1. Crepus knew that Kaeya was meant to be a spy for Khaenriah, and loved him anyway (and Kaeya didn't know this). Diluc attacking him because of his past has another level of regret because it would've hurt Crepus to see his son hurt the other.

2. Diluc never told Crepus he didn't like alcohol, because he never wanted to disappoint him. He always wanted to be perfect in his father's eyes. A wine tycoon who doesn't like alcohol.

Are Stella and Juraj are still friends?

Stella and juraj are still friends, they could never just cut each other out of there life’s, there too important to each other for that.

It did take a few weeks after the ‘breakup’ for them to start talking again.

They don’t talk as much as they used too, but they still talk and check in on each other. Still liking each others posts and commenting sometimes.

They talk a little less now that Stella is with rut, and that’s simply because juraj still cares a lot for Stella and it hurts to see her happy with someone that’s not him.

But despite his feelings, he is happy for Stella! All he ever wanted was the best for her 😭

One of my favorite tropes is dark, brooding, and powerful that has a soft heart for smol and cute.

Their relationship has so much weight to me it might as well be its own character. Hayward was there to show Paige there was hope outside anger, Paige was there to show Hayward that they could strive for more. Neither of them expected to succeed, and they didn’t (not in the way they planned), but they made a difference. That’s really all they could hope for.

I think about the scene when they ran from the cops constantly. Hayward frantically trying to keep Paige awake, hoping that his lifeline hasn’t lost herself to the branches burrowing their way into her mind. I think about how vulnerable he sounds on the radio when he knows she can’t hear him and knows no one else can either, but is trying to be supportive anyway. I think about her trying for him. Trying with her father, trying with her followers even though the god they’ve made is taking everything from her. Clawing her way out of the shell of her old life where she had no control and forging a new one for herself for the first time. They lift each other up. And now they might never get that chance again!

AUGH. Anyway imagine how many thoughts I have about Carpenter and Faulkner don’t even get me STARTED.

the fact that (what probably is) paige and hayward's last interaction is not even an interaction at all.

paige cannot understand hayward. he cannot understand her. they're not at the same level and neither of them are the same person anymore.

and still, paige tries to talk to him. she tries to tell him what's happening to her, what she wants and how to fix it. she wants him to hear it, even if he won't understand it.

and hayward listens. he cannot understand her but he listens and he nods and he tries to get it. and he offers comfort. for paige, he will always offer comfort.

they cannot help each other now. they can only offer solace and hope one day they will hear each other again (they won't)
