Look I got to know how each brother got kidnapped by the village. Did they just pick up Bruce in the middle of his restaurant and walk out with him? Was it a similar case with Floyd?
Did the putt putt trolls get fascinated when seeing new kinds of trolls, only to be met with growls and snarky replies from the grey trolls they met? Would Viva try stopping the trolls from taking Clay? How confused is he after they storm his office and just took him from his chair?
How did JD get captured? Did they take Rhonda with them? Did she try getting her dad back?
Oh boy!!! I’ve been waiting for this one. I’ll go in order of how each of the brothers got kidnapped from oldest to youngest. (Btw the trolls all split up into four groups to find the brothers)
John was driving Rhonda down some forest trails or in the neverglades or something. But then all of a sudden Rhonda just stops? When he got out to check what was going on he found Rhonda had been distracted by a weirdly placed pile of berries. He was about to start shoveling the berries out of the way so he could get Rhonda moving again. To which he was immediately stopped by like three dozen trolls and a good handful of feral trolls. (since John is a survivor) He was able to hold them off for a good 10 minutes (which is pretty good all things considered) Rhonda did try to help him out but immediately got tied up. Eventually the feral troll decided to stop playing around and moved outta the way to let Thing aggressively tackle John to the ground (after dragging Thing off of John kicking and screaming) they quickly tied John up, picked him and Rhonda up and started their journey to leave. John was now confused by everything and even more confused why that…. thing kept glaring at him and hissing. The only reason Thing only tackled John is because he knew he couldn’t actually bring harm to the brothers or else Branch would be mad at him (also he had 30 different trolls drag him off John before he could do actual damage)
Bruce was minding his own business in the restaurant getting some orders done. When all of a sudden three trolls asked him “are you Spruce” (the scene was similar to the one in the movie of Bruces introduction) but instead of saying “hey were your brothers” the three trolls immediately picked Bruce up, tied him up and quickly ran for it. Then we cut to Thing popping out of some nacho bowl in the background and immediately jumping over to the counter, and leaving a classic looking ransom note that said “sorre wif I m goin too bee riht back <3” (spelling mistakes and all) Brandy saw it all, and was about to chase after Bruce. Until one of the gray trolls came up to actually explain the situation instead of just straight up kidnapping Bruce. Brandy decided to let it play out because she knew this was a serious situation. (She does wish they took a different approach to getting her husband though.)
Clay was a little harder to track down for the gray trolls, but they found him!!!….. and other trolls? They decided not to just quickly rush in and grab the troll this time (mostly because they were being surrounded by a bunch of putt putt trolls) Who surprisingly have a very similar lifestyle to theirs. Basically the putt putt trolls were really excited to see people who were actually like them(in a way). Viva was excited to see other trolls (a little put off by the feral trolls, but hey ✨friends!!!✨) Instead of replying back with the same friendship given to them, the gray trolls answer the putt putt trolls with snarky remarks and growling (lots of growling) not really wanting to get to know the golf trolls since they had a kidnapping to get too. Thing finally caught the scent of Clay, and Thing immediately started running on all fours and broke through the admin office. Clay was shocked by the whatever that just broke through his office door, and was now being dragged away from his office by the ankle by the same thing. Once the other grey trolls and feral trolls realize they finally got Clay. They immediately start hightailing it out of there. Once Viva realizes what’s happening, she tries chasing after the group of trolls, and so does the rest of the putt putt trolls. The chase goes on until they get to the gate, once they get their Viva freezes up and everyone stops. After a few hours minutes of contemplating Viva exits the golf course (shes not afraid of them just what they might do) Just so she can chase Clay down (I mean her best friend was in a life or death situation. She had to do something Viva basically chases the group back to the village. Somewhere during the chase Thing gives Clay off to one of the other trolls and immediately goes too try to catch up with the group who is on their way to get Floyd. (also yes, Thing has been running around just to join each group and kidnapping the brothers.)
(Floyd has his solo career actually going pretty good before he got kidnapped.) So basically they kidnap Floyd after a concert, Floyd would go backstage to finally take his make up off, pat himself on the back for another good concert. To which he immediately sees this very strange looking troll (he wasn’t sure what that thing was) The Thing quickly told him “they were fan”. Floyd could never turn down a fan and immediately asked what he wanted and how he’s doing and blah blah blah. Thing replied by tackling Floyd quickly tying him up, then putting Floyd on their back and scampering out a window. Once he gets to the ground he is immediately met with the group who was originally assigned to kidnap Floyd (they are surprised to see Thing, but honestly in reality they’re not too shocked they are here)
All the groups meet up at the same time (somehow) at some strange halfway point, they all begin trudging back to the village. The brothers have a quick reunion that’s basically “Oh, it’s you guys” and after a few minutes of arguing, they start panicking (and are still very confused on what’s happening) BUT don’t worry in a couple hours, they’re going to see Branch in a diamond prison they will be forced to break him out of.

