OMG A BATFAM SHIFTER IM LOSING IT RN. This might be a weird thing to ask and idk if it’s gonna make sense but can you tell us a bit about how your brothers are in your dr but like how they speak and stuff? like introverted or extroverted? how are they like in conversation? I know this is a bit of a loaded question sorry 😅
don’t worry you’re good! I’ll probably make posts about all of them individually going in depth but I hope I can answer your questions well enough to satisfy you! 😭
y’know, I call them assholes and dumbasses (as one does with their siblings) but I’ll admit to the fact that they are actually very proper gentlemen when it counts. bruce has them MANNERED. lots of “yes ma’am” and “yes sir” to anyone that’s older, service workers, basically everyone else they aren’t close to.
I think the way I’m going to go about this is give you some info about how they are, things they say, and in what context (hopefully all of this will make sense)
— RICHARD GRAYSON
out of all of them, he’s the most friendly and talkative, I’d say. I don’t know if you guys will know what I’m referencing but there’s this video of the weeknd talking backstage with fans and he’s like SUPER friendly and chatting up a storm and everyone in the comments is like “his friendly ahh” and “you can tell bro is canadian” THATS WHAT DICK REMINDED ME OF WHEN I FIRST SHIFTED LMAO people are usually pretty in shocked about how well spoken all of them are. that and with dick they are amused at the fact that he’s actually a sweetheart
his sense of humor is making people laugh but if you don’t he takes it personally and starts to tweak out a bit
things that dick has said that I think about often;
“…I know that hurts” *is watching me practice being en point”
*talking to a group of people and making them laugh*, *turns to look at me with a mischievous ass smile*, *mouths* “I’m good at this shit”
“why are you so fucking negative all the time? gimmie a lil toothy grin” *he says to a very grumpy and sleepy jason before being slapped*
— JASON TODD
him and tim are the most introverted ones in my dr. one thing about jason is he don’t give a damn LMFAO
not to say that he’s rude, he’s not (not unprovoked) but if we are in a social setting he doesn’t really talk unless spoken to, simply because he probably doesn’t care and is not interested in what is happening and would rather zone out or talk to somebody he does know and is close with. of course if someone he doesn’t know very well speaks to him he will be very respectful but he wont force himself to be overly talkative and go out of his way to be very friendly (again he’s not rude, just only has enough social battery to be a gentleman most of the time.)
blunt, dry ass humor that I appreciate very much. one of my favorite things about him is HE SWEARS SO GOOD IT MAKES ME GIGGLE
things that jason has said that I think about often;
“I didn’t give a fuck yesterday, I didn’t give a fuck today, and I’m probably not gonna give a fuck tomorrow”
*watches me, tim, and dick build the notre dame lego from the dark stairs in the foyer looking like a weirdo and menacing as hell* “…can I help?”
“don’t piss me off” - his favorite things to say
— TIM DRAKE
a true ambivert. as I mentioned he and jason are the most introverted but tim will talk to anyone that will listen tbh. he could go on and on about certain topics and honestly I really like to hear him speak because he is so well spoken and passionate about certain things. all of them are pretty well articulated but he is the most well articulated. he’s the more quiet sweetheart of the family that’s also a NERD. if you do speak to him, just know he will absolutely give his heart and soul into that conversation
he has very clever humor (he kind of reminds me of like an english man) that you honestly might not get if you don’t know anyone like him and if you don’t understand what he said he’s like “oh okay…” awkward as hell
things that tim has said that I think about often;
*us watching a korean movie together* “did you know that korean is one of the most isolated languages in the world?”
*Burce complimenting damian* “yeah he’s got a face for radio” - tim
“what the hell that have to do with the tea prices in china?”
— DAMIAN WAYNE
the most unserious, chaos causing mf EVER. he’s also one of the more extroverted people in the family up there with dick. dick is the more charming friendly one and damian is like… I don’t even know. of course he is still respectful but he’s the least formal out of everyone. he’s more worried about having a fun conversation and not one with forced formal wording. for example if someone calls him “mister wayne” he’s like “ew please call me damian”. I’ve also heard people say things like “you can tell he’s the youngest brother” and yeah tbh he’s fun and annoying. what else could you want?
his humor is quoting spongebob
things that damian has said that I think about often;
“THIS IS SO LUXXXX” *he yells as he tries on bruces rolex*
*awkward ass silence anywhere* “imagine all the peopleeeeee” (he kinda serves vocals during this tbh)
“MY DIET DOCTOR KELP?” *damian yells in disbelief in the car since he didn’t get his doctor pepper from the drive thru*

What are your thoughts on the sins individually, if you don't mind me asking?
i think viv is really really scared to have her blorbos embody really negative traits so i think half of the sins we've been properly introduced to do a dogshit job at actually embodying the sin they represent because of this lol. why do half of them not suck more as people. why don't they embody their sins, viv.
this ended up being kinda longer than i meant so im dumping it under a read more vv
bephelgor's only my icon because i'm also sleepytired and want to go to bed. her design is endearing to me, but still a mess, and if she's meant to be inspired by baphomet, it kinda sucks she's not more androgynous, imo, at least give her a little goat beard. not much to say because she was more of a decorative vase than a character. fascinating how we see the remaining women sins and neither of them speak!
leviathan. sorry this is a bit meaner than i usually try to be. i hate her design so bad. i don't know what people like about it. you can like it obviously. but god. i could go on a tangent here about it but i won't. her design makes me chew foil. super cool that they gave her more screentime though and instead of talking, she gets to sit there silently while being hit on by a man instead. fascinating how-
asmodeus bores me, all of the haha sex jokes in this show are so obnoxious so whenever they bring up that he's the Sex One my eyes roll outta my head. his design is…not at all my cup of tea but i won't say it's atrocious. the palette is unique, at least, by hellaverse standards. i liked him in his first appearance but he's since been declawed and now he's a weally nice guy actually who's all about consent and his wholesome chungus monogomous relationship, which is so fucking lame. could make a bigger post about him honestly. him and fizz are a couple of the saddest victims to 'super scared to write her blorbos being genuinely nasty' thing imo
mammon endeared me initially, but his mastermind appearance sucks. i like his design for the most part (centipede. why centipede. make him a funnelweb) and the fact he's clearly a silly guy on purpose. dresses like a jester by choice. he's evil, AND silly, that's fun. while he's a bit dense in his initial appearance, he's clever enough to know exactly how to manipulate fizz emotionally, and then in mastermind he's this big lumbering dumbass fat fuck who eats sloppily and he's gross and yucky and stupid ewww!! what a cool way to write your like, 1 recurring fat character vivzienne popsicle. lets make a joke specifically about how he has a big stomach. very cool his asexuality was clearly tacked on last-minute and he's clearly not written with that in mind, also kind of weird to canonise him as such when you're writing him to be this undesirable gross slob. i like him in theory, but he also says a lot about how viv views fat/asexual people and it's kind of soured me to him a little. shame. could go more into him, but i'll stop here.
