I love it when bsd crossover fanfiction say "and abilities are only in Yokohama" or something. When... most of the cast is not from Yokohama?
The decay of angels (including fukuchi, I don't think we know where he's from)? Not from yokohama
The guild? Not from yokohama
Mimic? Not from yokohama
The order of the clock tower? Not from yokohama
Even some of the agency and port mafia.
Dazai? There's implications that, just like the author, he's from northern more rural Japan. Probably not from yokohama.
Kenji? He *is* from northern more rural Japan. Not from yokohama.
Ranpo? We don't know where he's from, but he mentions traveling away from his home city, so not from yokohama.
Atsushi? Similar to Ranpo, we don't really know where he's from but it's, say it with me, probably not from yokohama.
Chuuya? Has an entire arc about how he's not from yokohama.
Most of the cast is not from yokohama, so it's just such a weird story choice? But my god is it funny.

the topic of Helpy makes me go insane /pos like I have this headcanon that William/Springtrap just, DESPISED Helpy because William took heaps of pride from the Funtime line of Animatronics, he saw it as his son's crude mocking of HIS creations, when in reality its just Michaelangelo S Afton trying to use humor to once again cope with the horrors™️
Like I've probably said this here before but I headcanon that Helpy found his way into the PizzaPlex's marketing is because after the FNAF6 fire he just was under the rubble remarkably preserved or something and instead of going into the RockStarRow Museum, the FazExecs had dollar signs in their eyes and were like "yeah, that one will make us bank, ong"
Ive also probably said this (bad memory sozzz) but a headcanon to go in tandem with that headcanon, is that Glamfreddy sighs in resignation whenever he passes by one of those Helpy monitors (he wasn't paid royaltys <//3 )
AND LIKE I GOTTA KNOW WHAT (glam)MIKE WOULD THINK OF THE ENTITY THAT IS SATAN DISGUISING HIMSELF AS AN AGENT OF LIGHT (Helpi) WOULD HE FEEL SAD? ANGRY? AT THE MIMIC? THE COMPANY?!
please the topic of helpy is so interesting PLEAs-

Quotation marks on names because those names are aliases. Different Resistance fics (OCs) focus on,
"Ray" - The direness of what Japan is like back then. Not meant to make you feel good or have fun when you read it
Feat. Ability drawbacks do exist, being forced to earn survival, and it's impossible to survive in Japan alone.
Himura - The discrimination of Meta Humans (treated as sub-normal) and being left behind over and over
Feat. Metas are called monsters, Bruce intervenes in the transportation for a Meta Human trading ring, and abandonment issues
"Boss" - A safe space and a kind hand can be everything to someone
Feat. Kudo breaks down after the sewer incident, an "If you have any respect for me" moment, and lots of boba.
Shiki - The whole package of the aboves, and what the Resistance was like, both on-duty and in moments of calm. Lots of ugly humanity whenever pressure starts to come down.
Feat. The first Three (+ OC) get to meme, Yoichi is the prettiest bastard in the world, Kudo is a snarky bitch obsessed with Disney, and Bruce is the parent of the Resistance. Reality will hit like a truck at times and the humor will be nowhere in sight then.
"Batman" - The irony of having a cliche, aesthetic Meta Ability, and no one (including the wielder) even realizing it exists for over half the story.
Feat. Dressing like a cool, hip vampire, Yoichi calling OC "Batman" unironically (much to Bruce's delight), and iron deficiencies.

A kiss as a "yes"
I'm not sure if you have strong character preferences but... Maybe pick two from Eden?
Ask game
25. …as a ‘yes’.
I had to think about the exact scenario for this one but I was very instantly drawn to it being NagiHiyo. I really should read more Eden stories eventually....
The two children were laying on Hiyori's bed, looking through the most recent idol magazine together. Nagisa always thought that the two of them would make a good duo some day, jealous of the idols on the cover that so easily drew Hiyori's attention.
"We should become idols someday," he thought aloud. Hiyori turned to look at him.
"That would be fun, wouldn't it." Hiyori chuckled, flipping through the idol magazine for something. "Let's see...here we go. 'What it takes to be an idol!' Hmm...Nagisa-kun, do you think you could do all of this?"
Nagisa skimmed the interview Hiyori had found and nodded along. "Hmm...I don't see why we couldn't."
"With your mysteriousness and my charm, I'm sure we could become the best idols ever!" The two of them chuckled at the image of them singing and dancing together on stage. It was a lovely dream to Nagisa.
"Then...will you promise me that we'll become idols someday?" Nagisa asked, turning back to Hiyori.
Hiyori leaned in and pecked his cheek, a light blush dusting both of their cheeks. "I promise."