It's not kidnapping, it's borrowing
When Jazz first decided to study psychology she didn't know what she could major in, maybe child psychology? Taking into account all her experiences. Or she could go a step further and specialize in obsessions. Even ghosts, though that would probably make her look weird.
In the end, she decided on something else, and after graduating she opened a clinic in a challenging place: Gotham. She might even give superheroes appointments in the future, considering that having Black Canary do all the Watchtower sessions didn't seem like a good idea.
Surprisingly it was a success, and she got several clients, even if some of them preferred to keep their identities a secret. She was pretty sure they were superheroes or millionaires.
Interestingly, her clinic got quite a reputation and at some point, villains started kidnapping her...To receive therapy? Jazz was about to break free and destroy whoever had kidnapped her on her way out of work (of course she knew self-defense), but Killer Croc looked contrite and…shy?
It turned out that several villains required her services but couldn't make appointments due to their lack of good reputation, there was also the fact that they didn't want to go back to prison, and wouldn't talk in an environment like Arkham (Jazz didn't like the place either, despite of considering it in advance), so she allowed the "borrowing" after work. As long as they didn't invade her apartment.
When Red Hood went to rescue the psychologist from her sixth kidnapping of the week (and damn, why did she refused to report it?) He didn't expect to find Crane crying in a chair and Dr. Fenton scowling at him as she comforted the villain.

A Fox, a Snake, and a Vulture Go About Town
Day 3: Slasher / Any horror movie AU
In the city of Ottawa, chaos is afoot. A serial killer has been killing off young hopefuls, people at their highest points of success, and more. Police have been on the hunt for the one getting away with all of this.
It would help if they recognized that they were dealing with not one serial killer, but two.
Alejandro and Heather are each serial killers.
Heather uses it as a bid for attention from what she lacks at home. So far only negative attention has gotten any notice. She might as well lean into it. If she can’t get it from her parents, she can least get it from others as they talk about her exploits more and more.
Alejandro sees it as an outlet for his aggression for being inferior to José, so he sees it as a matter of pride as it's something he can control and is making him more infamous than José, though not in a way he could ever quite make public. He seeks control.
Their killings appear similar, though closer investigation would reveal their methods are distinct from each other. Alejandro has more of a pattern to how he does things, whereas Heather's is more chaotic/sloppy because the emphasis is on brutality rather than a form of comfort/peace of mind.
Each were aware of each other. They would find themselves at odds for who would steal the headline with their killings. However, it was smarter to let the police think it was only one of them committing homicide rather than two. Hunting each other would mean taking time away from their personal hobbies. So they abided each other’s existence. Let everyone else believe them to be one person.
All except for Noah, who had been aware of the killings, but honestly couldn't care less.
At least, not until he stumbles across one of their victims’ corpses by sheer chance.
He reports it in, of course. It’s what he’s supposed to do.
Gives his statements, takes time off work to process.
Processes how this is the first time he’s felt alive in quite a while. His curiosity is piqued and he wants to know more.
So he starts investigating. Not to capture or stop them. But because he wants to see them in action to see if it's an even better break from his typical apathy than just seeing the corpse was.
He figures out what times they're most active and does a little corpse sweep about an hour or two afterwards. He doesn't want to risk actually running into them because he's not stupid enough to think he's just going to be immune to them seeing him as a threat. It would be nice if he could catch a body when it was more fresh, though. For curiosity’s sake.
He studies the bodies enough to be able to tell the two apart. He internalized them as ‘Snake’ and ‘Fox’. Two similar, yet distinct methods of killing.
He can tell they don't really care about the bodies afterwards since there isn't much display aside from the bodies being there and not properly disposed of.
Especially when the two of them meet and fall for each other. Noah can tell by how the causes of deaths on the corpses mix.
It wasn’t intentional on their end, of course. They just happened to meet while going after the same victim. They each had faces to their rivals now. It stoked an urge of competition in them, and they began making more elaborate kills. Messages that only each other could understand.
It was inevitable that they’d get together, really.
They get sloppier in their kills as they get more concerned about flirting with each other than remaining uncaught.
He’d lecture them were it not for the fact that despite his newfound fascination with death and corpses, he himself does not wish to die.
He does like seeing them, which means if he wants to keep doing this, he's going to have to help these two lovestruck idiots from getting caught. First he takes it upon himself to clean up any evidence, until he gets another idea as picking apart at the evidence is getting more difficult.
He can just take care of the whole corpse. And answer for himself some questions he'd been curious about, such as 'how long does a human body take to burn' and 'what does a drowned corpse look like'.
He takes the corpses to a landfill. It presents so many opportunities to have big machinery to mutilate the corpses in various ways. He started off doing this just to make sure the other two wouldn't get caught, but now he's just enjoying experimenting on corpses.
He’s having the time of his life! Though now Alejandro and Heather aren't so much because hey. Hey where's their media attention? Where's the talk of corpses on the news? Why's it 'disappearances' now? They're not kidnappers, they're murderers who work hard and deserve to be acknowledged as such!
