Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Sam, we’re excited to have you! Odette Marie Delaune (Fae, Zendaya) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.
OUT OF CHARACTER
NAME: sam PRONOUNS: they/them AGE: 29 TIMEZONE: pst
IN CHARACTER
FULL NAME: odette marie delaune SPECIES: earth fae (dark) AGE: 76 DATE OF BIRTH: september 9, 1948 GENDER IDENTITY: cis woman NEIGHBORHOOD: cherry heights OCCUPATION: viticulturist WORKPLACE: white willow wine and vineyard POSITIVE TRAITS: alluring, thoughtful, crafty, coquettish NEGATIVE TRAITS: cryptic, distant, uppity, jealous LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: four years FACE CLAIM: zendaya
BIOGRAPHY
born to a fae mother and human man, odette has always found comfort in each of her parents' realm
though different from her peers, she has always liked that about herself and embraced the things that set her apart from others
while yes, she got her powers from her mother, her father's green thumb also taught her a lot. the three of them shared a love for gardening. since she was born, most of her meals have been made with homegrown ingredients
after seemingly to have stopped aging at the age of 25, and unable to manipulate her looks as well or easily as her mother, many people began to talk about how she never seemed to change. her parents decided it was time for odette to leave
it was a heartbreaking idea, but she and her mother spent a large handful of years in the fae realm. these years meant a lot to odette as she got to learn a lot more about that side of her, even if it was tough gaining the trust of other fae since she's half-human
eventually she wanted back into the world she had grown up in, so she left and spent some time in new mexico, then france
her father passed and she and her mother grieved together, spending more time in their realm before going back to new orleans and spending some time there
after a while, the memories were too much, so odette said goodbye and found herself in raven's peak
she enjoys it here, comforted by her work on the vineyard and the found-family in her bandmates. she even finds it easy to stir up some harmless trouble
despite being a dark fae, she learned to appreciate humans (well a certain kind of human) so she often keeps her cheekiness to a more lighthearted degree. sometimes, she cannot help herself and takes things from others to keep as a trinket or hide from them. she has no problem getting others in trouble at work or with their partners, though; in fact, she lives for the opportunity to give bad advice
growing up right outside of new orleans, odette has a bit of a cajun accent, though she tries to hide it, there are certain words that only emphasize it

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Geri, we’re excited to have you! Katherine Dolle (Witch, Abigail Cowen) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.
OUT OF CHARACTER
NAME: Geri PRONOUNS: she her AGE: 28 TIMEZONE: GMT+2 TRIGGERS: --
IN CHARACTER
FULL NAME: Katherine Dolle SPECIES: witch, no pack AGE: 23 DATE OF BIRTH: 10 August GENDER IDENTITY: cisgender NEIGHBORHOOD: Downtown OCCUPATION: Barista WORKPLACE: Enchanted Crumbs Bakery POSITIVE TRAITS: outgoing, vivacious, resourceful NEGATIVE TRAITS: disorganized, indecisive, aloof LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: on and off for 4 years FACE CLAIM: Abigail Cowen
  BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: none Katherine is the youngest of four kids, a bit spoiled due to that but also taught to be quite loving and easy to bond with people, used to always having someone who is there for her. She grew up in Albany, NY, constantly preoccupied throughout her childhood, constantly switching between hobbies. She tried multiple music instruments, wishing first to be like one of her brothers who was in a band, then she went to try out different sports for a few years, copying her other brother, who had already graduated as a star athlete. With time she could say she’s tried almost any hobby one would think of but the ones that stuck around were sewing, baking and art, as well as keeping active whenever she could find the time.
Maybe growing up with such a big family and always having attention on her has made her a bit too trusting. Despite better judgement and the warning of her siblings when she was sixteen she entered into a relationship with one of the jocks with whom she bonded over studying together for their finals. They were together for two years, planning going to New York University together and renting. She never really said it to anyone but she was actually imagining wedding bells and suburb house in her future. Little did she know that once he got accepted into the university - not NYU, and he didn’t need her help with applications or studying anymore, he quickly dumped her. It didn’t take long to understand that she had in fact always been his backup girl. During this heartbreak she closed off her emotions and spent the rest of her school year debating on whether to go to university or not. At this time was when she fell into her witch powers, not wanting to go out and pouring over her mother’s grimoires in the attic.
She spent her year after university working and saving up money, unsure of the next step but nonetheless constantly supported by her parents. Finally she asked her mother about Raven’s Peak, the small town that she was originally from. She had grown up there, leaving her parents and moving to New York State to study. That was where she had met Kat’s father and therefore not come back once she had gotten pregnant and they had married. As her father was unaware of the magical side of his children and wife they had never really gone to the town to visit but Katherine had always had an interest to see where her roots were. After a weekend trip here she decided she loved it and so applied to the university. Her grandparents had passed and her mother had since sold their house, so she had to find an apartment to rent, which she did quickly and found a roommate.
She moved to Raven's Peak right after her 20th birthday, excited to start her bachelor degree. She wasn’t sure what to major in and by the end of her first year that got to her so much she decided to drop out until she figures it out. She left the town for a few months and went home, then came back again and repeated for the whole year, finding herself more undecided than ever before. However, after a deep conversation with her mother she finally chose a major and moved back, signing up to finish her school. She started work in the new bakery in town and loved every moment of it, studying both for university and understanding her magic. Now she’s in her third year and has decided to finish what she started, working so that she can pay rent for a small apartment with a roommate.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Chayya, we’re excited to have you! Roberta "Robby" Darling (Human, Ella Purnell) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.
