30 Day Plan: Part Deux
it's been a month since my 30 day challenge and although i still need to give another update, i'm jumping into part 2 because why wait?
for this month, i'm going to focus on thinking & believing like her. last month i stuck to only [mostly] listening to my affirmations [music] playlist and i did notice a change in my thinking mainly when it came to removing a lot of negative thoughts.
but i need to replace those thoughts with better, more positive thoughts otherwise they're just going to come back.
so i downloaded the thinkup app, got the premium subscription and recorded not affirmations per say, but more so beliefs that i feel she would have.
my favorite thing about this app is that you don't read your affirmations but you listen to them.
the plan is to listen to them every day as often as i can for the next 30 days and see what my results are.

Visualize Success - The Billionaire Lifestyle for Ultimate Motivation
Visualization is a powerful tool that successful people employ to keep them motivated and on track with their goals. Visualization is an effective mental technique which involves visualizing desired outcomes such as winning a race or receiving promoted. Pay attention to the sensory details in order to bring your ideas to life. You should think about your goals when you wake up or before you go to sleep. 1. Affirmations Positive affirmations are statements you can say to yourself to boost your confidence, increase positivity and encourage you to pursue your dreams. They can be used to put your goals in motion to make something happen They require repeated repetition in order for them to take root. They can also be more effective if they're founded on values that focus on the future. Researchers have found that fMRI scans showed that focusing on future-oriented affirmations engages brain systems which are associated with positive valuation and self-processing to a higher degree than affirmations relating to prior events. These findings offer a new insight into the way affirmations work within the brain. Bathgate suggests you look for affirmations that are meaningful to you and make them your own. Make an affirmation you repeat every morning to help keep your goals in the forefront of your head. There are numerous applications, such as ThinkUp and Shine which can assist you in finding positive affirmations, but you can also simply note them down on a tiny piece of paper, or on a notecard that you can carry all day. 2. Visualization Visualization is the act of creating a mental picture of your goals. This is often referred to "thought rehearsal" and has been shown to improve the odds to achieve your desired goal. Many successful individuals--from CEOs to athletes--report that their visualization techniques are a key part of their achievement. They utilize visualization techniques to envision themselves getting to where they want to be. They'll use all of their senses to imagine the possibility of success. For example they will imagine what it feels like winning, how it smells like to celebrate and what it must sound like to hear the cheers of the crowd. Then, they'll work backwards from the desired outcome to determine the most effective steps. It is possible to consult a professional mental health to assist you in visualizing or experiment on your own. They can assist you in learning about the law, and also help you develop a vision of success.
youtube
3. Motivation To become a billionaire requires curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn. Anyone who is able to see things differently and recognize the potential for change or profit in old objects can generate enormous wealth with their creative business ideas or inventing ideas. Even the most inventive entrepreneurs must work hard to establish their businesses. It is not always easy. Millionaires are often loners because of the expectations they have for themselves as well as those they spend time with and have difficulties maintaining healthy relationships. Success visualization is the use of mental images of a desired future outcome as a source for motivation, guidance, and neural programming to help make that goal real. It's like how a piano player's practice on a instrument can help to improve their performance. fMRI research shows that visualization practices have physiological impacts. They can, for example help reduce anxiety reactions in unpredictable outcomes. 4. Act Now Visualization works by tricking your brain to believe that a desired outcome -- like delivering the big stage or getting a big promotion--is already true. This makes you more likely make the necessary changes to get there. However, it's important to keep in mind that visualization exercises by themselves aren't enough. It's crucial to mix them with tangible actions. Otherwise, you'll only be thinking about your success but not moving forward towards your goals. Close your eyes, and picture the desired outcome as clearly as you can. While you are visualizing, utilize all your senses and experiences. Another great way to practice visualization is to write your objectives on index cards and then reading them daily (in the morning and before going to getting ready for bed). Create a visionboard, a collection images and words that symbolize your goals. It can be used as a constant reminder. The vision board should be placed in a place you will regularly see it. The Health Benefits of Gratitude
We are fast approaching Thanksgiving, a holiday that brings with it many things. Football, home cooked meals, and time with family and friends. Perhaps more than anything, as the name implies, it is a holiday about giving thanks. Not only can this make for some truly meaningful dinner table conversations, the act of giving thanks can lead to significant positive benefits to your mental health.
