"Why does it have to be me?"

"You're kidding, right? Because Munson would literally do anything you ask him to" Steve chuckled.

"That's not true!" you argued.

"Yes, it is" both Steve and Robin said at the same time. "He once picked up your copy of ABBA's new album" Steve reminded you. "And he also rented the Princess Bride when you asked him to."

"But he hates doing the coffee run" you reminded them.

"Yes, that's why you should ask him" Robin smirked, raising her eyebrows.

"Okay, I'll try and ask him but I think it's pointless" you rolled your eyes before you walked over to where Eddie was stacking some of the new movies that came in. "Hi, love" you smiled sweetly at him.

"Hey, sunshine" he smiled a little, looking back at you.

"Do you need any help?" you asked, grabbing some of the movies from him.

"What do you want?" he sighed.

"What?" you asked, pretending to be confused.

"Sweetheart, I know you didn't come here to help me stack the new movies" he smirked. "So, what do you want?"

"Well... we were just thinking... because it's really slow today... if you wouldn't... mind... making a coffee run to the shop across the street?" you asked smiling innocently at him and Eddie let out an exasperated sigh.

"Why does it have to be me? You know I hate going to that coffee shop" he said, glaring a little at you.

"I know, but we have all had our breaks except for you" you explained.

"But nobody's here, you can just go and we'll cover for you" he tried to argue.

"Please, Eds? For me?" you begged.

"No, don't say that!" Eddie complained.

"Why not?" you asked, confused.

"Every time you say 'Please? For me?', you think I'm gonna do whatever you ask. Well, not this time!, princess" he complained, glaring at you a little. But then he saw your bottom lip sticking out as you pouted and you looked up at him with puppy eyes.

"Please, love?" you tried again. "I'll make it up to you" you smirked.

"UUAGHH. Fine!" he gave in, still frowning. But a small smile formed on his lips when you threw yourself at him, wrapping your arms around his neck and peppering him with kisses, making him drop the movies in his hands.

"Thank you so much, Eddie" you said, before you planted a kiss on his lips.

"You're lucky I love you, princess" he smiled before giving you another peck.

"I know, love" you smiled. "I love you too" you said giving him one final kiss before he started making his way out of Family Video.

"Taking my break!" he yelled at Robin and Steve who both quickly pretended they had not just witnessed your entire interaction with him. You picked up the movies Eddie dropped and walked back to them.

"So, you still think you don't have Munson wrapped around your little finger?" Steve said, smirking.

"Shut up, Harrington!" you said before going to the back to get the rest of the movies Eddie needed to stack. It was only about fifteen minutes later before Eddie was back.

"Here Harrington" Eddie said, sighing, handing Steve his coffee.

"Thanks, man" Steve nodded.

"Buckley" he said, giving Robin hers.

"Thanks, Eddie" she said, before she nudged Steve.

"What?"

"What do you mean, what? Pay him" she rolled her eyes.

"Why do I always have to be the one paying?"

"I don't know, Steve. Why am I the funny one? We all have our thing" she said, laughing and Steve rolled his eyes before he paid Eddie for his coffee and Robin's as you came out of the back room.

"Eddie!" you smiled brightly at him, approaching your boyfriend and wrapping your arms around his shoulders. "Hi again, love" you smiled.

"Hey, princess" he said as a smile appeared.

"Dude, I don't think I've ever seen Eddie smiling" Robin frowned.

"I know. I always assumed he had fangs" Steve chuckled.

"Shut up you two, or I'll throw your coffee away" he glared at the two of them before he turned back to you. "I got yours here, sunshine" he said, grabbing a third cup and handing it to you.

"Thank you so much, love" you said, kissing his cheek. "How much do I owe you?"

"Nothing, princess" he said, kissing your forehead. "It's my treat" he smiled at you.

"Thank you, Eddie" you said, kissing his cheek.

"Let me know if they made it right, or I can go back and ask for a new one" he told you as you took a sip.

"It's perfect, love" you insisted.

"Mine kinda needs more sugar, did they give you any?"

"No, sucks to be you, Harrington" he smirked at Steve.

☆ singularity - bts (after having looked up the english translation, he feels a deeper ache when listening to it. he relates deeply to these lyrics, acknowledging that he oftentimes puts others way before himself and, just as in the song, “buries his voice” in fear of rejection. he loves taehyung’s deep vocals and prefers listening while driving because he seeks the vibration of the bass.)

He's the type of guy that writes down every anniversary and has a plan and knows what to say and knows what he wants to do to surprise you but then the week it's there he forgets

And then feels really bad about it because he's a last minute planner

HOWEVER if it's your first Valentine's Day he's stressing for weeks

Never would he have thought he would care about this holiday, and by this much, but he does

He has to ask Freddy where he got his flowers because he's been trying to figure this shit out for ages

he doesn't know what he's doing but he's gonna act like he knows what he's doing

won't ask you directly at first if you want to have a date but instead throw a show for you instead, at his own stage at the golf course

and then after that offer to golf with you

while not directly asking you to be his valentine

But he let's you win a few games too

then coughs grabs the flowers he got for you, along with a plush of himself. And also your own golf club with your favorite colors and his signature on it with a heart, he says its not a heart though it's just a random scribble he did on accident

DON'T LAUGH AT IT he's already not great at this sentimental stuff but he's trying!