They're ramping up their kills in the hopes of getting at least a few corpses past whoever's doing this. Even going as far as doing it separately to try getting one past him.
They've got their own nickname for Noah: Vulture. Unfortunately for him, he won't realize that they’re onto him at first. He's gotten cocky about how good he is and just assumes they're doing their kills separately now because they had some kind of lover's spat.
So they do what they do best. They hunt him. Though with him, it’s different. Because they know what he does, but now who he is.
Rather thank stalk him and learning of him before taking him out, they use the bait he’s always drawn to
They wait hidden away near one of their corpses to catch him in the act of taking them away.
The sad part on his end is that it was barely a fight. He actually had been getting a bit stronger due to having to carry corpses around by himself. But it was still nothing compared to two people who made their living subduing others who are still alive. The only reason he's not killed instantly is because they have questions. Instead he's knocked out rather brutally and dragged to their safe house.
When he wakes up blindfolded, gagged, and tied up, he knows his time is up.
They allow him to see and speak, so he lets the words that want to come out of his mouth do just that.
"…So I guess you two made up, made out, and are back in your honeymoon phase?"
Despite his words, Noah is genuinely terrified. Particularly because he's noticed that the victims have been receiving slower, more brutal deaths. And for as much as he's fascinated by death he himself has a very low pain tolerance.
…But also he does really admire their work. Even if he knows he’s about to become a part of it, he might as well give what he assumes will be his last words:
Genuine praise and criticism about their work.
What buys him some time, despite the criticisms which they didn't appreciate, is the fact that neither Heather nor Alejandro are immune to this massive boost to their egos this gives them.
Heather in that someone new is giving her all the attention and praise she's been craving, and Alejandro in that someone sees him for him and not 'José's brother', and understands how comforting dealing with a body is.
Despite the flattery, they haven’t forgotten about why they’ve kidnapped him instead of killing him. They want to know what he’s been doing with all of those bodies, and why.
There’s no reason to lie to them. So he tells them everything.
they're cognizant enough to figure that he could just be lying to save his own life, so they decide to have him put his money where his mouth is: by keeping him prisoner 'until they deem fit'.
Which for them means 'until we can find a new victim to slaughter in front of you to see if you're really as depraved as we are'.
They slaughter their newest victim just as they normally would. It's a passionate display between them as they complement each other and pay just as much attention to each other as their victim who is just the canvas of their love.
They get so into putting their performance that they almost forget about their captive audience. When they turn to look at Noah, they see that just as the life is fading in their victim's eyes, life is sparking in Noah's.
It’s enough to convince them he’s genuine.
Heather moves to pick up the corpse and is about to drag it away to who knows where. Noah can not let it go to waste.
"Wait!" He breaks free of his restraints and scrambles towards the fox with the ensnared carrion. "Don't move it. I've never had one this fresh before. I need to see how long it takes for it to fully bleed out.”
He's so eager, and also he only really has the tools on him rather than his full suite of tools, that he just goes gung ho at first until he begins to remember that there's supposed to be a method to this and now he's scrambling to replicate said method as much as he can while trying (and failing) to contain his own giddiness.
When he remembers that now he has an audience, he's starts talking through exactly what he's doing with the body. Alejandro and Heather get the unique experience of watching someone else work their craft.
Just as him watching them work is when he fell in love with them as he saw the dedication in their craft, watching him work is how they fall in love with him.
That's how two becomes three as Heather and Alejandro kill with Noah watching, while Noah takes care of the bodies with them watching him work.

what would megumi’s life have been if he was actually raised by the zenin from day one? like either gojo lost the custody battle or they were able to scoop him up before gojo ever reached them. i doubt they would want to keep tsumiki with them so she’s not there for little baby megs.
i think it would be really cool to see a zenin raised megumi interacting with his fellow classmates when he attends the school, not to mention the contrast between him and gojo. like on paper they both should have gotten the same treatment-being pampered and spoiled rotten but we also know that the zenin think that hurting little kids makes them stronger so it would be super interesting to see megumi realise that the stuff that happened to him wasn’t normal and for gojo to have a guilt trip bc he wasn’t able to help megumi when he needed someone to help him the most.
So I have a fanfic that I’ve half written (no idea if I’ll ever finish it—I’d love to, it’s just hard to find the time) about EXACTLY THAT that I talked about in this post for an ask game.
That being said, that entire thing happens from Tsumiki’s perspective, and I agree with you—I don’t think the Zenin would have ever actually taken her too. They don’t want her. She’s not Zenin. She’s not a sorcerer. They only bought Megumi. For the most part, Megumi is absent from that post, and you asked about Megumi. So this is what I think would happen on Megumi's side of that post I linked.
It comes down to two things:
1. He is never, ever happy with the Zenin.
2. He never lets go of his sister.
Megumi’s old enough to remember Tsumiki when the Zenin take him away. He's old enough to love her. And I think that Megumi loves very quietly, but he also loves very violently. He wouldn't let his sister hold his hand on the walk to school, but he would sacrifice himself for her future.
