When I say the expression of the Moon sign very much depends on the Sun sign, I am not kidding. The end result felt harmonious and well-rounded. (I hadn't really contemplated this much until you asked, but I love thinking zodiac so I do have some solid answers:

Julie - Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Pisces Ascendant. Julie is both social butterfly and social chameleon. I think her place as the most social member of the group and how easily she lies and plays a different role in front of other people shoes her in for gemini easily, along with her curiosity and morbidity. While she seeks shallow pleasures for brief fun, what she really craves is emotional intensity, which I think plays with scorpio moon well. Pisces rising because of the strong association with art, social-chameleoning, and having a desire to see the world in and live in a dreamy and fantastical way.

Frank - Sagittarius Sun, Leo Moon, Aquarius Ascendant. Frank hates routine and structure. He's friendly and outgoing, but in a way that still sets him apart from others. He's also very active and fond of sports, which is a stereotype associated with the sag lol. They're also associated with optimism, which I think plays interestingly with Frank's ideology that thinking about something is enough to manifest it. Leo moon is associated with controlling and organizing friend activities, which Frank definitely does - bossy guy, trying to push everyone to further extremes. Speaking of family problems, aries ascendants are often described as having an upbringing that requires them to learn to take care of themself. This week’s astrology forecast: October 23rd to 29th

Message for the week: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, will you evolve or devolve?

The week starts off deceptively smooth and even rather quiet astrologically, with the Sun moving into introspective Scorpio on Monday, and Tuesday being a particularly favorable day for making progress and staying focused on most any type of task at hand. It is deceptively calm because this weekend brings a powerful Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, that is certain to stir the emotional pot by bringing buried issues to light—providing an opportunity to evolve beyond old patterns, or to stay stuck in repetition.

As the Sun moves into Scorpio, it joins Mercury (the mind) and Mars (power, passion, anger) in this deepest of all signs, while being opposite expansive Jupiter and unpredictable Uranus in Taurus. This Scorpio/Taurus axis gets a supercharge this weekend with the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, activating this polarity. Taurus and Scorpio are both fixed, strong-willed, and often stubborn signs. It's great that you love astrology too! Well, having a virgo sun might make you structured, practical, analytical and orderly (some virgos report that those are the exact things they struggle with, though). You might be a very careful person and focused on health and routines, and virgos often have a wish to be of help and service. The mind is very active and keen on acquiring knowledge. Pisces is on the opposite end of the zodiac and therefore a 'sister sign' to virgo. The traits of pisces oppose virgo. In her 20’s Vera took the leap and travelled outside of town she had found herself for most of her life to study to be a fashion designer, a path that would lead her to what she truly wanted, making jewelry, part do to the small memento she carried with her from her past life, a small pedant left by her mother, round and silver with a rose quartz in the middle. TRIGGER WARNING: None Henry Ashford is the middle child of the Ashford family, somewhere along fading into the background as both his siblings took center change. It really didn’t matter to him, he enjoyed not being noticed, it meant that he could avoid being social only talking when needed. Henry had been a somewhat a peculiar child, a bit unfriendly at times, it helped that his younger sibling made it their mission to call him out whenever necessary and somewhere along the way he had mastered enough fake interest to pretend pleasantries, even if at times he couldn’t help himself coming off as rude. TRIGGER WARNING: None Adrian Ravenlock, knew that there wasn’t a life for him in Ravens Peak, maybe due to the family name that carried weight with it wherever he went or the fact that he had big dreams  for himself that one small town couldn’t contain. Sure he could be responsible he just choose not to, leaving as soon as he could to pursue a career in music. Things didn’t work out all that well at first, it was good magic was on his side and it helped that his ego was ever going to the point that it wouldn’t flatter, never really showing signs of stopping. One thing lead to another and finally Adrian got his big break, his band got some recognition and they were able to tour around the country, he would never admit to it but maybe there had been a bit of an enchantment here and there in the lyrics, just enough to call attention. He does come home every so often, even if he does try to avoid it but now at the age of 58 Adrian feels like he needs to give Ravens Peak a chance, who knows what might happen.

