After a week of eating nothing but restaurant takeout, desserts, salty dishes, and other indulgences, it’s time to pack in the vegetables that were missed. What’s plated is a whole bag of lightly roasted Brussels sprouts over two handfuls of spinach with pumpkin seeds, @lantanafoods beet hummus, @traderjoes organic ketchup, and half a white sweet potato with maca powder, @thelionschoice Oreo peanut butter cup edible cookie dough, and a @healthwarrior dark chocolate chia bar! 🍠🥗😝 This meal was soooooo incredibly filling and was totally worth each minute of cooking (and eating)! New find!! "The Lions Choice" high protein, low carb peanut butter! Flavors I tried: -Birthday Cake -Triple Chocolate Birthday cake was spot on---the flavor was sweet but not artificial tasting, and was all around a great flavor. Triple chocolate was good as well, but the flavor was lacking in my opinion. I was hoping to be able to taste the different kinds of chocolate used, but it all just tasted like an odd mixture of chocolate---although it tastes amazing in banana "nice cream" 👌

The weather said "hot cereal" but I said "cold cereal" - - - I can't decide if this week feels long or if this quarter feels long. All I know is that it is barely Tuesday and I still have a month more of school and I'm tired. To be honest, I've been eating a lot more than usual lately and working out even less. It's difficult feeling so exhausted and frankly a touch unhappy as well. Today was... completely unexpected (to say the least): I went to work this morning after less than a 4 hour night sleep. I was scheduled to work 4 hours and ended up working 9! Over the course of work I was complimented by my boss's boss TWICE, I set up a bar for the first time, I was offered a generous tip, and I was called cute 💁😂 I'm not sure what it was, perhaps the combination of @chameleoncoldbrew and a @bhufoods cookie for breakfast.
