   it was just past three pm when matt sauntered into the living room and told you to get ready for a date. at first you were skeptical, normally matt was spontaneous and just took you out in every day clothes, so telling you to get ready was new.

   "get ready?" you questioned, raising an eyebrow at him from your spot on the couch.

   "yeah, we're going to a fancy dinner, i wanted to surprise you with it." he said, starting to mess with the rings on his fingers, an obvious anxiety tell.

   "how fancy? like slightly more put together fancy or nice dress and heels fancy?" you ask, already beginning to mull over what outfit you'll wear.

   "nice dress and heels fancy, the reservation is at seven so you have plenty of time to get ready” he said, a bright smile now on his face.

you stood from the couch, immediately going to matt and pressing a kiss on his lips. “thanks for this matty, im gonna go shower. i love you” you said, pressing another kiss to his cheek as you practically ran to the bathroom.

matt stood there, a deep blush on face. he never really got embarrassed, but your excitement and words towards him made him want to giggle like a little girl.

matt was banned from his and your shared room while you got ready, since you wanted to surprise him. you even went as far as to make chris come get matts clothes you picked out and lock him in chris’ room.

after you buckled the straps on your heels, you stood and went out of matts room to the floor length mirror in the living room, scanning over your outfit and hair to make sure everything was perfect before letting chris know to bring matt up.

you turned once you heard a door open and quick footsteps coming up the stairs. as matt turned the corner, his eyes immediately locked on you. you made your way over to him, his awestruck expression making you smile.

“hi” you said, wrapping your arms around his neck and his hands immediately landing on your waist. “hi” he said back, eyes trailing over your face and outfit, a slight blush creeping up his neck.

you placed a kiss on his lips before stepping back and doing a small spin, letting matt take in your whole outfit. a silk dress that hugged your waist and hips just right but the skirt flowed just a little, and nice stiletto heels.

“you look beautiful, baby” matt mumbled, still staring at you wide-eyed. “are you sure those heels will be comfortable?” he asked, eyebrows furrowing. he knew you hated wearing high heels because they hurt your feet, and he didnt want you to be in pain just because of his date idea.

“thank you, and yes im sure, i’ll be fine for just dinner” you reassured, stepping forward again to place another kiss on his lips. “now come on, we have a date to go on” you smiled, grabbing his hand to lead back down the stairs to chris’ room to go to the garage.

in your opinion, the date was beyond amazing, but you hadn’t expected to be walking around a little park after. now that you’d been walking for so long, your feet were beginning to ache, making it hard to keep pace with matt.

“ow.. fuck” you mumbled, wincing as you stepped forward, trying to catch up to matt. matt, ever the attentive boyfriend, heard you and immediately stopped and turned around to you. he caught the wince on your face before you could hide it, causing his concern to grow.

“whats wrong? are you hurt?” he asked, taking a step to where you were standing and ushering you towards a bench a couple feet away. you immediately sat down and took off your heels, sighing in relief as the ache faded slightly. matt also began taking off his shoes, refusing to let you walk around in heels that hurt you or barefoot.

you werent paying matt any attention until he slipped his shoes on your feet, tightening the laces so they didn’t slide too much.

“matt-” you began, getting cut off before you could even finish saying his name.

“no, it’s ok. i dont want you to walk around in heels that hurt you, or barefoot, you could step on something sharp.” he said, finishing tying the laces and pressing a kiss to your parted lips.

“now c’mon, we can go back to the car” he said, taking your heels from your hands and helping you stand.

your smile stayed on the rest of the night, even as matt helped you into the car, even as he carried you upstairs after you (dramatically) claimed you were too tired to walk, even as he helped you out of your dress and into comfy clothes, even as he took off your makeup and jewelry, and especially as he held you as you drifted off to sleep.

if you were honest, as head of your cabin, you didn't get many breaks.

as much as you appreciated your role, it could be overwhelming. not only were you responsible for all the kids in your cabin (which was a job within itself), you were also in charge of teaching a variety of lessons to a bunch of other cabins as well. and as nice as it was that the kids at camp admired you, it was a big role that you had to take on pretty young.