we can't make beezlebub fat though, that's fatphobic! that's why she's thin! ik her design was a whole debacle and i don't care for it but i think it's blown a bit out of proportion. she's just another vivziepop design, i dont think she's uniquely terrible, maybe aside from being a bad rep of gluttony, but i saw more people talking about the bee thing than that. i do think it was kind of a huge mistake to make her so indistinguishable from hellhounds, biggest problem with her design imo. it's clear they wrote her to be deliberately really cool and likeable because she's Kesha, though. she's a typical nice popular party girl. i watched lps series with characters exactly like her when i was 12. sin of gluttony, don't overindulge though bro look after yourself :(
satan is inoffensive. i find him/his design to be kind of generic? but not overtly terrible. big dragon just feels a bit boring to me to who is apparently the penultimate sin, bar lucifer. admittedly, i kind of like the bit that he's got this little guy he listens too. big sucker for silly dynamics like that when they're played straight. wish i knew why the lil guy's robe kept changing colours, though. he's kinda wishy-washy and generic. don't get why any of the sins are intimidated by him when he gives stolas a slap on the wrist that stolas doesn't even have to grovel for, purely for being royalty lol. what's he gonna do to the sins if they step out of line? wag a finger at them? the whole 'he's lying about ruling before lucifer' thing was dumb and should've been caught before the episode went out.
lucifer i have enough to say about that it could probably also be its own post but to keep it short...ish, i think he's kind of inconsistent and weirdly written. they're really scared to write him as genuinely morally dubious and that's lame. they blended like 4 sexyman archetypes into 1 for him. he's so clearly y/n bait that it makes my eyes roll into the back of my skull…characters should get their y/n fiction naturally god dammit stop manufacturing sexymen in the lab!!! his design annoys me but i guess the whole 'pretty porcelain doll' thing makes sense and since he's a fallen angel, corrupted purity or something, wears symbols of himself (apples/snake) all over so Pride, like FINE, i get it, i still flick peanut shells at him though. thin ice. bitch
basically my favourite is like almost mammon i think but he's got weird uncomfortable connotations so i guess it's bephelgor because she doesn't exist enough to do anything to annoy me yet
#helluva boss critical#hazbin hotel critical#i guess for the last bitch#also anon i'm always down to answer questions abt thoughts :]#ive been sitting on rambling about these bizarre trainwrecks of shows for like a year now.#its time i fear

What Rwby character would be best at being suction cup man? I want to say Mercury but is he loud enough?
My first thought was Jaune, but I honestly don't think he's as mouthy as Suction Cup Man, much as the FNDM would have you believe. I don't think Neptune is that brave nor is Sun that clever, and Oscar just isn't that loud. Ren also isn't... any of these, so, yeah, Mercury seems like a good fit.
But when I brought the subject to some mutuals, I realized, "Hey, why am I limiting myself to just the boys?" And instantly, I had my answer...
--------------------------------------------------
Jacques: ...Hey, stop climbing my company with suction cups!
Nora: Fuck you, I'm climbing your company with suction cups!
Jacques: Why my company?
Nora: Why not your company?
Jacques: You're smudging my windows, asshole!
Nora: I'll smudge your windows all I want! LOOK AT ME GO~!
Jacques: Go suction cup someone else's company!
Nora: That sounds very suggestive!
Jacques: Suck my dick and get off my company!
Nora: What are you, a pervert?!
Jacques: It's an expression! Get the fuck off my company!
Nora: NO! FUCK YOU!
Jacques: Fuck you! What's your name?!
Nora: Suction Cup Nora!
Jacques: My ass! What's your name?!
Nora: Dadadadada~! SUCTION CUP NORA~! LOOKATMEGO~!
Jacques: Get off my goddamn tower this instant!
Nora: I can't!
Jacques: Why the hell not?!
Nora: I can't go down, stupid! I can only go up!
Jacques: ...WHAT?!
Nora: I have to climb to the top and wrap back down!
Jacques: You can't just turn around?
Nora: Of course I fucking can't! What are you, a dumbass?!
Jacques: It can't be that hard!
Nora: I don't see you climbing a fucking tower with suction cups!
Jacques: ...Give me a minute.
Nora: ...Where are you going?
Jacques: (Holding toilet plungers) I HAVE PLUNGERS!
Nora: Oh, this is getting real~!
Jacques: I'm coming for you, bitch!
Nora: YOU! ARE GOING! TO KILL YOURSELF!
Jacques: Fuck you, watch me!
Jacques: (Jumps, Falls to his death)
Nora: For a guy in a suit, you sure are fucking stupid!
Jacques: Fuck you, I didn't become a billionaire by being an idiot! I have four degrees from- (Smashes into patrol car)
Winter: (Sees dead Jacques, Looks up) Hey! Get the fuck down!
Nora: EAT! MY! ASS!
Winter: This is illegal!
Nora: I know that, but fuck you, anyway!
Winter: Fuck you!
Nora: Fuck you!
Winter: Fuck you!
Nora: Hey, I wrote you a song!
Winter: ...What?
Nora: It goes something like this! (Strums guitar) FUCK YOU~!
Winter: ...Take her down.
Soldier: (Shoots, Hits Nora)
Nora: (Hits the ground, Doesn't move)
Nora: (Jumps up) FUCK YOU! YOU CAN'T KILL SUCTION-CUP NORA! LOOK AT ME GO~! (Runs away)
Winter: (Snaps fingers) Well, son of a bitch!
Whitley: (Stares at dead Jacques)

Just started Medjed arc of P5R; here are my current thoughts on the characters I know so far:
Joker: Look, I know people say he's a "self-insert" but I really, really see a few very distinct personality traits in him. He's lost in thought a lot. He zones out. He's really goal-driven. He's clever. He's a risk-taker. He's wary of consequences. He takes a little while to trust people, especially adults. He's suspicious and easily annoyed. He's on your side. He wants to help. He's a snarky little shit. His compassion is as much his defiance as his bitter disdain. He's hesitant. He's confident. He's bluffing. His respect is earned. His assistance isn't. He's free. He's chained. He's larger than life. He's a dumbass dork of a teenager. Incredibly fun character to play as, 10/10. I love that you can actually see him becoming more confident as time goes on. His dialogue options also become sillier/snarkier/more teasing as he becomes closer with people. It's just fun. I have a lot more thoughts on him but I'm going to stop here. I'd love to do a bit of an analysis on him once I finish the game - I'd like to go back through his main story dialogue options and his idle and specific scene animations. Plus, they seriously popped off with his character design. There's so much I could say about that alone.