OUT OF CHARACTER
NAME: chayya PRONOUNS: she/they AGE: 30+ TIMEZONE: EST
IN CHARACTER
FULL NAME: Roberta “Robby” Darling SPECIES: human AGE: 28 DATE OF BIRTH: June 5 GENDER IDENTITY: demigirl NEIGHBORHOOD: downtown OCCUPATION: medical examiner’s assistant, medical technician WORKPLACE: Sheriff’s Office, local hospital POSITIVE TRAITS: independent, kind, intuitive NEGATIVE TRAITS: insecure, anxious, prone to self-pity LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: 2 weeks FACE CLAIM: Ella Purnell
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: sibling death (car accident death), demonic possession/themes of content issues, exorcism/themes of religious trauma, infidelity
Robby grew up knowing she wasn’t the favorite of her family. Even she hadn’t been everything she was and is, she never would have been able to compete with her perfect older sister, Alessandra. Alessandra got straight A’s, captained the field hockey team, had an All-American boyfriend, sat up straight and attentive during mass. And Robby…did her best. She worked hard at school (managing a solid B-average throughout), had her own little clutch of friends, and… Mass was hard. You try being not quite straight and not quite cis in a strict Roman Catholic family. Not that she ever told her parents any of that, but it always seemed like they…knew. At least, it felt like they did, to Robby.
Despite the tension of Ally’s perfection, the girls were close. There was only a little over a year between them and among Ally’s picture-perfect everything else, she was a stellar older sister. She included Robby, helped with her homework, leant her clothes. Through it all, despite how different they were, Robby and Ally remained best friends, thick as thieves. Robby followed her to the nearby state university after graduating. Ally settled down just outside of their hometown, Robby continued on at the university for her masters. Ally married that All-American boyfriend and had a baby girl of her own, Robby got a job, to her parents’ bemusement, as a medical examiner’s assistant.
And when it happened, it was just one of those awful tragedies. No rhyme or reason. One minute Ally was driving from work to daycare to pick up that little girl of hers, and the next, she was dead. Robby stepped up as best she could, as much as she knew how, for her niece and brother-in-law and parents. But she had her own mourning to contend with – her own grief and insecurity and anxiety. That’s when her demon found her.
They’ll tell you that most possessed humans don’t remember their possessions, unless the demon wants them too. Well, Robby’s demon must have wanted her to. She remembers every second of her possession: all the terrible pain, every awful thing the demon did wearing her face. At first, no one in her life noticed anything amiss, and Robby despaired (Did they really all think her so horrible?) And when they did realize, her parents simply wanted to disown her, cut her off from them forever. Until the demon went for one last trick: sleeping with her sister’s widowed husband.
Whether the man was sick with grief or had been a creep all along, Robby will never know. All she does know is that after, he confessed his sins and claimed he had been tempted by a demon seductress. Usually that line is just a coward’s excuse. In this case, though, it was the truth. Her parents, in their holy fervor, believed him and sought the Church’s permission for an exorcism.
And just like that, Robby was back to herself. Mostly. There was so much to sift through and process: still the death of her sister, all that her body had been used for, for nearly a year, and her own insecurities about how exactly a demon was able to breach her. That sort of thing would have never happened to Ally. She ended up staying in a psychiatric ward for a few months, attempting to reckon with all that had happened. It was the first time she received mental health from someone who wasn’t faith-based and it helped (Even if they didn’t believe her about the demon. They believed that she believed it.)
She was released and was looking forward to just moving on with her life. But her family couldn’t. Her parents and brother-in-law were, to put it frankly, incredibly uncool about it all. Robby couldn’t be sure which they were more upset about, the demonic possession or the stay in the mental hospital. Either way, they told her they thought it would be best if she didn’t see her niece anymore. Robby didn’t see any reason to stay around them, then. She planned and prepared and, soon enough, picked up and left.
She isn’t sure how she came to find Raven’s Peak, really. Maybe it found her. Maybe it felt her reaching out for answers about that possession, what it meant for her, why she sometimes thinks she can still feel it whispering from her ribcage.
QUICK FACTS
Prefers to go by Robby, but if you get very close to her she may reveal that her childhood nickname was Birdy.
When speaking to her, you may detect a slight New Jersey accent.
Robby has been experiencing “flashbacks” since being released from the psychiatric hospital. She isn’t sure if this is a trauma response or some leftover bit of the demon, festering inside her.
While she is obviously aware that demons exist, Robby has little knowledge of other supernatural beings. Though, she does have a sense that there is more. After all, if demons are real, what else could be?

your life, and of your father, and their father have been laid out before you were out of the womb, knew how to walk or talk or truth grasp what you are
your family, your line, has come from decades, perhaps even centuries of strong marriages and the children from those marriages
you grew up outside of the four walls of your families’ home and while you have no siblings you were never without friends with how outgoing and charming you are. you make everyone feel as though they belong, and seeing the pack your father is the alpha of, it's no surprise to anyone that you would give anyone the shirt off of your back
though you were strong, your father would not name you his heir so easily. it was a long battle, from the moment you understood what you are until the moment of their dying breath you are proving not only to yourself but to the pack you are worthy of being the next alpha. the tasks had to do with character building, the ability to have grit and emotional intelligence of all of those around you
when you weren’t in the middle of alpha training you were the normal jock at school, football, baseball and basketball were your sports, and you even tried track and while it wasn’t truly for you, for the hell of it and when you could you trained with them, just to up your endurance and stamina
another hobby that, thankfully, turned into your career was tinkering and working on cars, or well anything with an engine. from the moment you understood you always loved taking toys apart and putting them back together, and somehow making them even better than they were the first time.
the death of your father hit you hard, but thankfully on their dying breath they named you heir. and everyday you hope you make them proud.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Reagan, we’re excited to have you! Emel Aytek (Witch, Neslihan Atagül) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.

