Uh well there’s my Main, then there’s this one, obviously, three, no, four old tournament blogs, the Blog where I uploaded the OST from Octopath Traveler I & II, my Is-Metroid-Prime-4-Released-Yet one… am I forgetting something?

Also there’s gonna be more. Maybe another tournament if I have the time. And I’ve been thinking about perhaps making a Metroid Heritage Blog.

One of my favourite questions for figuring out a character’s motivations is which qualities they most fear being assigned to them. Are they afraid (consciously or unconsciously) of being seen as stupid? Ungrateful? Weak? Incompetent? Lazy? Cowardly? Intimidating? Like they actually care? etc.

It’s such a fun way to explore into who they are, why they do what they do, what they don’t do out of fear, and how they might be affected by the events of the story. And I love when characters have negative motivations—trying to avoid something (in this case, being seen a particular way) as much as they’re trying to achieve a goal.

i give up i'm done with relationships i'm done with love i'm done with sex it's never gonna happen for me and i'm done waiting for a literal miracle to happen. i cannot imagine anyone would want to be in a meaningful relationship with me. Wouldn't even know how to make that work. i cannot imagine anyone would ever fall in love with me. There are so many better options. i cannot imagine anyone would ever want to have sex with me. i don't have the skill to satisfy anyone, so why would they even bother in the first place.