I think the Zenin took him from his sister, and I think he kicked and screamed and wasn't strong enough. I think they thought he would forget her eventually.
And then I think he bit most of the Zenin Clan.
At the end of the day, what Megumi wanted was the one thing the Zenin were not willing to give him. They were never like the Gojo clan, they were never going to pamper him, but there are a great many things in this world that they would give the Ten Shadows finally returned to them. But they would not give him a non-sorcerer, non-Zenin sister who would only be a weakness to him. They refused to let him have any contact with his sister, and that was the source of a lot of what soured.
Any Megumi that was taken in by the Zenin would have been taken in to Naobito's household directly. He would be announced as the one who finally inherited their most cherished technique, and he would be declared heir, and the Zenin would call him beloved for it.
They would keep him in a room that was large and empty and almost always dark, and he wouldn't be allowed to decide when he slept or woke, and the door would always be locked from the outside. They would give him a wardrobe of expensive clothes that he hated, and he would never get to pick which of them he wore.
Megumi would hate them. He would hate all of them.
He's just not the type to be comfortable with or enjoy the adoration of others--especially when it's not backed up by genuine love. Megumi is someone who very much values sincerity and depth to emotion--it's one of the reasons why he seems to respect Yuuji so much. Yuuji is a good person who follows through with what he says. He's not just going to talk about wanting to save people--he's there making the sacrifices as he does it.
The Zenin do not actually love him. And he knows it. He's experienced love before, and this isn't it.
They love the idea of him. The fantasy of him that lives in their heads. He has no interest in being their little god prince to contend with the Gojo's own. He knows who he is, and it's not this. He wants to go home. He wants to find his sister again. He doesn't want to do this anymore.
And I think that's a feeling Megumi never escape: he just didn't want to do this anymore.
Megumi would feel like a bug pinned beneath glass in the Zenin compound. He would constantly have people managing him--when he ate, what he ate, what he wore, when he slept, when he woke, when he trained, what he did. Having to become a jujutsu sorcerer signified an inherent loss of control, but it's nothing compared to the sheer objectification that he goes through when the Zenin have exclusive control over him.
He has no power of what clothes he wears. How his hair is styled. His schedule, his diet, the people he speaks too--he's suffocating and the Zenin are just increasing pressure on him.
I don't think Gojo ever thought that would be Megumi's life.
We’re gonna just have this imagining exist in the same world as the Tsumiki centric fic described in the linked post, and in that, the reason why Gojo never took him in was because he didn’t know Megumi had a sister. He showed up, saw the divine dogs, realized Megumi had the Ten Shadows, and decided he couldn’t do this. He was a mess. He was grieving Suguru and Haibara. Megumi looked just like the man who killed Riko, and apparently inherited the fucking Ten Shadows of all the goddamn things. The Zenin would lose their shit, and Gojo didn’t have the energy to fight and told himself he didnt need to, because if Megumi was the Ten Shadows he’d be cared for like a prince with the Zenin. He turned around and left and spent the rest of his life with Megumi in the back of his mind, always nagging him with whether he made the right decision. It wasn’t until Maki got there and made a few worrisome references to Megumi's standard of living that he started to really worry that he had made the wrong one, and it wasn't until he found out about Tsumiki that he knew it was the wrong decision.
It's like this: The Zenin hurt Megumi in every world.
It would be bad no matter what, but it really gets bad because Megumi refuses to stop trying to get back to Tsumiki. She's his sister. They didn't have anyone or anything in this world, but they had each other, and he couldn't let these people just take her away. He’s feral about it. He refuses to fit the mold they keep trying to cram him in. He’s trying to scale the walls to escape. He’s increasingly desperate and angry and the Zenin are getting more and more frustrated the longer he fights them. He’s the heir to the clan, and he can’t stop trying to leave it to get back to some random girl who isn’t his real sister and isn’t someone they’ll ever allow him to have.
It gets bad.
They put him under increasingly strict levels of control. He’s constantly being trained, which means he's constantly being hurt. He’s not allowed to speak to anyone without the clan head’s approval. He is under absolutely constant guard after he manages to get over the wall and halfway to his old neighborhood before they catch him again. Tsumiki’s name is not allowed to be said aloud, or his old name. He forgets his name used to be Fushiguro, but he doesn’t forget Tsumiki. He doesn’t let himself.
I think it escalates until it hits a breaking point. Megumi becomes increasingly self-destructive and non-responsive to everything they try. They push him to extremes that start risking permanent damage.
I think Megumi would try to hurt himself, eventually.
He wouldn't be in his right mind. He's in the most shit situation possible. He's undergoing pretty severe abuse. He'd be at the end of his rope from the lack of control over his own life, and he'd be spiteful as hell towards the Zenin. And the only thing he has to hurt them with is himself.