NAME: Reagan PRONOUNS: they / them AGE: twenty3 TIMEZONE: EST TRIGGERS: n/a
IN CHARACTER
FULL NAME: Emel Aytek SPECIES: Witch ( covenless ) AGE: Twenty-nine DATE OF BIRTH: January 21st GENDER IDENTITY: cis woman, she/her NEIGHBORHOOD: Downtown OCCUPATION: Emergency Medicine Resident WORKPLACE:  Raven’s Peak General Hospital POSITIVE TRAITS: empathetic, observant, kind-hearted NEGATIVE TRAITS: disconcerting, guileful, unforgiving LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: Four years, claims she’s allegedly leaving once she’s done with her residency. FACE CLAIM: Neslihan Atagül.
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: familial death, implied torture, implied gore, implied abuse, orphanage cw, gun cw. It had been the smell of smoke that had awoken her. There had been no screams to be heard from her mother and father, a floor below, nor from her sister, who was two rooms away and would have normally been wide awake at even the hint of danger. The curiosity of a seven-year-old had outweighed the survival instinct that screamed for her to run, to escape from the danger that surely awaited her if she ventured further into the house. And while the danger had left before they could discover the final Aytek witch, the image of her parents and sister’s mutilated corpses, burning in a pile outside their family home, would remain etched in every recess of her mind until the end of her days.
'How could they have missed me?' She had wondered for so long, too long. 'How did they not find me?'
How would one expect a child to be locked away in the attic to sleep? The cruel do not expect those perceived as good to be just as cruel, sometimes.
Or maybe she was just lucky.
Emel had been performing this intricate dance with death for longer than she could remember; every move, purposeful, every step taken with the most precision, the cold embrace of the reaper following along gracefully, patiently waiting for the misstep that would be her end ( because even the most cunning cannot escape him forever ).
Eight is too old to train into the obedient child that adoptive parents in America search for, or at least that was the conclusion that Emel had drawn after a year spent watching infants and toddlers get picked up from the orphanage, while the group of children and teenagers slowly grew, taking up space quicker than they gained it. By the time she was a teenager, she shared a room with eleven other girls, varying in ages from three to seventeen, across the hall from a room of fourteen boys. They were something like a family, and the loneliness that had burned within her for years became a little more dull over time.
When she was a teenager, freshly thirteen, the second dance occurred.
It happened fast, too fast. Emel hadn't even heard what the man had shouted at the caretaker, only saw the woman drop to her knees and clasp her hands together, begging for forgiveness at the sight of the weapon in his hand. The man had been so incredibly angry that upon feeling the strength of his fury, the young empath had nearly blacked out, completely unprepared to handle that level of emotion. The last thing she could remember was the gun he’d been waving around with no regard for its direction had finally stopped to point at one of the younger girls, only for a moment, but it had been enough for an instinct Emel was not aware she even had to take over.
She awoke in the hospital, memories of screams that were not hers echoing in her mind and what looked like smudged charcoal on her fingertips. 'You saved lives today, kid.' The doctor had said firmly, a knowing look in her eyes as she looked at the young girl. Of this, Emel would be forever unsure.
When she returned to the orphanage, no other children could look her in the eye, and some even ran away if she drew too near. In a shaky voice, the curator thanked her at one point, though it had not been gratitude that shone in her eyes, but fear. The family that had begun to form, broken again. The dance against death had been won, but who was to say it would not be loneliness that would kill her?
Emel knew then that she was cursed ( so close to the truth, too close ). The life of a witch would never be an easy one, this she had known for too long, but it was the dark discoloration at the end of her fingers that had never faded that made her sure of this; darkness would do its best to use her if it could, but this did not mean she should let it.
Gloves became a staple of her wardrobe, after too many raised eyebrows and dark knowing glances were sent her way. Her mother's old grimoire, corners blackened and several pages lost but still held together by the leather binding that was older than Emel knew, served as the only tool she had to learn control. There were too many mistakes along the way and too many paths taken that had been near unsurpassable, and yet the empath continued with her careful dance with discipline like no other; she could turn the pain into something beautiful and rewrite a haunting past into motivation for a better future. While darkness could easily wield her hands for her should she lose control, Emel was determined not to let that be the only thing her hands could be good far; luckily, pain and a haunting past make for an astounding med school admissions essay.
When her residency placement brought her across the country to Raven’s Peak, she’d thought nothing of it; working in a small town had always been the plan, the safest plan. Upon arriving in the town, her feelings changed into a deep apprehension that nagged her daily. The presence of other witches was an unfamiliar feeling that filled her with hope and dread. Being a medical resident has given Emel the excuse over the years to keep a low profile and cultivate a reclusive persona that she’s convinced she must create. Still, the longer she stays in the town that is beginning to feel like home, the more she yearns for a coven, a home with a family of witches Emel should have had, that she deserved.
With the beginning of her last year of residency, the decision to leave or remain in Raven’s Peak draws ever closer, while the answer becomes increasingly unclear.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Kaycee, we’re excited to have you! Baylie Quinn Boudreaux Ryan (Human, Alexandra Daddario ) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.
NAME: Kaycee  PRONOUNS: AGE: must be 21+TIMEZONE: TRIGGERS: triggers will be added to the trigger list
IN CHARACTER
FULL NAME: Baylie Quinn Boudreaux Ryan  SPECIES: Human AGE: 39 DATE OF BIRTH: 1/17/85 GENDER IDENTITY: Female  NEIGHBORHOOD: Hidden Hills OCCUPATION: Vet  WORKPLACE: Friendly Paws  POSITIVE TRAITS: Loving, Generous, Intelligent NEGATIVE TRAITS: Irrational, Guarded, Abrasive  LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: A week FACE CLAIM: Alexandra Daddario
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: Parental Alienation
Baylie was born to two parents who couldn’t stand to be in the same room. She was always closer to her father. Maybe that’s why her mom couldn’t stand her half of the time. She couldn’t remember once her mom giving her any kind of love. Even though she was closer to her father, he expected a lot of her, even at a young age.