Gratitude has been regularly associated with happiness, and taking time to express feelings of appreciation helps people experience more positive emotions, improve their mental and physical health, and build strong relationships.
Expressing gratitude can take many forms. Harvard Health makes a few suggestions, such as writing somebody a thank you note to somebody you appreciate, telling them how you feel. Don’t have time for that? Even taking a pause to mentally thank somebody can still provide benefits!
Gratitude doesn’t need to be expressed towards others to be helpful. Studies show that keeping a gratitude journal—in which you take time to write down a few things in your life that you are thankful for—can be a fantastic way to boost mental health. For example, in one study, researchers asked one group of participants to spend a few months writing just a few sentences a week about things that they felt grateful for. Compared to those that wrote about things that bothered them, the gratitude group reported feeling more optimistic, felt better about their lives, and even spent more time exercising.
Feel like getting started with gratitude journaling? There are a number of digital tools that can make it easy and convenient to do so.
The Gratitude App is available for free on the Apple Store and Google Play and is designed to give you a space to note feelings of gratitude with ease, while also providing a charming boost through daily quotes and affirmations.
ThinkUp has a free version on the Apple Store and Google Play, with a subscription option providing additional perks. With the free app, you can record your favorite self-affirmations and statements of gratitude and play them along with your favorite music. This gives you a soothing soundtrack to boost your daily mood.
Need a little extra motivation to express your gratitude? 365Gratitude is an app that provides you with prompts to follow, and lets you win awards and medallions for completing daily gratitude goals. The app also has a daily mood tracker, so that you can see the impacts of your work over time. The app has a $4.99 monthly cost, though there is a free trial available to see if you like it.
Expressing gratitude is a simple task, and even though it may seem too good to be true, taking time to do so can have a tremendous impact on your mental health. So this year, when you gather around the Thanksgiving dinner table and give thanks, try making it the start of a new healthy habit.

I have been using the ThinkUp App every morning for twenty one days now. As it has become a solid part of my routine, I am going to start sharing my affirmations with my friends.
How I do it -
1. I made a flip calendar using a spiral index card holder. On each page, I wrote the date, and added an affirmation- one which felt aligned to my goals.
2. Every morning, I wake up, and I add that day’s affirmation to the ThinkUp App.
3. I create an affirmation photo using WordSwag to use as the cover photo (see above). I select background photos that make me feel at peace, or ones which I feel align with my interests/goals.
4. I record my affirmation- this is important. At first, I felt my voice was off. My tone felt forced, like I was reading a children’s story. Now, I try to be patient with my recordings. Often, I’ll record all of them so that my volume and tone match how I am feeling on a good morning. This make take a few tries, but there’s no time wasted when I am speaking about myself in a positive way.
5. I meditate. This part is SO challenging for me. If I can’t completely zone into it (which happens often), I will write while my affirmations play in the background, or do something mildless, like brush my teeth and wash the dishes. I try to run the app for at least 20 minutes a morning. During those first few days, it can be awkward- as you’ll only have a few affirmations to play on repeate. After a while, when your affirmation library has built up, you’ll have a whole dialogue of positivity for all areas of your life.
Results -
I have been feeling much healthier; much more confident. It was awkward at first, and I felt like a fraud, but now I am beginning to believe the affirmations I have written for myself. I find that I am making better desisions, even if they are challenging. I have found that I have a level of respect for myself that I didn’t before.
If anyone has any interest in getting started with affirmations / meditation, I would love to be your guide. OR, if you just want to FEEL better, and maybe try something a little out of your comfort zone; something that I believe can truly help anyone exactly where they are right now.
As many people know, I struggle with PTSD and depression. Over the last few months I have been less active on Tumblr because my over all mental health was declining. I haven’t been writing as much. I haven’t been hosting fun challenges. I had all of these plans, but no energy to get them going. FanFiction became a chore, and I felt I was forcing myself to produce, instead of just enjoying my time creating.
Now, I have been taking my morning pages more seriously (if anyone is interested in understanding that, I can make a separate post, or shoot me a message). I have been taking weekly artist dates (again, ask and I shall explain), and I have really found a home in my meditation and affirmation practices. I am not back at my 100% level yet, but my solid 70% feels much better than the 30% I was operating at before.