it was safe to say you were very busy.

but not on thursdays. thursdays were your absolute favorite day of week, especially since you and luke started dating.

on thursdays, you started the morning like every other: waking up to the sunrise, getting yourself together and ready for the day. following that was getting your sibling out of bed. after cleaning the room and getting ready, you and your siblings walked over to the dining pavilion for breakfast. after, you and luke did cabin inspection whilst everyone went off to their first lessons. of course, it wasnt all buissness, you and luke had to sneak off everyone now and then to fit in a couple of kisses, but what did they expect pairing you two up together?

the rest of the morning was filled with overseeing training, and sparring with your peers. usually you ended up paring with clarisse, who was a capable opponent, or luke, just because he was cute when he was focussed (and hot when he was holding a sword, but you would never admit that).

then came lunch, which was filled with the laughter of your siblings and delicious food. and after that, came your favorite part.

your free time.

the limited free time you got, but it was always so perfect.

sometimes, you and luke would swim in the lake, or sit on the sand at the beach, reading to the other or simply talking. sometimes you would spar (which always ended in heated kisses), and sometimes you would simply walk around camp, hand in hand, visiting your friends.

and sometimes, like right now, you would simply enjoy the rare ocurence of an empty cabin and hours of nothing on the schedule.

so far this afternoon, you and luke had lied on his bed in hermes cabin. you had read aloud the book your currently reading to luke as you layed in his lap, looking up every now and then to catch his expression, his brows scrunched up adorable in concentration. of course, what you didnt know was that as much as he was sure the book you were reading was lovely, he couldnt help but stare at your face, almost as if he was trying to memorize your features. he watched the way your soft, lip gloss coated lips parted to read the words out softly, the way your face lit in confusion or frustration when you stumbled on your words due to your dyslexia, and the slope of your nose as you scrunched it when you read something you didn't like it.

after a while, the two of you decided to discard the book and instead you layed in his arms and hes rubbed patters into the skin of your waist once your shirt rose a bit. for a long time, the two of you sat in silence, soaking up the rare peace, and solace in the others company. you two began talking of your weeks, recalling events and stories that you havent had time to share. once it got a bit later, luke begrudgingly got up to shower. you hummed in agreement with his decision, telling him teasingly that he was smelly, and to that he threw a pillow at you as you giggled wildly.

by the time luke had finished his shower, you were nuzzled up in his blankets, your arms wrapped around a pillow, hugging it close to your chest. luke chuckled fondly at the sight, and leaned over the bed, his wet hair dripping on you.

"wake up, angel" he whispers to you, and your face scrunches up as you lashes flutter open, taking in the appearance of a wet, and half-naked luke, the only thing keeping him decent was a navy blue towel tied around his waist. you let out a tired groan

"sorry, fell 'sleep," you mumble, your hands bracing the mattress behind you to push you up.

luke hummed. "i can see that," he brushed a couple strands of hair away from your face. you smile up at him, trying hard not to blush at his very evident nakedness. "m'sorry, all yours now."

luke continues to try and tame your messy bed-head hair as he chuckles. "sorry for what? falling asleep? i really dont mind, ace." he stands up. "why dont i get you something more comfy to change into? hm?" he asks.

you nod softly. "thats good. thanks babe." you mumble softly, getting to your knees on the bed and sitting up in front of lukes now standing form. you grin teasingly. "maybe you should get some clothes for youself as well? i mean, i certainly dont mind, but if someone walks by and sees you through the window they'd probably file for public indecency"

luke scoffed playfully. "ok, first of all, im not naked. i have a towel on. second, no ones going to walk by, everyones busy right now. and this is my cabin, its not public." he chides, walking away to the dresser on the other end of his bed. you giggle. "my mistake." you joke.

luke discards of his towel and you look away to give him privacy, though you think he probably wouldnt mind if you looked. he puts on a pair of plaid pajama bottoms and leaves himself shirtless, which was dangerous for you oggling eyes to take in, so you simply looked elsewhere. luke tossed you one of his shirts, long enough to reach your mid thigh. you discard of your denim shorts and camp shirt, and decide to take off your bra as well to eliminate all discomfort. you put on lukes shirt, which only left you in that and your panties. you didnt have to look to know luke wasnt watching, because he was ever the gentlemen. you got up to walk over to him, going up on your tippy toes to place a gentle kiss to his lips. "thank you baby." you mumble against him, pecking him one more time.

after some convincing from luke, you agree to skip dinner with him and stay in the cabin, leaving you two at least a few more hours alone. you sit straight up on the bed as luke sits behind you, braiding you hair in two plaits.