She spent most of her time pretending she was in a fairytale with two loving parents who doted over her. When her baby brother was born, she doted on him every moment she got. She told him about being a prince and pretended that he was her living doll. She loved Micah more than anything in the world and vowed to protect her brother. Even as they got older, she tried her best to protect him.
At the age of fourteen, her parents finally divorced. She went to go live with her dad, and Micah went to go live with her mom. She protested, wanting to stay with Micah, but her dad said no, and her mom didn’t care about her preference. She asked her dad to let her brother visit, but he quickly refused. She wrote to Micah constantly, telling him all about her life, her friends, and the boys she was dating.
Her dad continued to expect way too much for her. He didn’t care about emotions, anything besides perfection was a sign of weakness. She buried herself in school and sports. Even outside of school, she went out to parties, anything to not have to spend time with her dad. She started to resent her dad. Why did she care so much about her, but not about her brother?
When she was eighteen, she went to college, starting her new life with the intent of becoming a veterinarian. It was one way to upset her father while still getting a good-paying job. While she was there, she met Ethan Ryan, who she ended up dating throughout university. At the age of 21, her father had passed away. She ended up going back home, having to go through his things, and plan his funeral. She tried to reach out to her mom and Micah. She hadn’t stopped writing the letters to him, but this time she made sure to address it to her mom as well. She never heard back. She figured, like her, they wanted nothing to do with him. But, it still stung they didn’t want anything to do with her either. That same year the letters came back stating return to sender. Baylie grew worried that something happened to Micah and attempted to reach out to her mom. She heard nothing back and started to look into it. She had little money at the time to do anything else, but she could still do something.
As the years went by, she graduated from school and got a job. She married Ethan, taking his last name. A few years later, they welcomed a baby boy and named him Kian Micah Ryan. As she earned more money, she could look into her brothers passing more, but never could find him. She almost did once, when his girlfriend and baby passed away, but she lost him soon after that.
She had the perfect life, but one thing was missing. Her life came to a crashing halt when she found out Ethan was sleeping with someone else. Her heart was broken, but she held it together for Kian. She divorced Ethan and begged for him to stay involved with Kian’s life. He didn’t seem to have any desire to. Instead of picking up her life, she packed it up and moved away with Kian wanting to start over in a new place. She was bound and determined to give Kian the childhood she did not have. Even if she was slowly breaking inside.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Rye, we’re excited to have you! Mitchell Bennett (Werewolf, Patrick John Flueger) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.

FULL NAME: Mitchell Dean Bennett SPECIES: Werewolf, Mistborn pack AGE: 35 DATE OF BIRTH: june 15 GENDER IDENTITY: Male NEIGHBORHOOD: OCCUPATION: Fire Captain WORKPLACE: Fire Department POSITIVE TRAITS: protective, adventurous, caring NEGATIVE TRAITS: impulsive, reckless, hotheaded LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: 16 years FACE CLAIM: Patrick John Flueger
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: car accident
Mitchell Bennett was a force to be reckoned with. He was a fighter. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, Mitchell was given everything he could ever want. He had a twin brother, but the pair were never treated as one entity. Each were given the freedom to explore themselves, to explore the world. Safety baring of course.
The Bennett family had a long legacy within the human community for their gifts to the world, their charities, their work.
Behind closed doors, the Bennett’s held a large secret. Being a werewolf was no easy feat, and neither was hiding it. They had a couple homes they split their time between, but one included a cabin out in Raven’s Peak. It was a place they could just exist, get away from the city. It was a place to keep the kids at bay.
Mitchell had grown close to his wolf half quickly. While he enjoyed the hustle and bustle of city life, nothing felt like home more than the cabin. He used the woods to explore, to connect to his other half that he had spent his whole life trying to hide. At 18, he was going to road trip out to the cabin when he got into a car accident. He couldn’t remember anything for a while. Left with scars, marks, cuts, bruises, broken bones, Mitchell was said he’d be in the hospital for a while. Most of him healed fairly quickly due to his genes, but it wasn’t enough to save his kidney. Damaged in the wreck, he managed to lose the organ early on before his body could start to heal itself.
He remained home for another year before venturing back to Raven’s Peak, but this time for good. He packed his bags and drove his truck out, this time a bit more cautiously. Since then, he’s made himself a home. Mitchell takes care of his body better, his lifestyle. He was trying to stay out of trouble. The Bennett boys had always been a bit impulsive.
Mitchell found a school to become an EMT. Working closely with the fire department he decided to continue his education so he could become a firefighter. Now days, he’s worked his way up the ladder to becoming Raven’s Peak’s fire captain. He takes his job with pride.
He’s still working on himself every day. He’s a sweet man, though loud and outspoken. Mitchell will dive head first into most things without thinking. He knows how to weigh his risks, he just doesn’t always listen to them. When it comes to friends and family, there’s nobody more loyal to his pack.

BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: anxiety tw, neglect tw, abuse tw, parental death tw
you have no memory of your mother, but you are always told that you have her smile. you often wonder if that is why your father cannot look at you, as if gazing into your face reminded him too much of the person he lost, and perhaps even of why she was gone -- your fault, he liked to remind you.
your mother never lived to see you. she never lived to get the chance to hold you in her arms. her life was traded for yours that day, leaving you behind with your father. his responsibility now. you are often told that it was the thing that changed your father. you are often reminded that “ he never used to be this way ” as if that reminder did anything besides make you feel worse. you were told that "he was a good man. a happy man". yet you have never met that version, only knowing growing up with an angry man in your home, one who always resented you for simply existing.
as you grew up one thing was always made abundantly clear - you were not the child he wanted. not at the cost of his wife. it was as though you were set up from the start to never be enough for him simply because she did not make it because of your birth. despite knowing that your mere existence was enough for him to never be happy, you still did everything you could to try and be the child he wanted. though it was never enough.
and that led you to having to mature rather quickly, learning to take care of yourself knowing that it was up to you to do so. your father was simply unable and unwilling to truly provide for you. but that also led to the intense anxiety you feel most times. you always feel on edge, always waiting for the other shoe to drop, always waiting to be scolded or reprimanded. you hardly feel comfortable in social situations, never able to quite feel right in your skin.
most of your time as a child was spent trying to get out of his hair, trying to avoid whatever spew of anger would be directed at you that day. and most of the time that resulted in you either locking yourself away in your room surrounded by books -- an escape for you.
this is where your love of writing and reading came from - an outlet to express yourself and your creativity. an escape. and that love for it never died, carrying through your teenage and then young adult years.
it lead to you leaving home and starting a life for yourself for the first time, getting your masters in literature. you are a small but growing author, with your murder mystery series having a niche following that grows more and more each year.
recently you moved to raven's peak in hopes of getting some inspiration for your current book you are writing, the most recent in your series.
you work at the book shelf as an employee there as well in the meantime as writing books is not nearly profitable for you yet to become your only full time gig, but you hope that will be the case soon.
your transformation to a werewolf is extremely recent as it was not something you were born with. it is something you are still just figuring out and trying to understand.

BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: death, homophobia, plane crash
Amadeus was born and raised in Rome by two Latino parents. He had never lived anywhere else and had only visited other places.
His relationship with his parents was good, they were very loving and supportive. They would rip the head off anyone who dared to do anything against their children.
When he was a kid, he met a girl called Lennon, she was a few years younger than him, but they quickly became friends, attached at the hip. They were always together. She wasn't his only friend, but he wasn't as close to the others as he was to her.
He had a younger brother, who was bisexual and ended up suffering a lot of prejudice, from their own family, except their parents. It was why they cut off any ties they had with them. It ended up just being them against the world.
A few years in the future, unfortunately, his whole family ended up dying in a plane crash. He was the only one who survived, as he was the only one who didn't go on the trip, since he was in the middle of an exam week. They almost canceled the trip, but Amadeus insisted they would go without him. He still doesn't understand why the universe decided to only save him from that fate.
He was devastated, the only biological family he still had a connection with, was gone. Luckily he had Lennon, who helped him go through that tough time, she was all he had left.
When she told him that she would move away, he asked her if she would let him go with him right away. He didn't have anything in Rome that would keep him there, there was no reason to stay in that place. It was why he went with her.
At the time he as a firefighter, and he managed to get a transference to the new town.
Everything seemed to be going well, until he got into a motorcycle accident, and nearly died. It was almost like the universe decided against letting him live, almost like it changed its mind.
He stayed a while in a coma, but the doctors knew already that he wouldn't survive, so Lennon had no choice, she either let him die or turned him into what she was. She knew which choice he would want her to make, so she did it, she turned him.
Now, it has been a few months since he was tuned, and he is trying to figure out how this new life will be.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Kaycee, we’re excited to have you! Maeve (Fae, Gina Rodriguez) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.

FULL NAME: Maeve SPECIES: Fairy  AGE: Very old  DATE OF BIRTH: Born in the spring GENDER IDENTITY: Female  NEIGHBORHOOD: Blue Horizon Marina  OCCUPATION: Florist  WORKPLACE: Eternal Petals  POSITIVE TRAITS: Passionate, Empathy, Honest   NEGATIVE TRAITS: Naive, Ignorant, Compulsive  LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: A few months  FACE CLAIM: Gina Rodriguez
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: Parental Death
As far back as she could remember Maeve enjoyed going to the human world. She found humans fascinating and silly. Her mother used to bring her with her when she was younger. Her mom showed her how to use her magic for good, giving the humans crops, and filling their lakes and rivers with water. Maeve enjoyed spending time with her mother, and the close bond that they built, she also enjoyed watching the humans enjoy the gifts she and her mother gave them.
One day, she wasn’t able to go on a trip with her mother, she waited for her on a lily-pad waiting for her to come back. The next day she was sat down and told that her mother had been killed. Her father blamed the humans and banned any travel to the human world. She had to grieve two losses, her mom, and the world that she enjoyed so much. She didn’t believe that humans could be so cruel. She fought with her father begging for a chance to go back, to prove him wrong, that humans were not to be blamed for her mother's death. Instead, her father showed her the darker side of humans, and how cruel they could be.
Maeve was saddened by the things that she had been shown, the evils of the human world. She didn’t understand with all the magic that they were offered they could be so evil. She knew deep down in her heart that they could be shown to be good, and shown the goodness of the world, it would be what her mother would’ve wanted.  Some could be blamed for her mother's death, but not all of them.
When a mysterious fog came over her kingdom, she heard a song calling out to her, despite her better judgment, and against her fathers wishes she followed the song, hoping that she could still do some good, somewhere.

BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: Parental abuse, violence, blood
"If you think my wrath is excessive, you misunderstand my intentions."
