My order came– and way earlier than I was expecting!
I have yet to crack this fella open, but I already want to devour this art. The sticker and print are also a pleasant surprise!
Long live queer puppets ✌️🧡🌈

YOU — “Did you become a gardener because of your grandmother?”
THE GARDENER — She looks taken aback by your question. “I’m sorry?”
YOU — “Your grandmother who taught you about the nutrients in the snow.”
THE GARDENER — “I got that part, thanks. I just…” She shakes her head with a quiet breath.
EMPATHY — She just thought it was a strange question for a cop to ask.
THE GARDENER — “Yes, it was because of her.” Her expression flickers just slightly. “*For* her…”
DRAMA — There’s more to this cute grandma story, sire.
AUTHORITY — Who cares about her grandma? Tell her to cut the bullshit and stop wasting your time already!
“Cool. Sorry, I don’t know why I asked you that. I actually don’t care that much.”
“Okay, let’s cut the bullshit. Are you really a gardener?”
“You sound sad.”
THE GARDENER — “Do I?” She smiles shyly. “Sorry. I was getting nostalgic.”
DRAMA — She’s laying it on a little thick, but she isn’t lying. You touched a nerve.
YOU — “Was she a gardener, too?”
THE GARDENER — “…She wanted to be,” she says, her voice measured. “But we rarely end up where we want to be, wouldn’t you say?”
INLAND EMPIRE — Yes. You would. You don’t even remember where or who you hoped to be, but it can’t have been anything like *this.* No one would ever want to be you.
“Yeah. You’re right. I mean, look at *me.* I hope I didn’t end up like this intentionally. That would be pretty weird.”
“Hey, it’s never too late to give it a shot.”
THE GARDENER — “I mean, it is for her,” she says drily. “She’s dead.”
EMPATHY — Oh.
YOU — “Oh.”
THE GARDENER — “Why are you asking so many questions about my grandmother, anyway? I can assure you she didn’t put that body in the tree. On account of being dead.”
“You never can tell. She could have faked her death. I have to explore every possibility. I’m told that’s what detectives do. And also that I’m a detective.”
“Okay, you got me, I don’t actually care about your grandma. I care about why you’re spying on us.”
“Just curious. It sounds like she meant a lot to you.”
THE GARDENER — Her expression flickers again, almost imperceptibly.
COMPOSURE — She’s trained herself well to keep a straight face. Strange for a gardener.
THE GARDENER — “…She still does,” she admits quietly. “She gave up her home and her garden to take care of me. And then worked herself to death, quite literally.”
EMPATHY — There’s bitterness in her voice, but not toward her grandmother. More likely toward the job that wore her down to nothing.
ELECTROCHEMISTRY — Without the speed and the nicotine and the booze to smooth out all those harsh edges, you would have been worn down to nothing by now, too.
“That’s the economy for you. She should have worked on her hustle.”
“I totally understand. Being a cop is really hard.”
“Well, at least *you* ended up where you wanted to be. I’m sure she’d be glad that you became a gardener.”
THE GARDENER — Slowly, like the snow on the breeze, her gaze falls from you to her gloved hands. Her face is still as stone.
“Yes,” she says hollowly. “She would.”
EMPATHY — And that’s what makes it all so much harder.

