Oh man, I actually haven’t considered this at all 😭😭😭 I guess my brain automatically jumped to him having a deep voice, since the cast of Nintendo High usually keeps voices close to their canon counterparts, which makes sense!

HOWEVER, the idea of him having a stupid, lame, squeaky voice at first is absolutely adorable and I’m totally going to steal that, 100%. THANK YOU.

The moment it dips he probably gets super embarrassed about it, and swears to take a vow of silence that lasts for like…two days. And the second he utters a single word everyone is absolutely fucking baffled (rightfully), and it’s the talk of their year for an hour before they eventually move onto something else like all things in Nintendo High do

Do any of the Midnight Circus performers have rivalries among one another? Or just dislike one another for no explicit reason other than drama? (Mostly asking this bc of the drawing where Daniel is saying “I would call myself a pacifist but Ray exists”)

Yeah, Ray and Daniel have major beef with each other, not even that really- they hate each other so much that they're aren't allowed alone in a room together (we don't talk about the time they were alone). No one else in the circus fully knows why they hate each other so much; not even Andrew fully knows the reason (Daniel always gets really upset when asked about it) but they have bets going about the reason why. (Cough I thought it'd be funny cough).

And despite how they've interacted so far, Andrew and Ringmaster are quite tense (this, does get explained later down the line). But I can't get into too much detail

But yeah, aside from the occasional squabble between Jack & Mimi, everyone else tends to get along really well, it's just those couple instances where things are tense. It doesn't tend to get in the way of their work though