They were taught from a young age what their place would be in the world, to take pride in what their family did and in the mist of all the stories of grandeur that they had been told it was easy to see why Darra wanted to prove themselves amongst their family, sure they might not understand it all but being an only child it meant that they had to go above to show that they were worthy and for a time it seemed to work. They grew to be a fine hunter, joining a small group of others like them, a sort of second family of their own. Of course things such as this never last forever and eventually Darragh saw more of the world, their perspective slowly changing, it was in this time that they met a woman named Olivia, falling in love for the first, she taught them new things and was a bright light in their world that seemed to be occupied by death. They were ready to walk away from what they knew, no longer the young foolish child they had been, why was it that they were considered the ‘good’ ones, slaughtering whatever supernatural came about, surely they too had families just like them, friends and lovers. Their ideals started to crumble and maybe that is the reason their family started to take notice, far too much questioning on their own part. On a cold night Darragh and their group had been assigned a job, the last one for them, no longer wanting stain their hands with ever lasting blood. It was easy enough, a pack of werewolves, nothing that they hadn’t done before. Darra doesn’t remember much from that night but what they do is, as they approached the pack there was a growl, turning with their gun Darragh had come face to face with one of the wolves but there was something… familiar about their eyes, as if it knew them. Darragh should have seen it then but it had been too late, there was a gunshot noise, the snow red with crimson and then it dawned on them of who lay in it, Olivia. They didn’t take the shot but to them it was as if they had killed her themselves. They reached for her, calling her name as they held her close desperately trying to stop the bleeding, asking for help as the other hunter stood by watching with disgust. What ever devotion they held for their cause fell apart then, they had murdered her when she had done nothing but protect her own, what wrong had they even done? It was then that Darragh made their resolve.  They were disowned by their family, not that they cared much, taking their time to devote to other matters, never sticking to one place for far too long. Of course its only a coincidence that one or two hunters disappear where they visit, nothing to think about. Now they found themselves in Ravens Peak, the rumors of the town far too interesting to stay away.

Part 1. Asteroids

🌈According to research, asteroid Angel(11911) was first discovered when it was still under the sign of Sagittarius

🌈Having your asteroid DNA(55555) in an earth sign can indicate that your children may see you as someone who is grounded, hard working, practical, and very stubborn. They might look up to you because you are capable enough of giving them the best life you could give and they would understand that your hard-work is a way to support the family

🌈Asteroid Psyche(16) in Pisces/Libra craves romance that is fanstasy-like, something out of this world or something magical that just came out of a romantic story. These folks are the types of people who might be actively looking for true love

🌈Vesta in the 7th house might prefer to not get married

Sidenote: There's no correlation between MBTI and Astrology and we are using this only for personality observations

🌈Cancer/Moon dominants fit with the stereotypes of ISFJ. Both are maternal, nurturing, supportive, sympathetic, selfless, always protects their loved ones, and are sick of dealing your shit lmao. Also they tend to be the Mom/Dad of their friend group and the ones who always brings food 😋😋

🌈 I noticed most Sagittarius placements tend be ENFPs or INFPs base on MBTI. Maybe because both are idealistic, goofy, huge procrastinators, creative, and free-spirited. This can also apply to Jupiter/Pisces dominants (For Pisces it's more on INFP)

🌈While Virgo placements are more fitting with ISTJ because they are dutiful, loyal, traditional, organized, reliable, practical, and fact-minded. And with ISTJs dominant cognitive function which is Si(introverted sensing) they can use the past as a guide and lesson to be used in the present which explains them relying on the tried and true methods in dealing things

🌈In my own opinion, Scorpio/Pluto dominant just gives me INTJ vibes. Maybe because of their analytical and reserved nature

🌈Since the earth signs are known for being observant and detail-oriented, they are more of a sensing type because sensors can notice every single detail of a certain thing such as noticing that you change your hairstyle or you changed your signature perfume and they can sometimes miss the bigger picture. Also sensing types are more focused on the present(Extraverted sensing) or in the past(Introverted sensing) rather than the future which fits the earth signs who are more focused on experiencing the physical world