Ryuji: Ryuji, my beloved. I wish you were less horny in uncomfortable ways in some scenes - I think, as well as Atlus not knowing what teenage girls are like, they also have not... spoken to people raised by single mothers, or mothers who got out of an abusive relationship... but anyways, asides from that, I love Ryuji. I think his desire for popularity makes a lot of sense - he's only ever stood out in a bad way. He just wants to be liked, you know? And he doesn't think he's enough the way he is. He's trying his best. I need him to shut up so bad but also I hope he never shuts up, you know. He's genuinely so funny, and he's the most ride or die of anyone. Ryuji gets angry on everyone's behalf when they can't muster up their own anger yet. Everyone say thank you, Ryuji.
Morgana: I do not get the hate for this not-cat; he's so funny to me. He's becoming a little more aligned to the thieves' morality, which is probably for the best since at the beginning he was definitely down with accidental murder and totally open about his pragmatism. He actually encourages this in Joker. It's just funny. I love my emotional support not-cat bestie who sits in my desk at school then tells me to go strike shady deals with random people in back alleys. You can definitely see a change in Morgana though; he's becoming more excited about helping people for the sake of it (like Joker, he too has gained purpose), but he's also becoming more insecure.
Ann: She remains my favourite of the Thieves. If Ryuji is the original drive and Morgana the original method, then she is the original conviction. The strength to stand with victims. The desire to force those who hurt others to understand the feelings of said victims. She has the rawest fucking lines at the end of the Kamoshida arc. She loves Shiho so much, and I really feel like her and Joker are on the same page when it comes to things deeper than their surface level interests. Get you a friend like Ann fr. It's a shame that later scenes have her mostly just getting mad at the guys when they uhhh... act like horny guys towards her. Feels bad man, especially because I love the aspect of her character that wants to be more comfortable with her sexuality and have that be on her terms. <- That's really cool, actually! Why couldn't we do more with that...? As a note though, I seriously love her admiration towards female cartoon villains and that one mean girl model. I think that's so funny and also such a mood. I do not believe for one second that Ann is straight. I hope she becomes the sexy and confidant morally-ambiguous thief of her dreams, and also that she gets a girlfriend. It's what she deserves.
Yusuke: He's so dramatic. Do you expect me not to love him? I really loved his conflict during Madarame's arc - those revelations were absolutely brutal, and Yusuke really handled things well, all things considered. Again, like Ann, there were some raw lines in there. But then, of course, the slump on the other end, when the adrenaline wears off. That Yusuke's painting only showed the dark side of desire tells me that he is still grappling with the effects of all these reveals. He has a lot to process.
Makoto: I just think she's so cute. Her design is adorable. She's such a sweetheart. On the flip side though, while I don't find her as intimidating as the game seems to, I definitely would not want her mad at me. While, as I mentioned before, I found the lead up to her joining the thieves to be a little janky, the actual moment was great. I love that she has a support system now. She really needed that. I hope there are more scenes with her in group settings tbh. While I'm enjoying her one-on-one dynamics with Ryuji and Ann, I do feel like she doesn't really... gel with the group as well as, say, Yusuke did. I think they need to drag her out to more activities lol.
Sojiro: I still don't know yet? He seems like the tough love sort. I do enjoy getting to learn random coffee trivia from him, and it seems like he cares in a kind of gruff way. He also gets a lot of suspicious people coming by. Guess I'll find out more later.
Maruki: Again, I don't know much still. He's endearing and dorky. That salt bae thing still lives rent-free in my head. I feel his frustration with not being able to help more. I get it man. I will say though, the fact that we get to see scenes with the thieves and Maruki, with no Joker present, is... odd.
Kasumi: I... I don't know how to feel. She's too nice. She's too polite. All of her scenes are so weirdly convenient. I like her just fine, but there's something seriously off. I almost feel like she's an outlier on purpose, like she doesn't blend into the world. Unlike Maruki, who is new to Royal but blends into the story quite nicely, Kasumi really stands out, to the point it kind of feels like that was the intention. She is adorable, though, I won't deny that, and I do want her to succeed and all, I just... hm. I don't know how to feel about her.
Akechi: I could fix him (smack him upside the head). <- okay but seriously, he is so obviously suspicious, he so obviously knows about Joker, he's such a smarmy little shit. I would despise him irl, but he's absolutely the funniest character in the game right now. Everything he says has me either cackling or my jaw dropping at the fucking audacity. He's also really interesting to me. Love a character whose every line means three things rolled into one. He feels dangerous and weirdly endearing at the same time. What the hell is his problem (affectionate + derogatory).
Yoshida: YOSHIDA MY ABSOLUTE BELOVED. I love him so far. He's my favourite confidant right now. He just makes me so happy man I love him so much. Yoshida takes the hard road and he's got the conviction, but you need support from people to really turn your life around. Hey, that's kind of what the game is about, yeah?
Takemi: Oh I love her confidant so far. I don't know that she's one of my favourites, character-wise, but I was especially taken with her dedication to that medicine, and Joker's response to her saying that she doesn't suit everyone coming to her for medical help by countering her with an "it suits you". Very sweet. I'm getting close to finishing her confidant; I just need to level up charm.
Mishima: I'm almost done his confidant too! I actually enjoy Mishima's character. I feel like his downward spiral made a lot of sense, and I like that he's both helpful and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I especially like that he's pulling himself out of that fame mentality by himself, without his heart being changed. We just gave his shadow something to think on.
Kawakami: Idk how I feel about this, but the perks are good. I'm curious about her though.
Sae: She seems dedicated to her job. Forming a confidant with her during the interrogation was something I did not expect and had me going "ohohoho". But man, some of the stuff she says to Makoto is way out of line... I'm glad she's at least aware as soon as it leaves her mouth, and I cannot imagine the constant stress and scrutiny she's under but... still. Girl. :/
Iwai: I'm going to properly start his confidant soon. He's cool. I feel like he's not nearly as scary as he makes himself out to be.
Ohya: Don't know much about her so far, but she's a disaster, and I will always enjoy a good disaster woman.
Lala: SHE'S PERFECT. I wish there was a mechanic where you could get advice from Lala-chan. She's looking out for everybody. She's good. :)
Chihaya: She told me I'm gonna die... :(

Driving me crazy (in a good way, I find it an absolutely FASCINATING framing) how Epic: The Musical presents Odysseus telling his name to the Cyclops and how it's framed, emotionally.
This crucial moment is an act typically told and interpreted as one of his primary moments of hubris, taunting, unnecessary gloating revealing his clever ruse - the 19th century poet William Cullen Bryant translated this moment:
Thus to the Cyclops tauntingly I called:— “ ‘Ha! Cyclops! those whom in thy rocky cave Thou, in thy brutal fury, hast devoured, Were friends of one not unexpert in war;
His men tell him "seriously, do not tell him your name, what is wrong with you, let's just go," but he continues,
And then I spake again, and angrily:— “ ‘Cyclops, if any man of mortal birth Note thine unseemly blindness, and inquire The occasion, tell him that Laertes’ son, Ulysses, the destroyer of walled towns, Whose home is Ithaca, put out thine eye.’