More than a thousand years ago, a mysterious family arrived in Raven’s Peak, seeking refuge from the prying eyes of their past. Their magical abilities seemed almost divine—a testament to their piety and connection to the earth. It wasn’t long before the Morgraves emerged as one of the city’s eminent covens, gaining the admiration of the townspeople and the respect of those who governed them.
William’s arrival was a stain on their prestigious bloodline. His mother’s affair forced the Morgrave patriarch to sever all ties to their homeland, and he loathed the product of her betrayal. As the years unfolded and the family’s influence expanded, William became a vessel for his step-father’s thinly veiled ire. The witch poured his bitterness into a neglect that cut deeper than any blade, refusing to justify his selective cruelty. Consumed by shame, William’s mother watched in silence as her youngest son’s soul was beaten into something fearful and calloused.
Growing up, William’s relationships with his older siblings were fraught with tension. Noah, the eldest, seemed to carry the family’s expectations with ease, embodying the role of the dutiful son. Joanne tried to shield William from their father, but her well-meaning attempts only deepened his punishments. Victor was an arrogant but devout believer who watched over the family with an unwavering gaze, leaving William feeling perpetually scrutinised. Elizabeth, however, was different. Fiercely protective of his sister, he cherished her kindness but feared that glimpse of his inner torment would drive her away. William withdrew from them often, roaming the outskirts of Raven’s Peak to practise magic in solitude.
When discord rippled through the covens tasked with guarding the stone, William observed the escalating conflict with calculated detachment. That was until Victor presented a daring solution: split the relic’s power. Though wary of his brother’s fervent zeal, William soon felt the dark tide of vengeance swell within him. It was a force he was more than willing to claim, but fracturing the harmony of the natural world came at a price.
After the ritual failed, William woke with a searing fire in his throat. He clawed at his skin, nails sinking deep into flesh that healed as quickly as he tore. It was a brutal initiation into his new existence as a vampire, but that day marked the end of decades of torment; never again would he be the bastard at the mercy of his parents’ machinations.
William travelled to the furthest corners of the world, indulging every instinct that beckoned him. He witnessed great monuments rise and feasted on history’s most extraordinary men. With his humanity locked away, power and control became his greatest motivators. Yet, as the centuries dissolved in a blood-soaked haze, lustful encounters and gluttonous killing sprees no longer quelled his feelings of aloneness.
No matter how many new vampires he sired, William never lost sight of his siblings. His fierce loyalty was a double-edged sword—he stood by them when the world was against them, yet his volatile nature strained their relationships. This unyielding need for control made him an unpredictable and sometimes isolating force, as much a tyrant as a protector.
For centuries, William reveled in the chaos of his unchecked power. Yet, in the rare, quiet moments, their faces—Noah’s resolve, Jo's compassion, Victor's guilt, Liz's love—haunted him. Flipping his humanity back on was no grand gesture of redemption; it was a reluctant surrender to the faint hope that the fractured bonds of his family might be mended.
When whispers of their gathering reached him, it rekindled another ambition. The curse that bound William chafed, taunting him with the limits of his vampiric nature. After a millennium, could reuniting in their ancestral home be the key to restoring his power? For the rest of the supernaturals in Raven’s Peak, two choices remained: bend the knee or be cut at it.

BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING: Death, War, Child Abuse, Manipulation, Kidnapping, Xenophobia, Rape
His conception was cruel, a man with too much money and power wanting for a maid with hair red like fire, who took what he wanted with little regard for anyone else. Oisin was born small, on the cold stone floors of a kitchen after the poor girl, Aoife, had tried for so long to hide her problem from others. Oh, but she loved her son, with his pale eyes and soft light hair atop his head and did everything she could to keep him with her. But, Aoife was unmarried, and the shame brought on her and the family proved too much to bear – Oisin was 5 when she kissed him goodbye at the train station and leapt to her death. This left the child with the only relative that would take him on; Lord Byron, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury.
Immediately, the only tenuous connection Oisin had to his Irish roots was taken from him, being renamed Alexander. Lord Byron’s distaste for his bastard son was immediate, believing the boy stupid and undisciplined thanks to the tainted blood that ran through his veins. Alexander was sent to a boarding school the moment he was old enough and only cried once – once was all it took for the boy to be branded a nancy and beaten once word got back to his father. He learned to never cry again. Even Alexander’s older half-brother didn’t spare him, making sure that his life was hell. As Alexander grew, so did his coldness and cruelty, hardened his experiences amongst peers and from his family. He honed his body and mind sharply, ready for any verbal attacks that came from the grinning mouths of his peers. Alexander would never need to carry on the Byron legacy, being a second son, and set his sights on Oxford or Cambridge for further education, unlike his elder brother who had eyes only for the British Armed Forces, obsessed with exploring the colonies and the Byron’s heritage as generals in all the great wars.
University saw Alexander gain a sense of freedom, however small, from the world in which he had changed himself to fit their mold. Friends were few and far between, the loneliness that haunted so much of his youth never fully dissipating as he struggled to trust people. It seemed that only as the son of the Earl of Shrewsbury did he gain a shred of respect, even if older men would gleefully point out that he was just as bastard, and therefore worth very little. It could be worse, they said, he could’ve been born a girl. Still, he studied hard, and out of it came the opportunity to cross the pond and work at Harvard teaching the classics. It seemed that he finally began to find his footing in life. The year was 1939. A few weeks later, Germany invaded Poland.
