pregnant pause au is a kingfrin au my friend & cowriter shy and i made that spawned from a joke concept and. severely snowballed into a whole au. essentially what kickstarts it is that siffrin hatefucks & (unknowingly) impregnates king in act 4. and the baby develops as babies do despite the timeloop. and in act king is, as a result of the act 5 world breaking, suddenly 9 momthe gregenant and about to pop. im too sleepy to talk more at length abt it but know that there's very plot relevant siffedile and, siffedloop, and loopedile involved where they fumble sif so badly and repeatedly that king of all ppl manages to run circles around them wrt Sifduction (sif seduction) (seducing sif)

While I know he obviously had to get taken out for the ending to happen in the first place, I do think it's a shame that the King doesn't get to see Siffrin during their act 5 fight against the party. Partially because it's fun and cathartic to see the old villain get casually crushed by the real final boss, but also because I think seeing it would have permanently rewired his brain. ...plus it's the only time he'll ever get to be on the smaller half of a size difference.

Okay, you know how I said Sifloop god/worshipper stuff? I want to build on that and suggest: highly elaborate roleplay scenario where Isabeau is a humble mortal supplicant who fell in love with the god's favorite priest and has come to petition the god for their hand (or at least their hole). It was honestly supposed to just be a fun excuse to bring Isabeau into a scene they liked doing, but because this is a nerd and two theater kids it wound up being way more detailed. Like this shit has WORLDBUILDING. Odile isn't even fucking anybody this time and she still ended up getting involved to provide fact-checking and essay citations about temple prostitution in southern regions of pre-modern Poteria. Despite all the complexity, most of Siffrin's actual role here is to just wear some skimpy robes and look all pretty and worshipful. They don't mind, though- he's having a nice relaxing time just sexy lamping it while Loop and Isabeau "yes, and" themselves into increasingly complicated backstories. At this point, they could probably just change some names, write the whole thing down, and have a pretty decent fantasy smut novella.