We get it, Odysseus thinks he is so clever, and wants the Polyphemus and anyone else who asks to know it was he, Odysseus, King of Ithaca, who did it. And this moment of pride and gloating and telling Polyphemus his name is what dooms him and his crew.
Epic: The Musical reverses that emotional context. In "Warrior of the Mind," we see an Odysseus who is successful and gloating and kinda hubristically trying to one-up a god - after he kills Athena's boar.
ATHENA Well done. Enlighten me, what's your name?
ODYSSEUS You first, and maybe I'll do the same.
ATHENA Nice try, but two can play this game.
This is Odysseus at his most confident and in control, and he's playing smug little "no u" games with a goddess. Refusing to give his name first is a power move; he wants Athena to introduce herself first to show just how impressive she finds him. (It's a good thing Athena thinks it's cute rather than insulting.) (I also think it's extremely relevant that at this point in the narrative, he's a teenager who hasn't seen war or committed atrocities yet.)
So the ending of the Cyclops Saga shows us the opposite. After escaping from Polyphemus, Epic shows us an Odysseus who is not confident or emotionally in control. Epic has been leaning heavily on Odysseus's role as captain and leader with a duty to his men, and losing his people - including his best friend - so catastrophically leaves him in shock, grief, and anger. His call to the Cyclops here isn't a "if anyone asks you why you're blind now, tell them--" it's "the next time that you dare choose not to spare, remember them - remember us - remember me." It's a scream of grief and rage. It's a follow-through of the concept that his comrades will not have died in vain. It's a, how could you? The war was supposed to be over! We were just trying to go home! This isn't an Odysseus who feels in any position to gloat. Even Athena characterizes it as "reckless, sentimental at best," rather than prideful.
This is one of the big things I mean when I say Epic: The Musical makes Odysseus much more heroic and moral according to modern values than he's portrayed in the Odyssey. We are much, much more willing to sympathize, and empathize, with a protagonist who makes really bad decisions because he was driven by love and grief and a desire for mercy over violence than a protagonist who makes really bad decisions because he thinks he's the smartest specialest boy around and wants to make sure his enemies know it.
And I'm not necessarily saying that in a bad way. I think this in particular is a super interesting adaptation choice, reversing expectations and making Odysseus's doom read to us as genuinely tragic rather than "what the fuck did you expect, you dumbass."
#Epic the Musical#The Odyssey#adaptation#recommending my favorite animatics of all the songs to my friends and ended up watching them all again and augh#I do think making killing Astynax not Odysseus's idea and in fact something he actively resisted is a significant softening of his characte#but it sounds like fathers and sons and Odysseus's feelings as a father are going to be a recurring significant theme also

I finally caught up to dndads after not having listened to it since June, so in order to not make a 1000 posts I will make one mega-post of all my reactions.
35 -> anthony made a reference to him being married b4, leading to me googling it, leading to me finding out there's a "at least im not anthony burch" 4chan meme
out of al the "new" epsidoes (for me) this one is still the funniest
FUCK, the goddamn convo between Normal and Hero you can't just do this to me. you can't just give me sibling dynamics and expect me to be normal about them.
36-> this ep was spoiled form me start to finish so no particular reactions but I will say Anthony is super clever for managing to spin that prophecy to come back around
37-> the contrast of the teens experiences this episode was astounding
ONE PIECE MENTIONED! 👒🏴☠️
"you whirling dervish of homoeroticism and pizza" is SUCH a sentence.
38-> god this episode did so much for Scary I fucking love her. "she is holds so much anger but is one of the most loving people" what if my heart bursts from the weight of it all
39 -> in my notes I just have "RONNNNNN RONNN UR IN HEAVEN BABGGIRLLLL I LOVE YOHJHUU."
40-> Freddy's bully character. Will and Freddy's syncing on that joke and screaming about it. Will going "I'm a little turned on rn I'm not gonna lie." Anthony going "Roll for Kinsley scale." all of that almost put me in an early grave.
41-> Freddy making up dumbass plans and the getting way too excited trying to explain them leading to him being out of breath and yelling and making very little sense while everyone else is trying to cut in to tell him how dumb his plan is only for him to roll ridiculously high makes up 90% of this podcast nd I will never get tired of it. also this episode solidified that Taylor is the best character to me.
42-> I hate this.
43-> Marco is way too fucking chill beung on the Titanic I'm gonna need a bit more shock and confusion from this man. like this jist makes me think he like KNOWS everything already.
44-> the next two were my favorite episodes out of the bunch and I have a like lahes worht of notes on them and I couldn't pick my favorites so I'm gonna make seperate posts for the two of those. but in the meantime:
does the ambulance driver's accent count as slavic? cause if so first slavic dndads character lmfaoo
I feel so sad for Normal because we saw thus arc coming from a mile away. I remember listening to episodes and bejng fristrated with how other characters were responding to Normal cause I KNEW it was making this worse in his mind. and like I get them too they're all going trough heinous shit but like...fucking ouch man this was so preventable
45-> Terry Jr and Glenn competing for the title of "most polite swordfight singe Ingio and Westley in the Princess Bride"
I had seperate notes for how much I loved the charactarisation for Terry Jr, Nick, Taylor and Normal so to sum it up the cast brought their A-game I was so fucking delighted.
Freddy's habit of tling over NPC's is so fucking funny. COMPLETELY disregarding the DM is hilarious when it's not happening to me.
46-> good to see Mat being a menece for once.
somebody PLEASE fucking tell me there is fanart for Abe Lincoln from this episode PLEASE.
I know I'm a tween bow at heart because Lincoln being cool again made me so fucking hyped even though that's not the point of his charactarisation 😭 agent Schmegan just brings out the cool dude in him
Hermie's death was way less dramatic than I expected it to be but rhis is only because the amazing artists in this fandom shot my expectations through the roof with the stuff they drew
BONUS: WHODADIT -> Beth is fucking SHINING in this god every joke landed.
Anthony quickly going: "nochinamenmayfeatureinthestory" everyone else going "WOAH" and Mat going fucking "FREDDY?" as is Freddy needs to explain himself???? 😭😭 please

I eat up fics so much when they touch on the issues! Like given how much the doctor has been possessed/taken over I feel should def give them PTSD or a traumatic response to telepathy. Eg: 13 scared to contact the master after their only interactions with telepathy in the past years being hostile or life threatening.
