My Purah x Mineru pitch:

Both have an owl motif

Both are sciency engineer inventor women

They could compare the technology from their different time periods

Purah is more chaotic and expressive, Mineru is more responsible and reserved, they'd play off of each other in some really interesting ways

Imagine the shenanigans if they worked on a project together

EDIT: I just realized that they also both have a younger sibling

I think that when they first start getting to know each other they'd clash over their differences, but as they get closer they'd realize they have more in common that they thought

(spoilers for the 5th sage quest under the cut)

Both have made inventions that increased their lifespan (kind of?)

Purah would be so interested in Mineru's robot body

They could even make Mineru some new bodies together!

“Women and non-binary people” stop. Do you mean people with marginalized genders? Do you mean gender-oppressed people? Then say that. Stop refusing to recognize the very much gendered oppression of other trans people. There’s not some chasm of difference between how our oppressors treat a very masc non-binary person and a more binary trans man. I’m also non-binary and very much oppressed for my gender but because I’m transmasculine I could never feel comfortable in a space that marketed itself like that. Tell me what the real harm is of letting gender-oppressed mascs into spaces discussing gender oppression is. Because the consequence of not doing so is denying them space for their experiences just because of their gender identity. Do better.

There’s a new drug in Gotham making the rounds, one synthesized by Two-Face’s people; if you take it you will have a 50/50 chance that you’ll experience the greatest high of your life or that you’ll die.

Batman is desperately trying to find the main lab and cut off the production from the source and hasn’t been able to find a lead in weeks.

That’s when Gordon gives him a file that was given to him by a “white haired ghost kid”. It’s a detailed report written similarly to a scientific journal with detailed sources that are mainly first hand accounts from deceased victims of the Two-Face drug.

At the very end of the paper there’s an address to a Gotham University dorm room with a sticky note next to it that says “if you need help with death or the undead. Yours truly; Danny Fenton.”
