* Despite everything....it's still you

Few days late (work....it never ends..) but happy birthday in stars and time!! I finished the game right in time for the anniversary so I had to dedicate my first fanart to it. I remember when I first booted up the game I made a video of me watching the opening scene and I added the Undertale track "Memory" to it. I didn't even know it was an inspiration for the game the music just felt...fitting. Then siffrin responded to the friendship doodle by going "it's you!". The idea just sprung. That statement just kept spinning in my head the entire time I played the game. So it's only fitting that an indie game that changed the trajectory of my life completely just like that Undertale to get this sort of fanart yk?

Kinda proud of how loop-frin and bigfrin turned out...and the expression of maul du pays and "say its name" siffring turned out (may or may not like drawing terrified expressions- new discovery!). I wanted to add more (if I upload the tinelasp you can see there were some other sif sketches that never got lined) and i wanted to include the fam in act6 picture but....time. Oh well, I just needed to express my love for this game *somehow*. Siffrin and everyone else mean the world to me and just....honestly not enough words. Just, thank you @insertdisc5 for creating this wonderful game. I wish you and everyone else good luck on whatever lies ahead on our journey <3

#isat #in stars and time #mal du pays #isat spoilers #technically #anyways this is a super specific thing to my thoughts but the basic idea is that i have a lot of headcanons about sif being a system #for a lotta reasons really. projection and source memories are a large one #ive named mal du pays lucius in my brain because its a common name in guadeloupe I THINK and well. thats the original insp for the island #its up to interpretation now buuuuuuut.....ya know. anyways i have many thoughts on sif system and lucius in particular #being what feels like a manifestation of all their negative emotions and symptoms #BUT BUT BUT #i also imagine theyre the first which is why their name is lucius to me. og host. sif is the split turned host. teehee #so naturally deep down they have a lot of their connection to the island #soooooooo. feelings ensue. yadda yadda i am typing too much #im so normal

I have officially run out of Loop sprites to translate into Loopfrins, so if you see any on here and after this point that are different than the Loop expressions, know that I'm either making my own or using Sif's party's expressions as a guide.

Also, I saw you, person who asked for Mal du Pays sprite edits. I see you. You can have two for now because I want to ease into it a bit (and figure out how they would emote).

(and also once again, if you guys have any suggestions, i am Looking at all times. your suggestion could be translated to a real sprite 🫵)