As a character, Megumi has always considered his own sacrifice as an acceptable means to the end of getting back at someone. Mahoraga, intrinsically, requires him killing himself as a way of killing someone else. He'd hurt himself if it was the only way he had of hurting them.
Naobito would cover it up. He'd never, ever want the rest of the clan to find out that it happened. It was already bad enough that Megumi openly hated them--he couldn't have the Zenin seeing any vulnerability in what was meant to be their most powerful member. He'd put Megumi in total lockdown until he could make it all go away.
Then they'd make a deal.
A binding vow. Megumi could never purposefully hurt himself again. He could never again try to leverage his own safety against the clan.
And in exchange, Tsumiki would be taken care of.
The last time Megumi saw his sister, she was on a sinking ship. They were running out of food, money, options--he doesn't know if she even has food anymore. He doesn't know if she lost the apartment or if there's still running water.
They're not letting him see her. But they are letting him take care of her. He can sacrifice another piece of control over himself, and she'll never have to worry about money again. They'll pay for her housing, her food, her education, for her every desire for as long as she lives. The trust the Zenin set up for her will be a generous one, and it will be managed meticulously by a trustee who can make sure she'll be provided for until she's old and grey. And Naobito will vow to never hurt her or send someone else to hurt her. She'll be safe. She'll be taken care of.
Megumi makes the deal.
In the end, the deal's what sort of breaks him.
Because he doesn't promise to stop looking for her, but the Zenin manage to make it a part of the terms anyway. When they approach Tsumiki's mother with the offer to be her family's beneficiary, they include a requirement that Tsumiki be moved to another city entirely with no forwarding address given. She needs to be somewhere that Megumi can never find her again.
The Zenin keep the old apartment. They pay the rent every month. And the next time Megumi manages to make it off compound, they let him make it all the way there before dragging him home. They let him see the empty apartment with all its empty rooms.
Naobito wants him to know that Tsumiki's gone. He wants him to know that he'll never find her again.
He tries to run a few more times after that, but he never makes it very far. He doesn't have anywhere to go.
In the linked post, Megumi finds Tsumiki, just once. She's on a class trip. He's on one of his very few and far between allowed excursions off the compound grounds, and he sees her in the crowd and recognizes her, and he ducks away from his escort before anyone can stop him.
She remembers him. He didn't think she would do that.
She tries to save him. He didn't think she would do that either.
She still loves him. And he was always too afraid to hope she would do that.
It goes the same way it did the first time. There's a car, and the Zenin shove him in it. She's on the outside, and he's trapped within, and he wishes she didn't scream so loudly when it happens. The sound never seems to leave his dreams.
His sister still loves him. Naoya hits him in the back of the head. He wakes up, and it was like she was never there at all.
But they hit him harder, after. Like they're trying to beat the memory of her out of him. He has even less freedom, when he already had next to none at all.
But he still has a sister. He has a place to go that isn't here. He just has to figure out where that is.
He wouldn't really have anyone in the Zenin clan. Most people are just... weird about him. Naoya's violently abusive. Naobito's weird and violently abusive. Everyone wants him to be someone he's not.
Maki would be his favorite.
He doesn't care about whether she's got cursed energy--his sister didn't have any. And she's obviously strong. She doesn't treat him like a divine blessing or try to force him to act a certain way. I think they would have genuinely liked each other, but kept each other at a distance. They're both trapped in an abusive situation and keep themselves safe by keeping everyone else at arm's length.
He would have been happy to see her get out, though. He would have told her that she could have his spot as heir or head or whatever when she came back if she wanted it. She would have told him that if he ever got out... well, fuck it. They could be something then. Family. Whatever the fuck they weren't allowed to be here.
She would have told him she's sorry, and she would have meant it. The only one she she regretted more than Megumi was Maki. He would have told her not to be, that if she dared to be sorry for getting out that he would never forgive her, and he would have meant that too.
I think his relationship with his own techinque would be very different in a world where the Zenin raised him. In canon, his issue is that he doesn't view himself as someone who could be powerful or win in the long run, but in this world, all he ever hears is how powerful he is. Pride of the fucking Zenin. The most powerful of them in centuries. Meant to rival Gojo fucking Satoru himself.
I think his real issue would be controlling it.
His technique would be a source of negative associations for him. It's the reason why the Zenin took him away. Most of his interactions with it have involved getting beaten and hurt by either his family or a high-level curse they shoved him in front of. I think he'd have a lot more firepower under his belt than at the start of canon, but he'd have less of a fine tuned control over it.
He lost control over his own life because of his shadows. It think that would manifest in struggling to control his own shikigami at times. he's not as in-sync with them as he is in canon.
Eventually, he'd go to Jujutsu High. He would be the only one in the first year class at the beginning, just like in canon. And he'd finally meet Gojo Satoru, the man he's supposed to topple.
He looks at Megumi really goddamn weird.