Be kind to yourself.

“There will be days when we don't do everything right, days when our thinking is negative. But never stop trying. God is gradually bringing us around to His way of thinking. Just don't give up! Prayer Starter: Lord, thank You for picking me up when I fall down. I know that my struggles mean that You are helping me overcome my negative mindsets and bringing me more and more in line with Your way of thinking.” Joyce Meyer

Using My Own Voice to Manifest
If you’re like me, you talk to yourself all day. But sometimes I could be really mean to myself! “Seriously Glad? You messed up again?” “Damnit Glad, why can’t you remember if you turned the air conditioner off?” I needed to fill that crap in my head with more positive thoughts instead of nagging ones. I tried doing it on my own, stopping that voice mid sentence when I heard negativity but it was hard. Our voices can lie to us all day and try to convince us that we’re not worthy, or not able or not cute in an outfit. I felt like I was scolding myself when negativity would come through.
In 2005, The National Science Institute published an article that estimated we have up to 60,000 thoughts a day and 95% are repetitive. So we're constantly living in the past. I knew to be happier, I had to start living in the present. So now, I’ve leveled up my gratitude and use ThinkUp for visualizations. I begin by typing out a detailed goal. I have many - ex: what my office will look like in Tulum or the number of plants I'll own in my dream home. I then begin recording, pausing in between each sentence to give myself time to FEEL inside what that moment will be like. For example, when I visualize my future office, I talk about the sun coming in through the windows. The brightness, the heat, the look of how it hits the wood floor. As I hear my voice describing this moment, I give myself time to feel contentment, curiosity, wonder. Because that’s the true secret to manifestation right? It’s bringing that joy inside of you and having a clear and vivid picture in your mind of where you’re going and what that’s going to look like.
There are pre-written affirmations from experts and publishers to help you get started and set a foundation for creating a better life!
My ThinkUp recordings about one topic can be as long as five minutes. What’s helpful is ThinkUp allows posts to have categories so you don’t have to sit and listen to all the visualizations at once. Sometimes when I’m feeling unproductive or unmotivated, I play my work category and remind myself why I’m doing this. It’s like having a conversation with your soul. A cheerful, encouraging and loving voice that has been with you since you were born, telling you you’re awesome and that life is good! ThinkUp has changed my visualization routine and I’m so happy I found it.

Peter writing about the early days living at Delaney Mansions (the flat where Carl apparently “lived in a cage”) and then moving to the Camden basement they lived in briefly.
the time after long before
layu'bouts and n'rdoooowellawella uhs or least ways that was how we were mostly wantly to appear to the neighbours to not be. I mean..clearly they were a hard working 'proffessional couple' of some description... our crumbling doss house of 20 tiny rooms most having three 4 5 mainly young and foreign tenants... it was a similar in size to theirs..but it was just the 2 of them in their gaff The two of them..and her belly. soon to be the three of them.
summers singing type of day. Biggles belting out the newly composed 'Narcissist' in the shit back garden. rent day, but noone was panicking because it had been such a terrible few days that we were actually looking forward to some light relief in the form of our Greek landlord and his little crew steaming in and flexing for the dosh. he had of course entered the story a few months before as a benevolent saviour.. when no other sod in the entire north london swampland would touch us with a bargepole let alone let us share a mattress in their cupboard topandtail for 60£ each a week. very soon (each friday actually) he re-emerged from stage left (the road adjacent to Holloway ladies prison) as a kind of would-be Get Carter(bubble version) he would literally turn blue and hover above the horrible carpets in his house when we fished around for sellotaped together tenners and photocopied notes or whatever we could thinkup. 'ooooooout!' he would scream 'fucking bums' We actually served a valuable purpose.. every other tennant would pay on time after the racket he made in our gaff. Although we always showed him poetry, ideas for band names and new melodies.. I do believe he had a little faith in us.
