles because she thinks his life choices merit some general bullying. leave the teenage girls alone man
norie is outraged by anya's attempts to make herself small and appealing and tries to chase xander down and kill him to death about it. throws herself into being anya's self-help manual in a way that is very, very, very, very gay.
thea is so immediately obsessed with jenny it's not even funny but handles it SO BADLY by defaulting to her hundreds of years of Bluntly Flirtatious Womanizer and just going all in. jenny is delighted by the attention and even though thea is not necessarily her type in terms of personality. hot salt and pepper butch, yknow. in any au where these women meet the scoobies, giles and thea have been long term college friends for some time (i can do what i want), so the energy is very much "STOP FUCKING FLIRTING WITH MY WIFE???? STOP THAT" (giles) vs "man if your wife's looking at me when i flirt with her maybe you're not treating her right" (thea). this is the best day of jenny's entire life btw
2. this one is a little interesting because there's their dnd ages and their kinda general ages! thea in the fic is a dwarf, and i put her at about 260-ish, which i think would probably translate to late 50s/early 60s in an all human situation. roslin and lenora are both close enough to human that i think their late twenties/early thirties general ballpark would apply, and marigold, though she's in her late twenties in the fic, is kinda operating from a delayed half elven maturity, so i would place her very decisively at early twenties in an all human situation. evie is early twenties in the fic but i think she'd be like 18-19 (not a very big age gap btwn her and mari; similar levels of maturity). sofie's age is whatever i want it to be lol but always decisively a little kid.
3. sofie i shuffle in and out depending on how i'm feeling about it! she initially started out as marigold's apprentice but the narrative shifted and now she's very decisively marigold's little daughter. she's about 12 but i write her like she's 6 in the fic for Baby Elf Slowly Growing Up reasons, which means i'm still figuring out how old i would want her to be in an all human situation (the consistent through line is that mari is a little too young and flighty to raise a kid without the insane amount of third party support that she's managing, but she and sofie have a really deep connection). i sorta feel like she's a little too small to have a full-fledged character arc, but i definitely think about her as like 1/2 a bakery lady.
4. lion. hm. how much can i say without spoiling things. he grew up in a house with his abusive dad and evie's a lot of the reason he stayed alive through that, possibly. he loves her tremendously and sometimes when you are incredibly traumatized & there's only one person who matters to you, you will do some really, really fucked up things to them out of fear that they will leave.
5. THIS part i can say -- lion and evie are childhood friends! they connected at a time where both of their family situations were. Fraught. and they developed kind of a really intense trauma bond that eventually transitioned into romance. and then things got bad.
6. evie is a cryptid because when you grow up with undiagnosed adhd and your mother is insane you often do not actually learn how to fit in or understand other people.
7. see i actually really don't know how to answer that question because being popular is the antithesis of evie! she is so fundamentally disinterested when it comes to socializing with 80 percent of the general human population. either she loves a person or they don't exist to her. so like Could she be popular? hard to tell. she will literally never try. what matters to her is always gonna be the people in her heart and that's it.
(so much of why she, ahem, socializes with others comes from a place of wanting to reaffirm her connection to her body! it's brutally pragmatic. she talks to people if she needs to and That's It.)
8. oh norie's taste is not nearly that stable. the two Serious Crushes she's had are 1) comphet thing for a serial killer whose face she has literally never seen and 2) literal war criminal who has killed and will kill again. that woman is ONLY interested in women with a kill count and no regrets about it AND future murderous intent, and donovan simply does not meet that criteria even in some hypothetical fem version.
9. man i am sooo not in the headspace of the what you make guys so these answers may be a bit lackluster but i will try my best!
nora, hilariously, adores thea. extremely amused by thea's obvious obsession with her and is very clear about her devotion to her husband + her heterosexuality but thinks thea is SO GREAT and is delighted to meet a mom who has priorities very similar to her own! i think once thea gets her libido under control they're actually really great mom friends :')
donovan adores thea for similar reasons. she's very nora-shaped. actually as i'm typing this in ANY situation where nora was attracted to women or thea to men this could so easily be a "sometimes thea comes around for threesomes" situation but that is just not what's happening here. she's such a good friend though.
stacey is OBSESSED with roslin. they go shopping together and it's the best day of stacey's entire life.
ezra likes marigold a lot and by proxy is also pretty fond of sofie :') he follows mari around very quietly and watches her make things. marigold has never handled people's admiration well at all so she's kind of having a minor panic attack the entire time ESPECIALLY because sofie needs mommy's attention ALL the time or else she'll start causing problems. ezra picks up on this pretty fast and starts paying attention to sofie too. expert problem solver
bella loves evie full stop. same insane adhd girl hat.
art adores sofie and marigold!!! they've all three of them got the same excited effusive chattery sparkle. he and sofie start getting along really really well like i said which again is one of the reasons why bella hates that girl so fucking much.
10. like i said lmao thea is SOOOO into jenny but in a much more superficial way than most situations! really just wants to love her and leave her, which of course appeals to jenny as a concept as well (hooray mutually emotionally uninvolved while still intensely passionate sex EVERYBODY WINS), but jenny is with giles so jenny is like (deep sigh) i guess i can't fuck the hot butch lesbian because i'm in a "serious committed relationship" with my "husband." giles is like why are there quotation marks around both of those things jenny.
jaheira would for fucking sure go for giles. suddenly things are way less fun for thea. giles immediately starts flirting back as retribution for thea trying to steal his wife; jaheira is deliberately putting herself out there for giles in part because a hot younger (by her standards) gentleman with emotional problems does sound like a super fun time for her but ALSO because thea has spent like 30 years not texting her back despite them literally co-parenting children together at this point. Lo And Behold There Are Consequences, Althea!!!! (jenny isn't helping she thinks this is fucking hilarious)
them all hooking up WOULD be on the table if not for the fact that thea is like if rupert gets anywhere near my wife i will break his stupid little face. also i'm like 99 percent sure jaheira and thea haven't hooked up anyway. they're not good at that
11. jaheira's got five kids in canon :') and i actually did write up which bakery lady each kid gets along well with some time ago bc i was thinking about it soooooo
rion (jaheira's oldest, approx. early twenties) adores marigold because they have a mommy issues warriors bond and mari is just the sweetest little sugar cookie. they hang out a lot when they can and cheerfully Don't Talk About It but there's a real Existing Understanding.
jord (jaheira's other oldest, similar age as rion) is actually really tight with norie and i'm certain they get high together on occasion. it's a very quiet and not chatty at all relationship but it really emphasizes norie's softer side. <3
fig and jhessem (jaheira's young daughters, kinda same age as sofie) both are absolutely obsessed with roslin, because roslin is a total girly-girl which appeals to jhessem and roslin gets into a lot of bar fights which appeals to fig. jhessem however has had beef with sofie for a long time (sofie collects child enemies very easily because sofie cannot handle other children as a concept)
tate (jaheira's young son, also sofie's age) is very shy generally speaking. he does best with marigold, because she's warm like roslin but she can actually really do quiet stillness if it's for kids. sofie doesn't have as much of a problem with HIM because he mostly just wants to hang out in the same space as them, and he's not there often anyway.
12. neither elodie nor evie were adopted by thea for uhhhh reasons that are quite complicated but mostly boil down to "marigold was the only kid thea knew about at the time." evie shows up in marigold's life again in their twenties after quite a long time and it's awkward and strange and sad.
13. roslin's status as one of thea's adopted daughters came about in the dnd setting because her family (seven kids!!) wanted to send her to a less crowded place where she could learn a trustworthy trade <3 she writes her parents and siblings very often and she loves them very much! they don't have a strong narrative presence but they're super important to her. i would imagine that in a more modern setting she's staying with thea for similar job-related reasons but she calls her "mommy" because thea's a family friend + she spent a lot of her teen years living w/thea!!
14. ME TOO LOL
15. brie and marigold would kill each other on fucking sight i am 10000 percent certain. extremely unstable and VERY spoiled baby girls who DO NOT play well with others despite appearances. brie tries to start getting along with marigold's sisters and marigold is like im going to use the power of my FUCKING knife to FUCKING KILL YOU. goes downhill from there.
#asks#bakery lady shenanigans#VERY FUN THANK YOU !!!!#marigold baker#evie riverborn#roslin maynard#lenora chou#althea march#thinking about theajaheira n calendiles in the same room is like. jesus christ. bisexuality makes so many things so volatile