"i was talking to clarisse earlier." you inform luke, breaking the comfortable silence. "i think she has a crush on chris."

luke raises his eyebrows. "yeah? thats...wow, i didnt know that."

i giggle. "of course you didnt, dummy. boys are cluless. i know you were before we started dating."

luke lets out a breathy laugh. "ok, thats not fair, you werent obvious at all."

you gasp in fake indignation. "that is so not true! i laid it on you so thick that litterally everyone knew i had a thing for you, except you!"

"whatever," luke grumbles humorously, finishing one side of your hair and starting the other, "tell me more about this clarisse and chris thing."

you explain to luke what your semi-friend (because of course, the daughter of ares would never truly call her a friend) had told you, but made him swear to secrecy. because of course, chris is his brother! he cant tell him of all people!

luke finnishes with braiding you hear and you turn around to straddle his lap, wrapping you arms around his neck. "thank you," you mumble and kiss his cheeks.

he chuckles, his hand immediately finding you waist, looking up at you. "think y'missed." he whispers, looking down at your lips and back up at your eyes with a michevious glint.

you hum in faux confusion. "i dont think i did."

he tilts his head. "yeah? s'that so?"

you bite your lip and nod. "hmm..." he hums, his hands moving downwards to play with the hem of your/his shirt, which had now moved up to your upper thigh. "think we can fix that?" he asks you, nudging his nose with yours.

you nod with a bashful smile, and lean down to connect your lips. luke lets out a sigh of satisfaction, and his hands soon slid up your shirt to grip your bare waist underneath the fabric.

you hum against his lips, tilting your head for a deeper connection. you lose track of time as your lips move harmoniously against each other, your hands playing with the raven hair on his scalp, threading it through your fingers and gripping it when you pleased, every now and then lukes hands slide to squeeze your waist, causing you to melt into his touch and and smile against his lips, teeth clashing uncomfortably yet sweetly.

after a long time, your breaths become short and labored and you pant against his lips, only being able to take in his own air. but even as you strugle to catch your breath, you dont part your lips from his.

luke, as if noticing your struggle, disconnects your lips for a moment. he looks up at you. "ok, angel?" he asks in a mumble, his lips slightly brushing against yours as he speaks from your close proximity.

for a moment your speechless, looking down at him with wonder in your eyes. this, by far, was your favorite of all of lukes looks - lips red, cheeks rosy, hair all tousled - and shirtless, very shirtless.

he tilts his head, a hint of taunt and michief shimmering in his eyes. "hm?"

the rose on your cheeks further as you nod, nudging your nose with his. "mhm."

he chuckles and does the same back. he looks outside and you follow his line of sight, jaw dropping at how dark it became. "think its time for bed, babe" he anounces, turning back to you as you pout.

"nooo, please, cant i stay longer?" you ask beggingly, your hands resting on his shoulder.

one of his hands comes up to cups your cheek. "i wish, angel, but my siblings are going to be back soon."

you groan. "they dont care! they never do!"

he sighs. "yeah, but last time travis threatened to tell chiron since we were making too much noise."

"well this time we wont," you anounce firmly.

lukes chuckles, brushing hair out of you face fondly. "angel, we both know that isnt true."

you sigh softly, knowing hes right and agree to going back to your own cabin. you both get properly dressed, and luke walks you back, making it apparent you two wrapped things up at the perfect time as your run into some campers departing from the campfire to go to bed. you leaves a few sweet pecks on lukes lips as you try to go into your cabin, but he pulls you back, both hands cupping your face as he kisses through your giggles. leaving one last remaining kiss, he whispers goodnight against your lips as he walks away, a tooth aching smile painted on your face.