wasn't able to get flowers but DOES make some craft flowers for you in one giant bouquet, full of your favorite flowers

and if you give them flowers Sun will keep it in their room, before finally deciding to scrap book them by pressing them forever

and the card they give you is so intricate hand-made card for you too, with glitter and hearts and even paper cut outs that pop out when you open it!

of course sun would have a million scrap books, several all about their favorite and only valentine <3

you both will most likely spend your day in the daycare since they aren't exactly allowed to leave

you both will be making valentine's day themed crafts but also take TONS of pictures for their scrap book (and you can even make your own scrapbook too to take home)

will venture out to the theatre however to put on a few funny shows and even listen to the staff bot, just for sun to complain about how this isn't COMEDY

sun will eventually just take over and make their own show just for YOU and it'll be the funniest shit

will give you the biggest plush they could find of themselves, to then realize there's no valentine's day special edition with the big sizes, so they grab you a second smaller one instead to go along with the big one

🦴 Lucien West (Fortnite) headcanons!

Warnings: none, I think. Might be OOC... Info: These are a little corny and not pieced together as smoothly as I'd wanted... Also they're in college (or just leaving senior year of highschool) here, I'm not sure what canon has confirmed, but I'm comfortable assuming they're at least 18 with the information I do know.

Here's my first official attempt at writing for the first time in several years! I hope it's not too bad, and that you can excuse details I might get totally wrong- Feel free to offer criticism, as long as its productive! 🪶

LUCIEN WHO...

Lucien who’s intimidating until he smiles —

Calculating amber eyes seemingly sizing you up, uncertainty keeping you in place, until his expression spreads into a sincere smile. So warm and genuine you can’t help but return it with one of your own.

Lucien who prefers the outdoors —

Especially when it’s a cool kind of muggy… Where fog just barely dusts the edges of the horizon (as far as you can see, anyways) and a breeze that has you acutely aware of the humidity; lowering the feels-like temp to something more appropriate for the early fall season.

Lucien who always finds a way to include Louie —

Carrying the plush wolf with him on his back, setting it up on the back couch cushions for movie nights, keeping it nearby while he studies to keep himself calm and motivated. Fidgets with the ears if he’s idle too long, restlessness a common occurrence for him. He will lend it to you to help you sleep if you ask, with the addition of himself. He doesn’t sleep without Louie, and Louie doesn’t sleep without him.

Lucien who listens to Weezer —

That’s it, that’s the post. Just kidding… like the rest of the group, he loves his music. And he loves to share it, an ideal hangout would definitely include sharing headphones and just vibing. Maybe surprising to some, but on top of the many, many Starfang concerts he’s attended with his friends, he also enjoys artists like Weezer, Bowling For Soup, and ABBA.

Lucien who tried to learn guitar —

Spent a good few months putting in a genuine effort, but ended up giving the guitar he’d gotten to Helsie. He couldn’t wrap his head around chords and the tab sheets he was practicing from… always had Louie as his audience. Now he’s perfectly content sitting with Helsie while she strums idle patterns over the strings.

Lucien who is a walking heater —

Lucien naturally runs on the warmer side, perfect for clinging to at night, especially in the colder seasons… not so much in the summer, however. This man is the cuddliest ever, and took up eating popsicles in the hopes it’d cool him down enough to continue having you casually wrapped around him in your shared downtime.

Lucien who insists on doing the cooking and snack prep for hangouts —

While Helsie is likely the most qualified for this, being extraordinary in her position as a bobarista, Lucien won’t have it. He says it’s because she shouldn’t have to do more of the same she does for work, but he actually just likes seeing everyone excited for snacks (everyone knows). Pins his hair up in an attempt to keep it out of the food, but… somehow at least one strand always ends up in someone’s share. It’s become a game of sorts, like pulling straws. Victim of Lucien’s hair is exempt from any after-hangout clean up.

Lucien who chit-chats when he can’t sleep —

Everyone has nights where they just can’t seem to get to sleep, and with how restless Lucien can be, it happens more than just occasionally. It’s hard not to notice the way his breathing never evens out as it fans across the back of your neck, and the way he’s fidgeting with the hem of your his shirt. It doesn’t take long after the fidgeting starts for him to offer up quiet conversation.

Lucien who worries —

He cares a lot for his family, for you, and for everyone’s future. Keeps the groups hunting gear properly stored and maintained — with the exception of Joni’s… she’s not comfortable with the idea of swapping her things around. The club trusts each other with their lives, but they still have personal boundaries. Lucien keeps you especially updated on the maintenance that goes into the gear, as well as every safety precaution he could cram into the couple hours you spend brushing up. Stifling at times, but he does mean well.

Lucien who is reserved —

As much time as he spends expressing his concern for the club members, he never seems to give himself that same grace. It doesn’t seem to be out of a lack of respect for himself, but rather an excess amount of respect for his friends. He struggles with the idea of giving anyone else his own burdens, and it takes time to get him to open up about certain things. Be patient with him and he’ll appreciate it.

Barbie as the Island Princess: First Thoughts

Man I know this is only five years from Rapunzel, but they really improved in the cgi! The designs look really pleasant!

Overall, a massive step up from the previous films. The first two were decent flicks, but this one takes time to flesh out each and every character.