Four Reasons I Don't Support Suki x Marcus
There is another Sing ship involving the Saluki which I can't stop thinking about or continuing to be tortured by: shipping her with Johnny's dad!
These words cannot escape my mind from the video of Illumination taking risks: "The company is 'going to have to evolve. We can have a commitment strategy to movies as a cinema-going experience and we can layer other business on top of that. There are topics of conversation right now that are very relevant to what we're doing in the future that get into areas that potentially might not please everyone. I think you have to honor the stories that you tell, honor the choices that your filmmakers make, and you have to be willing to not have everybody pleased all the time."
And since high-grossing franchises are constantly milked, that means they'll need new stories and new material, including ones that fans aren't doing yet. Plus, as Illumination insists on animal behavior, it makes sense for a gentle giant like a gorilla to be protective towards a Saluki, one of the most timid dog breeds of all, so that's one "open-minded/I'm not a judgy bastard who should be sentenced to damnation" perspective, and yet, I can't stand the idea of them being romantic partners any more than her and Jimmy being romantic partners.
Here are the four reasons:
1. They've too big an age gap
Okay, Suki is either in her 20's or early 30's, and Marcus...well, most of the characters' ages here aren't clear, but I assume he's in his mid-40's or 50's. And I realize that Sing lacks pairings with the man being two-three decades older than the woman and "HAS TO BE relevant to real life in all ways", but do they really need that? And yes, Johnny could have a stepmom in his life, but does it have to be a woman close to HIS age?
2. They lack the chemistry
Seriously, who thinks Chelsea Peretti and Peter Serafinowicz would have any chemistry?
3. It spells old-fashioned stereotype
I know strong men would be a good shoulder for tough women to be there as a shoulder and make them feel stronger and make them feel more human, but does it have to imply the strong man is as strong as one of those weight-lifters at the circus? Skinny guys can be strong in some way too. And a lot of women today aren't interested in beefcakes, which brings me to this reason:
4. It destroys her better judgement
In her first few minutes of the film, she comes off as this pretty-dresser who comes from the squeaky clean big city and is hard to please (FOR ENTERTAINMENT, btw!) and because she's a lackey for someone muscular and well-dressed (Jimmy) and is loyal throughout the film, due to dogs being loyal, until she betrays him, everyone just automatically assumes she only likes high-quality individuals as much as high-quality shows. Shows and individuals are two different things. Why throw it away other than just to make Ash, Meena, Rosita, Nooshy, and Porsha the girls you want to like that aren't picky?
She has potential to be liked by someone not taller than her and for her to reasonably like them back. That's realistic and not as superficial.
And I can stand the idea of Marcus finding someone to replace Johnny's late mom, just not if it means destroying the mentioned potential Suki had with other characters, or better yet, maybe not have Johnny's mom dead after all. Incidentally, what is it with Illumination and not having characters' spouses present? Marcus, Jimmy Crystal, Clay Calloway (that I can excuse), and we cannot completely conclude that Buster's mom is dead too.
I seriously hope Illumination doesn't force them into being so. I can handle it being done in fanfictions, but not in actual canon because that means they'd have to be canon in every universe (like how Mickey and Minnie are a couple in every universe and so on with other cartoon couples).
#suki lane#big daddy#marcus sing#I do not support this#please don't make this gorilla and dog a pairing in canon#sing 2#sing illumination