In addition to being popular, you also knew most of everyone. You didnt have to be friends in any case, but you were able to hold friendly conversation with whoever you pleased

Its not like you had something against him, you just felt a little flustered under his presence. The way he looks down at you with a small smile, ready to engage with any of your shenanigans

Many adored your height difference, calling the two of you cute but you always brushed it off, a little too harshly that it made sungchan frown

Did you not like him? Were you very uncomfortable or something? And the way you kinda avoided him, your sentences cut short while looking anywhere else but him. He took the hint, silently leaving you to talk to your friends

You were so busy trying to keep your heart steady that you didnt notice your actions, everyone but you in the room able to cut the tension with a knife

And when you learnt how he felt from your friends you felt awful, trying to find ways to revive the friendship, but feeling as though it was too late

"Oh.. hey!" He smiles and it feels like your heart is about to beat out your chest, your make up doing an awful job at concealing your blush. A boyish smile on his face tells you that he wasnt mad at you in any way. He did kinda like you after all

Before sungchan could get another word you, your called to the stage, sending a little nod at him since you were slightly nervous, but very excited. 

After greeting your guests and learning that the group you were interviewing was NCT dream, recording go on smoothly. There were times where sungchan would add some jokes to lighten the mood, his smile shining bright as you felt your lips curve up too. He was contagious, yet you never wanted to leave

Sungchan makes another joke and you share a laugh, your eyes lingering onto each other for a little too long when one of the members notice, a small smirk on their faces. "You know, youre very cute together." The member, haechan begins. "And wearing matching shoes too? This much be on purpose."

A slap lands on his chest from mark as he quietly laughs, watching the two of you blank out, your cheeks red with slightly widen eyes. "Oh well-" "uhm.."

"Oh my god, you're so cute!!" He laughs again, earning another smack on his chest. "Next question!" Renjun says, taking your attention away from your beating hearts

You weren't dating sungchan, but you wouldnt mind it. Late night drives with him, his arm around your shoulder as he gives you a kiss on the cheek. Stop thinking like that, you needed to focus. As you read another line, you notice sungchan steal a small glance at you, his head dropping as he tries to hide his growing smile

"Pretty." You hear him mutter, a stutter in your line in response. He didnt call you pretty, youre just being delusional. Focus!!

But little did you know, he did mutter the word pretty, his heart thumping as he steals another glance at you. You were just so effortlessly beautiful, with or without make up. How??

The rest of the recordings happen in a flash, waving at the group of 7 goodbye before leaving the set to collect your things. "Good job out there." Sungchan says, a sideways grin on his face as he tosses his bag over his shoulder

"Yeah, you too." You smile back, letting your hair out of a ponytail

"Nice shoes." He adds, a little smirk on his face before it turns into a laugh when you roll your eyes. "Yeah, i like your shoes too." You share a laugh

"Hey i um.. i know a place where more shoes like these are made." He says, pointing at your shoe then looking up at you. "If.. you'd like to come with me." He shyly suggests

"Like a date?" You watch as sungchans eyes widen, a bashful smile on his face as he shrugs. "If you want to.."

"I'd love too." You state with a smile, sungchan returning it. "5 pm, tomorrow?" He askes.

Who knew that renowned bad boy Sunghoon was just a softie at heart? The one that everyone felt intimidated by was such a gentleman.

Or maybe it was just the girlfriend privilege, his friends constantly talking about how they've never seen him smile so bright.

Yeah, girlfriend. After that embarrassing moment you shared with Sunghoon, he had taken you out on a date as promised. Of all the places you thought he would take you, it was an amusement park. Kinda cliché but you liked how he had went out of his comfort zone to entertain you.

Like for starters, he revealed he doesnt usually go to the amusement park asides from the times his sister drags him there (which is so cute). And second, he did not take his bike because he saw you were wearing a skirt (again?). He would've made you wear his jacket around your waist for safety, but he didnt want to make you uncomfortable.

Which is ironic considering you are obsessed with his bike, maybe not how fast it is (it makes you feel sick). But after you two started dating, Sunghoon was complaining non stop about how you love his bike more than him, or even that you liked him only because of the bike (deal with it, its not her fault boys with bikes are sexy).