Let them beat daleks to shit with their bare hands for everything they've done, including the war and such. (In my mind the doctor did destroy Gallifrey I'm sorry I hate the retcon they did in the special that they saved it because it devalues somuch of them imo)
Also I was thinking more about Mr clever (I'm saying that and not cyberplanner bc it's silly) and like how that'd affect the doctor and the story. And just the process of the doctor losing more of themselves, maybe small behaviors and quirks up to wardrobe changes and such. And I think what could be interesting ish is like Mr Clever is hiding how much he's taken over from River or something but what gives it away is how well he pilots. Because obviously the cyberplanner would pour over memories and books and learn the most optimal ways to pilot a time machine. And then you get that sweet sweet realization from River of that's not who I think it is. That is not the man I know. (I love those reveals)
Anyways im so normal sorry for rambling
i think it's incredibly funny that moffat unblew up gallifrey and then chibnall just went and blew it up again. the tradition of writers fighting over whether or not gallifrey is blown up continues and i am eating it up. the doctor definitely blew up gallifrey though even if they went back and changed it. time is an illusion everything is canon even the tv show
also TASTY TASTY angst yes!! he's a robot/ai designed to optimize everything possible, of course he's going to try and optimize piloting. the doctor just kind of wings it, and it works, but the cyberplanner wants fast and reliable results.
i also think its really funny that the cyberplanner mantains the cyberman belief that emotions are weak and bad and need to be removed, and completely and utterly fails to recognize the fact that he has gained very strong emotions and very little ability to process and manage them. like, he's super excited to have a time lord body, he gets angry and starts yelling when things don't make sense, he takes great joy in fucking with people, he's absorbed a lot of 11's physical mannerisms and expressions of emotions. dumbass mr clever has completely not realized that, and i think would continue not to.
so river would find the "doctor" is actually putting effort into piloting the tardis efficently, without the typical loving affection, isn't exactly hiding his emotions that well (11 is. very good at this actually), and is in general expressing what his feelings should be about people just wrong for the doctor. because he can see what those emotions and feelings are, but doesn't understand the complexities of it. 11 struggles to be intimate. he isn't good at using his words for his feelings for people. the cyberplanner assumes the correct tactic is to spell out what feelings he's supposed to be expressing, which is a notable tip off for river.
there are just all these things slightly wrong with the doctor that she's slowly realizing.
(also you can ramble as much as you like, i love rambling-)

juliette is incorrect i absolutely need a mars/orion friendship immediately
omfg i'm glad alisa is safe

Do you think some of the new stories still have blatant racism and homophobia in it? I personally cant see it, probably because i'm more focused on the horror ones (although i agree with the hsr one. yes i came from that confession).
So far. Frankly. Also yeah. The HSR case is not looking good at all cause...It's too blatant like as an F/F player I am very used to the sideline female LI who has no relevancy to the plot but that's the thing as a popular recent book, you should be better.
Many of the old stories have that problem, just Sins of London for example is...Well it's a trip in the bad direction, Abigael route is...Yeah... and Moonborn who allows the F/F players to have an actual female LI at the fucking 4th season. Wait I think it was the 5th actually...Moonborn is a book. Just Q30. Just...Just...
Like yeah no old stories were definitely not it when it came to being nice to minorities.
And usually I give stories at least 8 episodes before making any accusations except Remy's stories. Due to her history. And ongoing history. Keeping up with Remy should be a TV show.
So. Let's do one by one. My take is "Would that character been treated the same by the author. If he was white ?"
I don't think Astrea's broken hearts is rascist. Because the routes are your usual build, main li, second main li. And as usual the sidelined female LI, in the sense you don't see her much. The decision to make the black LI the cold no-nonsense man was far from a bad decision tbh. I don't think it's rascism and he appears as much as the other male LI's. Even in season 2, hope the author keeps THAT going. And normal number of CG's. Like frankly we are doing good because if there is rascism or homophobia at least they are subtle about it. Subtle enough I didn't notice it. Maybe on second read or not.
Thunderstorm saga...Well except for the sprites so far. And the fandom weird logic about how "It doesn't matter it's fantasy, they don't need to look actually black like normal people-" hum that's easy to say when the white sprites looked like normal humans with long ears.
Let's not dwell on Elf Ivo.
But other then that fiasco, I did not see it. And so far only 3 episodes are out so my judgement is except for the sprites. It's not any of the two so far.
So...Shakespear code...Hum...Well I mean. I am pretty sure even if she was white. She would still be in that...well basically slave position due to her dumbass father. Also her name is Regina. Which reminds me of Mean Girls and her primarly sin is envy so so far that seems like a clever joke at best. And there is not enough episodes to know truly.
The Haze will take us....Oh Boy. Ok so. At first I was like "Heh. It's the fandom as usual." But huh. If you really want to be offended when you think about it. Why is it that the womanizer guy and the most powerful people are asians ? No complains. I think even if they were white this would have been the same. But it does sounds weird when you say it out loud especially with all the negative stereotypes attached to this "They rule the world" propaganda. But the treatement of the characters is not rascist, the whole Volot sprite...Yeah...I do think they would still have gone for the "His muscular hands touched me" kind of route anyway.
7 brothers...Well. except for the different posters incident I didn't see the problem I mean the story is a bit weird in my opinion but I think it's mostly because I don't like the author's writing style.
Like. So far. From the New books. Nothing seems amiss. I like having evidence before condamning an author except when it's Remy.

Sonic villain tier list?
From top to bottom:
Eggman: Duh.
Hard-Boiled Heavies: All five of them had more personality in a game without dialogue than Sage did with it.
Chaos: The original monster, and still the best, with clever designs for each of his forms, and an interesting backstory. My only regret is that he started The Trend.
Erazor: The best villain that's not Eggman, made by Eggman, or associated with Eggman. He's everything Mephiles wasn't, and he brought out a lot in Sonic through his antagonism and his cruel relationship with Shahra.
Metal Sonic: His robot status and identity crisis give him an edge over other dark rival characters. His design is iconic, and he works not only as Sonic's equal, but also as an extension of Eggman's evil. (OVA Metal is the best, of course.)
Captain Whisker: He's a more compelling Eggman Nega than the actual Eggman Nega. And his boss music is peak 60's Spider-Man.
Infinite: Not sure why everyone likes to single this guy out as one-note when this franchise is utterly stacked with one-note villains, some of whom are praised for it. Infinite may be simple, but at least he's fun.
Gerald: His recorded video was certainly ominous, and he does work as a tragic character, but there's a lot of questions surrounding his story that take me out a bit, and while Chaos may have started The Trend, Gerald - by using Shadow as his posthumous proxy - was the one who established it as a trend.
Black Doom: Not actually a good villain (very controversial, I know), but everything about him is hilarious, and he never gained a disproportionate fandom like certain other villains, so I can't help but enjoy him ironically.