Do you think Alba’s appearance is genuinely concerning in what it says about what Chris is attracted to? Leo consistently goes for women in their 20s but they’re models so while they still look young next to him they still look like “women” in the “acceptable” sense if that makes sense. Alba can’t help how she looks but she’s not model tall like Leo’s girls and while she does have some curves (debatable but I’m talking about her chest and yoga ass 😂) she’s not Salma Hayek or Sofia Vergara or even Shakira for it to make up for her lack of height. I’m not ngl, the shower video made me a little uncomfortable for a second there but that might have just been because of what it was lol. Plus it showed that while she’s not extremely curvy she does have what society celebrates as a banging body.
She’s obviously a grown woman though and in less than a month’s time she’s gonna be closer to 30 than 20. Imo, I do think she looks young but not enough to assign sinister motives to Chris (not defending him btw I hate his ass so much right now lmao) especially lately because those crow’s feet and smile lines courtesy of vaping are something serious. She’s not that youthful in the face and we’ve got to remember Chris sees her in person not just in photos lol.
If you actually look at closeups of her face from even a year or two ago she doesn’t actually look like a teenager. There’s one from her getting ready for MHGTP where she honestly looks like she could already be 30. I’m still 50/50 on how much she deliberately plays into the Lolita thing vs her not being able to help her appearance. What do you think? Should we be side eyeing Chris for being attracted to her physical appearance?
The short answer is no, I don’t think it’s concerning in a sinister way that he’s attracted to her and he should not be called words with meanings that do not apply to him. She does not have a prepubescent looking body, she can’t help how she looks like and she’s an adult; that’s the bottom line. I’d also like to add I don’t really have a problem with the age gap itself; all I thought about that was “Well that’s disappointing, a Hollywood cliche”
He’s still getting a side eye from me; it’s sort of a grey area cause I do feel there is some sort of line of appropriateness that has been crossed; it has nothing to do with legality or “sinister motives”; it’s just icky, for example let’s rewind back to 2020, let’s say she was indeed just one of her instagram a la tinder finds; what did his view look like exactly? Did he see the bird and milk bath photoshoots and any other photos where she looked intentionally very young and overall he still was like “Yep, I’m into her, let me follow”??? Isn’t it tacky that he’s at an age where he can play a teenager’s father (Defending Jacob) while his girlfriend is still playing teens and advertises herself as a teenager through her agency?. To top it off the visuals are striking when seeing them side by side; he looks like her uncle.

