went to the planetarium today, it was super nice^^

it turns out reflective nebula are made from diamonds, and that stars actually pulsate a bunch before they die, didn't know these things before

#aquarium; zoo; theatre; museums; planeterium got all the big things checked off now #though I guess we could also still go to an amusement park #we like went through the amusement place district park something it's not really fenced in called the Prater on the way home #but getting on any of these rides would've been a bit ridiculous as a tag-on to the planetarium date #so we let that be for now #maybe next summer^^#rambles from the moonsink #head full of girlfriend ^_^

things !? my boyfriend did yesterday that came straight out of a book !?

held my bag for me the entire time :3

offered a lady his seat next to me on the train and stood in between my knees in front of me

raced me as i ran down a flight of stairs and him down an escalator (i won haaahaha)

waited 15 minutes with me for the otter feeding show even though he didn't really want to see it

held my waist to balance me as i attempted to stand on the tips of my toes to watch the otters in a crowd

nearly YELLED for me to come back to him in a public space when i stepped over a glass (that was meant to be stepped on dw) overlooking a huuuge fish tank

confessing that he has thalassaphobia

coming with me to step and watch the overlooking glass all while holding my hand very, very tightly

kissing me on the cheek after and saying "let's not ever do that again please"

spouting random facts about fish that i never knew he knew?

gushing about the meerkats and taking 50 pictures of them

treated me to food (and him finishing my food when i couldn't)

told me he was happy that i ate a lot

My dream date has always been the aquarium, but I went yesterday (not on a date unfortunately, I was there with my dad 😑) and it was hellish. It was loud, crowded, and hot. At any given time, there was at least one sobbing toddler in the vicinity (and I cannot blame them, I wanted to cry too). I paid $10 for a white claw.

#the fish were cool but there were just wayyyy too many ppl like it was not an enjoyable experience #I think it would’ve been better if I went to a smaller aquarium during the weekday #this was THEE national aquarium on a Saturday afternoon after all #I should probably fantasize about a new dream date tho lol #💚