Merlina: She could have been great in practice, but she suffers from Disney Twist VIllain Syndrome, in that once you get past the fanfare involving the twist, there's actually not a lot to her beyond that, and we don't get enough of a feel for her as her true villainous self. There may have been some mild foreshadowing, and we may have gotten a look into her sympathetic motives, but all in all, it was very undercooked, and a major reason why I don't think Black Knight's story is that amazing.
Deadly Six: I defended them for so long, and I'll still defend their original outing (at least Zavok, Zor and Zazz), but ever since IDW turned them into yet another Better Villains Than Eggman... I'm not as dedicated in doing so as I used to.
Void: He exists.
Ix: He also exists.
Eggman Nega: Either he's a redundant presence since there's nothing he does with Eggman that the doctor couldn't do on his own (Rush duology), or he's another usurper and exists only to pose as a so-called better version of the main villain of the franchise (Rivals duology). Take your pick.
Mephiles: Complete dumbass that does not live up to the suave mastermind archetype that the writers intended him to be, and what fans pretend he is. "Eggman makes mistakes too!" Yeah, but never to this level.
The End: He brought back The Trend in the games. And he boasted about being better than all the other threats Sonic has faced, like a textbook bad fancharacter. And he never shuts the fuck up. And he failed to live up to his big talk. And his fight was Perfect Dark Gaia-tier. And he's a purple bollock. I really can't think of anything redeeming about this guy (as much as I hate Mephiles, at least he had Dan Green going for him). As far as personifications of death go, I'll stick with the Dreamworks Wolf.
I didn't bother adding non-game villains since most of them would have fallen into the same "shite, lol" category. Same for the post-Chaos giant monsters.

lmfao, both. both is good
dumbass take - what cooler place to eat out a cloaca than amidst floating undead experiments suspended in mystery juice?
Smart take - Dabi...doesn't give a fuck. Again, he's like focused on certain things and he underestimated who Takami Keigo was. He found his origins but he fundamentally didn't understand who or what that boy had become and was willing to do. I think the HPSC did a miraculous job with hiding all the wetwork Nagant (and perhaps Hawks) did, because none of the villains seem to consider that the government has been killing scores of people for decades.
Dabi just... thought he had a "gottem" because Hawks was willing to kill to get in the League and didn't even question why that was. To him it was sufficient proof of a lapse in heroism in Hawks, so he was a "tainted" hero anyway and didn't see him the actual assassin he was. What Dabi didn't see is that Hawks isn't a "bad hero" or a example how the system promotes bad actors - he's an example of what the system needs to sustain itself; the machinery behind the emerald curtain.
I hope I'm explaining myself well because there is a distinction. There's a difference between a corrupt hero willing to do anything and a person who has been trained to do anything. One is amoral, the other one is following following rules.
Two, Dabi is a bit more aware than the rest of the League about the Noumu process and quirk farming of kids and I don't think he's fond of it but not enough to speak against it. I don't think he gives too much of a fuck about the lab aspect and how he can use it for his ends. Again, the organization aspect of the League and then PLF never concerned him beyond his own goals. He checked out during the meetings as Twice told us, fucked off somewhere.
And finally, I don't know how to explain this but - Dabi is mentally ill, like a lot of the characters. And I think one of his symptoms is this drive towards risky, reckless behavior. I think the villains he sent towards his family are also in this pattern. He seems to gamble a lot, and risk a lot, and part of that is because he's also quite clearly ready to die at the end of all this. High stakes and all that.
The pragmatic answer - the anime kind of fucked up by showing us this because it doesn't fully make sense and makes Dabi seem more stupid than he is, which doesn't mesh with how clever he actually is. Which given they fucked up the ReDestro scene, unsurprising. While I still stand by the idea that Dabi is less caring about the League as an abstract concept/Ujiko's/Afo's plans being blown up by him past what he can use to tear down society and his dad especially, maybe it was too risky? But also, this man shot a fireball at Hawks while he held Jin at knifepoint confident that Hawks would protect a man he's been trying to knife. Like he was right but man, that was a gamble he ultimately lost when Hawks murders Jin right after.

Sixteen things I noted about CR2E136 “Hell or High Water” :
3 eyes and Beau and Caleb have True Sight !!!!!! Maybe there's a bright light to those fucking eyes, like Laura said.
Ok, one thing I (kinda) knew about Campaign 2 before starting it was "Artagan is a weasel ???" and that was IT, no more context ! So let me tell you, I was still falling off my chair at the reveal that SPRINKLE IS ARTAGAN, because I'm a dumbass who did not put two and two together, or, as it is, the logical conclusion of : Jester's god is the Traveler and Jester bought a weasel -> the Traveler is in fact Artagan -> Artagan is in fact inhabiting a traumatized red weasel. BUT THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER
Caleb : "[Artagan being Sprinkle] is the only reason he's still alive." Artagan/Sprinkle : "You're not entirely wrong... it's been a journey !" I'm laughing so much oh my god, of course Sprinkle is only maintained alive by the grace of 3000 years old archfey who loves a little blue tiefling. The image alone of Sprinkle talking in Artagan's voice is sending me. I love how Jester is pretty chill with it, like "It makes perfect sense !"
THEY CAN READ EACH OTHER'S MINDS AND SEND THOUGHTS TO OTHERS ??? not even 25 minutes into this episode and so much has happened already
the DM : "These walls are smooth and there's a slight residue left on them... These walls are lined in lead." The impulsive barbarian, quietly : "I was just going to taste it, but I will leave it alone."
A time travel device ? That is Caleb's first goal !!! OOOOOooooh I see what you're doing, Mr Mercer, the temptation ! And this is relevant to Essek too ! "Correcting mistakes" indeed
They spend 20 minutes arguing what they should or should not do to avoid the monster, both in AND out of character. Liam : "This is like if we, us, not the characters, us were trying to save the world." Marisha : "How have we ran a company successfully for the past... how many - years - ?" Taliesin : "Pure luck."
THEY GOT GOT !! Lucien, the fucker, also made a clever ambush with the psychic charges !!
Yoooo, the sequence where they were trapped between the monsters and the tunnel with maybe more intuit charges was awesome, what a challenge
The stargate !! I knew it, but still it was nice to hear Matt say that this portal was linked with the Water Plane and that it was why a flow of perpetual water was coming through.