Your relationship with Sunghoon consisted mostly of bickering considering the fact than you two are completely opposite, and when you stop bickering he's flirting with you till you feel like your face will actually explode.

But there are times when you two are just silent, lying in each others arms in the dark, talking about your insecurities or fears. You loved how with you Sunghoon was just so gentle, no matter how much you annoy him, he's still gentle to you.

Sunghoon was just like that, big and dark when you dont know him. He seems intimidating, like the kind who will judge you for no reason. But he was just a big baby, your baby as he likes to say.

And although your parents knew about you dating and approved of it, yet Sunghoon still chose to sneak into your room through the window.

Sunghoon climbed up whenever he missed you, even in the middle of the night. And he could come throught the front door like civilized people do, but no there was just something about how you nagged him about how dangerous it is, and how pouty you get when you pretend to be angry. 

Sunghoon had never in his lifetime thought that he would be this whipped for anyone. But he can't help it, you just looked so cute no matter what you did. 

He was again here, knocking on your window, and you opened it again. But this time instead of nagging him, you pulled him instead excitedly, nearly squeezing the life out of him as you hugged him. 

Ofcourse you would be excited, why wouldn't you be? Your boyfriend was back from a week long trip with his family, he had just landed and decided to surprise you as soon as possible. 

Just three hours ago, you were pouting and sulking about how you missed him and how lonely it was. You definitely did not expect him to come back so soon, but who was complaining. 

For a long while you two just stood in your room embracing, until you spoke up, "I missed you so much."  it was your first time being away from him for so long. 

"I missed you too baby, I was about to go crazy if I heard my sister teasing me one more time." he said, pulling away from the hug. You lightly chuckled, it was quiet late your parents were probably asleep. 

Feeling sleepy, you rested your cheek against his chest while still looking up at him. Your faces were so close, you could count his eyelashes. 

This was again one of those times, when Sunghoon just wanted to kiss you so bad. So thats exactly what he did.

♡ miles' own grief and loss traumatized him beyond belief too ofc. after his dad's passing, his anxiety grows and he becomes more withdrawn, easily tired, and forgetful. it becomes worse after he becomes the prowler, bc dipping into the NYC underworld every so often gives p much anyone a healthy dose of paranoia. plus it takes some time away from his gf on top of all of that.

♡ if they're ever at parties or get-togethers at all, its always margo initiating conversations and meeting with people, making introductions and chatting happily. she always happens to have a quiet, chill miles-shaped shadow with her the whole time

♡ if margo was going to date miles, he told her one time, she was GOING to learn how to dance bachata and salsa. throw in a lil reggaeton in there as they get older and rio becomes a TINY bit more chill with seeing them on the dancefloor. they actually become much better at dancing together as they practice at family reunions and birthday parties

♡ miles carries around plush keychains and other trinkets that remind him of margo. he's a total sap when it comes to her, even if he tries to hide just how much he loves her sometimes. his phone's lockscreen is something dark or aesthetic like a city skyline or whatever but then when he unlocks it, margo is always his wallpaper

So, brief expo. like many, got into CR during the pandemic (mainly due to "The Legend of Vox Machina" which lead to me actually bingeing the all 3 campaigns) During which time a friend (who was in my immediate friend group but like the rest of my friend group, i didnt really feel close to) told me that he was really into CR as well. As a fresh new critter, i was stoked. Seeing as how none of our friends really played D&D our talk lead to either my friend or me and after asking the question "Which do you think you would prefer more?" It was clear i would try my hand at DMing (i like lore in games, and i like storytelling, and im a tad bit of a control freak at times, lol)

Anyway, we eventually got in touch with our close knit of friends, and though i intended to be a standard 6 we suddenly had an 8 party party (and that was with me having to tell even less close friends there wasnt room).

Feeling it would still be manageable (as there was precedent that i could pull inspo from, CR) i began planning a rough idea of a campaign and working with my friends to create their characters and running a session 0 so we were all on the same page. You know standard stuff.

