SO MANY PEOPLE GUESSED CORRECTLY!#It wasn't that hard#We know Papyrus knows the river person#are they friends? idk BUT I PERSONALLY THINK THEY ARE#I just LOVEEE looking at the dialogue and making connections#I referenced one of the lines from the river person here...sometimes they'll ask you if you know any game you can play with a dog...#They said they were “asking for a friend...”#And I couldn't help but think about Papyrus' problem with the annoying dog LMAO#+ Papyrus seems very excited to know if the river person is there when you call him nearby that area#Okay so... now ...some comic thing that I made up but also didn't...#“FLOWEY DOESN'T KNOW WHO THE RIVER PERSON IS?”#okay so...#I feel like#It's not very common for them to be there...#When talking with Undyne around that area it's kind of *unclear* if she knows about the river person being there....#She tells you about the river connecting different areas and that you should “jump in”#She then clarifies that's the only thing they got for public transport#AND LIKE? Is anyone else thinking about how one of the only things we learn about Listener culture in twok is that they do not disturb each other's bodies in any way after they've died to the point where they don't have any burial practices of any kind
And later we find out they broke off from the other Singers thousands of years ago so their gods wouldn't kill them and take over their bodies
when Kaladin apologized to Rlain for desecrating Listener bodies, do you think he felt the weight of that? That bridge four wore their bodies in a horrible echo of the way the Fused would have? That it was probably the single worst way anyone could possibly think of to desecrate a Listener's body?
I think Rlain will carry that pain for the rest of his life even if he has forgiven Kaladin and understands it was a horrible last resort
#also I'm curious how they handle the dead outside of combat#if a listener dies in their sleep is their bedroom just off limits forever?#does their surviving family have to move?#is it common for listeners who are close to death to go out into the wilderness on their own#there are so many things I hope we continue to learn about the Listeners in future books#rlain#stormlight archive

#art#ive literally just been treating this game as a library simuator#i walk from bookseller to bookseller opening up all of their books#vivecs sermons are either a highlight or the point at which i stop reading#ive been trying to convince the ordinators that imitation is the highest form of flattery but it hasnt been working#let me wear your helmets please theyre so funny..#posting morrowind in 2024 isnt a cry for help but youre not wrong to be concerned.#morrowind#almalexia#vivec#im going to explain the chitin armor give me a moment#so the bonewalker nerevar on the shrines is adorable and it was only after drawing it however many times that i realized#it looked relatively close to a modified chitin armor#and so i modified chitin armor a few times and this was probably the cutest result#i also know i drew almalexia relatively pristine and untouched by years and vivec not so much but my thought process was#vivecs role as if not a favorite then the most accessible divine or the most “hands on” in a manner of speaking#acting in ways visible to the general population or actions explicitly brought to their attention#like not that almalexia isnt doing anything she is#but the dissemination of information regarding that is very different etc etc etc#anyways to a certain extent a god is the face on a shrine or in art or upon a statue or carving#but vivecs presence is interwoven with the geography of vvardenfell especially and his actions and writings with pubished materials#and the arts and culture and customs etc etc etc#so to me the face of a god you know and feel a commonality with or a god that walks alongside you is a face you would recognize#and vivec is already otherworldly looking enough#the simple mark of the years on his skin in some way grounding him in reality felt more right#that and i think the ways in which he and almalexia care about outward appearance are slightly different- they prioritize different things#and the ways they present outward power and their embodiment of their respective attributes share some similarities as they both have that#important preoccupation with physical power and physical strength to a certain degree#oh my god nobody read this i am yapping so bad.#tes

Things I make for myself when insomnia kicks in
Just a chart about what I wanna change up and keep consistent in my art - I mainly wanna draw Raph with a tail because he deserves one, it fits too well. Donnie gets a long tail too because I didn’t realize how dino-like he looks until I gave him one, and now it’s a must for me haha.

Thinking about the twst events and cards and
It’s funny to me how Lilia’s boys, Malleus and Silver, both have issues with technology. (Same, honestly, same!)
But Lilia was able to adapt so well and is knowledgeable about it (it probably also speaks about his adaptability during his war days 👀)
I have a feeling Sebek is good with technology as well🤔🤔 correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t remember any instances where he had trouble 😂
The youngest and oldest of the group being good with tech and then you have the middle 400+ and 170+ being terrible at it. 🤣🤣