While Alexander’s older brother was immediately ‘promoted’ to general, Lord Byron didn’t extend such a safety net to his youngest. War was hell. It was worse than hell, for nothing in man’s imagination could conjure up such horrid images, living in the trenches of Normandy and beyond for years. Finally, it was time for Alexander’s regiment to go over the top into no-man’s land. Death came swift in that thick fog, body riddled with bullets and left to sink and rot in the mud like so many. Things lurked around that bog though, opportune hunters who’d been forced from their homes and hideaways in cities and country towns by the bombs - vampires. As Alexander began to succumb to the tempting lull of a fatal end, fire exploded from his neck and he gasped; “I wish not to die”. He never knew why the creature took pity on him, for an eternity later his eyes fluttered open on a pallet of dead bodies, the lucky few who were going to be boxed up and taken back to England.
The moment Alexander Byron awoke on home shores, he broke out of the wretched and crude coffin and made his way back to his father’s ancestral home. Climbing through rubble and moving only by night, the vampire eventually returned, much to everyone’s shock - reports of Alexander’s death had already reached them, as well as those concerning the death of his elder brother. When such information was relayed to him by Lord Byron, in the man's study, over a glass of scotch, it became clear what must happen next. The household awoke to a sum of money each, for they had all been fired - as per the new Earl of Shrewsbury, Lord Alexander Byron, father dead in his bed by no apparent cause other than natural ones. Thus, well into the 50s and 60s, Alexander commanded his estate from the grand halls of his manor, taking a few guests and learning how best to be a vampire without raising suspicion. It proved difficult though, Alexander gained a single friend throughout this. A witch from the local village, who came to stay within Shrewsbury manor and in time, gained Alex’s trust. From this flowered a mutual love between the two, Alexander taking the witch as a pseudo bride. A life filled with inopportune tragedy cannot stop once happiness is achieved, as word reached the local parish about the current Lord Byron’s affliction. Raising a gang of locals, they condemned the monster living inside and put the place to the torch while the vampire was away on business, returning to a decimated estate and a single skeleton within the rubble. Alexander raised the countryside in a manner most foul, whatever part of his shielded heart that had opened broke off and scabbed over, never to reopen again.
Thus, he moved across the pond. Humans became food, other vampires careful allies, people Alexander deemed special worthy of immortality. Money was easy to come by, as was a beautiful house, and one day he found a young woman sitting, staring at the stars. Alexander offered her the greatest gift of all - to live forever, while those around her withered and died. A chance to live a better life, honeyed words of all her dreams coming true in due time and yet, despite all that, she turned him down. Such a rejection stung, and firmly put the woman in the category of cattle. Thus, Alexander kept her, Talia, by his side always, a meal ticket for himself and others if they wished to partake. He thought it would be safe one evening, to take a trip and leave her home, to visit a journalist who’d been sniffing around a missing persons case that involved far too many sightings and too many bodies. It was only a short time away, he had left the young woman many times before but she had always been there once he returned. Now? The house stood empty, in disrepair. Alexander tried to find the woman to no avail, though those that had saved her wanted revenge - it seemed hunters had been looking for the cruel vampire who offered immortality only once, and cruelly dealt with those that denied it. Raven’s Peak was something spoken about in whispers amongst the night community, and Alexander was only too happy to move there if it meant he would be spared a second death, quickly taking up residence within Hidden Hills and gaining a mean reputation.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Caiti, we’re excited to have you! Caryn Alice Moreau (Vampire, Lily Collins) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.

FULL NAME: Caryn Alice Moreau SPECIES: Vampire AGE: 366 (looks 25-30) DATE OF BIRTH: November 1, 1658 GENDER IDENTITY: Female NEIGHBORHOOD: Hidden Hills OCCUPATION: Server WORKPLACE: Nouveau Table POSITIVE TRAITS: loyal, sweet, loving NEGATIVE TRAITS: devious, fanatical, vindictive LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: New arrival FACE CLAIM: Lily Collins
BIOGRAPHY TRIGGER WARNING: death?
Born in 1658, the illegitimate daughter of Charles II of England, Caryn had been named “Catherine FitzCharles”, designating her as a recognized daughter of the king. Should anyone in the modern age ever bother to look up her name, they would find the shortest of entries, one empty of details. Some believe she became a nun and lived to be 101 years of age. Others believe she died in childhood due to the lack of references to her in historical documents.
If only they knew the truth.
Catherine grew up as a royal daughter – with no claim to the throne, but with several agreeable marriage prospects. Perhaps one of her children might one day claim the English crown. Instead, however, she met someone – a man who became a friend and confidante. Using her stipend, she invested in some of his ventures and worked to make sure they were both successful.
In return for her loyalty and hard work, he made her a vampire.
She took on his name, becoming Caryn Moreau, and she remained devoted and loyal to both the one who sired her and the rest of his inner circle. Her upbringing taught her the power of diplomacy and how to hide her iron behind smiles and softness. It made her a very dangerous member of the family, and she willingly stepped into the role of assassin and enforcer whenever it proved necessary. Still, her greatest gifts came from those childhood lessons in the English court; making her one of the most trusted lieutenants of her sire.
Her old lessons in English royalty and nobility came into play when she found herself back in London during the Victorian era.
In pursuit of a vampire who had endangered the Moreau family, Caryn came across another vampire, this one new to the life and with a dark side that needed control. Contacting her family, she received permission to put her hunt on hold to help the newly turned vampire. She helped him find a witch who could create an elixir to contain his dark side as well as showing him how to live amongst humans with his new abilities and hungers.
She hadn’t planned on falling in love.
It hurt – oh, how it hurt – to leave him, but she had a duty to her family, and that loyalty would always come first. So, she picked up the pieces of her broken heart and went back on the hunt, locking away her memories and emotions as she fulfilled her duty. Although she returned to London once she finished her task, she couldn’t find him, and she returned to New Orleans with a heavy heart.
Now, she’s come to Raven’s Peak to join her family and be in a position to protect them.