ok i wanna talk about the fae in my world because ive come up with a bunch of cool lore for them and their culture, im obviously not finished yet but this is what ive got so far
ok so in my little multiverse, the most common 2 groups to be present on each earth are fae and humans. on some earths the fae are less present in the story that occurs or on some they are very present. it all depends on the awareness fae and humans have of each other.
the 2 groups are very different and have very different cultures but they have many parallels between them
like each group has 3 main aspiration groups that overlap and have specific attributes whether physical or mental. humans have the sciences, the humanities, and the arts, while the fae have the storm, the end, and the spirit
there are 3 central figures to fae culture.
the storm also known as Ebbe who represents change, unpredictability, overcoming fears, flexibility. this figure is often depicted with dragonfly wings, which is often an attribute of their followers. They are also depicted in shadow with a hood over their head, normally with only one eye glinting out of the shadow of the hood, shining like lightning. after all the future is never truly clear, even to its beloved followers.
The next is the end, also known as lady death or Synneva. She represents death, as you might’ve guessed, but also familiarity, comfort, the solid earth to Ebbe’s ever-changing skies. She is often depicted with moth’s wings similar to the death’s head hawkmoth or just as a little moth lurking in a corner ever present. it is said that she watches over every death that has ever been, rocking them into her dusty embrace. when she is depicted, her face is never in shadow, because she is always known. she doesnt hurry or rush, she knows she will have you eventually and like you can’t run from your past, you cannot run from her.
and the last is the spirit, who is the one most likely to give you his name, which is Anders by the way. He’s the brightest of the bunch representing growth, revival, and life in general. while many fae claim they see Synneva during near death experiences and Ebbe during big make or break it decisions, people often say they see Anders during their greatest moments, often cheering in the background, jumping up and down. he appears when a person is truly living. hes often depicted with bee wings, pollinating and nurturing growth around him all with a big grin on his face. life flourishes around him. But hes a trickster as well, his tricks are short term rather than the big strange inscrutable crossroads Ebbe prefers. and hes always moving, because the present stops for no one.
these 3 are the main figures in fae culture, though there are many more that are present. often the followers or fae that share the most in common with a figure will take on their attributes. Unpredictable fae like Eden have dragonfly wings, while sunny ones have bee wings like Knaff, and calm ones like Kaia have moth’s. But there are those with birds wings, like Sage, who have Sparrow’s and there are some who have no wings. But often fae do have wings, that’s why “fae” is often interchangeable with “wingfolk.” its more common to see a fae with wings than without.
Also, fae view humans as having uncanny valley as well. they find the weird bare skin they have unsettling. also plastic is fucking weird like what the hell dude, why are you guys so obsessed with using it for everything. why do keep eating so much inedible shit like asbestos and lead as well?

Hey!gina!(or you could just answer ooc as im just asking for writing advice)
What would happen if-hypothetically-some weird guy with blue hair and his wife accidentally transported you into the year 2028 and the time machine broke down and he said he would fix it but blue hair but he ends up accused of murder so you run into his cousin and his prosecutor friend(who is not the prosecutor for this case, and is assisting blue hair’s cousin in court) and find that blue hair’s cousin is defending him,so you end up helping them because i dont think being an inspector in 1900 will be the same as being a detective in 2028 so you need to join them to get access to the crime scene(well, without shenanigans of course but i doubt it would work in a courtroom)so you end up third wheeling in the defense counsel while the other two are gay (also the prosecutor attacks people with hawks)
-world machine anon
sgshdhf i mean i'm not totally sure what advice you're looking for but that does sound like a silly goofy fun time