sometimes his wife and daughters came and sat and watched his hovering and listened to the sessions. Clapping their fat hands in time. Better timing than our drummer at the time – a girl who lived upstairs and worked as a pro on the Holloway road. Noshville for Biggles and the others. She didnt like me. said I had no timing. Fucking cheek..how's THIS for timing:
The pregnant professionals had bought a huge town house furth er down towards the fashionable end of Camden Road. and away from the smelly old slumolopodos and the strangely quiet and eerie prison that loomed.squatish on the horizon / across the road. They came right out and said they would help us if we helped them. we looked like lads with potential. “Just practise more,” said the preggers irish woman. “we never hear you practise for more than a few drunken minutes each morning”
They needed our help lugging all their furniture and tat downto their posh new house, and also...drum roll (looped from garage band, not from SashaSlasher the skin basher and bilo lasher) ...needed us to live in the basement and be caretakers until they could move in properly which could be up to 6 months.. Life was about to change, and mostly for the better. There was a tragic downside o course..
There was a lot of fucking furniture.

I was probably one of the last people to give in to getting a cell phone. Why? Because I just didn’t like the concept of always being accessible.
Now, before you say anything, I’m sure you’re thinking that there are benefits to being accessible 24/7 and being able to reach others and information in the palm of your hand. Yes, this is true,…

Hello dear ! I have read your blogs. You are amazing !!!! (10000x 💞 for you ). I wanted to ask a question . Neville goddard said that time doesn't really exist in manifesting . So actually my sp who is celebrity is very very older than me . Like we have a age gap of 12 years. 😥 as said i am minor. I decided to manifest him when i am 18 . But sometimes i get impatient but then i feel a bit upset and it's not legal to date a minor. Plus he lives in korea . As i have indian parents they never will allow me to even fly to korea. And even if we get in a relationship . They will never like him. Tho my mother is into the group (he is in a group ) she won't ever. As being in india , india is pathetic country with bs Trash . They ( the group is seen as bunch of gays) and most hurting thing is lgbtq is not accepted in this fuking country . Ppl tread them as trash not human. They get so much discrimination ( most of them are transgender ) and hate . Like they have to live together because thier parents disown them and stuff. Makeup is gender less. But in this country men have to be men. like all the fking indian celebrity don't ever wear makeup (males) . (Not gonna lie they all don't even have clear skin like korean ) Skin care is not menly . Men shouldn't do it. The mentally in this country is fucked up.
Now back to the topic.
- how my parents will judge him ? (Most my papa because mom knows a lot about korean cultural but she won't stand with me including some mfs relatives who judgemental af . Relatives ohh my these bishs are hella judgement (most the old one) doesn't matter how they themselves look or personality )
- is he gay ? Why he so feminine ? He is uses makeup damn sure he is gay or somthing he is a girl for sure !!
Doesn't matter how successfully he is and his personality . Doesn't matter how much more he is successful more than you. (Relatives and parent) don't matter if loves your beautiful daughter. doesn't fuken matter if he is caring and financial stable.
- as i minor they won't let me go to even study in korea !
- tbh my plans are to skip 12 or 10 grade (i am in 8 th grade now) and study in korean university as it's one of my dream. Then work as cosmologist here . I want to to have family here.
But but but
My parents hahah never i even asked them they even made fun of my dreams and they said it's gonna take 20 years to reach there .
I am extremely discouraged .
Then on the other hand i also want to desire body before everything happens . Like going to korea and stuff.
I suck at affirming and visualizing . I habe never got results from scripting.
Plus i got my school too. Omg also learning korean too.
Omg i am so done !! 😭 please help me and guide me. And advice me ! i am extremely sorry for my bad english . I am not a native.
Everything is so hard
Hey! Thank you so so so much for reaching out to me! I really appreciate you coming to me for advice! Don’t worry, your English was fine!
*I'm going to begin this post by clarifying that whilst it is possible for you to manifest anything in your reality, I do not encourage you manifesting this person if you are underage and they are much older. You have said in your question that you will not manifest them until you are 18, which is good, however I will just make it clear that this post is to help you manifest the other circumstances in your reality, and not the person or the age gap.*
Let me start by telling you I obviously haven’t experienced this as intensely as you have as I live in a country where people are much more open-minded about sexuality and ideas of masculinity, but I have stories to share with you from my own life that are very similar to what you want to manifest! They might encourage you! (PS, these following stories all took place from when I was at the age of 19 and up.)