I don’t always believe that the previous generations of women have always the best interests when it comes to advice or retrospective. Some of them actually never learned anything and will continue to be complicit with patriarchy to put it that way. So there’s this lady at work, we became cordial because we are both from the same country and obviously speak the same language. I don’t think she’s a bad person but she would say most of the ignorant shit I’ve ever heard in my life. She constantly call women who wear te revealing clothes “sluts” and not valuables because they are not leaving nothing to the imagination of men. She thinks that minors involved in relationships with adults is because these are luring, seducing, and manipulating these men. She thinks that because she stayed in a shity relationship for years (I know is shity because she would constantly over share detailed information about her life and her relationships) that’s she’s a real women “not like the the other girls” who don’t last on their relationships long enough. According to her she’s staying in my country for surgery for like three months, her daughter will want to stay with her for that period of time, however she does not want to because her daughter is a married woman and if she stays for that long her husband might try to do something, implying that if her daughter is not around to put an eye on him he might cheat. Anyway there’s that and I could go on 😓. I used to tried to respectfully disagree with her but she would try to imply that I’m exaggerating or that I’m being too naive. I know I’m venting right now (sorry I needed to) but why is it that women who happen to be a generation much older are like this? She’s in her 50s btw I’m in my late 20s I also want to clarify to I know not all of these women are like this I know for a fact that women from a different generation are also smart and aware of the system and question everything around them and unlearn everything that they know it’s not beneficial for women as a whole.
Omg she’s told you a lot! And it’s … a lot. Damn.
I agree with what you said. Unfortunately age and experience does not always result in a feminist breakthrough, or lessening misogyny to even a small degree.

