You know there is one thing I absolutely HATE about society today.

We tear down people trying to do good.

I’m sick of it, it doesn’t matter what a person does, there will always be people that will look at it and then say like:

“Oh they are doing it for publicity”

“This is just propaganda for X”

“This person is X so of course they are trying to look good.”

“This person shouldn’t need to do X, it should already be a thing.”

I see these comments and it infuriates me.

“Okay and?!” The reason for it doesn’t matter! If the person is doing a good thing. (I’m not talking about faked stuff. I’m talking genuine good things)

I just hate the fucking arrogance of these statements. Can’t there be a consensus for once where we all go.

“That’s great, I should try and do stuff like this.”

No, It’s always ALWAYS bullshit. There is always one.

All these comments say is that the person who made them is an insufferable piece of shit that is jealous that another person did something good and can’t handle that they haven’t done anything to help others.

How about instead of saying such a pointless comment, they Donate to a charity? Spend the day helping at a soup kitchen, do something that is a net good! Doesn’t even need to be a big thing! How about paying for the meal of the person behind you when on line at a fast food place.

I just… I hate the absolute garbage spewed about it.

Like what a false equivalency? I enjoy a good feminization kink too, I just think that some people tend to write Loki, esp in mlm relationships, as explicitly feminine to contrast with the manly man boyfriend in a way to heteronormify the relationship. It’s not really about feminization kink at all, it’s about the way that people often fetishize gay and mlm relationships, the way that people equate bottoming with femininity and submission (which itself is very sexist).

Loki having “slender hands” is just a symptom of that fetishistic fan content. There’s nothing wrong with having slender hands, especially as a man, but the description seems to be less about physical appearance and more about the inherent bias in which we approach mlm relationships. And feminization kink isn’t wrong but I think a lot of the time, the content where this kind of description happens isn’t primarily smut/kink fic.

I’m not trying to police anyone’s content and I don’t care what you consume or write. I just think that taking a more critical look at why this content is being produced and what implications that it may lead to is not a bad thing at all.

Consistently shocked by the idea that people think Bradley Rooster Bradshaw is chill and laid back. He’s actually shockingly unchill. He is the opposite of chill. He did not inherent any of his parents chillness. He’s a loser who’s too invested in everything.

thank you for saying this anon i’ve been thinking of it a lot actually. i’m morally and legally binded to choose childhood friend!sugu no matter what because he’s literally……. my favorite Ever. and i think the inherent devotion of the childhood friend trope blends soooo well with his natural devotion. his protective urges. etcetc. i have wayyyy too many thoughts about childhood friend!sugu 😭 but it mostly boils down to him wanting to be by your side forever. he wants to make you happy and he wants to protect you and he knows you so well that he doesn’t trust anyone else to love you like he can. he’s selfish and he wants you to lean on him more than he wants anything for himself.

childhood friend!toru though….. i feel like he would be your estranged childhood friend. that makes most sense to me :3 like, you met when you were really really young, and ended up playing together in an empty park. he was a brat, kind of quiet, and you were just sweet, y’know? you were the closest thing to a friend he had as a child. then you ended up moving away, he never got to say goodbye… and you meet again as adults. you don’t remember him — it was just so, so long ago — but he remembers you. he remembers you a little too well.

so now you just kinda have to deal with this tall, handsome, cheery man who keeps talking to you like you’re best friends even though you literally don’t remember him…. he’s sweet though. a little annoying, but sweet. he has a soft spot for you. i think having anything remotely close to a childhood friend makes him feel human in a way he can’t help but crave.
