thinking about Sam and Ursula scavengers reign again. omg. omg....

#SPECIFICALLY the way sam starts withdrawing when he realizes that he's a danger to her.#like omg.. walking ahead so she doesn't have her back to him. telling her to stab him if he scares her at all #u can tell hes doing so bad by the way his path in that field is so wobbly and meandering but he stays locked in #at least until he can see with his own eyes that she'll be safe and only then does he let himself rest #AND he doesn't even let the parasite take over completely. my man is dying on his own terms and its a little sexy of him who said that #and at the very end shes wearing his colors and has stepped into his role as leader and it makes me want to explode.#this is romance. to me

People don’t understand the concept of liking two characters’ relationship in multiple contexts. They can be lovers in one setting and just friends in another, their dynamic doesn’t have to be consistent in every piece of art I make.

#it pisses me off when I make stuff for polyfam au or mitsuki/inko and people bring up bkdk #use your critical thinking skills their parents being in a relationship changes their dynamic #not everything is a romance between them.#idk it weirds me out when people make it weird

As a horror guy I vehemently do not support hatred towards romance girlies. Sister genres in my opinion. We both enjoy familiar tropes. We both enjoy interesting relationship dynamics explored between two or more people. We both enjoy werewolves.

one thing that took me embarrassingly long to learn is "sometimes when people say things, they will not be true."

I used to tell people about this revelation and they'd be like yeah.....duh.....but like, why wouldn't my base assumption be that you're communicating to me in a straightforward manner. anyway, I get scammed a lot.

#example: a 'friend' in middle school told me I should ask a guy out. she said 'he'll totally say yes'.#he did not. which was the obvious outcome #but it took me years to realize that she'd said that hoping to fuel some drama for her own entertainment.#ANOTHER EXAMPLE #a guy in college approached me saying that he'd been seeing me around campus but was always too shy to talk to me #and that he really wanted to get to know me #so I was like wow 🥺 romance 🥺 and hopped into bed with him #and afterward I was like what do you wanna do 😊 should we see a movie 😊 should we go out 😊#and he was like nope. byeeee.#and I realized I got bamboozled into sex #total shocked pikachu face #I'm still not the best at this tbh. I'm like 'why would this person lie to me. lying is bad'.#anyway this is why I not looking forward to entering the dating world again #DONT BAMBOOZLE ME I'M GULLIBLE