HEADS UP
I have been made aware that an individual who has been implicated in *multiple* incidents of abuse against vulnerable LGBTQIA+ people, many of them trans, including r&pe, SA, and emotional & financial abuse, and who has lied repeatedly about things that are "going on" for them is trying to get back to prominence on YouTube through this site. This person is UNSAFE. I am married to their sister, a trans woman who was forced to leave the family home because of this person's physical abuse, manipulation, and exploitation - this included holding a kn*fe to their sister's throat, calling her "mentally ill" and "a creep" for shaving her arm hair, routinely engaging in pseudo-s*xual dominance "play", WITHOUT her consent, against her. My wife has spent the better part of 10yrs recovering from the impacts of the trauma and abuse she experience - as an ACTUALLY autistic trans woman, something their sibling started claiming to be only AFTER manipulating my wife into resuming contact with them in 2019 - at the hand of this person. This individual has active, self-chosen dr*g addictions. They have s*xually, physically, emotionally and financially abused MULTIPLE people, all of which came out on Reddit less than a year ago. When my father-in-law passed away, as the result of a serious brain tumour, this person "joked" about "My Dad d*ing from rapid onset gender dysphoria, which I inherited from him" (btw, ROGD is a KNOWN TERF dog-whistle, and has been PROVEN to be untrue.) I'm not naming this person publicly, but will do so privately for those who are concerned they may be in their circle. (For record: they live in London, UK, and were previously active on YouTube with gaming-focused streams). If you actually want to support a diagnosed autistic trans woman, who is also living with cerebral palsy and visual impairment, then email [email protected] to book a tarot or rune reading - £12 for a three card or three runes reading, or £25 for a full reading combining tarot cards and runes. My wife is unable to work because of the impact of: . Autism . ADHD . Cerebral Palsy . Visual impairment I am registered blind myself, and am currently trying to build up a business that can support both myself and my wife. The key distinction? My wife and I offer ACTUAL SERVICES, that people will benefit from if they CHOOSE to commission us. The ONE time either of us has asked for money from strangers on the internet, we set up a GoFundMe to get my wife £500 so she could attend an Autism conference where she'd been invited to give a presentation...Because we don't have a lot of social or financial capital, that never gained traction. It raised just... £5. My wife wasn't able to attend that conference. (For clarity; we are both medically banned from driving, so the £500 would have covered public transport which was comfortable for my wife to manage, and accommodation for the 3 days of the conference, which was in Edinburgh, Scotland - neither my wife or I have a passport or other photo ID, which means that finding cheap internal flights is not an option for us.) Right now, we're struggling with unaffordable maintenance needs on our house (owned outright, purchased in 2014 with the 50% share of my late father's life insurance which was left to me), and my wife is in need of private assessments and physical therapy to help her manage her cerebral palsy. My wife's Paypal if you want to donate directly to her is https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/sorcerix (this is also how to send her payment if you want to book tarot/rune readings - just leave a note which makes it clear what you're sending money for.)

I saw my enabler of a father today and I need to vent.
TW: ableism (toward neurodivergency), child abuse, parental abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, medical neglect (I guess?), me saying I will do violent things to others but it will not happen I just need to express how angry I am (I do not want to see my mother ever again, she is safe from my anger)
I HATE MY MOTHER SO MUCH, FUCK THIS BITCH.
I have only agreed to see my father and not my mother, as she was the principal abuser. I know for certain she is a bad person, but I had hope for my father, as he is a good man and also suffers from my mother. Sadly, it doesn't seem he will.
I explain to my father how I'm looking to get tested for austism (and adhd maybe. I'm betting more on adhd), and he said they would help. My mother will send me any information I need, I just need to unblock her (Already, I hate this). She already has the informations, because she already looked it up, BECAUSE SHE THINKS I'M PROBABLY AUSTISTIC. I don't know if it's a recent development or if it's something she has been questioning for a while, BUT if it's the last one, I'm going to throw her of a building. This woman has been telling me, since I was a young child, that I was weird and nobody would ever love me, I deserved to be alone and hurt by others for being weird, I was dangerous because I was weird, I was annoying when I talked about my interests, it was funny to mock me for my interests and how much I was into them, that I deserved to be mock, I needed to become normal or I would kill them all one day because weird people are dangerous, I was a burden for struggling so much with social interactions and people, her life would be better if I was normal, she wish she could get my brain fried (with electricity) to fix me... SHE KNEW I was neurodivergent, she fucking knew. But instead of getting me a diagnosis, instead how helping me, she bullied me, mocked me, degraded me... When I didn't mask (now I know I was often masking), she was sooo mad and awful to me. I was only like at home when I was masking. And now that I'm gone, that I had enough of her AND I'm thinking of getting a diagnosis, she reveals that she knew, because it paints her as a supportive mother helping her daughter get a late-diagnosis. She played the card of "It was so hard to raise you" so much (she didn't raise me, she treated me like shit), I know this is just to add another layer. "Pls, pity me! It was so hard to raise a undiagnosed child, but I did it! I WORKED SO HARD! I did my best!" Fuck you.
Btw, my mother is a nurse who has worked with mentally disabled children, she isn't an ignorant about the field. She knew. She knew but she didn't do shit about it because she's an ableist asshole (she hates mentally ill people, she doesn't view them as humans), and wanted to force me to fix myself, but it didn't work. I hate her.
And also, the controlling bitch asked if I didn't prefer for her to find me an apartment and they would support me financially. Fuck you, no! I like being independent and not having my money restricted. I don't want her to give me barely 50€ for food per month. Nope, no, nah, not happening. She is never having a single control over me.