scampers towards you on all fours. can i. can i get. can.
clam
OH BOY I LOVE CLAM CROWN!!!!!!!
Sexuality Headcanon:
bi and polyam!!!! just like gingles uwu
Gender Headcanon:
cis guy tho i think if anyone Could get funky with gender in the 1960’s it’s motherfucking Callum Crown
A ship I have with said character:
I AM SO ABSOLUTELY FOND OF THE WHITE HOUSE POLYCULE AND YOU KNOW THIS. the amount of crazy conversations we’ve had about these three in dms is bonkers but ohhhhhhh i do love them!!! love their tragic asses!!!! i think it’s especially funny if you look at the two shipcharts i did how i went from being like a casual callum/milt and callum/marla person to being fully bought into the polycule divorce dream. what can i say ollie bandtrees ur a compelling man. these three need to be getting into the worst divorce this country has ever seen and they need to do it NOW
A BROTP I have with said character:
i once again feel like im just kind of ripping you off, but callum and gingi are an interesting duo that i also think a lot about!!!! i mean just on a base contextual level they’re meant to be compared and seen as equals—gingi is the only one who tries to hear callums own words instead of interpreting them from his past actions, and i think that means something!!! i have something planned for my mingus character study to do with those two and i’m excited to realize the vision a little bit more, but i won’t spoil it for the layman reading this >:-) you’ll all just need to wait and see what sad ass shit i have planned…
A NOTP I have with said character:
once again just not a big fan of callum/norm. sorry!
A random headcanon:
NOW THIS IS WHERE I’M SCRATCHING MY DAMN HEAD. BECAUSE WHAT ARE MY CALLUM HCS… i think, if you’ll let me just kinda spitball off of nothing, callum is really into jazz. like it’s something he got into when it was in its hayday and he continues to be an enjoyer of it. used to dance with milt and marla around the office with some upbeat jazz playing. nowadays jazz is the only thing you’ll hear in his room, other than the sounds of him tuning his busted radio (they have a separate, functioning radio just out of sight playing jazz). it’s something mingus requested in the hopes it’d make him remember Something, but post ch3 it just becomes something nice to hear when she’s visiting. i think at times you can see him nod his head along to the beat, in a slow and stilted way. maybe even twitches his finger to the melody. it’s something that just feels natural to him—the ebb and flow of jazz is similar to how he thinks. sporadic and jumping at every opportunity. and i think a small part of him remembers that vigor. remembers his own jazz
General Opinion over said character:
i mean what can be said about callum crown. dude fucking IS the narrative of dialtown. he’s baked into every part and for good reason!!!!!! the first time i watched the turnip lore i was like. genuinely flabbergasted because DAMN…REALLY? HIS BRAIN GOT YASSED FOR REAL?? but now i just think about him and wail in agony. he’s a really interesting character both in the past and present!!!! i’m glad dogman is so willing to share tidbits about him bc it fleshes him out all the more
i dont have a callum crown image on my phone so i need everyone to just picture him pregnant with gingi (which is an image that exists griffin made it during a gartic phone its on tumblr IM NOT CRAZY)

Vinny's 2023 fics!!
I'm so proud of all the writing I did in 2023!! I learned so much that I'm so excited to apply to my projects for 2024 <3
Not Whole, Not Holy
Rating: Explicit
Word count: 2,752
Moody, quiet, and introspective, this piece explores endverse!Cas and endverse!Dean finding a little bit of solace in each other among their crumbling world. Best described by the tag: Not hurt/comfort, not hurt/no comfort, but some secret third thing.
A Midsummer Night's Dean
Rating: Teen+
Word count: 16,948
A wild ride of a casefic loosely based on Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Featuring love potions, Dean having chronic foot-in-mouth-disease, Cas being SO down bad it's dangerous, and Sam wanting to be literally anywhere else but here. I've been told this fic has made people laugh so hard, it has awoken children and brought concerned family members a'knocking on doors.
Innervate
A series currently containing two fics, with a few more additions planned! This series follows Cas' developing relationship to his body and how he navigates through the world with it. It's full of fun science and anatomy, alternate angel lore, and LOTS of UST between Dean and Cas (don't worry, it will get resolved... eventually lol. This is a series-long slow burn)
Check out Prelude as a sampler for vibes
(full disclosure-- this was a WIP for a LOOOOOONG time so while this fic was uploaded in 2023 the writing is far older than that)
Then for a more cohesive story (and tbqh way stronger writing), pop on over to Ask Me Why My Heart's Inside My Throat
Spellbound
Rating: Explicit
Word count: 4,764
A one-shot exploring the Master/Apprentice relationship of Sam and Rowena. Let's be real here. They have insane magic sex and I feel like not enough ppl talk about it. EYE barely even scratched the surface with this one. The quickest summary I got for this one: Sam's cardinal virtue is that when a hot woman speaks, he listens.
Long Black Cloud Coming Down
Rating: Gen
Word Count: 3,540
Taking place prior to s1, teen!Dean has to act quick and think fast when Sammy suddenly comes down with a fever. He can't let his thoughts race too far though, or he just might start believing that whatever's going on is more than just a fever and a snow storm.