Part 3. Composites

🌈Uranus in the 1st can indicate that people might perceive you two as best friends

🌈Neptune in the 1st can indicate that people might see the partners as very spiritual and "usually not seen around" relationship

🌈Pluto in the 1st can indicate that people might project you two as very intense and "deep" relationship

🌈Sagittarius ascendant in the composite chart will indicate that other people see the relationship as very fun and adventurous. It has a philosophical vibe

🌈Having a good amount of Pisces degree(12°, 24°) in your chart can indicate that you are good or capable enough in balancing your fixation between reality and fantasy but having a lot of it can indicate of you having tendencies of escaping reality and isolating yourself from everyone

🌈Even if your placements are full of feminine/introverted signs(earth/water), if you have a lot of fire/air degrees in your chart especially in personal planets or in your ascendant, you may be more sociable and outgoing. This goes vice versa as well

For the vast majority of this group I'm getting light skin! However for a small majority I actually got 2 cards stating "Asian" and "tan" so take that as you will! Notes: The plot alone guarantees inclusion on this list. Probably the most creative fic I’ve ever read, and the twists and turns will keep you guessing.

Summary: Harry is a green-tea addict. Draco stalks him.

Notes: Probably my all-time favourite fic, along with Blue Vase. It’s sparse and minimal and I love that writing style.

Blue Vase (M) by ivyblossom

Summary: Let’s pretend.

Notes: Draco finds an amnesiac Harry and befriends him, pretending they were once lovers. It’s pensive, short, and bittersweet.

The Boy Who Only Lived Twice (E) by lettered

Summary: Harry Potter is an Unspeakable. Draco Malfoy is the wizard who shagged him. Adventure! Intrigue! Secret identities, celebrities, spies! It's all right here, folks.

Notes: Action-heavy fics are damn hard to write, but lettered nails it. The action scenes are breakneck speed, the conversations are threaded with double meaning, and even the silences are tense.

Draco in Darkness (T) by Plumeria47.

Summary: Following an accident in his seventh year, Draco loses his eyesight.

Notes: This is one of the first fics I ever read (when it was over on FF in 2003) so it’s probably here just for nostalgia points alone. I read it when I was a kid and just thought it was a lovely golden fairytale, the best romance I’d ever read in my (very short, thus far) life. I love reading it again, even years later as an adult when I can see the tarnish on it; the things my childhood eyes didn’t notice. I don’t care. It’s my soft and fuzzy comfort fic.

The Flesh is Frail (NC-17) by wildestranger

Summary: None

Notes: Draco has injuries from curses and spells, and Harry keeps him company. Draco is angry; Harry is stubborn. They argue their way into a grudging relationship. It’s a short read and well worth your ten minutes.

Good-bye to Yesterday (NC-17) by furiosity

Summary: Draco felt ready to face even a million years in Azkaban as long as it meant that at the end of it all, he would make Potter pay.

Notes: It’s not a dark fic, but it certainly dips in and out of the shadows. If you like your romance to be sharp as a razor and bitter as black coffee, give it a read.

Hymn to Color (PG) by Lomonaaeren

Summary: Months after Draco cast a curse that took Harry’s eyesight, Harry is still trying to come to terms with it. Draco still wanted forgiveness, which was probably the problem.

Notes: Probably my very inadequate idea of “fluff”. It’s a quiet, introspective fic. Draco and Harry are well-written.

Kings among runaways (PG) by enderxenocide.

Summary: Later, the toast will be slightly overcooked, Draco will burn the eggs, and there will be another fist fight in-between the living room and the front door, but they’ll eat breakfast with second-hand plates and Draco’s great-grandmother’s silverware.

Notes: Dreamy descriptions, abstract scenes, and the characters are lovingly delineated. Beautiful writing.