He's... enthusiastic. About. Teaching. He guesses. And constantly asking prying questions about the Zenin, but not in the sort of way he'd expect from a rival. In the sort of way he'd expect from someone concerned about him. Which is stupid. And annoying. And weird. He keeps a distance from everyone. They've all heard about the Zenin clan heir, and he has no interest in having to fit or break whatever mold they've already cast him in. He's better off on his own.
Maki's there. She's cordial where other people can see it, and in private, she takes care of him in a way that's terrifyingly close to familial. He's not sure if he likes it. He's not Mai, and she's not Tsumiki, and they both want someone they can't have.
She isn't sorry she left. She is sorry she left him. He can hate her for it all he goddamn pleases.
Of course, if this is in the same world as the linked post, Megumi finds Tsumiki again. He finds her in Sendai.
He gets to keep her, this time.
Gojo Satoru, of all the goddamn people, intervenes and becomes his sister's benefactor. It's super fucking weird. He won't stop looking at Megumi strangely. He won't stop insisting that he didn't know he had a sister, like that matters.
That would sort of be the first time in a long time that life actually gets better for Megumi.
I think he would ask to go by Fushiguro again, once he asks Tsumiki what his name used to be. He'd ask her if she minded it, him taking the name again, and he'd ask the rest of the school to call him Fushiguro instead of Zenin.
Predictably enough, Naobito loses his shit when he finds out, but it's not nearly as big of a pain in the ass as he thinks it is? Because Gojo intervenes.
Gojo keeps intervening.
It drives Megumi nuts, because if anyone was supposed to hate him, it was this guy. If anyone was supposed to be against him, it was this guy. This is the guy he was supposed to rival. This is the guy who killed his shitheel bio dad.
Gojo's just... good to him. He keeps him safe. He keeps him safe from his own goddamn family, and that's--no one's ever done that. No one's ever protected him from the Zenin.
The Zenin try to remove him from the Tokyo campus and move him to Kyoto the second they find out Tsumiki's there, and Gojo just... says no. It causes an uproar, and he doesn't fucking budge. It's treading dangerously close to him kidnapping the Zenin clan heir, his refusal to let them remove him from the Tokyo campus, and he doesn't care about whatever problems it causes him.
Megumi's his student. He doesn't want to leave. So Gojo won't let them take him.
He personally goes to Kyoto and collects him, the one time the Zenin force him into a car and move him when Gojo's off on a mission. He tells the higher ups to get fucked. He changes Megumi's student I.D. to read Fushiguro, and he causes problems for Yaga and the assistants until they start calling him Fushiguro as well.
Megumi's different with the other students once his sister is there.
He's more connected with them. He becomes best friends with Kugisaki and Itadori. He gets closer with the second years. He's visibly happier, and it sort of casts in sharp contrast how unhappy he was before this.
And Gojo? Gojo's so goddamn sorry. He didn't know megumi had a sister.
The thing is that now that both Tsumiki and Megumi are on campus, it sort of haunts Gojo with what could have been. They're both fantastic kids--funny, smart, resourceful. And it's painful watching them try to rebuild what was taken from them. And it could have just. never happened. Because he could have saved them both. He could have been their family.
It's sort of painfully obvious the Zenin abused Megumi, and it fucking haunts him. He doesn't even have to read into Megumi's behavior--he sees it happen, right in front of him, with how they try to control him and push him around. He wants to kill them for it. He wants to hate himself for it. He could have saved Megumi and he just. He didn't.
He wishes he did.
#jjk#fushiguro megumi#fushiguro tsumiki#gojo satoru#zenin clan#zenin maki#also featuring in this au: itadori absolutely torn because his best friend's long lost brother is extremely pretty and he HAS to be in#violation of some kind of bro code. the boy is in crisis. there he is. enrolled in fucking wizard school. his best friend tsumiki finally#found her long lost brother. said long lost brother proceeds to give him his gay awakening. he's fucking sweating. kugisaki stop laughing#gojos latent desire for fatherhood has been violently awakened in this and no one is safe. he's everyone's dad now. no one wants this.#yuuta in africa: sensei it's three am why are you calling is everyone oka--what do you mean what color do I want you to paint my room. what#room. what are you talking about.#yuuta keeps getting the weirdest goddamn updates from japan and he thinks he's having a stroke. what do you mean zenin-kun is fushiguro-kun#and he has a fucking long lost sister and gojos possibly going to gently kidnap him. is it kidnapping if he wants it too but the people who#has custody of him doesn't. what do you mean he needs to come back and help maki kill her entire family. maki explain your words explain#yes word of god megumi is also yuutas boy in this one i decide this for no other reasons than i want this#it's not the same way as in sea glass gardens. If I see one more person saying Fourth Wings is an enemies-to-lovers I'll lose my shit.
Violet and Xaden weren't enemies, they weren't even rivals since she was under his chain of command, he was basically her boss/supervisor.
Don't get me wrong I like them, but the "enemies" was never in the room with us
(Spoilers for FW below)
Enemies imply that they're on rival/opposite sides of something, and don't come for me with "Oh, but he was leading a revolution" because she wasn't even aware of it, and the second she knew what was going on, she immediately agreed with him.