-Fast Forward to current date and time-

It has its stressful moments, but i still am able to enjoy the time with my friends for the most part (though theres a lot of times were ive never felt lonelier) Which brings me to the whole point of the post, my need to vent to the void about this loneliness. Nobody really gets in touch or interacts with me at all. Not to talk about the campaign or even collab on their characters. The most i get are occasional critiques about how i could have done something better couple sessions prior and request to add another person to the 8 person party. When we have sessions, people show up late quite often, leave early quite often, have to cancel as they have other things they are doing (even though we planned and scheduled weeks prior) and even when people are there they somtimes feel like they arent always present. i already feel extremely distant from all of them as they all live closer to each other while i live on the totally opposite side of the state and theyve known each other way longer than i have, but the minimal interactions they have with me, the DM/GM of all people, just continues to add to all of it I know we all are busy with our lives, and that compared to those things D&D is really not that big of a deal or important. And i get that, it is just a game afterall, but it still manages to hit pretty hard

I've communicated my feelings through our time of this campaign, if im being honest, maybe not this indepth. I mean, its partially because i barely see or talk to them (again life gets in the way) but also because i feel extremely guilty for putting this kind of tension to something we are all supposed to be enjoying and relaxing to. Its especially painful as most recently 2 players, who said they would get in touch with me about changes possibly being being made to their characters, never got in touch in anyway shape or form, and its been about a month now? And session is in a week...i didnt even get much as a reply back. Idk, its been almost about a year now and i felt i just needed to get this out somewhere other than debating myself.

I feel like after you two start dating, every song is about you. The first one in the album would be how you two met, then the next how you two started to fall in love, then all the moments you had together, then you guy’s first date and how he felt. I feel like it would be such a change in music. Like even when he’s with the rest of the band or even one of his twitch friends he’s just talking about you the whole time. And if someone compliments one of his newer songs he’ll just be like, “Oh yeah. That’s about my gf.”

“Alright everyone! This next one is from the new ep!” Everyone cheers, “Do you guys already know the lyrics?” everyone cheers again.

I feel like he would make a song about you helping him heal when he was at his worse. And i think he would cry every time he would play that song.

Once he starts singing he feels a lump in his throat. The band told him maybe they should save the song for another day but he refused. The song reminded him so much of you. And he missed you so much that he just wanted to be reminded of all the times you two had.

After a couple more seconds of the song slow tears started to go down his face. Not exactly sad ones but not exactly happy ones. After he finished the song he would just talk about you for five minutes straight.

Everyone would be “Awe”-ing and “ohh..” when he explains the song. He just thought you would never see it, but the whole time Elodie was just face timing you.

After the show ended you called him and told him how much you love him. And that you promise to be there for him forever. And then he just cries again because he’s so happy.

Turns out the top twitter feed was wilbur crying on stage and taking about how much he loved you. But that didnt matter, because all he wanted was to make you happy.

You two are in your guy’s shared room and he has a guitar in hand, he’s playing you songs to relax you after a long day.

He’s smiling as he sings, watching you lost in thought out of the corner of his eye.

Its 11pm and i was going to sleep But this idea came to mind and idk why I feel the need to share so yeah

Barty is a famous singer (think the neighbourdhood But also frank ocean and ldr) and evan is a famous model and a actor (think suki waterhouse a little bit) and they meet one day at an after party of a runway show of evan (barty was there because regulus was also modelling and he is a good friend) and they feel in love that second on that night and they keep talking and flirting and seeing each other for a while

Barty and evan dated for 2 and a half years and they were THE couple and everyone loved them, barty would make or Talk things Related to evan on his concerts and even has a song for him and how they meet and Everything on one of his albums (think margaret by lana del rey mixed with envy the leaves by madison beer) and evan would make lives and lit talk about barty for like 3 hours straight and people would think its the cutest ever

Idk But I think they break up But not because evan got bored or didnt feel loved or they had problems or fights, no, he just break yo with barty cause yeah and move on cause he has the mindseat of "if I did this I dont know why would I Regret it, I Wouldnt have done it if so" so he did that and pack his things But left barty a scrapbool with All of their photos since they meet and a camera wich barty gifted to him For his birthday