On Broken Glass (PG-13) by coffeejunkii

Summary: After the final battle, Draco is holding the shards that are left of his and Harry’s life.

Notes: Established relationship. Harry’s forgetful and seems to suffer both short-term and long-term memory loss; Draco stays by his side through six years of post-war amnesia. Very short, just a tiny ficlet. There’s sequels (in bite-size pieces) but I prefer to read the first ficlet and leave it there.

Summary: In the final year of the War, Draco gets a letter, makes a choice and pays the price.

Notes: Short, succinct, and packs a punch. No character deaths, in case the summary has you feeling nervous.

Notes: Dorian Grey, but Drarry. Of course it’s going to be good.

Shattered (NC-17) by femmequixotic

Summary: One damned accident involving one too-lucky curse, and suddenly you'd think he was five again, with their Harry, be carefuls and their quick Levitating charms ready the instant the potion gives way and his rebelling hands lose hold of whatever's in their grasp.

Notes: Draco’s an artist. Harry’s intrigued by his sculptures and paintings.

Snatch (PG-13) by didntyoupotter

Summary: Harry is comatose, Hermione and Ron aren’t much help, and Draco isn’t sure about anything anymore.

Notes: The opening scene fools you into thinking this will be a light read with a streak of good humour. Don’t fall for it. By the third act, you’ll be hanging onto every word and feeling a lot of emotions. Also, back in the day, this was one of the Draco/Harry fics. Everyone knew of it. Pay your respects to your fandom history and read this beloved classic.

The Stages of Acceptance (T) by Lomonaaeren.

Summary: Harry, already happily married to Ginny, receives the news that he's Draco's mate. Law and custom don't give him the option of ignoring the news. The stages of his reaction, one by one.

Notes: This is not a romance, and I love that the author just casually chucks all the Veela tropes in the bin and says “nope”. In Lomonaaeren’s own words, this fic is more practical than romantic. Harry is unfamiliar with the Veela concepts and hates the very idea of being “shackled” to someone; he rejects Draco at once. Draco is miserable and lonely. They do eventually come to understand each other better, but it’s a huge struggle with lots of setbacks. The general air of pessimism and misery does make the small glimpses of compassion and empathy feel so well-earned. I love a fic that rations out its happiness.

The Stately Homes of Wiltshire (E) by waspabi

Summary: Malfoy Manor has mould, dry rot and an infestation of unusually historical poltergeists. Harry Potter is on the case.

Notes: This one needs no introduction. The writing is polished, the characterisation perfect, and the dialogue is fun. I love the humour woven throughout it.

Then Comes a Mist and a Weeping Rain (E) by faithwood.

Summary: It always rains for Draco Malfoy. Metaphorically. And literally. Ever since he had accidentally Conjured a cloud. A cloud that's ever so cross.

Notes: Another one that most of us know. It’s a lighthearted and fun read.

Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow (M) by novembersnow

Summary: In the war-torn years after Hogwarts, one man has no knowledge of his yesterdays.

Notes: Another classic back in the feverish heyday of the Harry Potter fandom, when books were still being released and everyone had worked themselves up into a shipping frenzy. And no wonder this fic was an instant hit. Draco has lost all his memories and Harry’s investigating as an Auror, but the longer you read, the more you start questioning everything. Good twists and turns that lead to a tender ending.

Summary: One good turn always deserves another. Apparently.

Notes: An inevitable inclusion on any favourites list. I think my favourite thing about it is the characterisation. Everyone is so well-rounded; the characters are brought to life and feel like old friends. All their habits, styles, mannerisms, even the way they walk or talk. While I love everyone in this fic, I have to admit that Blaise is just amazing. Of all the thousands of Blaises imagined by fanfic writers, I love this one the best. “Old bean” indeed.

Summary: It is impressive how much you can learn about someone by simply sharing a few rooms. They don’t spend time together, not really, but Harry still knows that Malfoy prefers raspberry jam over strawberry, that he hums along to the Wireless when he thinks no one is around, and that his leg is bothering him more than usual when the temperatures drop below freezing.