When I first came out at to my family at whole about my gender stuff I was about 13? Ran into the sitting room as they were watching crap TV and let it rip. My gran gran and my mum immediately started arguing with me, saying I couldn't know yet etc etc it was awful and got nasty. After I broke down in tears and wouldn't let either of them near me my grandpa looked over and said "no matter what you do, I'll always love you" and it shut the other two up immediately. He never used the right pronouns and he was the only one I never asked to. I was always his mate, in birthday cards I was stick insect or yeah, "little lady" (though actually that one was used less and less til I specified that he could use it. It didn't bother me). The reason I never insisted on him getting it "right" was because I think he saved my life that night with one fucking easy sentence. If I'd finished the evening with the 3 people I thought loved me most saying I didn't know myself, that men were all rapists, that I shouldn't *demean* myself, that i shouldn't want to be lesser than I am. (Yeah radfem family btw) then there's not a low chance I would've attempted to off myself. Up to then my relationship with my grandpa had been fraught. After that I trusted him more than anyone else in my family and I kept that sentence in my head that night when my mum drove us home and told me if I was a boy, I'd be a rapist and she'd kill herself.
My grandpa went back on what he'd said. Over a decade later when my mum had finished laying into me in public over being a disgusting tranny and told me she was right. Less than a year later he was diagnosed with late stage cancer that had spread over his body and he'd started seeing crap and saying weird shit long before the diagnosis. He was not a perfect man, in many ways he was not even a good man, but I know he was in his right mind when I was 13 and was not when he recanted. And I know he saved a piece of my childhood. That's why his photo of me in a dress and him will always have a place of honour in my room. As it did in his when he was alive.
Also; not for nothing. I never insisted on pronouns but it's notable that he let me use his tools. My DIY fanatic mum wasn't allowed to use the drill or the hammer. She'd have to hold the boards in place. The drilling, the sawing and shit was men's work. This was a common argument between them and usually meant they'd work separately. I was allowed though. God i fucking hated it but I did it cause it meant a lot that he wanted me to learn.
Old people aren't automatically transphobic. My tiny village has a median age over 50. I haven't hidden my transition. People don't always use the right pronouns, I don't care because what they've said, literally today from my neighbour! She's 76! Is how happy I look, how they think I'm courageous and how they look forward to me looking "like a man" and like my new voice. Like yeah, they don't always use the right terminology but I feel happy and safe and shit. My 50+ coworker texted me last night to thank me for not hiding my transition as her kid just came out to her and she wasn't scared of it seeing how happy I was after I started! My mum told me an old woman on the fete committee had recently asked her how her son is! This woman hasn't seen me since I started hormones much but saw me alot before and *yet*. The world is much more accepting than it looks online actually.
My 90yr old Irish Catholic grandpa doesn’t miss with my gender. He’s never gotten my name wrong, or my pronouns, never even faltered over it.
It’s all so natural too: son, big man, young man…
We’ve never talked about it. He’s the only one who hasn’t pushed for details. He just accepted it and carried on because it’s not a huge deal.
It’s so comforting.

They get a case from a woman in her 30s-50s who wants to help her son(?) In law. The son(?) In law has been accused of killing his wife. And by the end the 30s-50s woman has convinced the young main character to give her money. The young lady is also upset that her guardian detective has been reading her diary. And he is upset at her for giving the Mother in law character money. BTW the mother in law character ends up being the murderer and gets on a boat to go to Australia.