Barty never got with evan did it even tho evaned to him why, he was heartbroken and cried for a whole month on regulus' guest room cause his shared room with evan on their apartment had too many memories, he wrote songs for evan after the break up But most of them he never realesed them, he didnt realized when he was begging evan not to Leave him he would Never get over evan

Their fans and everyone was heartbroken too even tho they didnt know the reason of the break up, evan after 5 months of the break up he meet Amos and really liked him so they went on dates and try to date and actually did make each other very happy, people were horrible to the, evan because of how he could be with someone else in such a little time (bitch get over it... You Are Annoying shut up) and to Amos just because everyone loved barty and evan together so the New partner always gets shit on the for no reason other than "your partner looked better with this person" and i think barty would had collab of had been friends with Amos and like had post higlights or put music out with him and when the relationship went public he deleted those for a few days then put ir back on like nothing happened (he was having a mental break down my bbg was NOT okay) and well of people ate that whole ass drama UPPP like I would have too

And i think Amos and evan would still be dating and people Are a lot more suportive of them and liked them a lot more than before and barty would go to a random podcast channel to promote his music and that But they asked a question of "after your break yo with evan you haven't been with anyone else even tho he didnt even need 5 months to do so, why is that?" and yeah ve got annoyed a little at that But he told the truth "im super happy for Amos and evan actually I think they make a great couple and they looks like the love each other and will take care of each other, I will never forget what I say to evan that night things ended, I said it that night, I will say it now and i will say it again “evan rosier I loved you for many years, I love you now and i dont think I will ever not love you... just so you know” and yes i loved evan then, now and i will always love him"

Wanna share some Astronova HC's because they're all I have thought about for the last 2 months 🥰

-Because it looks like almost all of Xylitol's body is mechanical, instead of a heartbeat, he's got a hum in his chest very similar to how you hear your PC whirr when in use. Astronaut falls asleep to this ALL the time. The best way to de-stress at the end of a hard day is when he holds her and she feels like for once Ms. "Icebot" doesn't need all the answers

-Their bond grew even stronger after the loss of planet xylitol. The journey to the next planet was a long one, and there was MUCH to micromanage and lead with all these refugeed cookies and robots. He starts entrusting her with a lot of tasks b/c she's already proven more than capable when it came to saving the lives of his beloved citizens. They'd spend many hours awake, fighting off sleep in his room to discuss future plans, routes, strategies, etc. A complete comfort in each others presence without even realizing it 🥰

-When Astronaut eventually realized the feelings she caught weren't totally platonic, she didn't act out on them for a while, worrying about a multitude of factors (would it be reciprocated? would it affect their teamwork? what would all the others think of an alien falling for their leader? maybe she'd never be accepted as one of them.) Meanwhile Xylitol was the dead last person to realize what he felt. Every cookie, robot, and space doughnut on the ship knew what they were seeing but he was utterly clueless for the longest time. Cue to Xyl-Q, Space Doughnut, and Xylitol Researcher all exchanging looks™️ between each other every time he talked about Astronaut a little too fondly 😏🤭

Both are in love with each other, but SO AWKWARD around each other.

-Astronaut's actual name is Neopolitan (I 'm part of the idea that cookies with job names actaully have flavor names), but she liked to be called "Neo" by her friends, so she allowed him to say it too, even thought Xylitol Nova is very formal around her. but whenever he does says it, it makes her extremely flustered. She didnt know why, but she always blushes whenever he calls her "Neo."

-Astronaut tends to call Xylitol Nova "Nova" or "Xy", which makes him flustered whenever she says it. He doesnt have the cybernetic guts to tell her to stop.

Due to being born from a star, Xylitol Nova's body is constantly warm, while Astronaut being made form ice cream, is always cold. So whenever they do date, constant cuddle from both sides <3. I also headcanon Xylitol Nova's body (along with his citizens) is a mix between a cyborg and a android, his own dough a prefect of dough and extremely tough metals like tungsten and Titanium, his body tends to overheats when he gets stressed or anxious, so Astronaut hugs him to help calm down and cool off his circuits.

