Sam was unsure if it was the rain or an intentionally bad tackle, but the defender clipped Jamie’s feet from under him, the ball forgotten in his slide. Jamie rolled a few times before coming to rest on his side, clutching his knee with one hand in pain while his bicep pressed against his mouth in an attempt to keep from crying out. Sam had slid to Jamie’s side, rubbing his back as he motioned for the physios. Jamie vehemently opposed the suggestion of a stretcher, and instead, limped off the pitch supported by Sam and Isaac, the sharp intakes of breath at every step tearing through Sam’s soul.

Gently lowering his friend to a seat in the dugout, Sam ignored the voice in his head sounding suspiciously like Roy Kent that reminded him how differently he and Jamie reacted when the other might have been hurt.

In situations like this, Sam preferred to be a goldfish.

i know it wasnt a serious comment but every time i look at a datv character and start thinking about their designs my blood starts boiling from the giving cosplayers a challenge comment

unrelated to my point but why are you dragging the previous games down. have you seen any of the designs you speak of mr art director. do you think merrill in da2 wasnt peak. or morrigan in origins? do you know how hard it is to make cosplay armor.

you could have just been like "hey the characters have a lot more detail than before! look at neve's hat and everyone's clothes every single inch being embroidered or otherwise patterned"

which also makes me think. was any thought put into the designs or did they just want to detailmaxx so they can brag. idk if they could have said anything that would turn me personally off more from cosplaying anyone or analyzing their outfits

And in most of the fics that I read, Fox is depicted like a constantly tired and overworked person who's functioning mostly just on caffeine and spite and who really really hates his boss.

a flavor of krbk that i always love is them just kinda clicking with each other and fitting together in their own special way in the non-romantic moments!! especially with the undertone of "whatever it is krbk has going on, their friends have resigned themselves to the fact that they'll probably never understand it." it's been a sec since i've done a translation but here's a comic that embodies that really, really well - the title is "mountains, krbk, and weeds" !

★—'Enkindled Duke of the Hearth'

Rosché? Fafnir? whatever you please to call her. She's the only child that the Father and the Mother of the orphanage had together, she wasn't fussy when she was younger she was just very quiet. She's odd however being born as a standard western dragon instead of a sea dragon like her mother, the writings on the wall said that she'd have to take over the Hearth one day even though she isn't too keen on the idea and would much rather be an attorney. all of this would crumble however after she disappeared one day.

it'ssss tidbits time!

★-Rosché is the name Seele chose, while Fafnir is the one Arle would've went with. depending on the nickname and timing their daughter acts differently, Fafnir? cunning, cold, a bit hotheaded at times, Rosché? incredibly patient and gentle, a bit of a mama's girl as well.

★-Arle's genes are quite strong, so strong that the only traits from Seele that passed to Rosché was her dragon blood and her eye color, so strong it was that Rosché's dragon form had sharp ridges and spines instead of the rounded traits parts that Seele has

★-likes any meat, cooked or not. she's probably the only person in the Hearth tp appreciate Arle's weird toast

★-she has a huge sweet tooth! give her any sweet and she will become somewhat flustered (in an appreciative way, if that makes sense)

★-was a NASTY biter growing up Arle's hands were always covered in bite marks