Also, the "enemies" part lasted for like 10 chapters at MOST with no actual planning of each other's downfall or assassination/undermining attempts.
Xaden's motives to kill her were purely out of revenge against her mother. Violet wasn't even the enemy, Lilith was, and we are not going there because it would be fifty-shades-of-fucked-up
I consider their dynamic as reluctant mutual pinning with misplaced angst, and way too many paragraphs describing his muscles.
Maybe they will become enemies eventually... maybe not

I always find it funny when people are more mad at a character than the people they supposedly hurt are? I get it happens when a fandom is younger or it’s been truely written incorrectly based on the characters, but a lot of the times it’s not and it’s funny to see idk. I am looking at the teen wolf fandom.

This is a miquella supporting blog, miquella haters don’t interact (I’m kidding idc who or what you like or dislike)
#i’m not saying he did nothing wrong but i positive he would of gone back for malenia he didn’t abandon her#he was kidnapped and defiled in a heretical blood ritual till he DIED#yeah the thing with calied was unfortunately caused by him#but it was never anticipated that malenia would bloom#radahn was resistant likely because he’s a golden order fan boy of Radagon so ofc he tried to break his vow#I think people things miquella is more powerful then he truly was#all his strengths were in his charms and kindness so if you have no other weapon then what do you use in a world that’s hostile and violent?#his weakness is his naivety#and he’s likely been treated like a child longer then we realized just because of his curse#we see miquella without his love and that’s what we face in battle and even then he doesn’t actually attack us#radahn does#i can’t speak for radahn#i’ve never been very interested in him#but i do know that the charm doesn’t seem to force LOVE#mohg did that on his own as a bid to become elden lord and as a way he did just not in the sense he wanted#the charm almost seems to quell negative emotions instead and create comradery#hence why the bewitching branch makes enemies fight for you#i can almost guarantee with the rune broken malenia still will have the fight be the same after the final dlc fight#she was never charmed#i need to stop i’m very frustrated by people calling him pure evil or slurs#elden ring#sote spoilers#elden ring spoilers#shadow of the erdtree spoilers

Maybe its just me, but maybe having Loki's ending be that he self-sacrifices himself via basically dedicating himself to be alone while overseeing the branches of the multiverse...is a pretty shit ending, really failing to see the 'good conclusion' vibes here with it.

I'm scared
There was a rocket that exploded above Dalyat El Carmel
They never got this close to here
It's not even a jewish village, it's mostly druze people there
It's getting closer every time
And i'm scared
It's 15 minutes from here
I heard the boom from where i live
The house shook
Israelis don't deserve to die.
Palestenians don't deserve to die.
No one does.
I just want everything to go back to normal
Please

[ QUIET ] for one muse to menacingly put a finger over their mouth to indicate the other to hush. (For DarkFang?)
Darker Thrilling Prompts // @arcanescholxr
Tumblr media
A human, Darkfang had seen this one with the autobots before. Was this another unfortunate organic thrown in the midst of war or one that happily hugged the pedes of an autobot? He chuckled at the thought and crouched down nearer to the human's level. Trapped before a scary, big decepticon, how fun. Darkfang seemed entertained, his lip plates pulled into a grin.
Before the little one had a chance to explain himself why he was here, or to try speaking his way out, Darkfang reached his clawed servos towards him. The golden tip of his servo pressed against the human's lips. "A-a-aa. Whoever you are, or whatever your relationship is with the bots. I don't care-- Well, I care about things you might know, but let's not go to the details yet." He shifted his servo in a way that most of his digits circled around the human's head while his thumb pressed against his small mouth. "We will have plenty of time to talk on the Nemesis after all."
He flashed his fangs before reaching his other servo to scoop up the human into the palm of his servo and off the ground. From further on, one could hear the clanks of metal hitting against each other and the occasional booms of battle. Darkfang had decided, as usual, to leave himself in the side lines as he didn't work well in groups.
.:Soundwave, be a nice mech and open the spacebridge, I'm coming back, with a little... something:. He commed for a way out, while his golden optics shifted to the organic in his servos.

I get alone with my thoughts for one second and then my brain goes to the VN love interest route I beat yesterday and I go, "jesus fucking christ what the fuck."
