Wtf did my mom bring this home. I ate half. I mean I’m not mad at her but like literally why. She didn’t even eat any, so just me. Regardless I threw the rest away. Definitely not even worth the calories. I eat a lot. Cleaner now and can say that even when I crave “bad foods” I know when to stop. So I’m proud of my control.

I can’t wait to finish breastfeeding for the sole purpose of being able to really restrict. I obviously try and eat enough to maintain supply and also not be tired but it hard to balance that out.
I will miss breastfeeding. I will forever cherish the bond. If anyone experiencing this please let me know.

I need a game plan for March.
I maintain for the whole month of February. Which is good and I am happy for not gaining.
The past week I sorta gave up with counting and intermittent fasting. I started to dread making food in the morning for my son and not being to to eat it. Also sometimes he will like force me to eat some food, like to be sweet and I hate saying no.

Homemade white bread easy recipe with calories
136 per slice.
Ingredients
•Bread flour 110 1/4 cup recipe uses 3 cups = 1320
•Yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons ~50? Not sure calories this is rounded up
•Sugar 2 tablespoons = 30
•Salt 1 tablespoons =0
•1 cup warm water = 0
•Olive oil 2 tablespoons = 239
=1639
Divide by slices (12) = 136 calories per slice.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl excluding 1 tablespoons of oil and water. Use a whisk.
Then slowly add water mixing with a wooden spoon until dough is smooth.
Place dough in well oiled bowl, turning so top is cover with oil. Cover in warm place until double in size 45-60 mins.
Take dough out of bowl and fold into self letting gas out but don’t over work dough. Place in well oiled baking pan cover. For min 30 mins.
Bake in oven for 30-40 mins depending on oven. 350° - 375° like I said depending on oven and environment. Let rest for 10 mins before cutting. It’s done when top is golden brown.

Guys!!!! It’s the last day of the month!
Stats update!
Starting weight Jan 1st- 160 lbs
Ending weight Jan 31st- 151.2 lbs
That’s a 9 lbs weight loss!!!!!!
I can’t believe it. I can but wow. Didn’t expect to weigh this little till March tbh. I would like to thank my fastin app and protein bars!
My fast is 16:8
I averaged 10 workouts and 4 walks this month.
Stayed in a calorie deficit but didn’t track to much just tried to stay below 2000.
I ate more protein and made sweets from scratch which help in the carb department.
Also strived for 40 oz of water daily.
Some things I’ve noticed since weighing a little less:
• officially a size M, little tight but mostly comfortable. Had to officially order new underwear as all my L and XL just slide down my hips. Jeans are actually loose. Not enough to wear a belt cuzz I hate belts but I think with another 5 to 8lbs loss I will need to donate them.
• people kinda seem to notice me a bit more. And I know some might be like well that’s because your happy and your own confidence shines through to others and they find that attractive but I don’t think I’ve felt that much differently about myself. I really I’m proud I’ve stuck to the goals and have seen such amazing results.
•women actually seem to wether it be on purpose or not kinda are more mean? Like they also talk to me more? Idk how to explain it but people seem to either want to act like a bitch or really want to be my friend now. Before I was kinda invisible.
• last thing I can think is my appetite has naturally decreased. The urge to eat is not as strong and I feel the power to say no to food.
Anyways I hope I can keep the grind on for February! Best of luck for next month! We got this.