(This story is before I knew about manifesting). My parents are very strict and traditional and I always wanted to go overseas to study in a specific country for at least a few months. My parents forbid it and I never would have been allowed to go, but I wanted it so badly that it was all I thought about and dreamed about! I started watching a TV show set in that country every single day. I even learned the language for fun. I somehow manifested it, because the next year, I took a semester off university and I went to that country for 3 months to live. So no matter what your parents say, you can 100% manifest this.
I had a celebrity crush in that country and I wanted to meet him and be with him SO BADLY! I didn’t know about manifesting until afterwards unfortunately, but guess what? I manifested seeing him MULTIPLE TIMES on the street, because I constantly thought about seeing him there and bumping into him! I even messaged him once and he responded. I also had one of his best friends on snapchat because I met him when I was there lol. I never got the celebrity crush because I focused too much on negative things. If I knew about manifesting, I would have gotten what I wanted.
My (specific person) SP who I am currently dating is actually someone who my parents also didn’t approve of for a long time because of sexuality and he is not stereotypically masculine! They also kept telling me negative things. The good news is that now my parents accept him and are happy for us!
Thank you for giving me the background information on your circumstances, it helps me understand your situation much better, and it also shows me how you’re thinking about the situation as well, which is the most important thing.
The beliefs you have are these:
Parents and other people not approving of the kind of people you are interested in.
You don’t think you can go to Korea for a long time
I’m happy to tell you that YOU CAN CHANGE THIS SITUATION!
As I said in the beginning, the age gap is illegal and should not be manifested. So as a result, you should begin with your beliefs about your family's negative opinions and your ability to travel in the future.
You need to stop mentally reacting to what they say when it’s negative about men who are not stereotypically masculine etc, and also when they say negative things about you ever traveling. They are only saying these things because in your mind you believe this to be true. Reality is an illusion and you need to know that if you really push through and persist, even if it feels extremely difficult, you can change this!
You should start by affirming your self-concept, something like this (you can also affirm in your own language if you prefer so it's natural to you :) whatever is comfortable for you!)
I am capable of anything!
I am a master at manifesting!
I always get what I want easily and effortlessly!
Everything always works out how I want!
Then I want you to affirm for your circumstances:
My family is always extremely accepting and encouraging!
I’m so happy that I’m going to Korea!
If you find it hard to visualise you can just affirm. I know you may feel like you’re bad at it, but if you practice it will get easier. Set a timer for 5 minutes and say your affirmations over and over! Make sure you don’t have any distractions. Focus on them. Do this several times a day, every day.
Also, if you can get the app ‘ThinkUp’ record yourself saying your strongest affirmations, and listen to them at night when you sleep. Start with your self-concept affirmations only for maybe 2 weeks! Then you can add your other affirmations.
Your goal is to change the way you feel and think about yourself and what you are able to do, your surroundings and your family’s opinions. Start with these things. Really persist in them.
I hope this helps in some way! If you ever need to reach out to anyone, so many people on Tumblr in the manifesting community are here to listen! We all want each other to succeed and I know that if you put the work in to do this, you will too!!
I also recommend you start binge-watching one of these youtube channels:

Self-Limiting Beliefs
So one of the tasks I wanted to accomplish before officially embarking on this joy plan of mine was reflecting on my beliefs that do me absolutely no good, write them down and then write the opposite of that as my new affirmation. After that I would record the new positive affirmations on the ThinkUp app (android) to fall asleep to starting on the 20th (the day I officially start prioritizing my joy).
I've gotten the self-limiting beliefs written out, but I decided to write them out on here first, and then write and record the new affirmations. The list turned out to be longer than I thought it would be, so doing this will help me keep better organized.
I don't want this post to be too long, so I'm going to separate the list into its own post I'll be writing out right after this. I came so close to calling it a night without doing this. I'm proud of myself for not putting it off any longer.
Next priority is writing out a list of what I can do while on the joy plan. I have a few go-to activities but having a list will help keep me from repeating the same few things over and over (with a few exceptions like exercise, meditation, etc.). After that, I want to have a list of manifestations, things I'd like to accomplish and such by the end of the 30 days. I'll likely end up sharing a few things off those lists. I'm sharing this and the new affirmations in full just in case anyone comes across this that can benefit from it.
Okay, long ass post with the list coming up!
