Lie on your back.Then raise your right leg up.Now slowly move your hip up.So that your body lies in straight line.After doing this lower your back.Repeat this position for 1 minutes.

Lie down on your back.Now move your hands to side and hold your neck.So that your elbows bend to form v shape.Now you should do crunch by moving up. 2009 - Dables - Stuff Volume 1

This album is a compilation of leftover songs and recordings made during the 14 Songs sessions that I thought didn’t fit well on that particular disc and is the last thing I recorded when living in Greenville with my cousin Kenny. It starts with “The Results of Boredom” split into 2 parts. This was the last thing recorded during these sessions and was really just a musical experiment done out of boredom, hence the title (which I got from a poem I wrote when I was a teenager is kind of a summary of how Dables started in general: the results of being bored) and me playing with the loop pedal and an attempt to layer as many dissonant guitar parts as I could.  Only part 1 is an actual “song”, written rather hastily with lyrics literally describing my day (woke up, ate some cereal, smoked a bowl, and wrote the song) and a few stolen lines from Butthole Surfers songs. It goes straight into part 2 which is pretty self-indulgent noise.
“Everything Is” was an old recording of a Neutral Milk Hotel song. “Whalesong” was supposed to be part of a split EP I was doing with my friends The Albino Porch Monkeys, but I could never come up with a vocal melody for it so it ended up on this disc with no vocals. “Zero Amounts of Shit” is an older Dables song, and I tried to do an electric version of it that came out pretty shitty but I put it on this cd anyways. “Loop 2” is a guitar loop, the second in on ongoing set of loops that I create, so far there have been 4. “Happy Go Lucky Me” was recorded in two takes just as a warm-up, and I wasn’t going to release it but I liked the solo at the end so I put it on this cd. It’s a old 1950’s song that I heard in the John Waters movie Pecker and as soon as I heard it, I knew I had to learn how to play it. “Jam With Kenny” is exactly that, me and my roommate Kenny were just fucking around late one night, drinking and recording silly shit and this one of the 2 or 3 songs we did that night and essentially the only listenable one. Also it was one of the 5 or 6 songs, along with a few from 14 Songs, that were recorded before the robbery that I luckily had backed up on my laptop so I felt it was necessary to put it out since not many tracks recorded before the robbery survived. Tracks 9-11 were done in a single evening with my friends The Albino Porch Monkeys whom in the next few months formed a band with called DAN. Those tracks were the first time we ever recorded music together and are songs that they wrote, except for a Butthole Surfers song that I engineered and played drum machine on. “Thighfatslap Jamboree” was a free form jam that we were wayyyy too stoned during but I thought it was hilarious, if barely listenable, so I tacked it on this disc too, mainly just to make Sid, Clayton, and Keller laugh.  This definitely isn’t my favorite Dables album, and even though it’s just leftover recordings and partly unfinished jams, it is what it is, and hopefully someone out there will at least find it humorous.

One thing that really motivates me to lose weight rn are my shorts. My fat thighs always make them roll up and squeeze them between my legs and today I wore them with a leggings and an oversized Hoodie so I'd look extra fat for the people that walk past me. So the shorts turned literally into a diaper and it looked like I just wore a leggings with a hood. Not to forget about how much I feel my lower body jiggling and my thighfat rubbing together. I feel really heavy, I feel my heaviness as I sit down, as I lay, as I stand, whatever pose I'm in. I hate doing any physical activity outside our apartment because of how much I think it was a total mistake and because of having that feel of being watched. I'm annoyed from the people that walk with their dog, I hate the people that want to take a long walk, I hate runners, I hate people that ride their bike or whoever passes me, if they look or not. I don't know everything's so exhausting lately, I'm an asshole