Notes: Another old, old favourite of mine. It’s like snuggling into a soft blanket. Remus owns a cottage and Harry moves in after the war. Later, Remus lets a room to Draco, who is an outcast after the war and has limited housing options. Harry isn’t happy at first with the new lodger, but he eventually warms up to Draco. A slow and gentle romance.

Vale Sanare (M) by rurounihime

Summary: Draco’s world gains a new component, just when he thought he’d sorted everything out.

Notes: London nightclubs, one-night-stands, loud music and lonely nights. Draco has seizures due to a curse from the war, and the seizures have led to a fear of intimacy. Short and sweet.

The Way Down (T) by lettered

Summary: Malfoy’s all, “Come out of there,” the way you say to a cat who is badly behaved. And Harry’s all like, “No, what, I’m a hermit! And I have a chest-monster! And I am crazy magically powerful!” and Malfoy’s all, “We all have problems, bub.” (thoughtfully) “You are crazy though. I’ll give you that.”

Notes: I just adore this fic. The fic starts well-grounded, giving you a solid backstory and matter-of-fact context, but as it goes on, it slowly unravels into dreamy scenes, lush settings, and repeated motifs. It’s just such a beautiful story.

When Love beckons to you, follow him (PG-13) by megyal

Summary: Draco wakes up, lost, somewhere in a forest. He has no idea where he is or how he got there. As he is blundering around trying to find his way home, he hears Harry's voice in his head, telling him what to do.

Notes: I generally like my fics to be bittersweet or with a bit of heartache — but this fic is just a little cloud of softness. If you need something light and lovely without being syrupy-sweet, this is a good choice!

The World of the Living (M) by fourth_rose

Summary: A traumatised war hero and a convicted criminal under the roof of an eccentric journalist make for a rather odd ensemble, but Luna has never had a problem with oddities as long as they make sense.

Notes: The story is told from Luna’s perspective, which gives everything a lovely dreamy quality. She takes in a couple of strays after the war — first Harry, who is avoiding his other friends and has quit his Auror job — and then she offers a room to Draco right after his trial. Draco is rude, angry, and ungrateful; Harry is churlish, withdrawn, and moody. Luna doesn’t seem to mind in the slightest, and over the course of the next few months, her house guests slowly warm up to each other.

Voices From the Fog (E) by noeon

Summary: After years of running away, Harry crosses paths with an all-too familiar face and follows him to Amsterdam.

Notes: Harry drifts across Europe, trying to forget the war. He ends up in a woodworking shop in Amsterdam, alongside a moody Draco. Atmospheric settings and solid characterisation.

Sun in Aries ♈️🔥, Moon in Scorpio ♏️🌊

Anyone have unusual dreams last night? The dream world was active for many of us with the Scorpio Moon in a square with Pluto in Aquarius. This is about as deep as it gets. Scorpio and Pluto deal with the unseen, the taboo and digging into the depths of everything. They don’t want to see what you are on the surface. They want to dig into the depths of your soul. Both of these energies are stubborn and will force you to transform. The morning could be a little emotional. Digging deep is the name of the game to start off this day.

The Scorpio Moon, in its fall will also trine Saturn in Pisces as well as Mars in Cancer which is also in its fall. Additionally it will oppose Mercury in Taurus. These energies have us investigating and comparing what we’re seeing with what lies beneath the surface, helping us see what truly works for us and what doesn’t. We’ll be wanting to throw away what doesn’t help us move forward. Especially when we add Mercury in Taurus in a sextile with Mars in Cancer to this mix. This is busy and productive energy. We’re really dedicated to ourselves and our progress at this time.

We also have Venus in Taurus in a sextile with Neptune in Pisces which is lovely and creative energy. It’s dreamy and wants us to attach to what makes us feel good. Lastly, we enter the shadow period for Mercury retrograde today, Yep, that’s coming up soon!

Overall, pay attention to what comes up today. This energy is steering you towards your idea of ultimate happiness. ☮️💚✨