MARRY MY DEAD BODY MOVIE REVIEW
。*゚.*.。(っ ᐛ )っ 𝖍𝖎
So I finished watching the movie MARRY MY DEAD BODY,and I'm writing a movie review of it cause why not. I i went into it thinking it was a korean movie, but it was a cmovie and I was like cool cause I have a goal to watch atleast over 50 cmovies and that would be my first one. And I have never watched or read anything bl not because I hate the thought of reading bl, I actually want to enter the world of boy love but I'm quite hesitant on whether I'll like it cause I do like the ol' boy×girl trope cause it appeals to me the most since I am heterosexual but for the sake of seeing what I'm missing out, I am going to venture into the world of boy love and I think I'll start with killing stalking even tho I'm not sure if it's boy love ive just been interested in it depite what other people have said about it, but anyways it's a starting point.

Now that im done with my little rant, I'm now going to give my review on the Cmovie MARRY MY DEAD BODY. I watched it on Netflix, BTW.

PLOT:
So the movie's plot is essentially about a straight man named Wu Ming-Han whose a police officer that specialises in the crime department under the law enforcement ( I don't know how to word this any better than I did) and his team are investigating a drug case and are trying to bring down the drug lord before he escapes out of the country. In the beginning of the movie, he pretends to be gay at a gym to try and lure his suspect so that he can investigate him. The guy obviously falls for Ming-han's charm and goes into the shower expecting some sexy time, but Ming-han asks for his id. From this point on his other partner (a chubby gay man) comes in and tries to search the suspects locker but said suspect says they can't search him without having a warrent and starts recording the both of them. Ming-han loses it and tackles the guy to the floor and makes a comment like ' it's people like you that are blah blah blah' and obviously the suspect finds. it offensive and says he'll regret it. But they do manage to find the drugs he had been hiding.
Back at the police station he's scolded for being rude and mean to the suspect because he was gay and at that same time there was a report of some guy that was speeding like crazy and was also a suspect of the drug investigation. Long story short him and his partner caught up to the guy but since his door was blocked, his partner( who was a woman forgot her name) went after the guy whilst he had to pick up the litter that the criminal threw out the window. As he was picking up the litter he ended up picking a red envelope and the grannies that were doing yoga and what not celebrated cause he had picked up the envelope. The granny that had placed the envelope there told him that he was now bound to marry the ghost of her grandson and he was pissed saying he wasn't going to marry a ghost late alone a gay man. The granny told him that if he did not marry her grandson then a trail of bad luck would follow him and he ignored her and walked away not believing any of the madness.
And then the bad luck followed him as promised. He ended up being hit by a car, getting demoted to a police officer at a police station and nearly shooting his penis off. Then he decided to go back and get married to the ghost against his will.
From then on the ghost of the dead man (Mao Pang-yu) toyed around with him and the only way for Ming-han to get rid of him was to fulfill his dying wishes.
And that's how everything in his life went into a turmoil of madness as he tried his best to fulfil the wishes of the dead whilst trying to keep his life intact.
N.B I realised I was getting alittle too detailed in the beginning but I don't want to spoil the whole movie you could go watch it for you self.

CHARACTERS:
All the characters were well written, and the actors fit the role of each character perfectly. I'm definitely not disappointed at the choice of actors cause they really aced their roles in the movies.

MOVIE PRODUCTION:
The scenery and locations of the place where perfect but the only problem I had was with the cgi that was being used. I don't know if it's because of being budget conscious or they had no choice but to use that type of chi but they could have done better. It ruined the flow for me cause it litrally looked like a blend of bad animation in a real life movie.
╰┈ ⋆。˚ ❀ *· 🌬 ࿐ ࿔ ˚:⋆ ✧・゚.。*゚+.*.。ଘ( ᐛ ) ଓ+..。*゚+
OVERALL THOUGHTS AND RATINGS:
This movie was definitely something new for me and I loved it. It wasn't boring and it has an interesting plot line and good amount of humor in it. I did end up crying in the end but the movie does have a good ending. On a scale of 1 to 10 with one being absolutely trashy and ten being God tier. I'm going to give the move a 7. And this is just because of the cgi, it had better cgi I would have given it a 10.
Out of 5 starts it's definitely getting a 4 star rating from me.

Anyways, this is the end of my first ever movie review on here and I just wanted to get my thoughts out there. I will be doing more reviews on other things, cause having a platform where i can express my thoughts is very exciting for me.
If you reached the end of this thanks for reading and definitely give the movie a chance and watch it.
Signing out.
