rant below the cut<3

as i mentioned in an earlier post, i’m going through the “I hate my art” phase. keep in mind that this didn’t start recently. it’s been going on since before I joined tumblr back in july (that feels weird, i can’t believe how long it’s been). only reason i’m only just now talking about it is because i was scared it would look like i just want attention but that’s not the case at all. in fact, the reason i’m actually saying smth about it now is because it’s like, getting rlly bad. like it’s getting to where i just don’t wanna draw (digitally anyway, traditional is better atm). like, i just can’t do anything right with my art, i can never come up with anything to draw and when i ask for requests i can’t get it to look good even if i have a reference.

if anyone has any advice on how to get through this pls send it my way cause this is killing me. i love drawing things for you guys but like i can’t get myself to like anything i draw digitally anymore.

Spent a ridiculous amount of time last night obsessively editing my hand written zines in Photoshop to take away any tiny blemishes so they were definitely readable.