#ramblings#it's honestly funny at how shocking it was to me??? i just did not see that happening#i legitimately said out loud as i was playing it and he was having a rough time that he should kill himself to forever change the directory#of people's lives. and then i moved on because OF COURSE that wasn't going to happen. it was funny to me but the game wouldn't do that#but then he had a mental breakdown and kidnapped someone and tried to kill himself and I??????????????? I still cannot process it? what the#spoilers for an otome game route i guess#not giving any details in case you don't wanna know but i have to say#WHAT THE HELL the fuck what? hello? get therapy? hello? how did that lead to a good end where nothing else was confronted? hello? are you o#li: i'll kill myself if you don't love me. mc: +10000 affection#GIRL STOP you both need to go to therapy what the fuck LMAOOOO what did I play and why did it go that way with no warning??? or maybe i was#warned but i automatically told myself no way i was reading too much into it and they'd never BUT THEY DID WHAT WHAT HELLO WHAT??#my friends got me screaming through out the entire thing in group chat#the change from LMAO he should he deserves to fuck up people's lives to Hahah. Ha? He is??? LMAO??? WHAT HELLO?#i think it was extra jarring because the other love interests pissed me off at least once very bad on their routes but this guy cried early#on and opened up and i was like huh. vulnerability. i like that. and he kept on not making me mad and i was like good for him i hope he wor#s through his issues. the same with the mc. BUT THEY DIDN'T. THEY JUST HAVE THIS VERY UNHEALTHY CODEPENDENCY THAT I THOUGHT THE MC WAS WORK#ON FIXING BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOO ARGH AAAAAAAHHHH LMAO WHAT THE FUCK#the true route i unlocked fixed some things but they're all still fucked up. i guess they're my blorbo friends now#okay i need this to get out of my system send help

ok can you imagine though if trucy was put in any serious danger in aa4. like phoenix spends the whole game wearing different flavors of his poker face, ranging from "i don't care about anything" to "i know something you don't know". can you imagine him just completely dropping that mask he's been wearing for seven years even as he tries to remain in control—he didn't get through those years by relying on others, you know—but he's physically incapable of staying calm. this is the man who charged across a flaming bridge fifty feet above a raging river to try to help a girl that he promised he'd never give up on. the man who's there for anyone who has nobody else to turn to. who talked to a girl for only five minutes before she lost everything and immediately promised her that she'd never lose him. he might have matured in some ways over the years but he's still that emotional man who will move heaven and earth for anyone in need of help. the only difference is that now, trucy is his daughter—entirely dependent on him—and his light

oh my god i'm so in love with all the fic ideas you talked about, but especially the last two with the castles kidnapping matt in like a friendly and well-meaning way. it's so funny to me and also the dynamic here would be absolutely excellent. never realised i needed a pro-crime hyper-competent maria castle in my life but apparently i do???
the dynamic in those, but especially the christmas one, is fucking hilarious. i love it so much. i'd write it tomorrow if i had the time
like the castles are treating this like one of those times where you pick up a puppy out of a cardboard box in a kmart parking lot and like, it's a little scrawny and underfed and feral and yeah, it probably would have been smarter to pick one out of the shelter where at least you know they've been checked out and have their shots and everything, but you know, the kids wanted one so bad and it's christmas, and it's cold and the poor thing's probably going to freeze to death in the cardboard box, so you bring it home, and suddenly it's in these new and unfamiliar surroundings and it keeps trying to skitter out the front door every time it opens, so maybe you have to keep it in a back room or tied up for a while and you hand feed it treats until it stops trying to run away and like, you know eventually the puppy's going to warm up to you as long as you treat it right and when that happens you'll have a happy new member of the family that you can probably shove felt reindeer antlers on for the family christmas card
meanwhile matt's treating this like a fucking kidnapping
#it's so funny to me#like matt is somehow in the minority in thinking kidnapping an adult man is a big deal#normally he'd be able to hurl is body out a third story window and fuck off#but devastantly frank is one of the few people on the planet that can go toe to toe with him on a good day#and he keeps dragging matt off the windowsills and acting like matt's being ridiculous for trying to escape his own kidnapping#also he could try to just fuckin. kick flip frank#but it's so much harder to do that to maria and the kids#and it's SO AWKWARD to get into a physical confrontation with the dad of the kids whose lives you saved and who idolize you now#like merry christmas kids i need to punch your dad#maybe the real kidnapping was the societal conventions we found along the way#also matt's not super at one hundred percent on account of he took on the CIA in a t-shirt and sweatpants and like he WON but it's not GOOD#matt spends this entire time like 'please stop trying to teach me about the magic of christmas time'#'i need you to start treating this hostage situation seriously this is a federal crime you are committing a FEDERAL CRIME'#and maria's engaging in mild gaslighting like 'that's a bit dramatic dear here have a sugar cookie'#matt: 'i don't want a sugar cookie i want you to UNLOCK THE HANDCUFFS'#see the thing is that i'm absolutely convinced teh castles are absolutely fucking insane all of them#like we know frank is not above zip tying a child to the bed and kidnapping her for her own safety#maybe they're just all like that#the moral of the story is that this nice young man helped them and is living a horrible fucking existence so there's no reason why#they can't forcefully adopt him and make him take his medication and recover in their nice guest bedroom instead of a fucking boiler room#like this is 60% physical force and 40% a guilt trip keeping him captive

I have noticed a whole lot less people have touched me over the past few years, whether it be to help me across the road or something or to pray for me or whatever.
It's probably most likely due to the pandemic, but if wearing a mask has anything to do with it, guess what. I'm going to continue wearing my mask.