"Here's my plan : we're all cows !" ooooh nice call-back
Marisha, nervous, as she's prepared to have Beau talking to Lucien : "I'm playing a 20 charisma character next campaign." Me, checking out Laudna's stats : "not yet, but she is a warlock ! So she will get there"
Molly is still in there, either fragmented, or a piece so small it can't be seen most of the time. Except when Caleb called him "circus man"
Caleb is a sheep ! What follows is 30 minutes of sheep-related puns : "You sheep-shifted ?", "He got baaaaaaa-nished", "In space no one can hear you bleat", "Baaaaaaaa-yyye !", "Sheepleb !", "Don't be sheepish get in there", "This is shear terror", "Caleb's already hoofing it that way", "This is veal bad, you guys", *obligatory Taylor Swift goat scream reference*, "Everybody flock together", "We are wool-fully unprepared for this"
Yasha : "Where's my girlfriend ?" Matt : "Beau is 10 feet from you, on the stairs, still facing of with the creature, which is now faced in that direction. Boobs and all, facing off with Beauregard." Yasha : "She knows how to handle that !" (Marisha does a *you got that right* kind of face)
Oh my god, for all the jokes about "coming back to the beginning", the fight with the water elemental where Jester was the only one left in the room at the end gave me HUGE flashbacks of that fight with the blue dragon where she was almost left alone too (if it wasn't for Nott)

Shadow Bladers
[Continued from {here}]
I WANTED TO SEE THEM ALL UNMASKED....................BeyBurst I will never forgive you if you never give me this, they're too good to just forget about, dammit
...God, I wonder if they're all even still alive?? The ones that got dropped in the Failure Holes were literally just. Never seen again. Well, I mean, we saw their masks crumpled up and strewn all over the ground outside later BUT THAT'S NOT EXACTLY A GOOD SIGN, NOW IS IT
AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Also, at least most of the shadows do TRY to mimic some aspect of their opponent's personality, not just their beyblades and fighting styles, but they're usually bad at it lmao. A for effort, boys. Also their stupid black catsuits are High Fashion and I approve.
Yellow Eye
Well, this is...unfortunately, the one we've seen the most of, out of the shadows. He's actually got a name, unlike all the others: "Richard Yellow", supposedly. Very convenient last name there, but I'm gonna call him Dick.
He, uh. Gives me MAJOR skeevy pervert vibes?
...???
That aside though, his sheer fucking terror post-Pit, when Boss actually {SPOILER ALERT} DID come back and kick his ass [YEEEEEAAAAAHHH] and he looked up at Ashram like "Oh...oh no. I am very, very royally fucked" was good for really hammering in the fact that Bad Shit happens to Snake Pit people who lose. Though, I think we actually briefly saw Dick again sometime later and he didn't look any different, so whatever was done to him after that, if anything, certainly wasn't deadly which GIVES ME HOPE FOR THE OTHER GUYS......
Also the sad thing here is the fact that, without the mask, this weird little bastard might actually be cute if he didn't do That with his damn lipstick. At least, I HOPE that's lipstick and he just sucks at wearing makeup?? And the "Welp...shit." moment when Boss lost to him in the Snake Pit but DIDN'T fall down the hole like he was supposed to was fucking hilarious tbh. "Is this allowed?? Can he do that??? Should. Should I do something about this? Mr. Ashram sir???? Is this allowed???? hhhhHHHHHE'S BREAKING THE RULES HGKSLSJFLK?????"
4/10, I'm forever bitter about the fact that ONLY this shadow got unmasked onscreen ;-; IT'S NOT FAIR
Black Eye
This bitch. This pompous, taunting bitch. He's absolutely terrible and he's perfect and I need to see him again.
He was actually REALLY successful at behaving just like Dyna...except he was acting with an outdated character script because Dyna's not an asshole like that anymore. Black was playing the part of "early s1 Dyna" exceptionally well, though. He was playing mind games exactly like Dyna did back then. The resemblance was uncanny, he even managed to actually unnerve Dyna himself. Flawless execution. Kudos, buddy.
The fucking crystal ball thing is just unbearable though, holy shit he hams it up way too much. I would say that, hell, he MIGHT actually be able to ~see into the future~, considering Clio's Exceptionally Compelling Evidence that spoopy psychic majick possibly does exist to some degree in BeyBurst, buuuut...I know how IRL FAKE psychics work, and they, uh, act exactly like Black. Basically [at risk of oversimplifying], if they can get into your head and make you BELIEVE something's going to happen, then they can make it happen. Which is exactly what Black did to score that Over Finish against Dyna. And Dyna noticed it -- he noticed that he lost that point because Black's words were getting under his skin, and so his hands weren't steady when he launched. And when Dyna stopped believing Black after figuring that out, Black lost. Black's scenes were actually quite nicely written.
10/10. This guy's awful, but he's good, man. What's this overenthusiastic theater kid doing down in a damn torture pit, anyway. He should be out swindling people with palm readings or some shit.
Grey Eye
“IT'S ALL MUSCLE, BRO”
I just can't really form a solid opinion on this one aside from the fact that he seemed like a fun guy? Cooza kicked his ass pretty fast and then he was gone. Hm. 5/10.
Azul/Azure Eye
Perfect. Perfect and amazing. Very very fluffy and very very nice, how the hell did this sweet boy end up in the torture pit?? He LIKED Valt and Valt's friends -- I think his friendliness was sincere, if not a bit exaggerated and maybe slightly condescending? He certainly wasn't actually mean to them so much as he was really just...playful. More than that, he HELPED Valt. He fucking told Valt how to use his damn beyblade properly [though he wasn't expecting Valt to be able to use a newfound technique so well immediately, but still].
And. And he calls himself "boku-chan" if I'm not mistaken?? Which is a super cutesy way to say "I/me"? He’s like, referring to himself as "cute little me" asdhgklksjg
I'm nnnnnot sure which way is the intended "correct" way to spell his name, though? "Azul" and "Azure" BOTH mean "blue", and they are pronounced exactly the same way with a Japanese accent [there's basically no audible difference between "L"s and "R"s]. Is there any actual official info that explicitly states the correct spelling?? I haven't found any. Most people seem to have gone with "Azure" [including the team subbing the raw episodes], but I was always more inclined to say "Azul" because that's a Spanish word and the Snake Pit is in Mexico?
Also he makes dumb puns. I love him. This one's my favourite shadow guy, no contest. 100/10.
Violet Eye
Poor Violet, oh my god. We didn't even get to see very much of him because Shuu was an asshole lmao.
Seriously, Shuu barged into his room, interrupted his fight, and then kicked him off the platform. Into the Bottomless Doom Pit.
That scene with Violet makes me think that literally all of the masked guys probably fucking hate Shuu just as much as Violet and Norman do, hahaha holy shit. He'd throw any of them under the bus [or rather, down the big hole] for so little as just getting in his way when he wants something. Jesus christ.