HEIGHT DIFFERENCE. Astronaut is only up to the middle of his chest, while Xylitol Nova is in 6 ft and up mark. He easily scoops her up whenever she needs to reach something.

Due to her engineering background, I picture she studied the body of the Xylitolian in case anyone needed a tune up. Xylitol Nova is fascinated by her skill to learn this so quickly.

I imagine all of the citizens are watching them like a telenovela, all betting from time to time on how their relationship would go.

"I saw our leader creating hard light flowers. I better he's making them or Astronaut."

"No way!! He's been working in the engine room with Xylitol Researcher Cookie for the past few days! He couldnt have had time for that!"

i dont really care for human AUs of mega man characters but a zerox-centric college AU is actually so funny to me

-X graduates at the top of his class is therefore able to shave one year off at college, so hes put in the sophomore year dorms and his roommate is zero

-zero only went to college cause his stupid dad WAS a professor at university, but he got shitcanned halfway through his first term cause wily publicly cursed zero out for not paying attention in class

-light ended up being wilys replacement, to which neither X nor zero knew about until one day during parents weekend they both arrive to their boys dorm room at the same time. and yes they are bitter exs just like in the real games

-zero is a trustfund baby i said what i said. he kind of does not gaf about college at all but he is a dedicated D1 athlete and does work on the campus coffee shop (its the only place he will actually end up doing his homework because he functions best in a loud environment)

-X is duel-majoring because light has subconsciously put a lot of pressure on him especially after his oldest sibling blues dropped out very early on. rock never went to college because seeing what blues went through kind of freaked him out. roll plans on attending one day but is currently working to save up money first and also she just kind of doesnt feel like it yet. X is the worlds first youngest sibling to have eldest daughter syndrome

-despite being in the same graduating class, zero is still technically older, so X looks up to him as an upperclassmen. zero does feel an obligation to show him the ropes so he does look after him for a good while during X's first semester but he soon realizes firsthand just how capable he is

-neither of them ironically share vices, since they both make the respective other anxious. X is a wake and bake kind of guy, zero is a Drinks black coffee an hour before midnight person

-X only recently tried coffee again because zero made him a lavender latte specifically for him. even tho it was decaf, X still felt like his heart was about to jump out of his throat which he felt SO bad about since he knew zero specifically made it for him. and this happened within the first week of the term so they hadnt known each other that well, so X was very very embarrassed knowing zero was just watching him shake like a little leaf. though zero found it all rather amusing

-zero never smoked before because bass was a chronic smoker and it kind of turned him off since they didnt really get along for a while (theyre on much better terms now, they soulbond over wily causing them grief these days). X offers to roll for zero on the very first weekend cause in his mind X is like: college sophomore, how to get on good terms? offer free weed. Unfortunately a few hits in zero is white-knuckling his kneecaps and doing everything in his power not to throw up. he learned the hard way then and there that he is too paranoid for that shit, and while X felt so incredibly guilty for a while, he did feel it let them both become closer faster since zero did need to let his guard down to let X take care of him that evening

-X goes to every game zero is in (i really like the idea of the sport zero plays being hockey but idk if theres D1 hockey teams in college Lol) despite knowing nothing about the sport rules

-X finds out vile is actually on the same sports team as zero which is SO awkward for him since they had VERY briefly dated before X realized just how incompatible they were. whenever vile puts two and two together about who X's roommate is, let it be known he will be scheming........

-X joins the improv club because he feels he struggles a lot with making decisions on the fly, but to his surprise hes very great at adapting to other people! zero, who kind of used to think it was a rather silly club, ends up sitting in on some of their performances and finds it quite endearing

-also the first bonding moment X and zero have is when zero notices X hang up a photo of rush on their corkboard and is like: "oh shit i like your dog. i have one too. (shows photo of treble) i mean technically hes my older brothers but hes the only one that cares to make that distinction." X responds immediately full of newfound excitement: "no way, i have an older brother too! well, two of them. and an older sister.... but since i was the last one to leave the house, i always felt like i was taking care of them whenever theyd come back." IMMEDIATE soul bonding over family dynamics ensue
