On Monday a man asked for a discount on his two crowns “because there are two of them”
Yesterday a man argued that he should get free whitening because he’s getting five crowns
Today a man who has already gotten free Invisalign trays and fillings demanded a free retainer (it was already discounted for him)
Terrified what the rest of the week will bring

HEY.
Feel however you want to feel about the OFMD S2 finale but DO NOT make claims about a "straight white man" ruining the show. The writers room was mostly queer POC. Don't erase their skill, hard work, and representative voices just because you're upset. Show some respect.

my truest most honest conspiracy theory that I fully 100% believe is that they put Scott and Courtney together in tdas 1. because they needed a romance between two characters from different seasons and those were literally the only two they could’ve picked because every single other woman was in a relationship and out of lightning Scott and Cameron it’s unfortunately predictable they’d pick Scott and 2. they wanted to downplay the extremely lesbian activities Courtney and Gwen were getting into by going But Look She Likes Scott (even though she really only thought about him passively AND EVEN ADMITTED SCOTT WAS SO GROSS GWEN WOULD NEVER STEAL HIM FROM HER)

so many people would rather shit themselves to death than bother reading anything about landback and making any attempt to understand decolonization.
ending apartheid in south africa didn't result in a genocide of white settlers and their descendants. freeing palestine isn't calling for another genocide of jewish settlers and their descendants. landback isn't a call for mass genocide and deportation of white americans back to europe.
your paranoia about the expected retribution should the indigenous peoples your illegitimate nation oppresses have their land restored to them is unfounded and racist.
your brain is poisoned by this conception that a hierarchy must exist and if youre not at the top then you must be at the bottom. and especially for white people, who cannot imagine being anywhere other than the top (hence why white people subject to other forms of oppression often perceive that oppression as being the worst form of oppression, rather than as a different facet of the same overarching systems that deem us unfit), the idea of being oppressed by groups that youve been taught your whole life, subconsciously or even consciously, to see as lesser and animalistic fills you with fear.

as the masculine woman who wasn't allowed to use the girl's bathroom in school and to this day have straight women prefer to stand than sit next to me at the bus or question if it's "appropriate" to have me in school staff teaching teenagers. the only "gaslighting" in this is the pretense that it is either a new phenomena or increasing because of The Trans Question being divisive in current gringo politics. when it's classic lesbophobia that always existed and honestly if you ask me things have been improving. but then I do feel like transphobia itself is a restriction of homo/lesbophobia against the mostly visibly gender non conforming of us.

So the one reason to go to Arkansas is to drive through a town named "Flippin," where everything sounds like a euphemism. Flippin Fire Dept. Flippin School. Flippin Police. Etc.
While that does sound charming, I don't know that justifies a trip to Arkansas

If you’re a minority and you give your non-minority friends a pass to use slurs, make bigoted jokes, butt in on minority conversations etc, just because you “know they’re not really like that” or “know they don’t mean anything by it” or “they’re basically a minority by association haha”, then you’re a clown & a massive disappointment to your community & should be put in a public stockade btw

still thinking about the time a couple weeks ago that a gay man was talking to me at the bar and started talking about the whole man vs bear thing, and was like. assuming he wasn't part of the "man" side because he was gay. and then making a joke about gay "bears" and how he'd love to be trapped in the woods with one....

Those people: Stop making everything gay! Let us just for once have piece of media focused on male friendship.
Me, an intellectual: There has been media focused on male friendship since the epic of Gilgamesh. Now give me a man and woman of the same ethnicity that can stay just friends for a whole movie.

If you want to try something that'll make you laugh tonight, have you seen Cunk on Earth? I think youd like it. your day can't get worse!
Oh my God, how had I never seen this before, yall are constantly assaulting me with noted British shows 'Some Guy Wears A Coat Through Time series 26.5" and "We're Repressed but Georgian" and "Emotionally Distant Detective Embodies True English Heroism: Paperwork" and "We're Repressed but Edwardian" but never this???
I love it, reminds me actually of how Stephen Colbert, person, played Stephen Colbert, character in the hey day of the Daily Report. It goes stupid joke, stupid joke, and then SMACKS you with a clever one, like a constant cunttease. AMAZING.
I really want my wife to watch it: She loves pump up the jam and will DIE

breadtube is essentially a useless term but i've become darkly fascinated today about how much people really want to cling to the deradicalization narrative when a second string creator in that "space" saying "framing the fact that you went from watching alt right vids at 14 to watching leftist vids at 18 as deradicalization is overstating the situation and ascribing more intention to childish behavior in a way that earnestly admitting you were shitty without fosting off all the blame or credit to a bunch of fucking youtubers would remedy" is making his own viewers pour into the comments with endless variants of 'yeah i was in the exact scenario you described but it WAS deradicalization to watch hbomb/contrapoints/shaun" like an ant colony from an unattended texan wifi router is frankly. a little creepy as someone who was like... a fat cringe blue haired genderqueer person at the time and didn't easily trip into hateful rhetoric when i was a teen either (even though it being the path of least resistence wasn't INVENTED on youtube in 2014). why are you *so* quick to humblebrag about how you harassed people online, or your peers in real life? why does your self-hatred have more weight than the pain you caused. what compells you to phrase it like if only you weren't queer now you would have ended up on the path to alt-right neo nazi shit when it took so relatively little to turn you off that path? like yeah, forgive yourself, you got out but also. if all you did was keep your thoughts to yourself then decide to watch better youtubers.......... it's not a fun anecdote that you thought the great replacement was an idea with merit, tell it to a trusted friend and a therapist. stop overly creating solidarity about your shame. you're giving it more oxygen than it deserves