6/10, Violet was a jackass but he was funny. He played a pretty decent "early s1 Wakiya", too [generically cocky and insulting, etc.] Not NEARLY enough screentime though, thanks Shuu
To cap off the post, the entire concept of these guys is...neat IN THEORY, but actually pretty dumb and of course it didn't fucking work. It was, quite frankly, amazing that Dick managed to beat Boss. Their gimmick was to mimic Valt's friend group, but. You just. You can't fucking beat someone with their own tricks. Particularly when they've been practicing those tricks longer than you have. If they know the shit better than you do, you can't beat them with it. An actor who plays a kickboxer in a movie would likely get the shit beaten out of them by an actual kickboxer. The fakes just...really couldn't win here. •︵•

Another Great Idea From Yours Truely
So basically imagine a ghost au of Danganronpa V3 except with the twist that Shuichi can see the ghosts (shocking I know)
So basically it goes like Shuichi became the Ultimate Detective because the ghost of the person who died told him everything they knew and Shuichi (still clever as hell don’t get me wrong) just put the rest of the pieces together and was like ‘hey uh. It was that guy right?’ And everybody lost their bananas
And so he became the Ultimate Detective wHICH IS WHY HE DOESNT THINK HE DESERVES HIS ULTIMATE ITS BECAUSE HE WAS PRACTICALLY HANDED THE ANSWER ON A SILVER PLATTER
And with the first murder he asks Rantaro like ‘hey who killed you?’ and unfortunately Rantaro was too confused with his sudden death know shit so he has to go the normal route of Sleuthing to figure it out (or maybe Rantaro knew something but not quite enough to change anything due to ✨plot convenience✨)
Kaede is a ghost now (do I see a ghostly figure playing Claire De Lune?) and probably apologizes to Rantaro and he kinda half-forgives her because he understands where she’s coming from but like. Bruh
But then come Chapter 2 (Electric Boogaloo) he meets Ryoma’s ghost (maybe even before they find the body if you’re feeling ~spicy~) and he’s like ‘alright who killed you’ and Ryoma like knows but he would probably be like ‘hah I got what I wanted, I’m not telling you shit’ which would be very annoying
But that would be yet another excuse to keep things on track, so not much changes (because Rantaro and Kaede are probably following Shuichi around so they wouldn’t know more than him) and Kirumi dies and does nOT in fact apologize because that would be a ✨lie✨ (and boy aren’t we fond of those)
Now this is where things may or may not start getting off the road paved for us; Ryoma will probably stay depressed and look for a way to die again (maybe idk? Let me know if I’m getting his character absolutely wrong it’s been a while) but Kirumi could go two ways. Either she could 1) stay in the crazed state she was driven to in the trial or 2) see reason and chill tf out
If 1, she’ll probably go in a similar enough route as Ryoma where she’s trying to get out of the confines of the killing game, possess someone, or die again so she can reincarnate (or something, etc etc, I’m spitballing here) meaning she won’t be useful to Shuichi finding the killers.
Conversely, 2; she will chill out and help Shuichi with stuff he asks of her (staking places out, haunting people in because they’re likely to be murdered or murder, see who leaves their dorms at night, etc, still spitballing) and maybe help find a killer or two!
Either way, Angie dies and she’d probably be a bit miffed that she wasn’t able to meet Atua just yet but she’s chill so she’d probably assume it’s part of Atua’s Plan or smth idk
Although she’d probably know it was Korekiyo who killed her, which would make keeping things on track hard (if you wanna do that I probably shouldn’t assume huh) so Shuichi might know to stop the whole ‘let’s go in a room with the murderer with the lights off’ thing and keep Tenko from dying.
Lmao Korekiyo is all like ‘hey let’s talk to the ghost!’ And then Rantaro is just like ‘ah yes, Shuichi, let’s talk to the ghost’ and Shuichi is somewhere between laughing and crying because HA THATS GOOD THATS A GOOD ONE BUD but also GODDAMMIT AVOCADO MAN SHUT UP YOU’RE DEAD
So now Angie’s dead, Tenko might be alive if you chose that route, but Korekiyo is definitely dead. But how dead?
This might sound stupid because ‘Loveless, you dumbass, you idiot, he’s dead what do you mean’ well shUT UP I HAVE AN EXPLANATION TO MY CONFUSION
So part of Korekiyo’s execution is that he died and turned into a ghost, makes sense, no confusion there— BUT THEN HE GETS SALTED INTO DEATH AGAIN. So like… maybe his ghost is just. Not around. Hell you could even take this as Monokuma’s warning that Shuichi is on the thinnest of fucking ice.
So, currently, we have:
Rantaro: dead and ghost, follows Shuichi
Kaede: dead and ghost, follows Shuichi
Ryoma: dead and ghost, depressed (might have used the salting method to die again? Your choice but hey)
Kirumi: dead and ghost, insane/helpful (if insane maybe used salt?)
Angie: dead and ghost, chillin
Tenko: dead and ghost, follows Himiko OR alive- your choice your problem idk man 🤷
Korekiyo: dead. Very Dead.
And hey if you make Tenko die, you can have Shuichi console Himiko with words taken directly from Tenko’s ghostly mouth :)
(Lmao this is sadder then I thought it would be)
Okay and with this next one things get REALLY REAL (heheheheehhehehehhehe)
So the Neo World Program is like technology. And ghosts are known to screw with technology. Food for thought your choice your problem heheh :)
Anyway since ghosts can’t follow you into VR the ones that follow people would just be waiting like dogs at the door (hey that’s a good expression heck yeah) and so they would notice Miu dying and might try to like. Make Shuichi colder or something so he realizes something’s up and heads out. And since Shuichi’s smart he’ll figure out by maybe the second or third chill down his spine
Anyway Miu’s a petty bitch so she’ll snitch with no hesitation, even before Shuichi asks, which you might think won’t change much BUT WAIT
When Kokichi tells then it was Gonta obviously Shuichi would have a reaction of surprise, but Kokichi is smart so he’ll be able to tell it wasn’t a ‘what?! Gonta?!’ kind of surprise, but instead a ‘wait he’s telling the truth??’ kind of surprise. He may not say anything but he’ll know
Ahem anywho Gonta dies and is super mopey and sad and apologizes profusely to Miu (who doesn’t forgive him even though she was the one planning a murder first) and he might even feel bad enough that he like hides away somewhere to train to become a better gentleman or something.
AND HOO BOY THIS NEXT ONE COULD BE WILD IF YOU WANT IT TO
So uh. Starts off with Kokichi saying he’s the mastermind and Shuichi calling bullshit, of course.
But when they discover the body (body more like bloody ha gotem), Shuichi will make eye contact with Kokichi and Kokichi would probably ✨freak out✨ because this was not part of the plan
So he’ll just like shush Shuichi and maybe explain the whole plan(? I mean I think he would but it’s your choice I guess) and so basically you are now given the option to have Kokichi and Kaito’s plan actually work!! Your choice as to what happens after that but Kaito will still die due to his illness and Tsumugi might die still but uh. You get to keep Kiibo and maybe Tenko so that counts as a win right?
Might write more than this later just give me several hours days months weeks? Yeah that sounds right
