Just some of my own TMA headcanons (I’m probably just gonna keep adding to the list on occasion or maybe make another list, who knows) - Edit I made another list which is a little more chaotic I won’t lie

Also I’m interested if people have any of their own that they’d want to add because I love reading other people’s x

There will probably be spoilers in this list but I’ll try to keep it broad :) x

Tim always wears short sleeves regardless of the weather

On the opposite Sasha always got a cardigan, she might not be wearing it but it’s stashed somewhere

Jon probably bit someone as a child

Martin had a folder on his work computer with pictures of cows in it

Sasha used to keep a picture of the four of them in her desk - Not Sasha got rid of it

Distortion Helen uses her hands a lot when she speaks

Elias irons his ties and then organises them by colour (They’re all the same colour but he claims the shades are different)

Martin and Jon used to play card games but Jon stopped once he realised he always knew what Martins cards were

Tim would wear those socks with the days of the week on them but would make a point of wearing the wrong socks on the wrong days just to annoy Jon

Martin likes to collect pin badges

Sasha’s definitely thrown a pen at Tim - She threatens to throw one at Martin but never would

Tim paints his nails on occasion and convinced Martin to do it a couple times, who in turn convinced Jon to do it

Specifically series 1 Jon had Martin for secret Santa and he have him a mug with a cow on it - Jon denied it every time he was asked

Martins the better baker but Jons the better cook -

Jon will tell everyone in the kitchen to get out if he’s cooking

Martin had a nightlight while sleeping at the institute and never told anyone but Jon found it once and replaced the batteries just in case they were close to running out

Distortion Helen seems like the kind of avatar to have a load of bracelets but those ones that make noise when someone moves their arm

Edit: I just wanted to say that I’m genuinely overwhelmed by the response to this because this is first time I’ve made a post like this of my own and people have been very lovely about it all and yeah this just my little soppy thank you for it xx

UNIFORM HEADCANONS‼️‼️‼️

General stuff is that hair should be kept out the way and in neutral colors (best is not dyed at all but if you do want to dye it then neutral colors), uniform should be kept to the cleanest you can, hygiene must be kept up and no beards are allowed. Oh and also, wear your goggles at all times of course!

But there are two different uniforms, one for general work and the caretakers.

Under the cut are both uniforms individually!

General Work

Mostly everyone have these uniforms, the black is stuff that isn't physically in the pic.

But I got EVEN MORE THOUGHTS !!!!!!

The nametag is embroidered on and only shows the first name, and last names are not necessary unless someone has the same name as you. If you need someone's last name just ask and they'll probably be fine with giving it over!

Long nails aren't explicitly said to be bad but you cant wear your gloves with long nails. Though, short painted nails are okay for both genders!

Face piercings should be kept to a minimum and SMALL. You don't want any patients to get handsy and try to grab your septum piercing and rip your nose off.

Pants must MUST be tucked into your boots at all times, this is to prevent from any chemicals or bodily fluids getting on you and your socks (you do NOT wanna walk in socks that are soaked in blood and piss and shit for a 17 hour shift.)

All the clothes are lined with comfy fabric that soaks up sweat like a sponge, with the outer being a fabric that is durable and doesn't stain easily.

The caretakers

The caretakers have a completely different style, copying more of Lankmann's sense of style. I didn't color code the notes this time but its a lot of text and i was hiding at school in the restrooms while bleeding out my privates do you really blame me

On the tie there is a mentioned tag-ID, and this isn't just any nametag! This has your full legal name, your DOB, your AGAB, and a picture of you! These are used so that if you are injured or killed during Veldigun capture or care then your family can be properly compensated for your efforts and loss.

They are hidden but on these uniform there EVEN MORE POCKET SPACE!!! All in the coat are just pockets and pockets and pockets and even a gun holster!

Under the coat is a relatively breathable button up and vest with suit pants, all black.

Women are advised to wear sports bras and not anything with a wire, the best you can do is bras you'd wear while practicing hand to hand combat.