FULL NAME: Dominic Baudelaire SPECIES: human AGE: 35 DATE OF BIRTH: June 14th, 1989 GENDER IDENTITY: cis man NEIGHBORHOOD: Cherry Heights OCCUPATION: mechanic WORKPLACE: Gearhead Garage POSITIVE TRAITS: caring, hard working, creative NEGATIVE TRAITS: pessimistic, closed off, harsh LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: whole life FACE CLAIM: Aaron Taylor-Johnson
BIOGRAPHY
TRIGGER WARNING:death, murder, pregnancy tw
Life was never made easy for Dominic. With his mother’s way too early passing, he was quickly made to man up and look after his siblings whilst his father became completely useless in his eyes. Maybe, during darker days, he understood his father’s disconnect, but during times when he had to support his siblings – and himself – he couldn’t help but blame Roman for everything they were going through. But Dominic shouldered on, taking on the responsibilities, taking on any part time jobs he could get, doing anything that there would be food on the table and clothes on their shoulders. Not once did Dom get a chance to properly grieve his deceased mother, nor did he get to mourn the hypothetical loss of his father figure. Instead, he got to be an adult before he had a chance to express his own opinion about it.
He had wanted to travel the world. He had wanted to study at the finest universities, achieve so much, but most of it remained a dream. Instead, all Dominic could do was finish high school with moderately decent grades. Picking up random jobs to make ends meet had come with a certain benefit, and after a couple of years of training Dom finally became a mechanic. It was a dirty, but a good job, and after a while, he found himself enjoying it. Fixing things put him at peace, as there was something so peaceful about making sure that things worked.  After he met his future wife and they got married, they saved up enough money to buy a small house in Cherry heights, where he got to work on it and slowly turn it into their dream home. After a little while, Dominic‘s wife fell pregnant with their little girl, and he swore to himself that he would break the cursed family tradition, and be the father he dreamed to have.
Only, he just wasn‘t lucky enough. Just about six months ago he got home after a particularly long work day to find his wife on the floor, with no signs of life. Medics were called, but it was too late; she was pronounced dead, with the cause of death being a heart attack. However, Dominic knew better, immediately growing suspicious. His wife had never shown any signs of heart issues, and his in-laws were certain that did not run in their family. What did run in their family, however, was magic. Dominic was well aware of it, with their daughter exhibiting some of the abilities at her young age, but he worried nevertheless. He worried that he couldn‘t properly support her in the future, and when just a month ago one of his relatives came to him with fears that his wife‘s death was orchestrated, he grew panicked.
Nowadays, he refuses to leave his daughter alone in their house, always making sure that she‘s either with him or with people he trusts. If his wife could be murdered like that in their house, their safe space, what else could happen? He wasn‘t going to risk even for a moment.

Welcome to Raven’s Peak, Em, we’re excited to have you! Rosita Rosales (Witch, Priscilla Quintana) has been accepted. Please be sure to stop by the CHECKLIST for the follow list, tags to track, and other reminders.
IN CHARACTER  FULL NAME: Rosita Rosales SPECIES: Witch AGE: 28 DATE OF BIRTH: November 13 GENDER IDENTITY: Cis-woman (she/her) NEIGHBORHOOD: Blue Horizon Marina OCCUPATION: Doesn’t have a job WORKPLACE: Doesn’t apply POSITIVE TRAITS: Spontaneous, Playful, Resilient NEGATIVE TRAITS: Manipulative, Distrustful, Self-centered LENGTH OF TIME IN RAVEN’S PEAK: 4 years FACE CLAIM: Priscilla Quintana
BIOGRAPHY TRIGGER WARNING: Childhood abuse, abusive relationship, murder, loss
Rosita grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania with her parents and her twin sister, Camila. Her family was different from most, especially because they were witches who had left their coven to live among humans. Her parents never wanted children, a fact they made painfully clear. They saw Rosita and Camila as tools, punishing any imperfection harshly. Love was a foreign concept in her home. Her childhood was isolated. She was stuck at home, doing school and learning magic under her parents’ strict supervision. She had no friends, except for Camila, and they didn’t get along. Her parents made Rosita and Camila compete for their attention, and her sister always won. She excelled at everything and played by the rules, while Rosita was the wild card. Her obsession with the human world grew, perhaps because it was forbidden. She craved what she couldn’t have, using manipulation and magic to her advantage, though she never dared to go against her parents. But the desire to leave and see the world grew within her. When she finally broke free, Rosita was naive, believing the world was hers to conquer. She spent her first decades traveling, meeting new people, and delighting in tricking and manipulating humans. It was a thrilling escape from her sister’s shadow.
Her naivety led her to fall for someone who seemed charming and exciting at first. But it didn’t take long for him to show his true colors, turning out to be just like the others—controlling and manipulative. One night, his anger reached a boiling point, and he tried to hit her. She refused to let anyone treat her like her parents had years ago. Fueled by a mix of rage and desperation, she used her magic instinctively, unleashing a force that ended his life almost instantly. The act of violence marked a turning point, shattering her illusions and pushing her toward a colder, more guarded existence.
Then she met an older man named Eduardo who loved to spoil her. He was different; she actually respected and cared for him. No one understood their marriage. He took her back to Greywood, where she moved in with him. He was very sick and had only a few years left, but she kept him young and alive. When he died, she inherited his house and money. People whispered that she had something to do with his death, that she married him for his money, but she didn’t care enough to explain the truth.
She uses his money to indulge in whatever pleasures she can find, putting on a front that she’s only interested in herself. But deep down, she desperately yearns for someone to show her that the world isn’t as cruel as she’s convinced herself it is.
